The purpose of this study is to provide basic data onto preparing soft landing plan of future education policy by exploring direction of future education for the common good using big data and keyword network analysis. Based on the big data provided by Textom, data was collected under the keyword 'future education + common Good' and then keyword network analysis was performed. As a result of the research, it was found that 'common good', 'social', 'KAIST future warning', 'measures', 'research', 'future education', 'politics' were common keywords in the social awareness of future education for the common good. The results of this study suggest that the social awareness of future education for the common good is related to factors related to human, physical environment, social response, academic interest, education policy, education plan, and related variables, It was closely related. Based on these results, we suggested implications for the support for the preparation of a soft landing plan of future education for the common good.

Do the particular good and the common good stand in relation of opposition or superiority each other? With regard to this question, some argue that the relevant Thomas texts reveal the superiority of the common good over the particular good, while others argue for the superiority of the particular good. The argument of this articles is, however, that closer examination of texts shows that Thomas Aquinas seeks to the unity of the common good and the particular good instead of seeing the conflict between them. It is true that Thomist moral and political theory emphasizes the value of the individual, but it should be noted that for Thomas the individual as individual does not exist, but shares specific formal determination with other members of the same species and, therefore, is the individualized, concrete universal. Good, meanwhile, means perfection which each being pursues and a thing is called good in the absolute sense when it actualizes its potentialities as a whole. An individual person is said to pursue only partial good, if it only seeks its perfection as an individual. The nature of individual person should be fully realized only in and through the community pursuing the common good. But the aim of living together which is rooted in the nature of human being as a rational being is for its members to live virtuously. The political community is said to try to bring its individual members to perfection, since the virtues are what renders human beings and their acts good. In this sense the particular good of the individual person is achieved through the pursuit of the common good and the common good is realized through the pursuit of the particular good so that they coincide each other. But this unity remains imperfect, when it would not be rightly ordered to its due end which is non other than the highest good, that is God. Accordingly the goodness of the human being in an absolute sense lies in the unity of the particular good and the common good rightly oriented towards the highest good, which is also called common good which every being pursues.

Cognitive small cell networks, consisting of macro-cells and small cells, are foreseen as a promising candidate solution to address 5G spectrum scarcity. Recently, many technological issues (such as spectrum sensing, spectrum sharing) related to cognitive small cell networks have been studied, but the common control channel (CCC) establishment problem has been ignored. CCC is an indispensable medium for control message exchange that could have a huge significant on transmitter-receiver handshake, channel access negotiation, topology change, and routing information updates, etc. Therefore, establishing CCC in cognitive small cell networks is a challenging problem. In this paper, we propose a potential game theory-based approach for CCC establishment in cognitive radio networks. We design a utility function and demonstrate that it is an exact potential game with a pure Nash equilibrium. To maintain the common control channel list (CCL), we develop a CCC update algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach has good convergence. On the other hand, it exhibits good delay and overhead of all networks.

Diesel engines have the advantages of good fuel efficiency and low emissions. Therefore, car makers have been developed various kinds of diesel engine management system to clean up emissions while improving fuel efficiency. One of them is the common rail system. In the common rail system, diesel fuel is injected into the combustion chamber at ultra high pressures up to 1,800 bar to ensure more complete combustion for cleaner exhaust gas, and highly precise multiple injection reduces NOx emission, combustion noise and vibration. Generally speaking, common rail system consists of booster pump, high pressure pump, common rail, injectors, control valves, and sensors. The high pressure pump receives low pressure fuel from the booster pump and supply high pressure fuel to injectors through the high pressure common injection rail. Therefore, high pressure pump has an important role in common rail system. In this paper, we have investigated the performance of high pressure pump of common rail system.

The flyback topology is being widely used in power adapters. The coupling capacitance between primary and secondary windings of a flyback transformer is the main path for common-mode (CM) noise conduction. A Y-cap is usually used to effectively suppress EMI noise. However, this results in problems in space, cost, and the danger of safety leakage current. In this paper, the CM noise behaviors due to the electric field coupling of the transformer windings in a flyback adapter with synchronous rectification are analyzed. Then a scheme with balance winding is proposed to reduce the CM noise with a transformer winding design that eliminates the Y-cap. The planar transformer has advantages in terms of its low profile, good heat dissipation and good stray parameter consistency. Based on the proposed scheme, with the help of a full-wave simulation tool, the key parameter influences of the transformer PCB winding design on CM noise are further analyzed. Finally, a PCB transformer for an 18W adapter is designed and tested to verify the effectiveness of the balance winding scheme.

This study investigated elementary and secondary mathematics teachers' views on: (1) Requirements for good mathematics teaching (2) what professional development programs and supports are needed for these requirements. In particular, this study analyzed the common and difference between school levels and teaching experiences. For it, we developed questionnaire and the questionnaire was anonymously answered by one-hundred-five elementary and secondary mathematics teachers. We suggested implications related to professional development programs for mathematics teachers based on common and difference between school levels and teaching experiences.

Cor triatriatum is a rare entity of congenital heart disease characterized by the presence of a fibrousmuscular diaphragm that subdivides the left atrium into a proximal or "accessory" chamber and a distal or "true" left atrial chamber. In the other hand, cor triatriatum is a variant of abnormal connection between the pulmonary vein and true left atrium which is separated from accessory left atrium receiving pulmonary venous blood flow by fibromuscular diaphragm. We experienced two cases of cor triatriatum. One of them was classical, and the other case was combined with atrial septal defect and all pulmonary veins were drained into the " common pulmonary venous chamber " which connected with right atrium and there was no direct communication between the accessory chamber and true left atrium. The abnormal diaphragms were excised and the atrial septal defect was repaired with pericardial patch in case II. The postoperative courses were not eventful and the patients were discharged with good result, and have been in good condition upto now.n good condition upto now.

This paper proposes a theoretical analysis of hidden device detection and a design of multiband circular polarization patch array antenna for non-linear junction detector system application. A good axial ratio of circular polarization patch antenna is realized by a new approach that employs inclined slots, two rectangular grooves and a truncated ground for the conventional antenna. A good axial ratio of the 1.5 dB lower is measured by having an asymmetric gap distance between the ground planes of the coplanar waveguide feeding structure. The common ground plane of the linear array has an optimum trapezoidal slot array to reduce the mutual coupling without increasing the distance between the radiators. The higher gain of about 1 dBi is realized by using the novel common ground structure. The measured return loss, gain, and axial ratio of the proposed single radiator, as well as the proposed array antennas, showed a good agreement with the simulated results.

This paper presents the process of the needle lift estimation ova common-rail injector fur HSDI(High Speed Direct Injection) diesel engines. A nonlinear mathematical model of dynamic behaviors of common-rail injector is established at first. Based on the mathematical model of the common-rail injector, the methodology of estimating the injector needle lift is introduced. A sliding mode observer is applied to overcome the model uncertainties. The common-rail injector model and the needle lift estimator are verified by simulations and experiments. The simulation and experimental results indicate that the model outputs are in a good agreement with experimental data, and the proposed nonlinear sliding observer can effectively estimate the needle lift.

Extracranial carotid artery disease is rare and closely related to cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.We experienced one case of surgical treatment of left common carotid artery stenosis using internal shunt.The patient was 54-year-old female presented as headache and dizziness for about 2 years.On Doppler ultrasound, an atheromatous plaque was noted along the posteromedial wall of left common carotid artery resulting in luminal narrowing in about 75s of cross section area.The atheroma was resected through carotid endarterectomy, measured about 5.2cm in length. Postoperative course was uneventful and she was discharged in good condition.
