구조화된 연관맵을 이용한 연구개발 전략 수립 (A R&D strategies for development using structured association map)

  • 급변하는 글로벌 시장 환경에서 기술은 계속해서 급속히 발전하고 있다. 이러한 급변하고 있는 환경을 반영한 연구개발은 기업에 있어서 필수가 되었다. 즉, 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 자사가 보유한 기술에 대한 체계적인 분석이 필요하다. 최근에는 객관적이며 정량화된 기술분류를 위하여 특허문서의 IPC 코드를 이용하여 기술분류를 수행하고 있다. 국제특허분류인 IPC 코드는 국제적으로 규격화된 기술분류 코드이기 때문에, 이를 활용하면 객관적이고 정량화된 기술분석 수행이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 C사의(社) 특허에 대하여 전수조사를 실시하고, IPC 코드기반 분석 Matrix를 구축한 후 해당특허들을 신뢰도 기반의 연관규칙 마이닝을 실시하며 구조화된 연관맵을 생성한다. 연관맵을 이용하면 해당회사의 특허 현황 파악에 유용하게 활용된다. 또한, 구조화된 연관맵을 이용하면 상호 연관있는 기술에 대하여 군집화를 가능하게 하기 때문에, 본 논문에서 제시한 C사(社)의 기술을 파악할 수 있으며 이를 기반으로 기술 흐름과 향후 기술 전략 수립을 가능하게 한다.

관상동맥질환자의 심장재활 치료 경험: 질적 연구 (Experience of Cardiac Rehabilitation in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease: a Qualitative Study)

  • Purpose:In order to improve the quality of cardiac rehabilitation, it is important to examine the experiences of the patients and how they feel about each part of the process. We used a qualitative research methodology to conduct an in-depth review of the experiences of patients who participated in cardiac rehabilitation. Methods: According to semi-structured guidelines, in-depth interviews were conducted with a total of five patients undergoing cardiac rehabilitation. Results: A total of 232 codes was derived; these codes were split into 4 categories and 10 subcategories. Although the patients were apprehensive about the diagnosis of heart disease, it also gave them a chance to reflect on their health behaviors of the past. In addition, they began to appreciate their families and support networks more as the disease progressed. The participants did not know about cardiac rehabilitation until the medical staff recommended it, but they participated in the program with the expectation that they could become healthier. The participants felt that they became more physically and mentally healthy while undergoing cardiac rehabilitation. Rehabilitation served as an opportunity to improve other health behaviors as well. However, they emphasized that it is necessary to continuously maintain improved health behavior, find an exercise method that is suitable for one's physical ability and not monotonous, and prepare a plan to reduce the time and economic burden of cardiac rehabilitation. Conclusion: The participants' positive experiences confirmed in this study will be used as evidence for the expansion of cardiac rehabilitation programs.

프리스트레스트 콘크리트 보의 부정정 스트럿-타이 모델 (An Indeterminate Strut-Tie Model for Prestressed Concrete Beams)

  • 이 논문에서는 스트럿-타이 모델을 이용한 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 보의 해석 및 설계 시 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 보의 비선형 파괴거동 특성 및 복잡한 하중전달 메커니즘을 합리적인 방법으로 반영할 수 있는 단순한 형태의 부정정 스트럿-타이 모델을 제안하였다. 또한 현행 설계기준서의 스트럿-타이 모델 규정을 이 연구에서 제안한 부정정 스트럿-타이 모델에 접목시켜 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 보의 해석 및 설계를 수행할 수 있는 부정정 스트럿-타이 모델의 하중분배율을 제안하였다. 이 연구에서 제안한 부정정 스트럿-타이 모델 및 하중분배율의 적합성을 검증하기 위해 파괴실험이 수행된 47개의 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 보의 극한강도를 평가하였으며, 그 결과를 현행 설계기준서의 스트럿-타이 모델 방법에 의한 평가결과와 비교분석 하였다.

도서관, 기록관, 박물관의 윤리강령 비교 연구 - 해외 전문직협회 윤리강령을 중심으로 - (A Comparative Study on the Codes of Ethics by Professional Associations of Libraries, Archives and Museums in Foreign Countries)

  • 본 연구는 도서관, 기록관, 박물관의 협력에 있어 실무자들의 업무와 인식의 근간이 되는 전문직 가치를 논의하고 윤리강령 분석을 통해 세 분야에서 공통적으로 제시되는 전문직 가치와 각 분야에서 차별적으로 제시되는 전문직 가치를 조사하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 미국, 캐나다, 영국, 호주의 도서관, 기록관, 박물관 협회 윤리강령을 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 문헌연구를 바탕으로 전문직 가치에 대한 이론적 연구를 조사하여 공통된 가치를 추출하였으며 이를 근거로 분석을 실시하면서 최종적으로 13개의 공통 요소를 포함하는 분석 기준을 제시하였다. 분석 결과 공통된 전문직 가치로는 접근, 개인정보 보호, 소장물 관리, 전문직으로서의 임무, 사회적 책임인 것으로 나타났다. 도서관 분야에서는 지적자유, 기록관 분야에서는 증거로서의 기록, 박물관 분야에서는 연구 해석 기능이 각 분야에서 고유하면서도 강조되는 윤리적 측면인 것으로 나타났다.

Current Issues & Prospects of International Space Law

  • This paper first gives a brief overview of the history of space law making in the international geopolitical context and recalls some of the main principles as elaborated in the framework of the United Nations. Next, several topics are discussed that will require the attention of space lawyers in the near future. They are the International Space Station, space debris, exploitation of space resources, space tourism, private property rights in space, and militarization and weaponization of space. The paper raises some questions in each of these areas that need to be addressed and concludes that the general legal framework for space activities under public international law as contained in the UN treaties is in place, and is sufficiently general and flexible to enable and encourage states to carry out space activities in an orderly manner. However, as demonstrated by the examples discussed in the paper, the time has come for the international community to agree on the further development of these general principles, starting perhaps with space debris, imminent 'new' uses of space such as space tourism, or some of the 'age old' issues such as the weaponisation of outer space that will continue to require our attention and vigilance. Whether such rules can be in the form of non binding guidelines, codes of conduct and the like, or should be embodied in solid legal instruments creating rights and obligations remains to be seen.

Review on ICF-related Research Trends in Korean Clinical Field

  • PURPOSE: This study analyzed the research trends related to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) to suggest an ICF utilization plan in the Korean clinical field. METHODS: In the RISS, KISS, NSDL, and PubMed databases, papers published between 2016 and July 2021 were collected by applying the search terms, 'ICF', 'international classification of functioning, disability and health', 'clinic', 'patient', and 'diagno'. The 44 papers selected were classified according to the analysis criteria, and the frequency and percentage were calculated. RESULTS: In domestic clinical trials, the frequency of ICF-related studies was in the order of physical therapy (n = 19) and occupational therapy (n = 14). The frequency of each study subject was observed in the order of studies related to a specific disease (n = 34) and prior studies (n = 7). The research topics were in the order of studies using ICF as a measurement tool (n = 21) and case studies with patients with specific diseases (n = 11). There were 18 studies using ICF codes and 14 papers applying the ICF domains. CONCLUSION: Over the last five years, ICF-related research in the domestic clinical field targeted patients with more diverse diseases in more expertise fields. Research for the unification of terms should be conducted for communication among various experts in clinical practice. To promote the use of ICF in the clinical field, it will be necessary to conduct research, such as the unification of terms, standardized education, development of ICF casebook, and development of ICF coding programs and guidelines.

Seismic performance of steel plate shear walls with variable column flexural stiffness

  • In the present study, the behavior of steel plate shear walls (SPSW) with variable column flexural stiffness is experimentally and numerically investigated. Altogether six one-bay one-story specimens, three moment resisting frames (MRFs) and three SPSWs, were designed, fabricated and tested. Column flexural stiffness of the first specimen pair (one MRF and one SPSW) corresponded to the value required by the design codes, while for the second and third pair it was reduced by 18% and 36%, respectively. The quasi-static cyclic test result indicate that SPSW with reduced column flexural stiffness have satisfactory performance up to 4% story drift ratio, allow development of the tension field over the entire infill panel, and cause negligible column "pull-in" deformation which indicates that prescribed minimal column flexural stiffness value, according to AISC 341-10, might be conservative. In addition, finite element (FE) pushover simulations using shell elements were developed. Such FE models can predict SPSW cyclic behavior reasonably well and can be used to conduct numerical parametric analyses. It should be mentioned that these FE models were not able to reproduce column "pull-in" deformation indicating the need for further development of FE simulations with cyclic load introduction which will be part of another paper.

탄소 섬유 복합재료로 보수된 가스 배관의 구조 해석 (Structural Analysis of Gas Pipeline Repaired by Carbon Fiber Composite Materials)

  • 도시가스 배관의 현행 보수 방법으로는 육성 용접, 슬리브 용접과 같은 용접을 이용한 방법 이외에 탄소 섬유나 유리 섬유 복합 재료를 사용한 보수 방법이 해외에서 사용되고 있다. 우리 나라의 경우도 도시가스 배관 안전관리의 중요성이 대두되면서 자체보수규정을 마련할 필요성이 있다. 해외의 사례로서 이미 연구가 상당부분 이루어진 용접에 의한 보수 방법이 아닌 비교적 새로운 보수 방법인 복합재로 보수 방법에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 복합재료 보수배관의 안정성 평가의 기본 단계로서 탄소 섬유 복합재료를 사용하여 보수한 가스 배관의 유한 요소법을 이용한 구조 해석을 수행하였고 결과에 대해 고찰해 보았다.

Finite Element Analysis of Carbon Fiber Composite Sandwich Panels Subjected to Wind Debris Impacts

  • Hurricanes and tornadoes are the most destructive natural disasters in some central and southern states. Thus, storm shelters, which can provide emergency protections for low-rise building residents, are becoming popular nowadays. Both FEMA and ICC have published a series of manuals on storm shelter design. However, the authors found that the materials for related products in the market are heavyweight and hard to deliver and install; renovations are necessary. The authors' previous studies found that lightweight and high-performance composite materials can withstand extreme wind pressure, but some building codes are designated in wind-borne debris areas. In these areas, wind debris can reach greater than 100 mph speed. In addition, the impact damage on the composite materials is an increasing safety issue in many engineering fields; some can cause catastrophic results. Therefore, studying composite structures subjected to wind debris impact is essential. The finite element models are set up using the software Abaqus 2.0 to conduct the simulations to observe the impact resistance behavior of the carbon fiber composite sandwich panels. The selected wood debris models meet the FEMA requirements. The outcome of this study is then employed in future lab tests and compared with other material models.

국가간 데이터직무 인력 규모 비교 연구 (Research on Comparing the Size of the Data Workforce Across Countries)

  • In modern society, as data plays a crucial role at the levels of businesses, industries, and nations, the utilization of data becomes increasingly important. Consequently, governments are prioritizing the development and implementation of plans to cultivate data workforce, viewing the data industry as a cornerstone of national strategy. To enhance domestic capabilities and nurture workforce in the data industry, it is deemed necessary to conduct an objective comparative analysis with major foreign countries. Therefore, this study aims to analyze cases of domestic and international data industries and explore methods for quantitatively comparing data industry workforce across nations. Initially, the study distinguishes between "data industry workforce" and "data job-related workforce," particularly focusing on professionals handling data-related tasks. Subsequently, it compares the workforce sizes of data job-related workforce across nations, utilizing standardized occupational classification codes based on the International Standard Classification of Occupations(ISCO). However, it should be noted that countries employing their own unique occupational classification systems often require matching job titles with similar meanings for accurate comparison. Through this study, it is anticipated that policymakers will be able to establish future directions for cultivating data workforce based on comparable status.
