무역공급망 법규준수 협력지수 개발 (Development of Compliance Collaboration Index for Trade Supply Chain)

  • This paper proposes the compliance collaboration index(CCI) which can be useful to measure the level of supply chain's compliance collaboration quantitatively. It can be shown that the proposed index is quite flexible when applied in real situations at the request of the index user. For instance, even if only one company of many companies in trade supply chain to be tested through the AEO certification test is not satisfied the required specification. the index is designed in such a way that the score can't be higher than a certain predetermined value. The proposed CCI can be used as the guidance for a trade company's collaboration process control strategy to increase the efficiency of compliance improvement activity. In this paper, we use the Analysis Hierarchy Process(AHP) which is one of the methods recommended by ISO/ICE as a measurement of weight to be assigned to the relevant parameters considered in the CCI.

국내 문헌정보학 분야의 연구협업 패턴에 관한 연구: - 협업지수의 적용 - (The Research Collaboration Pattern of Library and Information Science Field in Korea: Application of Collaboration Indices)

  • 본 연구는 국내 문헌정보학 분야의 연구협업의 특성을 기관 단위로 협업지수들을 활용하여 비교 분석 하였다. 학문 분야로서 문헌정보학 분야에서의 협업에 대한 연구는 국가 단위로 비교하는 연구는 몇몇 이루어졌으나, 단위 국가 내에서 일어나는 기관 단위 협업에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 본 분석을 위해 KCI(Korea Citation Index) 웹사이트에서 주제별 분류를 통해 문헌정보학 분야에 해당하고 KCI에 등재된 8개의 저널들을 데이터로 선택하였다. CC(Collaborative Coefficient), CAI(Co-Authorship Index), Local Collaborative Index(LCI), Domestic Collaborative Index(DCI)의 협업지수를 통하여 문헌정보학 분야 기관 간 협업 패턴에 대해서 비교 분석하였다. 중앙대학교, 연세대학교, 이화여자대학교의 경우 대학교라는 기관 특성 상 공동 연구가 주로 교수와 대학원생 간의 협업, 교수들 간의 협업 형태로 많이 이루어지는 점이 반영되었다. 멀티, 메가 단위의 공동 저자 유형에서 매우 높은 지수를 나타낸 KISTI의 경우 연구소라는 기관의 특성이 반영된 것으로, 팀 단위로 프로젝트 성격의 공동 연구가 이루어지는 것이 보편적인 연구소의 특성이 영향요인으로 작용한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

공동연구 네트워크 분석을 위한 중심성 지수에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Centrality Measures for Analyzing Research Collaboration Networks)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 공동연구 네트워크에서 연구자의 영향력과 입지를 분석하는데 사용되는 중심성 지수들의 특징에 대해서 고찰하는 것이다. 전통적인 이진 네트워크 중심성 지수로는 연결정도중심성, 매개중심성, 근접중심성, 페이지랭크를 다루었고, 공동연구 네트워크에서의 중심성을 측정하기 위해서 개발되었거나 사용된 가중 네트워크 중심성 지수로는 삼각매개중심성, 평균연관성, 가중페이지랭크, 공동연구 h-지수와 공동연구 hs-지수, 복합연결정도중심성, c-지수에 대해서 살펴보았으며, 새로운 지수로 제곱근합 지수 SSR을 제안하였다. 이들 12종의 중심성 지수를 건축학, 문헌정보학, 마케팅 분야의 세 가지 공동연구 네트워크에 적용해본 결과 각 지수들의 특성과 지수 간 관계를 파악할 수 있었다. 분석 결과 공동연구 네트워크에서 공동연구 범위와 공동연구 강도를 모두 고려하기 위해서는 가중 네트워크 중심성 지수를 사용해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 공동연구 범위와 강도를 모두 고려하는 전역중심성을 측정하기 위해서는 삼각매개중심성 지수를 사용하고, 지역중심성을 측정하기 위해서는 SSR 지수를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다고 제안하였다.

컴퓨터과학 분야 국제 공동연구의 세계적 추세 및 한국의 협력 방안 연구 (A Study on the global trend of international collaborations in the field of Computer Science and collaboration strategies for Korea)

  • 국제 공동연구의 중요성이 커짐에 따라 국제 공동연구 현황을 파악하고자 하는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 국제 협력 관련 연구가 다각적으로 진행되고 있으나, 대량 데이터를 이용한 정량적 분석으로 이를 살펴본 연구는 많지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 SCOPUS 데이터베이스에 수록된 컴퓨터과학 분야 논문을 이용해 협력국가와의 국제협력친화지수(Probabilistic Affinity Index)와 국제협력강도지수(Indicator of Collaboration Strength), 국제 공동연구의 효과를 측정하는 인용영향력 증분(Incremental Citation Impact)을 측정하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 정량적 분석을 통해 컴퓨터과학 분야의 국제 공동연구의 추이와 효과를 파악하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다.

Citation Impact of Collaboration from Intra- and Inter-disciplinary Perspectives: A Case Study of Korea

  • Purpose - This research aims to examine collaboration from a disciplinary perspective in Korea. There are needs to explore to what extent researchers collaborate by discipline and across discipline along with the impact of collaboration. Design/methodology/approach - In order to investigate collaboration with respect to entire discipline areas and author-declared discipline information we analyzed a national researcher information database (Korean Researcher Information) with a citation index database (Korean Citation Index) covering the entire range of discipline. This study analyzed the data sets for 10 years (2004-2013) including a total of 8 categories and 119 sub-categories of disciplines, 109,551 researchers, 650,263 articles, and 1,170,039 citations in Korea. Findings - The results demonstrate that there are different intensities of collaboration from heavy to minimal across disciplines. In examining collaboration in terms of author and discipline levels, the results show that collaboration in author level rises, then inter-disciplinary collaboration increases accordingly, in most of the 119 discipline sub-categories. A number of disciplines, however, tended to collaborate more intensely within their own rather than with other disciplines. Moreover, the impact of collaboration tended to change over time depending on the types of collaboration. Specifically, inter-disciplinary collaboration was likely to have more immediate impact as pioneer research, especially among more than three disciplines, whereas the impact of intra-disciplinary collaboration is higher as time passes. Originality/value - In this research, a disciplinary investigation on collaboration is conducted for the entire range of disciplines in Korea. Through analyzing distinctive author-declared discipline information from the KRI, this research examines the intensities of collaboration across disciplines, collaboration in author level, and the impact of collaboration.

Supply Chain Collaboration Degree of Manufacturing Enterprises Using Matter-Element Method

  • Evaluation of the collaboration of the upstream and downstream enterprises in the manufacturing supply chain is important to improve their synergistic effect. From the supply chain perspective, this study establishes the evaluation model of the manufacturing enterprise collaboration on the basis of fuzzy entropy according to synergistic theory. Downstream enterprises carry out coordinated capital, business, and information flows as subsystems and research enterprises as composite systems. From the three subsystems, the collaboration evaluation index is selected as the order parameter. The compound fuzzy matter-element matrix is established by using its improved algorithm. Subordinate membership and standard deviation fuzzy matter-element matrixes are constructed. Index weight is determined using the entropy weight method. The closeness of each matter element is then calculated. Through a representative of the home appliance industry, namely, Gree Electric Appliances Inc. of Zhuhai, empirical analysis of data in 2011-2017 from the company and its upstream and downstream enterprise collaboration shows a good trend, but the coordinated development has not reached stability. Gree Electric Appliances Inc. of Zhuhai need to strengthen the synergy with upstream and downstream enterprises in terms of cash, business, and information flows to enhance competitiveness. Experimental results show that this method can provide precise suggestions for enterprises, improve the degree of collaboration, and accelerate the development and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

협업지수를 응용한 대학도서관 상호대차 협력 관계 분석 - S대학교 도서관을 중심으로 - (An Investigation of the Cooperative Relationships in the ILL Services of Academic Libraries by Applying the Collaboration Index - Focusing on the S University Library in Korea -)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학 간 상호대차 데이터를 이용한 도서관 이용자의 정보요구 및 각 도서관 간 협력 관계 분석에 있다. 이 연구에서는 상호대차 데이터를 각 대학의 미해결 정보요구를 담고 있는 정보원으로 보았으며, 데이터 정규화를 위해 협업지수인 col hs-index를 사용하였다. 이를 위해 상호대차 데이터를 주제별로 분류한 뒤, col hs-index를 이용해 상호대차 이용 건수를 정규화하였다. 연구 결과, col hs-index는 규모가 다른 도서관 간 상호대차를 분석할 때 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 다음으로, 상호대차 데이터를 주제별로 나누어 분석함으로써 각 도서관의 장서 특성, 이용자 요구를 탐색할 수 있었다. 또한 col hs-index를 상호대차 데이터에 응용함으로써 도서관 규모에서 오는 영향을 제거하고 기존 연구보다 객관적인 상호대차 데이터 분석과 함께 계량서지학 지표의 응용 가능성을 발견할 수 있었다.

Assessment of Mechanical Engineering Research Output using Scientometric Indicators: A Comparative Study of India, Japan, and South Korea

  • This study examined the mechanical engineering research output from India, Japan, and South Korea on different parameters including growth, collaboration indices, and activity index. The purpose of the study is to understand the overall development of mechanical engineering through analytical approaches applied on the scholarly outcome of the countries considered for the study. The study focuses on analysing the articles published by India, Japan, and South Korea, and is restricted to articles indexed in the Science Citation Index - Web of Science for the period 2000 to 2014. The ratios of number of paper to citations for India, Japan, and Korea are 20,836: 1,97,679; 24,494: 2,04,393; and 30,578: 2,66,902 respectively for the period 2000-2014. The findings show that there is a decline in Japanese publications in mechanical engineering, whereas other two countries have recorded an increasing trend. While India has tripled its publications in a span of 15 years, South Korea, on the other hand, has doubled its publications in the same span of time. There has been an increasing trend towards collaboration in almost all fields of science and technology. However, the extent of collaboration and their rate of growth varied for one subject to another, one branch to another branch of the same subject, and from one country to another country. The present study analyses the growth of research publications of the mechanical engineering domain including authorship distribution, collaboration indices, prominent journals, and activity index.

BPM 기반의 협업허브 2.0 설계와 구현 (Design and Construction of Collaboration Hub 2.0 based on BPM)

  • The collaboration hub has been developed since 2004 as an online collaboration space, which supports the various collaborative works amongst small and medium enterprises using information sharing, collaboration project management, and project history management. Because of the change of manufacturing environment and rapid development of information technologies, it should be evolved from the existing version called Collaboration Hub 1.0. Recently, a lot of manufacturing enterprises know the importance of business process management(BPM) and start to introduce BPM systems. Our research group has developed the new version of Collaboration Hub 1.0 called Collaboration Hub 2.0 which contains the BPM concept, the consistent product data management, and the specialized functions overcoming the various variation of manufacturing. This study scrutinizes the meaning and role of the Collaboration Hub 2.0 and introduces an application study of it to the value chain of automobile module development consisted of a leading company and subcontractors. The case study covers the definition, execution and monitoring of collaboration process, the specialized functions overcoming the manufacturing variation and the key performance index of collaboration business.

개방형협업 참여자의 지식창출·지식공유 구조와 혁신 성과: 오픈소스 소프트웨어 개발 커뮤니티를 중심으로 (The Impact on Structures of Knowledge Creation and Sharing on Performance of Open Collaboration: Focus on Open Source Software Development Communities)

  • This research focus on the effect of developers' participation structure in knowledge creation and knowledge sharing activities in open source software development projects. Based on preferential selection theory, hypotheses of relationship between a developers' concentration of knowledge creation/sharing activities and collaboration performance was derived. To verify the hypotheses, we use the Gini coefficient in the commit contribution of the developers (knowledge creation) and the centralization index in the repository issue network (knowledge sharing network). Using social network analysis, this paper calculates centralization index from developers in the issue boards in each repository based on data from 837 repositories in GitHub, a leading open source software development platform. As a result, instead of all developers creating and sharing knowledge equally, only a few of developers creating and sharing knowledge intensively further improve the performance of the open collaboration. In other words, a few developers predominantly providing commit and actively responding to issues raised from other developers enhance the project performance. The results of this study are expected to be used by developers who manage open source software project as a governance strategy, which could improve the performance of open collaboration.
