The building information should be up-to-date information and propagated rapidly for urban modeling, terrain analysis, life information, navigational system, and location-based services(LBS), hence the most recent and updated data of the building information have been required of researchers. This paper presents the developed system to extract the 3-dimension spatial information from aerial orthoimage and LiDAR data of HSI color model. In particular, this paper presents the image processing algorithm to extract the outline of specific buildings and generate the building polygon from the image using HIS color model, recursive backtracking algorithm and the search maze algorithm. Also, this paper shows the effectivity of the HIS color model in the image segmentation.

In this paper, we introduce the LED emotional lighting system realized with the aid of both intelligent algorithm and RGB LED combined with White LED. Generally, the illumination is known as a design factor to form the living place that affects human's emotion and action in the light- space as well as the purpose to light up the specific space. The LED emotional lighting system that can express emotional atmosphere as well as control the quantity of light is designed by using both RGB LED to form the emotional mood and W LED to get sufficient amount of light. RBFNNs is used as the intelligent algorithm and the network model designed with the aid of LED control parameters (viz. color coordinates (x and y) related to color temperature, and lux as inputs, RGBW current as output) plays an important role to build up the LED emotional lighting system for obtaining appropriate color space. Unlike conventional RBFNNs, Fuzzy C-Means(FCM) clustering method is used to obtain the fitness values of the receptive function, and the connection weights of the consequence part of networks are expressed by polynomial functions. Also, the parameters of RBFNN model are optimized by using PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization). The proposed LED emotional lighting can save the energy by using the LED light source and improve the ability to work as well as to learn by making an adequate mood under diverse surrounding conditions.
The distributions of Horizontal Branch (HB) star color, temperature, and mass encode a great deal of information on the stellar evolutionary and (possibly) dynamical processes taking place in Globular Clusters (GCs). An accurate physical modeling of the Red Giant Branch (RGB) mass-loss process is key to solving the so-called second parameter problem. In my poster I will present the most recent advancements of an analytical model for mass-loss along the RGB. The model predicts the HB mass distribution with remarkable accuracy over a sample of 4 GCs. These results were submitted as a paper to ApJ (Pasquato et al. 2013, ApJ submitted), but here I expand on them presenting refinements to the model and a comparison with HB masses obtained from Galex ultraviolet observations.

Noweays, The flow of international relations have to competition with product of each nation, a means of this competitoveness is developmennt of goods based on nation culture. That is in need to development of design have color of our country make sure of original design. Now we need a positive opposed to wants of consumers with expaneded market, so as to need of develogment of distinctive design. And then, this stuey have purpose analory of distinctive design as a ilustrate to case of traditional design with on a conjoint analysis, look into the modeling method and meaning of traditional design. At first, it setting up the base of design development, as a present into a investigate to extract course of shape's element for design distinction. And look around about the developing case of domestic company and modeling method, a pattern of traditional design development, As on of distinction's way has doing conjoint analysis for abstract to character of traditional form and have devdloping to product with a present expression elements and design concept for a basis.

Rapid Prototyping (RP) technology has been advanced to fabricate initial prototypes from various materials. Stratasys′ Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is one of the typical RP processes that provide functional prototypes of ABS plastic. In order to predict the behavior of final ABS parts, it is critical to understand the material properties of the raw FDM process material, and the effect that FDM build parameters have on the FDM part. In this paper, we seek to characterize the properties of ABS parts fabricated by the FDM 1650. Using the Design of Experiment (DOE) approach, the process parameters of FDM, such as raster orientation, air gap, bead width, color, and model temperature were examined. Tensile strengths of crisscross specimens, 〔45°/-45°〕, cross specimens, 〔0°/90°〕, and directionally fabricated tensile specimens (〔0°〕 and 〔90°〕) were measured and compared with the injection molded FDM-ABS P400 material. For the FDM parts made with a -0.003"air gap, the typical tensile strength ranged between 50 percent and 83 percent of the strength of injection molded ABS P400. From the experiments, a couple of build rules for designing FDM parts were obtained.
From the view point of data fusion, we integrate LIDAR data and digital aerial images to perform 3D building modeling in this study. The proposed scheme comprises two major parts: (1) building block extraction and (2) building model reconstruction. In the first step, height differences are analyzed to detect the above ground areas. Color analysis is then performed for the exclusion of tree areas. Potential building blocks are selected first followed by the refinement of building areas. In the second step, through edge detection and extracting the height information from LIDAR data, accurate 3D edges in object space is calculated. The accurate 3D edges are combined with the already developed SMS method for building modeling. LIDAR data acquired by Leica ALS 40 in Hsin-Chu Science-based Industrial Park of north Taiwan will be used in the test.

A program which can produce military standard raster maps was developed. This includes the functions that classify the types of geospatial data, publish automatically based on paper map schema, and convert products with military standard raster formats. Especially, this paper presents the automatic map-publishing technique with mathematical modeling and controling the line width, color, shape that ever not used.

Most works of art are done through brokers, and transaction details are not disclosed to the public and are always at risk of tampering. To solve these problems, many Artworks Blockchain Platforms that apply blockchain technology to art transactions are being used. Several companies are currently operating these platforms, but since various blockchain platforms are operated according to the content, the operating methods of each platform are different, and a related model is needed to solve these problems due to compatibility issues between platforms. In this paper, we collect the latest Artworks Blockchain Platforms data, and based on this, we will create and analyze the Color Petri net model of Artworks Blockchain Platform.

Developing a machine learning model and putting it into production goes through a number of steps. Automated Machine Learning(AutoML) appeared to increase productivity and efficiency by automating inefficient tasks that occur while repeating this process whenever machine learning is applied. The high degree of automation of AutoML models allows non-experts to use machine learning models and techniques without the need to become machine learning experts. Automating the process of applying machine learning end-to-end with AutoML models has the added benefit of creating simpler solutions, generating these solutions faster, and often generating models that outperform hand-designed models. In this paper, the AutoML data is collected and AutoML's Color Petri net model is created and analyzed based on it.
Northeastward drifts of massive Sargassum patches were observed in the East China Sea (ECS) and Yellow Sea (YS) by the Geostationary Ocean Color Imager (GOCI) in May 2017. Coverage of the brown macroalgae patches was the largest ever recorded in the ECS and YS. Three-dimensional circulation modeling and Lagrangian particle tracking simulations were conducted to reproduce drifting trajectories of the macroalgae patches. The trajectories of the macroalgae patches were controlled by winds as well as surface currents. A windage (leeway) factor of 1% was chosen based on sensitivity simulations. Southerly winds in May 2017 contributed to farther northward intrusion of the brown macroalgae into the YS. Although satellite observation and numerical modeling have their own limitations and associated uncertainties, the two methods can be combined to find the best estimate of Sargassum patch trajectories. When satellites were unable to capture all patches because of clouds and sea fog in the ECS and YS, the Lagrangian particle tracking model helped to track and restore the missing patches in satellite images. This study suggests that satellite monitoring and numerical modeling are complementary to ensure accurate tracking of macroalgae patches in the ECS and YS.
