  • This study aims to examine validity and reliability of the convergence talent measurement. Based on the comprehensive literature review on convergence and convergence talent, we draw 4 main competencies (convergence cognitive, accomplishment, problem solving, and attitude) and 10 critical aspects (creative thinking, critical thinking, cooperation, communication, problem-solving, knowledge accessibility, resource utilization, trust, openness, caring) for building an effective convergence-oriented organization. A validity and reliability test survey were conducted for the analysis to investigate the convergence talent scale. With a data of 151 employees in diverse companies, the results show that the factors demonstrated acceptable levels of validity and reliability. The empirical evidences of our study are 10 key aspects comprising four main dimensions which suggest an available scale for measuring the convergent talent for enhancing convergence-oriented organizations. Our research contributes to the expansion of academic and practical implications on convergence, especially in convergence-oriented organizations.

  • This study analyzes the effect of users' experiences using AI chatbot services on relationship quality and behavioral intention. For the study, a survey was conducted on users who experienced AI chatbot services, and the research hypothesis was verified by analyzing the final 299 copies of valid data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that satisfaction and trust, which are the relationship quality dimensions of AI chatbot service, were formed in users through the cognitive experience, emotional experience, and relational experience. In addition, it was confirmed that satisfaction and trust have a positive effect on the intention to continue using and recommending AI chatbot services, which correspond to the level of consumers' behavioral intentions, respectively. In addition, in terms of relationship quality, it was significant in all paths of the road of behavior, but in satisfaction, the path coefficient of the road of continuous use of AI chatbot and recommended road was significantly higher than the path coefficient in trust. This study provided a theoretical foundation that the relationship with relationship quality that affects behavioral intention also affects AI chatbot services in the online environment, and it is significant in that it suggests that relationship quality is an important mediating factor in establishing long-term relationships with consumers.

Corporate are implementing and introducing various types of support methods for members to achieve goals and improve organizational performance. Organizational culture and organizational trust affect the cognitive and emotional state of members. Furthermore, it can bring about changes in organizational performance such as job stress and job satisfaction. From an institutional point of view, work-life balance is also a major factor affecting organizational performance. The imbalance between work and life leads to a decline in organizational performance, such as decreased morale and dissatisfaction with work. In relation to work-life balance, the low birth rate problem intensified and the importance began to emerge. Therefore, the government has implemented various policy support for workers' work-life balance, and the "52-hour workweek" is a representative example. Considering this, it is necessary to understand the influence relationship. The results of the study are as follows. First, a hierarchical culture increases the job stress of workers. On the other hand, innovation-oriented, relationship-oriented, and competition-oriented corporate culture reduce job stress. Second, a hierarchical culture has reduced trust in the organization, and other organizational cultures have increased trust in the organization. Third, relationship-oriented and competition-oriented organizational culture reduced overtime. Innovation-oriented, hierarchical-oriented culture increased overtime Fourth, organizational trust and overtime have the effect of mediating organizational culture and job stress. Based on these analysis results, this study presented academic and political implications.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate 1) the types of knowledge students ask for in their reading comprehension of science textbooks using an online annotation system, 2) the accuracy of the knowledge provided by the students to their peers, 3) the frequency of knowledge sharing behaviors, 4) the evaluation of the effect of collaborative reading, and 5) the trust among peers as knowledge sharers. Questions made by 241 students in the second grade of middle school using an online annotation system in two chapters of the science textbook were analyzed using Bloom's revised taxonomy and their answers were grouped according to five accuracy categories. Also, questionnaires for the evaluation of the effectiveness of collaborative reading comprehension and of trust among the students were used. The students asked their peers 'understanding questions' which comprised almost 80% of the total questions they made and were similar with individual metacognitive strategies for reading comprehension. Of the total threads, 71% has scientifically correct threads shared by the students. The frequency of the knowledge sharing behaviors was high but this was affected by the rewards (point system). Students evaluated that collaborative reading comprehension conducted through an online annotation system were helpful in their learning. In addition, the ratio of students trusting their peers who did the knowledge sharing is over 80%. This study shows that when students use an online annotation system, they can fill one another's cognitive gaps in the reading process by sharing knowledge. Also, collaborative reading using an online annotation system has proved that cognitive individualization is possible through sharing knowledge interactively and dynamically, unlike reading hard copies of textbooks which are a one way information transfer.

  • Objectives: This study identified how personal characteristics, healthy behavior and social capital might influence on physical activity of adults. Methods: This study used data from the health survey of a city of Korea. We surveyed 1,000 adults sampled by stratified sampling methods from 67,889 households. Outcome variable was the stage of physical activity which was broken into 5 categories. Sociodemographic factors, healthy behavior, self-rated health status and social capital were used as control variables. Sociodemographic factors included age, sex, educational status, economic status measured by deprivation score, residential period within survey city. Social capital was measured by Integrated Questionnaire for the Measurement of Social Capital (SC-IQ). This study used chi-square test and ordered logistic regression models to examine the associations between independent variables and physical activity. Variables were added to the regression model in three groups using a hierarchical approach. Results: Physical activity was significantly more likely to become active if they have higher educational status, healthier behavior. Among the six dimensions of SC-IQ, only "groups and networks" that is structural dimensions of social capital and "trust and solidarity" that is cognitive dimensions of social capital were significantly related to physical activity of adults. We found that a person having higher density of membership and having larger size of networks showed the high possibility of active physical activity. A person having high solidarity was significantly associated with physical activity, but general trust was inversely related to physical activity. Output dimensions of social capital did not show significant relationship to physical activity. Conclusion: We found that social capital is useful concept to explain health behaviors like physical activity. However we must consider social, cultural and political context of the study to evaluate the effect of social capital to health status and health determinants and to capture the exact meaning of relationship between them. We suggest further researches to refine the concept of social capital and to explain the relationship of social capital to diverse health determinants.
