Lesson learned from the Gulf War, Information systems should be interoperable and integrated for taking information superiority. But most of Information systems that have been developed and operated by military departments are stove-pipe systems that are built over and over again incompatible ways even when requirements are the same, or slightly difference between systems. As a results of this development way, those systems have poor interoperability and portability. But, If some common functions could be extracted, developed as a set of extensible building blocks, the software for common functions could be reusable. Therefore interoperability would be improved because common software is used across systems for common functions. This concept led the development of COE(Common Operating Environment). US and UK COE have been developed and being implemented for the purpose of achieving above goals. Recently Korean Military try to develop the architecture of COE, but it is not easy because of the lack of COE concept, COE development methodology as well as expert In this paper we suggest Korean Common Operating Environment Implementing Strategy based on analysis of US and UK COE that have being implemented to their military systems.

A pulse-width modulation (PWM) method for common mode noise reduction in a PWM inverter connected to a single-phase grid is proposed in this study. The extensively used conventional switching method may experience common mode voltage problems, which generate current leakage and electromagnetic induction problems. In the proposed switching method, the neutral point of the output voltage is always fixed at both ends of the input voltage to reduce common mode noise. The validity of the proposed method is proven through simulation and experimental results.

Common rail injection system is flexible in injection timing, injection duration and pressure in engine. Many researches have reported on the merits in the application of common rail systems. This research investigated on characteristics and performance for single cylinder diesel engine with a common .ail injection system by varying major parameters such as injection timing, injection duration and common rail pressure. The injection timing and injection duration were controlled by electronic pulse generated. and common rail pressure were controlled by PCV driver. The 498cc single cylinder diesel engine was used in this experiment. All data for combustion pressure, injection timing and injection duration were recorded by Labview. Furthermore, this test was focused on how to optimize injection conditions.

In this paper, we will consider some existence theorems of common fixed points for a countable family of non-self multi-valued mappings defined on a closed subset of a complete metrically convex space, and give more generalized common fixed point theorems for a countable family of single-valued mappings. The main results in this paper generalize and improve many common fixed point theorems for single valued or multi-valued mappings with contractive type conditions.

In this paper we prove common fixed point theorems for four mappings, under the condition of weakly compatible mappings in Menger spaces, without taking any function continuous. We improve results of [A common fixed point theorem for three mappings on Menger spaces. Math. Japan. 34 (1989), no. 6, 919-923], [On common fixed point theorems of compatible mappings in Menger spaces. Demonstratio Math. 31 (1998), no. 3, 537-546].

In the IS-95 packet service system, the radio channels are generally classified into the dedicated and common traffic channels. In this paper, the performance of the common traffic channel access method is evaluated using simulation. The simulation results are compared with those of random access method. Simulation results show that the capacity can be increased up to 25% by applying the proposed common channel access method. The delay problem and variance of BER are also discussed.

In this work, we establish common fixed point results by utilizing a variant of F-contraction in the framework of C^*-algebra valued metric spaces. We utilize E.A. and C.L.R. property possessed by the mappings to prove common fixed point results in the same metric settings. To validate the applicability of these common fixed point results, we provide illustrative examples too.

In this paper some common fixed point theorems for pairs of condensing mappings in a Banach space are proved and applications are given to a pair of nonlinear first order ordinary differential equations in Banach spaces for proving the existence of common solution under suitable conditions.
