REMARKS ON CERTAIN NOTED COINCIDENCE THEOREMS: A UNIFYING AND ENRICHING APPROACH

  • In this paper, we unify and enrich the well-known classical metrical coincidence theorems on a complete metric space due to Machuca, Goebel and Jungck. We further extend our newly proved results on a subspace Y of metric space X, wherein X need not be complete. Finally, we slightly modify the existing results involving (E.A)-property and (CLRg)-property and apply these results to deduce our coincidence and common fixed point theorems.

  • In this paper, we prove some coincidence point theorems for mappings satisfying nonlinear Prešić-Ćirić type contraction in complete metric spaces as well as in ordered metric spaces. As a consequence, we deduce corresponding fixed point theorems. Further, we give some examples to substantiate the utility of our results.

  • The purpose of this article is to establish some fixed point theorems, a common fixed point theorem and a coincidence point theorem via contractive type condition in the framework of complete partial metric spaces and give some examples in support of our results. As an application to the results, we give some fixed point theorems for integral type contractive conditions. The results presented in this paper extend and generalize several results from the existing literature.

  • In the present paper, utilizing (𝜙, 𝜓)-weak contractive conditions, unique fixed point and some coincidence point results have been studied in the context of cone 2- metric spaces. Also, our obtained results generalize some results from cone metric space to cone 2-metric space. For the authenticity of the presented work, a non trivial example is also provided.

동태적 요인모형을 이용한 경기동행지수 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study of Business Cycle Index Using Dynamic Factor Model)

  • This paper examines the alternative method to measure the state of overall economic activity. The macroeconomic variables, used for business cycle, take more than a month after a period for collection and aggregation. The electricity generation data is compiled in mechanical ways just after the period. Based on this fact, we develop the two stage estimation method for coincident economic indicators in order to detect the business cycle in an earlier period, using Stock-Watson's Dynamic Factor Model. Using monthly data from 1970 to 1999, it is found that the experimental coincidence economic indicators are well-fitted to data and also that the estimates of two stage estimation method have good explanatory power, equivalent to the experimental coincidence economic indicators. While the RMSE of coincidence economic indicators is found to be 1.27%, that of the experimental coincidence economic indicators is found to be 1.31% and that of the two stage estimation method is around 1.44%. If we take consideration into the fact that it measures the business cycle in one month earlier, we come to the conclusion that the two stage estimation is of great use.

얽힘상태 광을 이용한 광학계에서 잡광이 동시계수에 미치는 영향 (Effects of noise on coincidence detection in an optical system with entangled state photons)

  • 두 검출기를 이용하여 매개하향변환과정에서 발생하는 광자쌍을 동시계수할 때 배경 및 잡광이 동시계수에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 열광원에서 나온 광자들이 광자쌍과 함께 입사할 때 측정장치 내에서 분해시간에 의해 이러한 잡광을 효과적으로 제거하기 때문에 광자쌍의 동시계수에는 전형 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 얽힘 상태의 광원의 동시계수 측정방법은 신호광의 손실이나 잡광의 영향을 최소화하는 정보처리와 전송 및 통신체계에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.

부합성 분석을 이용한 정보화지원사업 성과평가지표의 합리적 도출 방안 (A Rational Development Way of Performance Evaluation Measures for the Informatization Program by means of the Coincidence Analysis)

  • The measurement of informatization program effectiveness continues to be a central concern of both academics and practitioners. However, most studies of it have been inclined too heavily toward testing validity and reliability of evaluation measure to strengthen the theoretical rigor. Drawbacks of this approach have been pointed out as being unsuitable for evaluating the effectiveness of informatization program due to lack of practical relevance. The paper comprises four sections to solve the problem. 1) Through literature review of theoretical conceptual models in IS effectiveness and the domestic and foreign cases on informatization program, we establish the evaluation framework which consists of evaluation phases, 6 evaluation areas, and 22 evaluation items, and developed evaluation measures of each items. 2) Different researchers have addressed different aspects of attribute of measure. With comparing them to each other, 3 mutually exclusive criteria on coincidence analysis(usability of measurement. reliability of measurement. and validity of content) are identified. 3) Data are gathered from respondents in informatizaiton program-related organizations such as policy agency, management agency, support agency, and recipient agency. 4) The degree of coincidence of each evaluation measure are analyzed by course of an coincidence analysis procedure, which includes the reliability test, arithmetical test, and criteria validity test. The academic implication of this study is that researchers can gain an insight into the coincidence analysis to approach the problem of deciding on an indicator of performance for informatization program. There is also practical implication for applying the potential means of improving the practical relevance of conducting evaluating the informatization program.

지적재조사를 위한 GIS 기반의 광역 지적불부합지 조사 기법의 개발과 적용 (Development and Application of the GIS-based Global Cadastral Non-coincidence Surveying Method for the Cadastral Re-survey)

  • 우리나라는 지적도면 전산화 사업의 일환으로 전국적인 지적도 데이터베이스를 구축 완료하였고, NGIS (National Geographic Information Systems) 사업으로 다량의 공간 데이터들을 구축하고 있다. 이러한 전반적인 사회적 여건을 고려할 경우, 현재 사회적으로 문제가 되고 있는 지적불부합지를 가장 효율적으로 해결하기 위해서는 현지 측량 방식에 기반하여 지적불부합지를 조사하기보다는 기 구축되어 있는 각종 전산화 데이터를 최대한 활용하여 광역적으로 지적불부합지를 조사할 수 있는 새로운 방법론이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 지적도 전산화 데이터와 기 구축되어 있는 GIS 데이터를 이용하여 광역적으로 지적불부합지를 조사할 수 있는 자동화 방법론을 정립하고 이를 기반으로 한 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하였다. 그리고 이를 실제 실험지역에 적용하여 본 결과 지역별 불부합 정도의 측정과 함께 도곽별로 불부합 정도의 측정이 가능한 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 자동화된 방법에 의한 지적불부합지 조사는 향후의 지적재조사 사업의 기획과 우선순위 등 여러 측면에서 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
