As data-based research activities and outcomes increase and ontact or non-face-to-face activities become common, the demand for easy utilization of resources, tools, functions, and easily accessible information required for research in the R&D sector has increased accordingly. With the rapid increase in the demand for collaborative research based on online platforms, research support institutions strive to provide venues for research activities that merge various information and functions. ScienceON, an integrated science & technology (S&T) knowledge infrastructure service developed and operated by the Korea Institute of S&T Information (KISTI), supports open collaboration by connecting and merging all the information, functions, and infrastructure required for research activities. This paper describes the online research activity support tool provided by ScienceON and the remarkable results achieved through this activity. Specifically, the excellent creation of the following flow of meta-material research activities in the ontact space is elucidated. First, the papers required for a meta-material analysis are retrieved, virtual simulation is conducted with the experimental data extracted from the papers, and research data are accumulated. ScienceON's tools for supporting ontact research activity will play a role as an important service in the era of digital transformation and open science.

웹 추천기법에서 가장 많이 사용하는 방식 중의 하나는 협업필터링 기법이다. 협업필터링 관련 많은 연구에서 정확도를 개선하기 위한 방안이 제시되어 왔다. 본 연구는 Word2Vec과 앙상블 합성곱 신경망을 활용한 영화추천 방안에 대해 제안한다. 먼저 사용자, 영화, 평점 정보에서 사용자 문장과 영화 문장을 구성한다. 사용자 문장과 영화 문장을 Word2Vec에 입력으로 넣어 사용자 벡터와 영화 벡터를 구한다. 사용자 벡터는 사용자 합성곱 모델에 입력하고, 영화 벡터는 영화 합성곱 모델에 입력한다. 사용자 합성곱 모델과 영화 합성곱 모델은 완전연결 신경망 모델로 연결된다. 최종적으로 완전연결 신경망의 출력 계층은 사용자 영화 평점의 예측값을 출력한다. 실험결과 전통적인 협업필터링 기법과 유사 연구에서 제안한 Word2Vec과 심층 신경망을 사용한 기법에 비해 본 연구의 제안기법이 정확도를 개선함을 알 수 있었다.

21세기 지식정보사회로의 발전과 변화에 대처하여 세계 각국의 도서관들은 다양한 전자적 매체를 이용한 협력형 온라인 지식정보 서비스 개발에 큰 힘을 쏟고 있다. 본 연구는 국내외 온라인 지식정보서비스를 대상으로 한 사례연구와 질의응답 실험을 통해 국립중앙도서관이 주도적으로 시범 운영하고 있는 <사서에게 물어보세요> 서비스의 활성화 및 고도화를 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 온라인 지식정보 서비스의 정의와 유형을 살피고, 국내외 사례를 분석하는 한편, 실질적 연구로서 KDC 대분류를 기준으로 한 30개의 즉답형 질문을 생성하여, 응답시간 및 방법을 비롯한 실제 서비스에 대한 종합적 실태조사를 실시한다. 결론으로 <사서에게 물어보세요> 서비스 발전을 위한 현재적 그리고 미래적 과제를 제시한다.

Recently, Internet of Things (IoT) have become popular for research and development in many areas. IoT makes a new intelligent network between things, between things and persons, and between persons themselves. Social network service technology is in its infancy, but, it has many benefits. Adjacent users in a social network tend to trust each other more than random pairs of users in the network. In this paper, we propose recommendation technique using social network in Internet of Things environment. We study previous researches about information recommendation, IoT, and social IoT. We proposed SIoT_P(Social IoT Prediction) using social relationships and item-based collaborative filtering. Also, we proposed SR(Social Relationship) using four social relationships (Ownership Object Relationship, Co-Location Object Relationship, Social Object Relationship, Parental Object Relationship). We describe a recommendation scenario using our proposed method.

This paper is about the development of kiosks that provide four types of service. Simple UI and educational videos solve the complexity of existing kiosks and provide an intuitive and convenient screen to users. In addition, the AR function, which is a three-dimensional form, shows directions and store representative images. After storing user information in the DB, a learning model is generated using user-based KNN collaborative filtering to provide a recommendation menu. As a result, it is possible to increase user convenience through kiosks using metaverse and AI recommendation services. It is also expected to solve digital alienation of social classes who have difficulty using kiosks.

Recently, the Social Internet of Things (IoT), the follow-up of the IoT, has been studied to expand the existing IoT services, by integrating devices into the social network of people. In the Social IoT environment, humans, devices and digital contents are connected with social relationships, to guarantee the network navigability and establish levels of trustworthiness. However, this environment handles massive data, including social data of humans (e.g., profile, interest and relationship), profiles of IoT devices, and digital contents. Hence, users and service providers in the Social IoT are exposed to arbitrary data when searching for specific information. A study about the recommender system for the Social IoT environment is therefore needed, to provide the required information only. In this paper, we propose the Social correlation group based Recommender System (SRS). The SRS generates a target group, depending on the social correlation of the service requirement. To generate the target group, we have designed an architecture, and proposed a procedure of the SRS based on features of social interest similarity and principles of the Collaborative Filtering and the Content-based Recommender System. With simulation results of the target scenario, we present the possibility of the SRS to be adapted to various Social IoT services.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimal development direction of the land management information systems in Korea. In order to produce a new LMIS model the existing model of Tulloch(1996) was evaluated. Analysis of the land management information systems(LMIS) is focused on the period of 1998 and 2001. The main results of the study are as follows: First, the government should involve GIS(Geographic Information Systems) into the e-government. Second, the KLIS(Korea Land Information Systems) is required technological and legal infrastructure for the service using optimized land management information systems as combining LMIS and PBLIS(Parcel based Land Information Systems). Third, the spatial data of the LMIS can be promoted by ensuring reliable IT environments. Forth, optimized LMIS should be revised to reflect the new technological environment and collaborative relationship between LIS and GIS boundaries and between LMIS, urban infrastructure, and related information sectors. Fifth, In terms of services LMIS is required focusing end users rather than supplier focused strategy.

세계의 많은 기관들은 학술 정보 유통을 위해 디지털 리포지터리들을 구축해왔다. 동시에 디지털 리포지터리들은 증가하는 디지털 자원을 어떻게 장기적으로 보존하고 지속가능한 정보 환경 구축할 것인가의 문제에 직면해 있다. 하티트러스트(HathiTrust) 파트너십은 미국 연구도서관들의 디지털 리포지터리의 지속가능한 협력 모델의 필요성에 의해 시작하여 전 세계의 리포지터리들과의 체결을 통해 점차 확장되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하티트러스트의 설립배경부터 구축, 운영 및 정책, 현황 및 이용 서비스에 이르는 전반적인 사례와 실질적인 운영 과정 등을 다루었고 또한 하티트러스트의 효과와 앞으로 기대되는 가능성 등을 파트너십 단위 기관의 시각에서 다루고자 하였다. 하티트러스트를 통해 파트너십 기관들은 효과적인 운영 비용, 디지털 콘텐츠의 공동 관리 및 장기 보존, 저작권 관리의 용이성, 접근성 확대 등의 특장점이 있으며, 향후에는 인쇄물의 공동보존서고 운영, 빅데이터 분석 토대 마련 등의 기회를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Objectives: This article reviewed researches on intersectoral partnership of school health programs to suggest importance, current status and development plan of those. Methods: Domestic research papers were screened though Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Koreanstudies Information Service System (KISS), Medical Library Information System (MEDLIS), Korean Medical Database (KMbase), and digital national assembly library. International papers were searched mainly via Pubmed. Results: Since intersectoral partnership is effective, comprehensive and universal approach for school health programs, many collaborative programs are universally progressing in various domain including smoking, alcohol, mental health and sexual behavior. On the other hand, intersectoral partnership of school health programs in Korea is still in the beginning stage, and there are few intersectoral partnerships. Moreover, there are several limitations including top-down approach, passive participation and lack of studies on the effect of intersectoral partnership. However, intersectoral partnerships in school health program including tuberculosis control system in school or WEE project are in progress, so it is worth looking forward in the future. Conclusions: To achieve successful intersectoral partnership in school health programs, appropriate partnership guideline for Korean society, policy support, active participation and improvement of consciousness in community stakeholders are needed.

본 연구는 국내 대학도서관의 협력형 디지털참고정보서비스가 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 필요한 조건 중 가장 근본이 되는 가이드라인을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우리나라의 경우 그동안 가이드라인이 필요하고 성문화되어야 한다고 지속적으로 논의되어왔지만 아직까지 체계화되지 못한 상황이다. 이를 위해 협력형 디지털참고정보서비스를 제공할 참고사서와 이용자를 대상으로 심층면담 및 설문조사를 수행하여 국내 상황에 맞는 가이드라인 요소를 파악하고 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구가 제시한 국내 대학도서관의 협력형 디지털참고정보서비스 가이드라인은 향후 서비스 계획 및 운영에 있어 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
