This research was performed to understand physiological and ecological characterisities and to de stable production by the way of the establishment of cultivation in elephant food. The results of the investigation of developmental characterisitics, leaf area, photosynthetic ability, chloroplast content for collective varieties are as follows. In the ecological characterisrics for five varieties of elephant food collected from domestic and foreign countries, appearance days for Japanese collective varieties was 60 days, which was two days earlier than domestic collective variety, Jechon collective variety. In appearance rate, Japanese collective variety was 90%, which was higher than Kumsan collective variety, 85%. In the development and yield of the ground portion, Japanese variety was the highest during all developmental period follwed by Chinese and Jechon collective varieties. The larger leaf area, the higher photosynthesis was found. In the amount of chlorophyll content, the higher intercepting light rate, the higher chlorophyll amount was found, which was 30, 50, 70% higher amount than non intercepting light rate.

Semantic search recently been used in the search field. POI is one of the most essential information that make up the geographic information, and many of the geographic information system has POI search function as a basic. In this study, we propose POI semantic search using collective intelligence. For this, we designed and implemented service that constructs empirical information from tag and image, and provides an intuitive spatial navigation experience. For POI search, collective intelligence platform that many users can participate to collect variety information was designed and implemented.

In this paper, we propose a C_PBS(C Program Bank System) which can support effective learning of C language. C_PBS allows a variety of problem uses and provides 3 types of search method for user convenience. It also shows many useful facilities: a variety of answers to a problem, display of problems according to reference frequency, interesting problem list, and problem carts. Especially, with the addition of comments and reference to the problems and answers, it implements collective intelligence via mutual collaborative learning by supporting the philosophy of web 2.0: participation, sharing, and open.

This paper presents the need for the concept of collective intelligence based system for the timely learning and incorrect notes show the utilization and satisfaction. The old wrong answer note system is characterized by the provision of uniform right answer explanations for the questions whose answers were wrong by checking whether the evaluation items were answered right or wrong. The characteristic requires a lot of improvements in terms of wrong answer analysis and feedback since it cannot properly receive feedback on the items that a learner got right by luck in spite of poor understanding of them and on the errors in the selection process of wrong answers by individual learners. The SERO wrong answer note was designed to propose new ways to identify and capture such "score errors" and compensate for the practical weaknesses of learners. The Stability Emergency Risk Opportunity (SERO) wrong answer note is based on a method of categorizing and analyzing evaluation items answered by the examinee into four types (S, E, R and O type), and commentary correct as well as incorrect answers by presenting a variety of commentary notes using the collective intelligence of the study show that satisfaction is high.

This study selects 45 housing complexes in Munheung, Ilgok and Sangmu districts of housing side development zones of Gwangju Metropolitan City and conducts the experiment the visual characteristics of these housing complexes through visual-perceptive information with their residents. As a result of experiment for the evaluation and structurization by visual-perceptive information of view image, there were affirmative evaluations in the whole experimental subjects except variables as 'innovative' and 'new' According to cluster types, while simple reiterative types showed affirmative responses except such items as 'dull', 'common' and 'uniform'. Variational types were affirmative in the whole items. It extracted four evaluation factors including variety, stability, harmony and symbolism. From the above research, it is understood that since the current housing site development has been made after developing housing site by public agencies and sold them to construction companies, housing complexes of different types were built within the same district. Therefore, it cannot be connected to the view of the whole district even if it considered view in planning housing complex. then when future housing side development or housing complex are planned, it is required that view guideline in the dimension of the district should be prepared and housing site development district or housing complex must be able to contribute to urban view by introducing master architect system.

This paper proposes SERO note system which supports collaborative learning between teachers and learners by using the learner's internal and external environment information. The proposed system defines the learner's internal environment depending on desire for relearning assessment questions, and the learner's external environment depending on a percentage of correct answers. The purpose of educational evaluation through SERO typing of each question is reflected in collaborative learning between teachers and learners. As the results of SERO typing of each question are accumulated on DB and used, a variety of feedback chances can be offered to teachers and learners.

This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the implications of the metaverse on the music industry, focusing on copyright issues and potential solutions. It delves into the concept and characteristics of metaverse platforms, describing them as environments that immerse users in a variety of virtual experiences. A significant portion of the paper is dedicated to exploring music use and copyright infringement in the metaverse. It examines how users incorporate existing music into their content, often leading to legal challenges due to copyright infringement. The paper discusses the role of online service providers (OSPs) in this context and the legal implications of their actions. The paper also addresses the 'safe harbor' provisions for OSPs and examines the balance between protecting rights holders and limiting OSP liability. It highlights the challenges and limitations of copyright enforcement in the metaverse, especially given the unique nature of content on platforms such as Roblox. Finally, the article proposes solutions to simplify music licensing in the metaverse, suggesting a shift from property rules to liability rules and the establishment of Collective Management Organizations (CMOs) to streamline the licensing process and better protect copyright holders' interests.

The state adopts the policies based on the goals pursued by the state and provides a basic policy for administrative activities related to early childhood education. Therefore, early childhood education policy should be established organically in consultant with the social consent in advance. In most countries will bear the costs of child care and early childhood education can reduce the financial burden of parents and early childhood education consumers are able to understand the will of the government to support the child care services, which they need in a variety of way. The conflict is deepening - among policy officials, front-line institutions participating in policy implementation, and parents - surrounding the infant and early childhood education. And the conflict has caused the difference between this policy and claims that cannot find hardly a solution. In this study, we argue how the policy differences between groups involved in the policy to analyze the influence, to find the policy conflict resolution strategies.

In mathematical modeling tasks, where students are exposed to model-eliciting for real and open problems, students are supposed to formulate and use a variety of mathematical skills and tools at hand to achieve feasible and meaningful solutions using appropriate problem solving strategies. In contrast to problem solving activities in conventional math classes, math modeling tasks call for varieties of mathematical ability including mathematical creativity. Mathematical creativity encompasses complex and compound traits. Many researchers suggest the exhaustive list of criterions of mathematical creativity. With regard to the research considering the possibility of enhancing creativity via math modeling instruction, a quantitative scheme to scale and calibrate the creativity was investigated and the assessment of math modeling activity was suggested for practical purposes.
