  • 삼성화재는 국내에서 처음으로 저축성 보험 및 연금보험을 제외한 가계성 손해보험 상품을 하나로 통합한 '삼성Super보험'을 출시하였다. 이 보험은 변화하는 외부환경의 위협에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해 개발되었으며 이 상품이 성공적으로 출시된 것은 손해 보험업에 적합한 컨설팅시스템(MCS System)을 도입하고, 전문판매조직인 SRC(Samsung Risk Consultant)의 도입 등 종합적 마케팅 전략의 결과이다. 본 사례에서는 삼성화재가 국내에서 처음으로 통합보험을 출시하기까지의 과정과 마케팅전략을 소개하고, 주요 성공요인이 무엇인지 알아본 후, 시사점과 함께 향후 과제를 함께 제시하였다.

  • This paper focuses on a BOM(Bill of Materials) management problem for a small and medium manufacturing company that produce automobile parts. Automobile part's manufacturers produce various products due to various automobile characteristics such as types, colors, and the other options of car. These products are classified into product groups with common parts. And each product group is regarded as a product family. This paper proposes an efficient and effective EXCEL-based BOM management scheme using characteristics of the product family. And we have implemented the practical EXCEL-based BOM management system for real small and medium automobile part's manufacturing companies.

  • This study analyzed the strategic importance of fashionable products in order to increase the tourism allure of Seoul. Data were collected from the 758 foreign tourists visiting Seoul from Japan, China, and the USA. The survey was statistically analyzed by chi-square, regression, and ANOVA method. The fashionable products were found to be the most frequently shopped product category and the clothing product was identified to be the most preferred. The retail store area with the greatest market share was identified as Myundong. Product satisfaction with fashionable products is identified to have a positive relationship with tourism satisfaction and royalty to Seoul. A strategic focus on fashionable products is recommended for an increased tourism competency.

Nanophase Iron Clusters Produced by CO₂Laser Multiphoton-Decomposition of $Fe(CO)_5$ : Their Generation and Characterization

  • We have produced nanophase iron clusters inside a gas cell by decomposing iron pentacarbonyls from the mixture of ~20 Torr Fe(CO)5/~3 Torr SF6 with a pulsed CO2 laser. The product displayed a black tint. Its composition was identified to be mostly iron from an inductively coupled plasma (ICP) atomic emission spectrum. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern indicates a body-centered cubic structure for the cluster. A transmission electron micrograph proves that their diameter ranges between 50 and 70 Å and their average diameter is 60 Å.

탄산칼슘 분말을 충진시킨 열가소성 탄성체 복합재의 제조 및 차음 특성 (Preparation and Sound Insulation Properties of Thermoplastic Elastomer Composites with CaCO3 Filler)

  • Composites of ceramic powders and an elastomer-based matrix were prepared by mixing $CaCO_3$ powders with polyethylene and polypropylene elastomers, and their mechanical and sound insulation properties were measured. $CaCO_3$ powders with 0.7 ${\mu}m$ and 35 ${\mu}m$ particle size were added to elastomers up to 80 wt%. Scanning electron microscopy photographs showed uniform distribution of the $CaCO_3$ powders in the matrix. While density and surface hardness increased, melt index, tensile strength and elongation of the composites decreased as the amount of added $CaCO_3$ powders increased. As more $CaCO_3$ powders were added sound transmission loss of the composites increased owing to the increase of density. Addition of 0.7 ${\mu}m$ sized $CaCO_3$ powders resulted in a slightly higher transmission loss than the addition of 35 ${\mu}m$ sized powders because of the increased interface area between the elastomer matrix and the $CaCO_3$ powders. Composites with a polyethylene matrix showed higher transmission loss than those with a polypropylene matrix because the tensile strength and hardness of the polyethylene-based composites were low and their elongation was high.

  • 목질물질(木質物質)인 톱밥, 볏짚 그리고 왕겨를 열분해(熱分解)하여 기상물질(氣相物質)을 합성(合成)하기 위해, 석영으로 설계 제작된 반응탑(反應塔)을 사용하였다. 최초의 반응온도 350$^{\circ}C$로부터 열분해(熱分解)와 gasification 반응(反應)이 완결된다고 예상되는 550$^{\circ}C$까지 가열하였다. 촉매가 반응온도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 조사하기 위해 $K_2CO_3$$Na_2CO_3$를 촉매로 사용하였다. 합성(合成) gas chromatograph와 mass spectrometer에 의해 CO, $CO_2$, $CH_4$ 그리고 $CH_3CHO$등인 것으로 판명되었다. 합성(合成) gas의 수율(收率)과 조성(組成)은 반응온도(反應溫度)와 이 반응에 사용되는 촉매에 달려있지만, 톱밥을 시료(試料)로 반응온도 550$^{\circ}C$, $K_2CO_3$를 촉매로 사용한 반응(反應)에서 생성되는 gas 체적(體積)은 1,800$m{\ell}$/g 톱밥에 달한다.

염장(鹽藏)미역의 가공(加工) 및 저장조건(貯藏條件)과 Chlrophyll의 안정성(安定性) (Stability of Chlorophyll during Processing and Storage of Salted Undaria Pinnatifida)

  • 염장(鹽藏)미역의 품질을 chlorophyll a의 함량음 지표로하여 검토하기 위하여, 생미역을 25초간 blanching 하고, 2분간 원심탈수한 후 식염을 첨가, 48시간 방치하고, 다시 원심탈수한 다음 8%의 식염을 뿌리고 polyethylene film으로 밀봉하여 정온저장하였을 때의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. $70{\sim}100^{\circ}C$의 온도 범위에서 chlorophyll a 잔존량이 가장 많은 blanching온도는 $85^{\circ}C$였다. Blanching온도의 변화에 따른 총유기산(總有機酸) 및 총휘발산(總揮發酸)의 함량차이는 그리 크지 않았다. Blanching 후에 색소안정용액에 20분간 침지(浸漬)하는 것보다는 색소안정제용액중에서 blanching하는 것이 색소안정효과가 컸다. $1%{\;}Ca(CH_3CO_2)_2,{\;}1%Ca(OH)_2,{\;}1%MgCO_3,{\;}0.5%Ca(CH_3CO_2)_2+0.5%MgCO_2$ 갈대잿물 중에서 $0.5%Ca(CH_3CO_2)_2+0.5%MgCO_3$액과 갈대잿물이 색소안정 효과가 컸다. 그러나 대조구에 비교하여 큰 효과는 없다. 48시간 동안의 가염탈수과정에서 chlorophyll a 잔존량이 가장 많았던 염첨가량은 중량비로 30%일 때였다. 총유기산(總有機酸) 및 총휘발산(總揮發酸)의 양은 염첨가량(鹽添加量)과는 무관하였다. $40^{\circ}C$에 저장한 염장(鹽藏)미역은 77일후에도 색택, 풍미, 조직에 별다른 변화가 없었다. 그러나 저장온도가 높을수록 변화가 심하였다. 정온저장한 염장(鹽藏)미역의 chlorophyll a의 파괴는 일차반응으로 해석되었고, 10, 20, 30, $40^{\circ}C$에서의 반응(反應)속도상수는 각각 0.1289, 0.1028, 0.0770, 0.0550이었다. $Q_{10}$은 1.33, 활성화 energy는 5.01Kcal/g mole이었다.

Comparison of organic acids supplementation on the growth performance, intestinal characteristics and morphology, and cecal microflora in broilers fed corn-soybean meal diet

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the effects of three kinds of organic acid (OA) products on the growth performance, intestinal characteristics and morphology, and cecal microflora in broilers fed a corn-soybean meal meal diet. Methods: A total of 420 one-day-old male Cobb 500 broilers with an average initial body weight of 49.11±1.02 g were used in this 42-day experiment. Birds were randomly allotted to one of five treatments (7 replicates with 12 birds per replicate). Treatments consisted of negative control (NC), basal diet; positive control (PC), basal diet+100 mg/kg of Aviramycin; OA1, basal diet+500 mg/kg of OA product 1; OA2, basal diet+1,000 mg/kg of OA product 2; and OA3, basal diet+1,200 mg/kg of OA product 3. Results: The results indicated that OA product addition had no effect on growth performance parameters, such as body weight gain, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio, from days 1 to 14, 15 to 28, and 0 to 42, or on the pH values of the intestine, intestinal weight, or intestinal weight to body weight ratio. The intestinal morphology in terms of villus height and crypt depth were affected by dietary supplementation of OA products, respectively. Furthermore, dietary addition of OAs had positive influences on the maintenance of the cecal microflora based on the results of 16S rRNA analysis. Conclusion: Dietary inclusion of three kinds of OA products all benefit broilers, but the mode of action may be different. This study provides a basis for the application of OA products used in the poultry industry.

  • This paper examines critical successful elements related to the management of new product development process. For this, we have selected a VK-X100, slim bar type cellular phone, produced by VK mobile co., which was thought as a successful product development case and then analysed the case from a concept driven strategic product development's point of view. We have performed in-depth interviews with project managers, engineers and designers to get information on the product development process and analysed huge amount of data obtained from web-sites, global market indicators, and related firms' materials to find a changing trend of market conditions. The findings suggest that the successful new Product development and management is shaped by a number of different factors, such as the business environments, firm's technological level, firm's deep market insight capabilities, nature of the product development activities, and so on. Finally, we suggested the limitation of our research and further research subjects that would be required to support our findings.
