Recently, We have many private information leakage cases through internet which cause social problems and it is impossible to change or update the leaked information, it is also used to the third crime such as identity theft, internet fraud. Hackers are interested in stealing private information for making money, in this point private information leakage problems are constantly increased hereafter. In this paper, I surveyed the authorization model on site registration which is currently used in Korea, and the problem of collecting personal identification number, I proposed policy model of useless method of private information, especially leaked information can not be used anymore in internet.

The purpose of this study was to explore awareness of food tourism using big data analysis. For this, this study collected data containing 'food tourism' keywords from google web search, google news, and google scholar during one year from January 1 to December 31, 2016. Data were collected by using SCTM (Smart Crawling & Text Mining), a data collecting and processing program. From those data, degree centrality and eigenvector centrality were analyzed by utilizing packaged NetDraw along with UCINET 6. The result showed that the web visibility of 'core service' and 'social marketing' was high. In addition, the web visibility was also high for destination, such as rural, place, ireland and heritage; 'socioeconomic circumstance' related words, such as economy, region, public, policy, and industry. Convergence of iterated correlations showed 4 clustered named 'core service', 'social marketing', 'destinations' and 'social environment'. It is expected that this diagnosis on food tourism according to changes in international business environment by using these web information will be a foundation of baseline data useful for establishing food tourism marketing strategies.

The smart grid can create benefits such as the expansion of consumer choice and flexibility enhancement, adaption to future electric power industry change and the increasing use of renewable energy sources. Consumers can make a contribution to improve the overall effectiveness of system through active receptive response. They can enhance the energy consumption efficiency based on more information from service providers. The Smart Grid Promotion Act, which was enacted in April 2011, contains consumer protection provisions such as information collecting, sharing, and protection measures. On this reason, it is needed to expand promotion and education regarding the smart grid to improve the consumer awareness, and the schemes to enhance smart grid consumer acceptance should be established.

Forest parks are regarded as one of the scientific ways to keep the forest sustainably developed, meanwhile deliver the benefits to the general public. The development of forest parks in China has experienced simply more than 20 years and both the exploitation and management institutions haven't been set up systematically, which, in reality, reflects as inadequate legislative and policy framework. Without the regulatory guidance and collaborating assistance of environment relating governmental sectors at both national and local levels, it's inevitable that the development of forest parks in the country would face constant problems and conflicts. Therefore, it might be helpful to sort out this conflicts and problems and further more to work out how to solve the barriers. The research in this report started with introducing the IUCN Protected Areas Categories, the overall current situations in China and compared the definition of forest parks in the country and that in international experience. It is to aim to find out the real usufruct rights conflicts during the exploitation and management of forest parks and the method used in this report is field visit, previous investigation, collecting secondary materials, interview, analysis and comparison. The research result in this report couldn't cover all the conflict situations during the forest parks' exploitation and management in China but will provide the analysis of this problem from the legal perspective. Practical application and concerning suggestion will be fully discussed in Part 5 in terms of legislative, social and environmental effects.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the coping and self-care behaviors between the individual and group education using the structured programs for the patients in chemotherapy. Methods: The quasi experimental study was designed for this study, and 30 patients received individual education and 30 patients received group education. Collecting data had been done through the seven months from March to Oct. 2011. Results: Hypothesis 1: "There could be differences in aspects of coping between the two groups educated using a structured education program" was rejected (F=2.71, p=.105). Hypothesis 2: "The individually educated group using the structured education program will have higher scores than the group education in self-care behaviors" was supported because there were statistically significant differences (F=4.16, p=.046). Conclusion: It was confirmed that individual education programs, among the patient education for cancer patients can be adopted as nursing intervention in nursing practice to improve self-care behaviors. However, there were no differences between th two group in the aspects of coping.

SNS is emerging as an academic and social interest, as Facebook and Twitter are developed explosively. But, SNS has a problem of exposing user's privacy because it is originated by exchanging user's personal information and opinion. This paper proposes SNS user privacy protecting model using data separation and false data information instead of blocking which is using to protect user's personal privacy. The proposed model do not let the third party extract precise information after collecting user's context information by adding false information to separated context information. Also, it gets user's agreement beforehand if SNS service provider uses user's information not to be used illegally by the third party.

The paper aims to provide some recommendations to improve the operational capacity of the Tra Vinh Provincial Center of Public Administrative Services and to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of management in the State administrative agencies. The study on people's satisfaction towards public services of Tra Vinh Provincial Center of Public Administrative Services was conducted by collecting primary data of 300 people who used public services provided by this Center from September 2018 to November 2018. By using the multivariate regression method, the author found that there were a number of factors affecting people's satisfaction towards public services at the Center, including procedures, service fee, and attitudes of the staff, empathy, staff capacity, and trust. These factors had an impact on people's satisfaction towards public administrative services performed by staff officers from Tra Vinh Provincial Center of Public Administrative Services. Since then, the study has proposed policy implications to improve people's satisfaction on service quality at the Center such as: Develop a flexible charge mechanism of public services; Enhance the sense of responsibility of staff officers; Pay attention to improving administrative procedures; Establish trustworthiness to people; Pay attention to professional improvement; and Build up a friendly and respectful team of staff.

Currently, the world is paying keen attention to the production of renewable energy along with environmental issues, and the share of renewable energy in the world is rising above that of nuclear power. Especially when Korea, which is heavily dependent on foreign countries, needs to reconsider its national competitiveness due to the recent high oil prices, the government's energy policy is to develop and use renewable energy that replaces fossil fuels. In particular, solar energy, the most actively studied and commercialized field of renewable energy, is the main research for solar energy and is commercialized and used. However, the efficiency of solar energy has already reached saturation. Studies are also focusing on increasing the reflectivity of solar energy to increase efficiency. Therefore, this paper proposes a solar collection system that can utilize solar energy rather than solar energy. The proposed solar heat collection system uses solar tracking systems to effectively collect solar energy, particularly those that can be easily produced using single-modular reflectors and have price competitiveness. In addition, temperature measurement experiments with temperature measuring sensors were conducted to ensure reliability in order to verify the results interpreted.

This study examined to the aspects of capital and class structure, focusing on 'Reproduction' of Bourdieu, P, through collecting the post titles of the game community of online FPS games 'Overwatch' and 'Battleground', related to keyword, 'Game Hack'. The data used in the study was collected and refined through the statistical program R and analyzed by the analysis site 'Bigkinds'. At results, we will reveal that the class structure of the online FPS gamer group is based on cultural capital and reproduction, and suggest the right direction for the Game Hack regulation policy from the point of view of the cultural capital theory.

In this paper, an index of women's safety facilities was created and visualized using public data related to Seoul. CPTED, the women's safety facilities index was created by collecting and analyzing eight data related to the local women's safety index and five major crime victims of women. As a result of the correlation analysis between the factors of the female safety facility index and the number of female crime victims, three data were selected as the main factors, "CCTV," "street lamps," and "female security guardians", which were found to be meaningful at the 95% level of reliability. The distinction women's safety facility index was calculated by weighting the correlation coefficient between the main factors for calculating the women's safety facility index, and visualized using Python's Follium library.
