Currently was Convergence time of broadcasting and communication with development of information communication technology and internet infra environment. The superhigh speed internet about under using there is IPTV where it provides the broadcasting contents with broadcasting and communication Convergence service. Digital broadcasting it makes various broadcasting in one stream and it transmits, and about under analyzing it uses Channel information which is included in broadcasting and broadcasting information from the terminal. But, IPTV transmits each broadcasting in multicast methods, therefore the possibility of knowing all Channel information and broadcasting information from the terminal it is not there is a problem point. This paper hereupon it searched IPTV broadcasting information from the terminal and in order to support a channel selection from IPTV broadcasting streams SI about under extracting SD&S XML documents it created and it transmits with the distant multicast the system which plan and it embodied.

An operational orbit determination (OD) and prediction system for the geostationary Communication, Ocean, and Meteorological Satellite (COMS) mission requires accurate satellite positioning knowledge to accomplish image navigation registration on the ground. Ranging and tracking data from a single ground station is used for COMS OD in normal operation. However, the orbital longitude of the COMS is so close to that of satellite tracking sites that geometric singularity affects observability. A method to solve the azimuth bias of a single station in singularity is to periodically apply an estimated azimuth bias using the ranging and tracking data of two stations. Velocity increments of a wheel off-loading maneuver which is performed twice a day are fixed by planned values without considering maneuver efficiency during OD. Using only single-station data with the correction of the azimuth bias, OD can achieve three-sigma position accuracy on the order of 1.5 km root-sum-square.

최근 IT(Information Technology)와 타(他)산업 간의 융 복합이 촉진되면서 새로운 융합서비스로 사물지능 통신(M2M, Machine to Machine)이 차세대 지능형 인프라 기반의 핵심 서비스로 부각되고 있다. 사물지능 통신은 기존의 통신 인프라를 활용하여 사물정보의 수집, 가공, 처리를 통해 최종 서비스를 제공하는 기술 분야로 PHY, MAC, 라우팅에 대한 기술 이슈보다는 서비스 관점에서의 네트워크 아키텍처 정의와 기능, 서비스 플랫폼 간의 연동, M2M 단말과 네트워크 간의 인터페이스에 대한 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 사물지능통신 융합서비스를 사용자에게 보다 편리하게 제공하기 위한 기존 플랫폼 간의 연동을 위한 요구사항과 방안을 제안한다.

This research try to find how to construct On & Off Marketplace to activate exporting of broadcasting contents by Delphi survey. This research is based on environment of broadcasting contents such as OTT and reinforcement for broadcasting contents marketplace of foreign countries. This research find that global marketplace of broadcasting contents should be constructed by convergence of online and offline, and should adopt new technology to make easy global distribution in new broadcasting environment, and also open global festival with offline marketplace of broadcasting contents. korea will be asia hub for global distribution of broadcasting contents through this task.

Recently, various types of information and communication technology (ICT) such as cloud computing, big data, and virtual reality have been progressed in the world. Also, it is expected that there are many domestic and foreign visitors in Gangwon-do due to the Pyeongchang winter olympic games in 2018. In this environment, it is necessary to improve the competitiveness of Gangwon-do in winter sports areas exploiting both existing IT infrastructure and application technologies. In this paper, for sustainable development of Gangwon-do winter sports IT industry after the Olympics, we propose efficient implementation methods of 3 winter sports IT convergence services and Gangwon-do ICT activation strategy. The proposed 3 winter sports IT service areas are as follows. 1) Realistic winter sports IT service, 2) Winter sports medical IT service 3) Winter sports record analysis IT service.

Since the first outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019, it has caused a huge blow to the restaurant industry. However, as social distancing was lifted as of April 2022, the restaurant industry gradually recovered, and as a result, interest in restaurant start-ups increased. Therefore, in this paper, big data analysis was conducted by selecting "restaurant start-up" as a key keyword through social media big data analysis using Textom and then conducting word frequency and CONCOR analysis. The collection period of keywords was selected from May 1, 2022 to May 23, 2023, after the lifting of social distancing due to COVID-19, and based on the analysis, the development of a restaurant start-up consulting chatbot service is proposed.

It is difficult to found the concept of public interest properly, being ambiguous to distinguish media and service as to the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunications. Accordingly, it is necessary to found the concept of public interest not related to the character of media and service in the age of digital convergence. Therefore this study intended to re-found the concept of public interest, as to industrial changes in the age of convergence of broadcasting and telecommunications. The convergence of broadcasting and telecommunications causes the changes of value chain, which includes contents, platform, network, terminal. It could not help avoiding modifying the industrial structure of broadcasting and telecommunications, because of the changes of value chain. The changes of industrial structure needs the changes of ideology, regulatory policy, regulatory system, and it creates the foundation of new regulatory idea. The purpose of regulatory idea in the age of digital convergence is to practice public interest, and it is an ultimate purpose to increase consumers' welfare. Consequently, for increasing comsumer' welfare, it is necessary to achieve diversity, fairness, objectivity, the preservation of social value in the aspect of contents. Also in the aspect of platform, it is necessary to achieve the protection of privacy, consumer protection, harmful information blocking, and in the aspect of network, it is necessary to achieve the maintenance of secure network, fair competition. Finally, in the aspect of terminal, it is necessary to achieve the maintenance of compatibility, the solution for digital divide. Then regulatory policy of each value chain from a legal and institutional perspective, should be promoted to provide public interest, step by step.

The purpose of this study was to find ways to co-produce ASEAN-Korea co-production in the ASEAN market, which is the market that we should strategically converge in the domestic and overseas environment of the Korean content industry. The research content to achieve the research objective was targeted at viewers of broadcasting programs from five ASEAN countries, and the survey methods were conducted for case-research analysis. First, we analyzed the current status of Korean content broadcasting in five ASEAN countries during the first half of 2018, secondly, the status of use and awareness of Korean broadcasting programs in the five ASEAN countries, fourth, use and awareness of joint broadcasting programs with Korea, and finally, international joint production cases with Korea in the five ASEAN countries. Through this ideal, it is worth suggesting that the Korea-ASEAN joint production should strategically converge under the domestic and international environments currently facing the Korean content industry.

This letter presents a hybrid conditional access system (CAS) for advanced terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting (AT-DMB). The proposed architecture is characterized by its use of a unified CAS channel and various communication networks for CAS message transmissions. We implement a prototype CAS based on the hybrid architecture, which improves the CAS message transmission efficiency greatly compared to the existing T-DMB CAS standard and supports various AT-DMB interlayer services more easily and efficiently.
