상업시설 내 어린이 놀이공간의 안전관리에 관한 실태조사 연구;서울지역 대형 유통매장 5곳을 대상으로 (A Study on a Survey of Actual Conditions of Children Play Space's Safety Management within Commercial Facilities;Focused on five-place large-scale distribution stores in Seoul)

  • A form of consumption has been changed to a form of pursuing rather qualitative sides than quantitative sides according to an improvement of the living level followed by an increase in national income and to an increase in women's advance to society in modern society. The above change had a lot of effects on children play space, a subsidiary means within commercial facilities. However, partial children play facilities have steady children injury cases by a lack of safety management facilities. Therefore, the study investigated indoor children play facilities installed in large-scale distribution stores as department stores and discount stores out of commercial facilities in Seoul. The study investigated actual conditions and collected picture data with a checklist drawn up on the basis of the safety management standard for three months from April, 2008 to June, 2008 by visiting five places under cooperation. The purpose of the study was to grasp actual conditions of safety management of play space within commercial facilities through the contents and picture data of the investigated checklist and to offer basic data in the side of safety management of commercial facilities and various indoor children play spaces by proposing security measures for the problems.

전주의 금융ㆍ상업공간의 형성과 변화 - 일제강점기를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Financial and Commercial Space in Jeonju : During Japanese Colonial Period)

  • 본 논문의 연구목적은 전주를 사례지역으로 하여 일제강점기 금융ㆍ상업공간이 어떠한 변화를 겪었는가를 분석하는 것이다. 전주에서 규모가 큰 금융기관은 대정통에서 현재 중앙동 우체국을 중심으로 입지하였고 작은 규모의 금융기관은 도청과 남문시장을 중심으로 그 주변에 입지하였다. 일제강점기 상업공간에는 전통적으로 성장해 온 정기시장과 새롭게 등장한 상설시장이 있었다. 조선상인은 남문시장 주변에 상설점포와 상업회사를 설립하기 시작하였다. 조선인 소유의 상업회사는 수뿐 아니라 규모면에서도 일본인 회사를 능가하였고 전통적으로 성장한 상인이 남문시장을 중심으로 계속 상권을 유지하고 있었다. 상업공간은 민족별로 분리 현상이 나타났는데, 대정통을 중심으로 일본인의 상업공간이. 남문시장을 중심으로 조선인의 상업공간이 각각 형성되어 있었다. 전주의 금융과 상업활동이 대정통에 집중되면서 대정통은 지가가 상승하여 평균 지가를 훨씬 웃돌았고 역전통과 함께 도심을 형성하였다.

중국 현대 상업건축 실내 공간의 문화적 표현특성에 대한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Characteristics of Cultural Expression in Contemporary Commercial Architecture Design in China)

  • 본 논문은 문화적 표현특성을 기초로, 중국 6개 최대 도시의 대표적인 현대 상업건축 공간 사례에 대해 비교분석을 진행한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 중국 현대 상업용 건물의 실내공간 문화가 지속 가능한 발전을 이루기를 기대한다. 6개 사례를 각각 문화의 전통성, 지역성, 대중성, 기술성, 생태성 5가지 관점에서 분석했고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화의 전통성은 상업건축의 실내공간에서 구체적인 지역의 전통적 요소를 중시하도록 요구한다. 둘째, 문화의 지역성은 상업건축의 실내공간이 있는 곳의 경제발전 정도, 역사적 내막, 지리적 환경조건, 기후 등 사회와 자연환경 요인과 밀접하게 연관되어 있다. 셋째, 문화의 대중성은 상업건축의 실내공간을 통해 대중문화의 통합화, 레저화, 오락화, 기호화를 나타낸다. 넷째, 문화의 기술성은 현지의 문화성을 가진 시공 방법, 구조 형식, 재료를 상업건축 실내공간에 통합하는 것이다. 다섯째, 문화의 생태성은 상업건축의 실내공간에 식물을 배치하고, 건강하고 쾌적하며 안전한 환경을 만드는 것이다.

이용자 선호도 조사를 통한 공간유형별 실내녹화유형 제안 (A Proposal for Indoor Greening Patterns by Space Types through the User's Preference Survey)

  • Because the demand or sensitivity of users of space has an important influence on the direction of design concerning indoor greening, this study examined the customers' preferences and trends for use in this field. By analyzing the results, types of space for indoor greening that can be utilized as indoor greening design such as vegetation selection, space positioning, design types, etc. were derived. The research and analysis was set for living space, business space, commercial space and public space. For each space, there were vegetations in over 50% of the space, and in all the spaces, the majority of people were of the positive opinion. As the desired space for the introduction of indoor greening, high levels of preference were seen in the following areas: 'veranda' and 'living room' for the residential space; 'main work space' and 'resting space' for the office space; and 'rest area,' 'entrance area' and 'lobby area' for the public space and commercial space. The preference of each of the spaces displayed slightly different trends in accordance with the characteristics of space and users. If indoor greening space were to be designed for these spaces according to the types, which are derived from the preference levels examined in this study, it is deemed that the satisfaction levels of users of the spaces could be increased.

상업우주사업(商業宇宙事業) 참가기업(參加企業)의 책임(責任)과 우주보험(宇宙保險) (The Liability of Participants in Commercial Space Ventures and Space Insurance)

  • Generally there is no law and liability system which applies particulary to commercial space ventures. There are several international treaties and national statutes which deal with space ventures, but their impact on the liability of commercial space ventures has not been significant. Every state law in the United States will impose both tort and contract liability on those responsible for injuries or losses caused by defective products or by services performed negligently. As with the providers of other products and services, those who participate in commercial space ventures have exposure to liability in both tort and contract which is limited to the extent of the resulting damage The manufacturer of a small and cheap component which caused a satellite to fail to reach orbit or to operate nominally has the same exposure to liability as the provider of launch vehicle or the manufacturer of satellite into which the component was incorporaded. Considering the enormity of losses which may result from launch failure or satellite failure, those participated in commercial space ventures will do their best to limit their exposure to liability by contract to the extent permitted by law. In most states of the United States, contracts which limit or disclaim the liability are enforceable with respect to claims for losses or damage to property if they are drafted in compliance with the requirements of the applicable law. In California an attempt to disclaim the liability for one's own negligence will be enforceable only if the contract states explicitly that the parties intend to have the disclaimer apply to negligence claims. Most state laws of the United States will refuse to enforce contracts which attempt to disclaim the liability for gross negligence on public policy grounds. However, the public policy which favoured disclaiming the liability as to gross negligence for providers of launch services was pronounced by the United States Congress in the 1988 Amendments to the 1984 Commercial Space Launch Act. To extend the disclaimer of liability to remote purchasers, the contract of resale should state expressly that the disclaimer applies for the benefit of all contractors and subcontractors who participated in producing the product. This situation may occur when the purchaser of a satellite which has failed to reach orbit has not contracted directly with the provider of launch services. Contracts for launch services usually contain cross-waiver of liability clauses by which each participant in the launch agrees to be responsible for it's own loss and to waive any claims which it may have against other participants. The crosswaiver of liability clause may apply to the participants in the launch who are parties to the launch services agreement, but not apply to their subcontractors. The role of insurance in responding to many risks has been critical in assisting commercial space ventures grow. Today traditional property and liability insurance, such as pre-launch, launch and in-orbit insurance and third party liability insurance, have become mandatory parts of most space projects. The manufacture and pre-launch insurance covers direct physical loss or damage to the satellite, its apogee kick moter and including its related launch equipment from commencement of loading operations at the manufacture's plant until lift off. The launch and early orbit insurance covers the satellite for physical loss or damage from attachment of risk through to commissioning and for some period of initial operation between 180 days and 12 months after launch. The in-orbit insurance covers physical loss of or damage to the satellite occuring during or caused by an event during the policy period. The third party liability insurance covers the satellite owner' s liability exposure at the launch site and liability arising out of the launch and operation in orbit. In conclusion, the liability in commercial space ventures extends to any organization which participates in providing products and services used in the venture. Accordingly, it is essential for any organization participating in commercial space ventures to contractually disclaim its liability to the extent permitted by law. To achieve the effective disclaimers, it is necessary to determine the applicable law and to understand the requirements of the law which will govern the terms of the contract. A great deal of funds have been used in R&D for commercial space ventures to increase reliability, safety and success. However, the historical reliability of launches and success for commercial space ventures have proved to be slightly lower than we would have wished for. Space insurance has played an important role in reducing the high risks present in commercial space ventures.

A New Era of Space Shuttle

  • The U.S. Space Shuttle represents the beginning of a new era in transportation and is the critical element in the industrialization of the near-Earth-space. Most of its flights are dedicated to reducing costs launching commercial satellites. However, it provides a microgravity environment for processing unique and improved materials which is generating great interest in both civilian and military sectors. The space shuttle is also the necessary step in establishing a permanent space station which could host materials analysis laboratories and commercial processing facilities. This paper reviews the different elements of the space shuttle transportation system, a typical mission scenario, and discusses current activities in materials processing in space.

  • 현재 마케팅 환경은 과거의 가격 위주 전략의 제품판매 시대를 지나 상품, 기업, 브랜드 이미지를 통한 감성마케팅 시대로 접어들었다. 특히 고객의 직접 대면 장소인 기업 상업 공간 Space Identity는 직접 체험, 감각적 자극, 즉시 만족, 사회적 관계 형성을 할 수 있는 중요한 전략 요소임에도 불구하고 대부분의 국내 기업이 CI 기본 시각 시스템을 그대로 대입하는 2차원적 디자인 고려에만 머무르고 있으며 상업공간의 다양한 기능성, 컨셉, 상품과 고객 만족에 대한 고려는 부족한 것이 현실이다. 특히 공간과 고객의 최초 대면 접점인 파사드는 시각적 정보전달, 물리적 경계 역할과 더불어 내외부 공간의 연결성을 통해 공간의 컨셉과 기업과 상품 이미지, 정보 전달 및 고객 유입 정도를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구는 판매, 서비스, 홍보 등이 중심이 된 기업의 상업공간 파사드를 통해 상업 공간 전반에 적용된 Space Identity 적용 사례를 조사하여 상업 공간의 기능에 따른 상품, 고객 유입을 위한 이론 연구 바탕을 마련하고, 이론적 배경과 사례에서 지적된 문제점 개선을 위한 발전된 디자인을 위한 제안을 한다.

  • Recently residential-commercial buildings are being built more like residential-oriented apartments and also as deluxe residential houses targeting at the high-income bracket that is seeking for high Qualify of life. The important factors to provide a pleasant environment for residential-commercial buildings are both common space shared by occupants and the quality of service and the conveniences. These have already become prominent as important factors when choosing a residence. This research manipulates the characteristics of commonly shared space, being an important factor of amenity, in the residential-commercial buildings recently built for sale so that a reference to planning of common space in residential-commercial buildings can be provided for the future.

상업공간에 적용된 서양 고전양식의 실내구성요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Elements of Western Classical Style applied to Korean commercial Space)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the application tendency about the elements of the western classical style which appears in Korean commercial space. The examined objects were 436 pictures of 106 commercial spaces from the different monthly magazines between Sep. 1994 to Sep. 1999. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The tendency of application according to the kind of space, it has appeared much in restaurants and cafes which are being made into high-class centering around Kangnam area. As for the single application in commercial space, Renaissance style was shown most, and the cases applied through the mixture of Renaissance style and Neo-classic style appeared most. 2. The tendency of application arroding to the composition elements of space, the wall of Renaissance style and N대-classic style appeared similarly, and the ceiling of Renaissance style, the window and door of N대-classic style, the column of Renaissance style, and the furniture of Rococo style were being applied much.

  • This study examines the visual effects of surface design utilized in commercial space. In particular, 1 focus on the following three categories: transparency and lighting, electronic surface and media screen, and ubiquitous environments and interface. Unlike the past era in which surface design in commercial space was viewed merely as a means of decoration, it has become more important in the contemporary era because diverse expression techniques in surface design enormously help architects and interior designers embody their own ideas more effectively Moreover, the diversity of surface design expands the concept of cultural space as it provides various graphic elements that reflect human desire for multicultures.
