This paper suggests simple algorithm of facility location problem in perishable commodities that satisfy with minimum total transportation cost and within the transportation time constraint $L^*$. For this problem, Lee[4] suggests very complex algorithm that decides candidate facility locations, computes total transportation cost for each candidate facility location, then moving the location to optimal location for top two facilities. On the other hand, this paper simply determines the candidate facility locations within $L^*$ using subtree concept, and decides optimal minimal total transportation cost for top two locations in centralized area of required quantity using neighborhood concept.

Installing caching and computing facilities in mobile edge networks is a promising solution to cope with the challenging capacity and delay requirements imposed on future mobile communication systems. The problem of optimal facility placement in mobile edge networks has not been fully studied in the literature. This is a non-trivial problem because the mobile edge network has a unidirectional topology, making existing solutions inapplicable. This paper considers the problem of optimal placement of a fixed number of facilities in a mobile edge network with an arbitrary tree topology and an arbitrary demand distribution. A low-complexity sequential algorithm is proposed and proved to be convergent and optimal in some cases. The complexity of the algorithm is shown to be $O(H^2{\gamma})$, where H is the height of the tree and ${\gamma}$ is the number of facilities. Simulation results confirm that the proposed algorithm is effective in producing near-optimal solutions.

Recently, the demand for mobile systems is remarkably growing due to the explosive spread of smart phones. The mobile system based on the smart phones enables the real time communication and business process by utilizing the on-line information on the spot anytime and anywhere. This paper proposes a development model to use android-based mobile applications to be applicable to the facility defect maintenance management in apartment buildings. In this paper, we discussed about the volume monitoring system of a landfill facility. We proposed the waste volume calculation method using the point cloud of the surface of three dimensional object by measurement of the point cloud by the three dimensional scanner, which is based upon the robot technique. This computes not only the quantity of waste volume for continuos monitoring but also it helps not only to predict the evaluation factor of the usable age of a landfill. facility. Furthermore, the measuring system of waste volume was applied to the landfill facility in Ansung city.

This study aimed to provide data for planning of a small-sized complex-cultural facility for not only artists but also the common. The main interest of the study was to make them understand spirit related to the culture to each other. The data was collected from 100 artists in various art fields and 100 the common by a questionnaire and a visiting survey. The result of this study indicated that people had a little of chance to share their cultural opinions with others because there were not enough appropriate places even though they wanted it. Besides, they would like to use the place for their communication which consists of a range of their needs such as watching a play, listening to music, spending tea-time, etc.
