이 논문은 병무청의 업무수행 과정에서 산출된 행정기록물을 보완할 수 있는 역사적, 문화적, 정보적 가치를 지닌 매뉴스크립트 수집정책을 수립하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상이 되는 병무행정 매뉴스크립트의 수집은 병무청 개청 40주년 기념사업의 일환으로 병무행정기록관 설치에 그 목적이 있으며 병무행정기록관 설치사업과 연계하여 수집정책을 수립하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 사명문 개발, 수집범주 및 대상, 수집방법 및 절차를 제안하였다.

This paper describes the system development for the Ground Control Point collection and management through the major coastline region in KOREA, which will collect and manage the ground control point based on high resolution satellite image database. The module of this system is following 1) GCP/Coarstline research plan module 2) GCP/Coarstline ground collection module 3) GCP/Coarstline post processing module Our team developed the core components of ‘High Resolution Satellite Image Processing Technique’ project, and this system, among applications of our project, is constructed to apply to practical use. Due to the increase in population and consequently the increase in the production of plastic waste, recovery of this part of the waste is an undeniable necessity. On the other hand, the recycling of plastic waste, if it is placed in a systematic process and controlled, can be effective in creating jobs and maintaining environmental health. Waste collection in many large cities has become a major problem due to lack of proper planning with increasing waste from population accumulation and changing consumption patterns. Today, waste management is no longer limited to waste collection, but waste collection is one of the important areas of its management, i.e. training, segregation, collection, recycling and processing. In this study, a systematic method based on machine vision for sorting plastic bottles in different colors for recycling purposes will be proposed. In this method, image classification and segmentation techniques were presented to improve the performance of plastic bottle classification. Evaluation of the proposed method and comparison with previous works showed the proper performance of this method.

국가도서관은 한 국가의 지식문화유산인 국가장서를 집중적으로 개발 보존하고 제공해야 할 책무를 지니고 있으며, 이러한 국가적 책무를 수행하는 기관으로서의 정체성과 위상을 유지하기 위해 국가장서의 개발 관리를 위한 장서개발정책의 수립이 필수적이다. 이를 근거로 이 연구는 국립중앙도서관 장서개발정책의 기본적 원칙과 지침을 설정하고 유형별, 매체별, 주제별 장서개발을 위한 지침을 요체로 하는 최적의 정책모형을 제안하였다. 그 기본방향은 모든 관종을 대표하는 국립도서관, 국내의 모든 정보자료를 제출받는 납본도서관, 한국인의 정신세계와 지식문화를 축적 전수하는 보존도서관, 인터넷 정보유통을 선도하는 게이트웨이로서의 정체성과 역할로 설정하였으며, 주요 국가도서관의 장서개발정책을 분석하여 구성체계, 구조적 및 내용적 특징을 도출하고 이를 근거로 선택적으로 벤치마킹하되 변용하였다. 결과로 서문, 장서개발의 대상, 주체, 방법, 장서개발의 우선순위와 기본원칙, 장서개발 기본지침, 주제별 집서수준 지침, 보존관리 및 제적 폐기 지침, 협동장서개발 전략, 장서개발정책(CDP)의 관리주체 및 개정주기로 구성된 국가도서관 장서개발정책 모형을 제시하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 국립어린이청소년도서관이 어린이 청소년 서비스를 책임지는 국가도서관으로 자리매김하는데 있어서 가장 중요한 구성요소이며 핵심역량 제고의 원천이 될 중장기 장서개발의 마스터플랜을 제시하는데 있다. 즉, 어린이 청소년을 위한 지식정보서비스의 허브 및 관련 학술연구정보를 제공하는 핵심기관으로서의 역할을 수행하는데 필수적인 장서개발정책을 수립 제안하는 것이다. 구체적으로, 주요 어린이 청소년 도서관의 장서개발정책을 조사, 분석하여 국립어린이청소년도서관 장서개발의 기본원칙과 개발지침을 설정하고 이를 근거로 국내외 어린이자료, 청소년자료, 연구자료, 전자자료 및 멀티미디어자료, 그리고 특수범주자료 등을 대상으로 하는 최적 정책모형을 제안하며, 장서개발 실무에 적용할 수 있도록 각종 세부지침을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 빠르게 발전되는 네트워크 환경을 고려한 분산된 자원 활용에 필요한 기반 연구이다. 앞으로의 자원공유에 대한 노력은 기술적인 문제가 아닌 의미져인 상호운용성이 강조되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 자원공유를 위한 컬렉션 단위 기술(collection level description; 이하 CLD라고 함) 모형을 제안하였다. 먼저 컬렉션의 범위, 구축목적, 관련 행위자들을 기반으로 하여 컬렉션에 대한 정의를 설명하였으며, CLD의 중요성을 강조한 연구와 그와 관련된 표준들을 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로는 기존의 CLD의 기능에서 보강되어야 할 관계 중심의 모형 구축을 시도하였으며, 이를 위해 온톨로지 개념을 사용하였다. 온톨로지기반 CLD 모형은 새로운 관계를 창출하기 위한 다양한 표현 기술들을 정의하였다. 기존 연구와는 달리 클래스와 속성을 구별하고, 속성 중에서도 클래스 자체에 대한 특성과 클래스들 간의 관계를 연결하는 속성으로 나누어서 제시하였다.

수집정책은 기록관리기관에서 장서를 구축하는 데 있어 법적 당위성과 내용적 일관성을 위해 반드시 필요한 문서다. 특히, 구조적, 재정적 지속성이 부족한 디지털 아카이브에서는 장서 구축의 가이드라인이 절실하다. 하지만, 디지털이라는 태생적 특성과 대다수 프로젝트 형식으로 이루어지는 디지털 아카이브의 특이성으로 인해 수집정책의 요소와 내용은 실물 기록물을 수집하는 기관의 수집정책과는 달라지게 된다. 본 연구는 노근리 디지털 아카이브를 위한 수집정책을 마련하기 위해 시작되었다. 선행연구와 이론적 배경의 분석을 바탕으로 기존의 디지털 아카이브 수집정책 사례를 조사하고, 노근리사건과 노근리 디지털 아카이브의 성격과 특성을 분석하였다. 이렇게 탐구된 내용을 기반으로 노근리 디지털 아카이브의 수집정책을 구축하였다.

본 연구에서는 두 단계를 거쳐서, 즉 리포지토리 운영에 필요한 이슈들을 제시한 SPARC 체크리스트 문헌 등을 분석하고(제 1 단계), 16개 국내외 대학의 리포지토리 운영현황을 사례 연구를 통해서 살펴본 후(제 2 단계), 리포지토리 운영에 중요한 여섯가지 요인을 추출하였다. 추출된 여섯가지 요인인 (1)학내 합의 형성과 운영 체제, (2)콘텐츠, (3)지식 재산권, (4)학내 동종 사업과의 제휴, (5)기술과 시스템 및 (6)도서관사서 역할의 쟁점들과 그 해결책을 기술한 운영 모형을 제안하였다. 제안된 운영 모형은 기관 리포지토리를 앞으로 구축할 계획 중인 대학은 물론 이미 구축된 리포지토리를 다각적으로 검토하여 활성화 방안을 모색하고 있는 대학에 하나의 지침이 될 것이다.

Social infrastructure is the basis of public welfare and should be recognized and managed as important assets. Bridge is one of the most important infrastructures to be managed systematically because the impact of the failure is critical. It is essential to monitor the performance of bridges in order to manage them as an asset. But current analytical methods such as predictive modeling and structural analysis are very complicated and difficult to use in practice. To apply these methods, structural and material condition data collection should be performed in each element of bridge. But it is difficult to collect these detailed data in large numbers and various kinds of bridges. Therefore, it is necessary to collect data of major measurement items and predict the life of bridges roughly with advanced information technologies. When certain measurement items reach predefined limits in the monitoring bridges, precise performance measurement will be done by detailed site measurement. This paper describes the selection of major measurement items that can represent the tendency of bridge life and introduces automated bridge data collection test-bed using wireless sensor network technology. The following will be major parts of this paper: 1) Examining the features of conventional bridge management system and data collection method 2) Mileage concept as a bridge life indicator and measuring method of the indicator 3) Test-bed of automated and real-time based bridge life indicator monitoring system using wireless sensor network

This study examined the relationship between working capital management and performance of listed companies Stock Exchange in Tehran. A total of 40 companies from the cement industry for the period 2007 to 2010 of which only 25 were selected for this study had the condition. In order to achieve the objectives, this study surveys the exploration of correlation regression analysis and used the curve obtained, the regression equation. To test the hypothesis, quantitative analysis was used as a method. The results showed a negative relationship between the variables of working capital management and the company's performance and the only variable cash conversion cycle did not show a significant relationship. There is often a negative correlation between the variables studied. This study is based on five assumptions impact of working capital management on corporate profitability is examined. Therefore, the results suggest that the variables in working capital (average collection of receivables, average inventory turnover period, the average net debt and average transaction cycle) and net operating profit is significant negative correlation Net cash conversion cycle and only illustrates the relationship is not significant. Thus, it showed that in debt collection and debt payment period, the turnover of inventory and net trade cycle to reduce the profitability of companies will increase.
