Two cases of trichobezoar with unusual presentation in female children are described. The first case is a 7-year-old female with a 3-day history of abdominal pain, obstipation, and emesis. She developed intestinal obstruction and showed double bezoars in the stomach and intestine respectively. She had been in a habit of biting or sucking hairs before sleeping from infancy until 5 years of age. The other patient is a 6-year-old girl referred for an epigastric mass, emotional disturbance and trichotillomania. In spite of the psychological treatment, 4 laparotomies were necessary due to repeated recurrences.

A case of a 7 year old girl with rare congenital anomalies is reported. The anomalies as called Cantrell`s pentalogy is consisted of defect in supraumbilical abdominal wall, ventral diaphragm, adjacent pericardium, and lower sternum associated with cardiac malformation. Her cardiac lesion was muscular diverticulum of left ventricle. The diverticulum was resected and the other defects were repaired successfully.

The purpose of this paper is to promote the physics study of high school students with computer. A computer simulation for falling motion is used to provide the students a chance to study by themselves viewing the concrete motion pictures of computer. By this simulation program, the students can observe various movements of a falling body with calculated distance according to falling time.

A girl (Hellman dental age IIC) with anterior cross bite was treated by means of the chincap and occlusal equilibration on deciduous canines. Following results were obtained; 1) The cross bite was corrected after 12 weeks of active treatment. 2) The terminal plane of deciduous molars had become 'a class II tendency' 3) The axial inclination of lower incisors were changed significantly.

As we shall dene an exponentiated complementary power function distribution, we shall consider moments, hazard rate, and inference for parameter in the distribution. And we shall consider an inference of the reliability and distributions for the quotient and the ratio in two independent exponentiated complementary power function random variables.

Renal colic, hematuria, dysuria and stone passage were developed in younger brother (4 year 6 month old boy). But the elder sister (6 year old girl)had no specific symptoms and signs. The identification of the disease was proved by cyanide nitroprusside test and amino acid analysis of urine. In our patients the chromatographic amino acid patterns of urine showed remarkably increased excretion of cystine, ornithine, lysine, and arginine. They are managed by adequate hydration with Shohl solution for rendering the urine more alkaline, and alpha-mercaptopropionylglycine (Thiola).

We present a concept of negative definite functions on a commutative normal hypercomplex system $L_1$(Q, $m$) with basis unity. Negative definite functions were studied in [5] and [4] for commutative groups and semigroups respectively. The definition of such functions on Q is a natural generalization of that defined on a commutative hypergroups.

We report a case of pilomatrixoma presenting in the right cheek of a 6-year-old girl. In the panoramic view, a small, ovoid-shaped, and nonhomogenous calcified mass was superimposed on the right mandibular angle, The mass was located on the skin overlying the right mandibular ramus area in the skull P-A view. The tumor had a strongly reflective pattern with acoustic shadowing in sonographic view. We also illustrate how these lesions can be effectively diagnosed.

Erythermalgia has typical triad of burning pain, redness and localized elevation of body temperature at the involved extremities and according to the etiolgy it can be divided as primary (unknown) and secondary erythermalgia. One case of typical primary erythermalgia involving both lower extremities in 20 year old male patient was reported with dramatic symptomatic improvement for 4 months after bilateral lumbar sympathectomy. And there was another case of primary erythermalgia involving both upper and lower extremities in 12 year old girl, and all the symptoms and signs were disappeared about one week later with combined bilateral thoracic and lumbar sympathectomy. It is considered the first case of primary erythermalgia treated completely with sympathectomy in Korea.

We report three cases of posterior mediastinal tumor in Von Recklinghausen's disease on 12-yearsy old boy, 8-years-old girl and 6-years-old boy. Especially the last case was combinded with "Dumbbell" neurilemmoma of cervical spine. In the first case, preoperative CT scan showed a homogeneous large mass In the posterior mediastinum. But the mass did not show intraspinal invasion on the chest MRI scan. In the last case, cervical spine CT with thecal enhancement shows dumbbell shaped neurofibroma, compressed spinal cord and thecal sac In three cases we removed all the masses successfully and the patients were discharged safely without significant problem.t problem.
