스포츠윤리교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (A Program Development and Application on Educating Sport Ethics)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 스포츠선수들이 실제 스포츠현장에서 도덕적으로 판단하고 행동할 수 있도록 도덕적 자율성을 신장시키기 위한 스포츠윤리교육 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 먼저 Rest의 도덕성 4구성요소 모형을 이론적 토대로 관련 선행연구를 고찰하고 국내외 스포츠윤리 저서들을 분석함으로써 스포츠윤리에서 다루어야 할 핵심 주제를 도출하여 교육내용을 구성하였다. 다음으로 선정한 교육내용을 효과적으로 교육하기 위하여 인지구조의 비평형화와 동년배 집단 교류의 기제를 통한 딜레마 토론 수업을 활용하였다. 끝으로 개발한 스포츠윤리교육 프로그램은 대학교 학생선수들을 대상으로 적용하였으며 프로그램 실행 후 심층면담을 통하여 설정한 스포츠윤리교육의 목적이 달성되었는지를 평가함으로써 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다. 프로그램에 참가 후 학생선수들의 스포츠윤리에 대한 인식과 실천행동에 있어서 긍정적인 변화를 확인하였다. 이 연구가 스포츠지도 현장에서 실제로 활용할 수 있는 다양한 수준의 스포츠윤리교육 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공하고 스포츠윤리교육 활성화에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

  • PoongLyuYak exists everywhere. If you read the poem and get inspired, it becomes poem Yak (詩藥, poem medicine). If you look at the picture and fall it, it becomes picture Yak. When you feel refreshed by travelling, it becomes travel Yak. Music, dance, movie, nature, etc. are very nice examples. Even a leisurely life of driving, eating out, and drinking coffee is good PoongLyuYak for the body. Whether you're alone or in a group, if you can enjoy it, it's good medicine. According to the logic of the windy and flowing world, anything that can transform one's emotions, whether happy, sad, or trivial, can be a PoongLyuYak. This PoongLyuYak may be more effective than oral medications, inhalants, ointments, or injections. Rather than simply watching, listening, or imitating others, the effect is enormous when participating directly and performing and creative activities. The pleasure of seeing Heung-min Son playing soccer is also a PoongLyuYak, but it can be more enjoyable and the medicinal effect is much greater if you enjoy soccer yourself. 유방촬영에서 환자 피폭선량 (Patient Dose in Mammography)

  • 본 연구에서는 유방촬영 환자수 1,318명(2,636영상)을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석하여 환자의 연령분포와 압박유방두께를 조사하였고, 또한 압박유방두께의 변화에 따른 평균유선선량(AGD)을 측정하여 비교하였다. 다양한 관전압과 target/filter 조합에서 반가층과 출력(mR/mAs)을 측정하여 임상에서 사용되는 관전압에서 측정된 출력에다 mAs를 곱해서 입사표면공기커마(ESAK)를 계산하였다. 평균유선선량은 입사표면공기커마에다 Dance가 구한 변환계수를 곱해서 구했다. 압박유방두께의 평균값은 상하방향(CC) 촬영 시에 35.8 mm, 내외사방향(MLO) 촬영 시에 43.3 mm로 나타났다. 평균유선선량은 CC 촬영에서 1.55 mGy, MLO 촬영에서 1.70 mGy로, 압박유방두께가 CC 촬영 시보다 MLO 촬영 시에 평균 4.8 mm 두껍기 때문에 평균유선선량은 MLO 촬영 시에 0.15 mGy(10%)가 증가되었다. 평균유선선량은 압박유방두께가 두꺼울수록 증가하며, $10{\sim}80\;mm$의 범위에서 압박유방두께가 10 mm 두꺼울수록 평균적으로 0.34 mGy 증가하였다. 따라서 압박유방두께에 따라 평균유선선량의 차이가 비교적 크기 때문에 한 가지 두께보다 몇 단계에서 규정된 최대한계선량으로 유방촬영 시의 환자 피폭선량의 기준으로 삼는 것이 바람직하다.

유산소 리듬 운동프로그램이 노인의 체력, 자기효능감 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Aerobic Rhythmical Exercise Program on Physical Fitness, Self-efficacy and Quality of Life in Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of aerobic rhythmical exercise program on $VO_2$ max, leg strength, grip strength, flexibility, exercise self-efficacy and quality of life in elderly. This quai-experimental study was designed as a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest study. 36 subjects, aged between 65 and 73 years who have normal cognition. sensory function and cerebellum function participated in this study. 19 experimental group subjects participated aerobic rhythmical exercise program. Aerobic rhythmical exercise program was developed on the basis of calisthenics, stretching, aerobic exercise, Korean traditional dance and music by the author. The program consisted of approximately 1 hours of exercise, 3 times a week for 9 weeks. During 1 hours workout, there were 15 minutes of warm-up dancing, 35 minutes of conditioning dance and 10 minutes of cool-down dancing. The intensity for the conditioning phase was between $40\%\;and\;60\%$ of age adiusted maximum heart rates. The $VO_2$ max, grip strength, leg strength, flexibility, exercise self-efficacy and quality of life were measured prior to and following the experimental treatment. Data were analyzed with $x^2-test$, t-test, mean, standard deviation. percentage of change and ANCOVA test using SAS program. Results were obtained as follows. 1. The $VO_2$ max of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group following the aerobic rhythmical exercise program(F=7.76, p=0.008). 2. The grip strength of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group following the aerobic rhythmical exercise program(F=4.61, p=0.039). 3. The leg strength of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group following the aerobic rhythmical exercise program(F=9.29, p=0.000). 4. The was no significantly difference of flexibility between experimental and control group 5. The self-efficacy of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group following the aerobic rhythmical exercise program(F=43.40, p=0.000). 6. The quality of life of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group following the aerobic rhythmical exercise program(F=8.91. p=0.005). The results suggest that aerobic rhythmical exercise program can improve $VO_2$ max, grip strength. leg strength. exercise self-efficacy and quality of life elderly. Thus. aerobic rhythmical exercise program was a useful nursing intervention for elderly.

규칙적인 신체활동 참여가 여성노인의 노화과련 호르몬 농도 및 심혈관질환 위험요소에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of regular physical activities on female senior adults aging related hormone levels and a risk factor in cardiovascular disease)

  • 본 연구는 12주간의 규칙적인 신체활동 참여가 여성노인의 노화관련 호르몬(성장호르몬, DHEA-S, 에스트로겐) 및 심혈관 위험요소(아디포넥틴, hs-CRP)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 65세-75세 여성노인 20명(운동집단 10명, 비교집단 10명)을 대상으로 하였다. 주 3회(60분씩) 12주간 한국무용 프로그램을 실시하였고 집단내 차이검증은 paired t-test로, 집단별 항목들의 변화량 차이 검증은 independent t-test를 실시하였다(p<0.05). 본 연구의 결과 에스트로겐(p=0.025), 성장호르몬(p=0.009), DHEA-S(p=0.009), 아디포넥틴(p=0.014)은 운동집단에서 운동 12주 후 유의하게 증가하였고 hs-CRP(p=0.010)는 운동 12주 후 유의하게 감소하였다. 에스트로겐(p=0.006), DHEA-S(p=0.002), 아디포넥틴(p=0.008), hs-CRP(p=0.004)는 집단간 변화량의 차이도 나타났다.

통합 레크리에이션 프로그램이 여성 노인의 기분상태, 유연성 및 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Integrated Recreation Program on Mood State, Flexibility and Stress of Elderly Women)

  • 본 연구는 통합 레크리에이션 프로그램이 여성 노인의 기분상태와 유연성, 스트레스 감소에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 통합 레크리에이션 프로그램은 노인의 활동특성을 고려하여 신체적 활동영역으로 무용을, 정서적 활동영역으로 노래와 미술을 적용하였고, K도에 거주하는 만 65세 이상의 여성 노인 50명을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2014년 12월 2일에서 2015년 2월 17일까지였으며, 기분상태, 유연성, 타액코티솔 농도, 심박동 변이도 및 스트레스를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합 레크리에이션 프로그램으로 인해 여성 노인들의 긍정적인 기분상태가 높아지고 있었고, 둘째, 통합 레크리에이션 프로그램은 유연성 향상에 효과가 있었으며, 셋째, 통합 레크리에이션 프로그램은 여성 노인들의 스트레스를 낮추는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면, 통합 레크리에이션 프로그램은 여성 노인의 기분상태와 유연성을 향상시키는 반면 스트레스를 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 통합 레크리에이션 프로그램은 여성 노인의 신체 및 정신건강에 도움이 될 뿐 아니라 노인의 건강증진 프로그램으로 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

학령기 아동을 위한 신체활동-행동수정 비만관리 프로그램이 대사증후군 위험인자에 미치는 효과 분석 (The Effects of a Physical Activity-Behavior Modification Combined Intervention(PABM-intervention) on Metabolic Risk Factors in Overweight and Obese Elementary School Children)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of a physical activity-behavior modification combined intervention(PABM-intervention) on metabolic risk factors in overweight and obese elementary school children. Methods: Thirty-two participants ($BMI\geq85$ percentile or relative $obesity\geq10$) were allocated to the PABM-intervention group and behavior modification only intervention group. The PABM -intervention was composed of exercise intervention consisting of 50 minutes of physical activity(Hip-hop dance & gym-based exercises) twice a week and the behavior modification intervention consisted of 50 minutes of instruction for modifying lifestyle habits(diet & exercise) once a week. Effectiveness of intervention was based on waist circumference, BP, HDL-cholesterol, TG, and fasting glucose before and after the intervention. Results: The proportion of subjects with 1, 2, 3 or more metabolic risk factors were 28.1, 43.8, and 15.6%, respectively. After the 8-week intervention, waist circumference, systolic BP, diastolic BP, and HDL-cholesterol changed significantly(p<.01) in the PABM group. Conclusion: This provides evidence that a PABM-intervention is effective in changing metabolic risk factors such as waist circumference, systolic BP, diastolic BP, and HDL-cholesterol in overweight and obese elementary school children.

소아(小兒) stress에 관한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察) (A study on stress in Children)

  • With the progress of civilization, the disorders due to the stress, which derived from the social-structural complexity and diversity, are on an increasing trend in our times. Accordingly, the accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment for them are required. Especially in the current years, children's disorders delivered by the emotional problems keep increasing. In this research, the researcher tried to figure out the cause of the children's stress and its treatment, studied the theories of the stress in the modem medicine and the sever emotions in oriental medicine, and came to the conclusion as follows: 1. The stress can be defined as the combination of the reaction to noxious stimuli and its defense mechanism of the body, In oriental medicine, it is considered as pathological notions which includes seven emotions as the internal factor, six evils as the external factor and other foods, expectoration, ecchymoma as the non-internal/external factors. 2. Children usually get stressed by various reasons in a growth process such as schooling, relationship with friends, the opposite sex of family, or change of surroundings, and these can cause the various disorders. 3. In the study of the children's stress symptoms, it is found that the silent reaction is uncommon. It usually appeared in both reactions: firs, physical reactions such as stomachache, vomiting, headache, neural frequent urination, bronchial asthma or excessive respiration and/or, second, behavioral reactions such as a decline of performance, alimentary disorder, e.g. anorexia nervosa or bulimia, sleep disorder, e.g. nightmare or panic in sleep, anthrophobia, refusal to a school attendance or hyperactiveness. Besides, the peculiar mental disorder such as paroxysm of anger, tic, autism, nocturnal enuresis, lack of attentiveness, impediment in linguistic development, learning difficulty, intellectual decline, etc. can be appeared, and the heavy stress during the babyhood can cause the regression of behavior or the immaturity of formation of character. 4. The appropriate treatments for the children's stress are Osteopathy, Manpulation, Aroma Therapy, Alexander Technique, Autonomic Never Control Treatment, Biofeedback, Chiropractic, Dance Therapy, Feldenkrasis Technique, Gravity Therapy, Homepathy, Aquatherapy, Hypnotherapy, Naturopathy and Meditation.

발레 Fouette Turns 동작 시 음악반주 유무에 따른 정면응시도 및 회전축 이동거리 차이 (A Comparative Study on Orientation density to the Front and Path Length of Rotational Axis with/without Music during Fouette Turns)

  • Fouett$\acute{e}$ turns are repeated pirouettes which begin as a normal pirouette en dehors but include a movement that allows the rotational momentum lost to friction to be regained once each revolution. The purpose of this study was to investigate on orientation density of head/trunk to the front with and without music to which dancers perform the Fouette turn in time. 10 female dancers($21.0{\pm}1.4$ years old, height; $165.3{\pm}3.9$ cm, weight: $50.5{\pm}5.7$ kg) who are the students of S University participated in this study. It took shorter time to perform one revolution of fouette turn with music (930 ms) than without music (961 ms), which reason may be the shorter time of phase 2 in which the rotational momentum is not produced but lost to fiction. Orientation density of trunk to the front was smaller with music (.176) than without music (.196), while the one of head had not significant difference between with and without music. And the path length of marker on $2^{nd}$ left metatarsal bone during one revolution was smaller with music (35.7 cm) than without music (40.2 cm) but the difference was not statistically significant (p=.267).

율동적 근육운동 프로그램의 적용 기간에 따른 노인의 신체기능 변화 (The Effect of Rhythmical Exercise Program Period on Physiological Improvements in the Elderly)

  • The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of a Rhythmical Exercise Program(REP) on physiological functions such as muscle strength, blood pressure, pulse, flexibility and body fat in the elderly. The research employed a non-equivalent control group pre-post test quasi experimental design. REP consisted of 45 minutes of dance, 3 times a week for 10 weeks. The formulated hypothesis were examined using the non-parametric statistics; Wilcoxon Signed rank sum test and Mann-Whitney test. The results are as follows; 1. The upper muscle strength and lower muscle strength of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group following the REP(P<.0 5). And the Period of REP affected the muscle strength; the longer the exercise period, the stronger the muscle strength became. 2. The systolic blood pressure of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group following the REP(p<.05). But there was no significant difference in the diastolic blood pressure between the experimental and control groups. The period of REP affected only systolic pressure; the longer the exercise period, the lower the systolic pressure became. 3. There was no significant difference in heart rate between the experimental and control groups, following the exercise period. 4. The flexibility of the experimental group was significantly higher than those of the control group following the REP(p<.01). And the period of REP affected flexibility; the longer the exercise period, the higher the flexibility(p<.05) became. 5. There was no significant difference of body fat between the experimental and control groups. The body fat of the experimental groups was significantly lower only 10 weeks after exercise(p<.01). Based on these results, it is suggested that rhythmical exercise program improves muscle strength, systolic pressure, and flexibility in the elderly.
