세로머, 세라믹 및 복합레진의 기계적 성질의 비교에 관한 연구 (A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CEROMER, CERAMIC AND INDIRECT COMPOSITE RESIN)

  • Recently, a second generation composite resin system(ceromer) was introduced with significantly improved mechanical properties. The purpose of this study was to compare a ceromer with the other restorative materials and to assess its clinical usefulness. In this study, we used four restorative materials : amalgam (BESTALOY$^{(R)}$), indirect composite resin (Clearfil CR Inlay$^{(R)}$), ceromer (Targis$^{(R)}$) and ceramic (Vintage$^{(R)}$). And then we devided into four groups. The materials of each group were as follows : Amalgam group : BESTALOY$^{(R)}$ (Dong Myung Dental Industrial Co.) Composite Resin group : Clearfil CR Inlay$^{(R)}$ (Kuraray) Ceromer group : Targis$^{(R)}$ Dentin (Ivoclar-Vivadent) Ceramic group : Vintage$^{(R)}$ (Shofu Inc.) According to the above classification, we made samples through the polymerization of BESTALOY$^{(R)}$, Clearfil CR Inlay$^{(R)}$ and Targis$^{(R)}$ with separable cylindrical metal mold and firing of Vintage$^{(R)}$ in a investment mold. And then, we measured and compared the value of compressive strength, diametral tensile strength and Vicker's microhardness of each sample. The results were as follows : 1. Amalgam showed the highest value of compressive strength (390.37${\pm}$42.22MPa) and the value of ceromer was somewhere between ceramic and indirect composite resin. There were significant differences among the experimental groups(p<0.001). 2. Indirect composite resin showed the highest value of diametral tensile strength (74.21${\pm}$15.33MPa) and there was no significant difference with ceromer. Ceromer was higher diametral tensile strength than amalgam and ceramic (p<0.001). 3. Ceramic showed the highest value of microhardness (538.44${\pm}$37.38Hv) and the value of ceromer was somewhere between ceramic and indirect composite resin. There were significant differences among the experimental groups (p<0.001).

  • 플로팅 엘엔지선박은 해상에서 LNG 생산 및 천연 가스 공급을 담당하는 새로운 개념으로 부유식 생산설비는 과도한 투자 비용으로 인해 개발 지연중인 한계 가스전에 활력을 주고 있으며, 부유식 공급설비는 육상 LNG 인수기지 인프라가 미비한 지역에 에너지를 경제적이며 효과적으로 공급할 수 있다는 장점을 제공하고 있다. LNG 화물창은 플로팅 엘엔지선박에서 생산 또는 적재된 LNG를 보관하는 주요기능 중 하나이다. 본 연구를 통해 기존 화물창 시스템들의 장점을 결합한 복합 화물창 시스템을 화물창 시스템의 설계 개선방안으로 제안하였고 플로팅 엘엔지선박에의 적용 타당성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

골프장 이용의 만족도 결정요인 - 회원제와 대중 골프장의 비교 - (A Comparative Analysis of Determinant Factors for the Level of Satisfactions Regarding Membership and Public Golf Courses)

  • Golf has emerged as one of the key leisure activities in Korea. This study examines the characteristics of golf consumption typology. A total of 256 questionnaires were collected from membership and public golf courses in the Incheon and Gyeonggi district. This study explores user satisfaction with and service at the golf course. The results of this research show that there are primary factors in user satisfaction regarding course facility, scores and operational services. Detail responses regarding these golf courses prove that the whole of the golf course, satisfaction with the course layout, landscaping and user gratification with the golf facilities are influenced by contentment with the management of the golf course. Satisfaction with scores were correlated with user contentment with the golf course. Detailed factors regarding operational services cited such aspects as ease of reservations, staff and tee time, all factors related to the smooth arrangements and progress that are influenced by operational services. This research was more concerned with course design and facility operations than marketing operations, which can satisfy users through investment in variety and expansion of the course facilities. Satisfaction in these areas is correlated to revisits and recommendations to others. The types of membership and public golf courses face difficulty in development, operation, and facilities maintenance, among other features. This paper will help separate out each quality in order to formulate difference stratagems for marketing and operation tactics in the future.

예산제약을 고려한 IT프로젝트 선정 모델 연구 (A Study on the IT Project Selection Considering Budget Constraints)

  • IT프로젝트를 수행하는 기업은 정해진 예산범위 내에서 투자계획을 수립하고 실행하게 된다. 이 과정에서 IT프로젝트를 효과적, 효율적으로 선정하는 문제는 기업경쟁력과 직결되는 중요한 요소이다. 그동안 IT프로젝트의 선정을 위한 다양한 모형이 개발되었으나 예산제약을 고려한 효과적 프로젝트 선정에 대한 연구는 보고되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 예산 제약을 고려하여 효과적으로 IT프로젝트를 선정하는 기법을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 모델(AHP-K)에서는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process : 계층분석법) 기법을 적용하여 평가 항목의 가중치와 프로젝트 후보군의 가중치를 산정한 후 배낭문제(Knapsack Problem)를 적용하여 예산 범위 내에서 프로젝트 효용을 최대화하는 선정안을 도출한다. 실제 적용단계에서 고려하는 대안이 많거나 신규대안이 추가되는 경우 쌍대비교의 수행이 어려운 점을 감안하여 대안 비교 단계에서 절대평가법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 제시된 모델을 실제 사례에 적용하여 기존 AHP 모형과 비교 분석함으로써 효과성을 검증하였다.

광역적 산업클러스터 구축을 위한 제도적 지원체계 연구 (A Study on the Institutional Supporting System for Forming Industrial Cluster in Large Area)

  • 본 연구는 자치단체의 행정구역을 넘어서서 확장되고 있는 산업클러스터를 지원하기 위한 산업지원체계의 구축에 관한 것이다. 많은 산업클러스터들은 두 개 혹은 그 이상의 자치단체를 넘어서서 확대되는 경향이 있는 바, 이렇듯 산업클러스터가 행정구역의 범위를 넘어서 성장함에 따라, 이를 뒷받침하는 행정지원체계에 있어서 다양한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 무엇보다도 산업클러스터가 필요로 하는 산업지원서비스나 인프라공급이 원활히 되지 않거나 자치단체간의 이해 상충에 의해 서비스나 인프라 구축의 효율성이 저하될 수 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 산업클러스터를 지방정부간 협력에 의해 광역적 차원에서 구축하거나 지원하는 다양한 사례들을 검토하여 이들의 유형을 네 가지로 구분하였다. 그리고 이러한 분석으로부터 정책적 시사점을 추출한 바, 광역적 산업지원체계의 구축은 주로 '지역개발기구 설립에 의한 외자유치', '광역적 산업단지의 협력적 개발', '광역적 클러스터를 지원하는 통계 및 정책 개발, '클러스터내 기업들을 중심으로 대학, 연구기관간의 전자네트워크 구축' 등에 중점을 두는 것이 바람직한 것으로 종합되었다.

국내 물류산업 현황과 발전전략: 제3자 물류를 중심으로 (Logistics Development Strategy in Korea: Focusing on 3PL)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 물류산업의 현황을 개략적으로 살펴보고 국내 물류산업의 주요한 발전 전략으로서 제3자 물류의 발전전략을 제언하고자 한다. 제3자 중심의 물류업이 발전하기 위해서는 물류기업측면에서 첫째, 물류기업은 고객 즉 화주를 중심에 놓고 화주에게 이익을 제공 할 수 있는 기업이 되어야 한다. 둘째, 물류서비스 수준의 폭과 깊이를 강화 하고 새로운 물류 서비스를 개발하는데 총력을 기울여야 한다. 셋째, 고객 맞춤의 통합 물류 시스템과 물류 서비스를 제공 할 수 있어야 한다. 넷째, 물류인력에 대한 적극적인 투자가 필요하다. 다섯째, 물류기업간 전략적 제휴가 활성화되어야 한다. 여섯째, 선진 물류기술의 도입과 적용에 적극적이어야 한다. 화주측면에서는 제3자 물류에 대한 인식을 새롭게 하고 물류가 기업의 핵심역량이 아닌 경우 과감하게 물류 부문을 제3자 물류기업에게 의뢰 할 수 있어야 한다. 마지막으로 정부는 물류기업이 제3자 물류 기업으로 자연스럽게 전환하도록 여건을 조성하는 것이 가장 주된 노력이 되어야 할 것이다.

A mediating role of social capital between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation: Perception of local university on CSR of KHNP

  • Purpose: Most of all studies regarding corporate social responsibility have been dealing with its direct performance. Many previous studies provided the evidence that corporate social responsibility activities directly affect firms' competitiveness or corporate reputation. However, there are no studies regarding the role of social capital between corporate social responsibility and firms' competitiveness. The present study aims to examine a mediating role of social capital between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation. Research design, data and methodology: The structural equation model integrating corporate social responsibility, social capital, and corporate reputation was proposed with three hypotheses. Questionnaire including 15 question items for three concepts was designed. Data for testing hypotheses were collected from students and staff who had experienced the social responsibility activities of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Co. Ltd. SPSS and SmartPLS were used to analyze data. Results: All three hypotheses were supported at the significance level of 0.01. Corporate social responsibility have a significant influence on social capital as well as corporate reputation. Social capital plays a mediating role in the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation. Conclusions: The present paper identified a missing link between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation by validating an indirect effect of corporate social responsibility on corporate reputation through social capital. The present study contributes to finding the indirect link between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation. Implications for academics and practitioners. The research model can be extended to analyze the relationship between corporate social responsibility and its performance. The present study sheds light on identification of a new role of social capital. Managers of firms have the opportunity to recognize the fact that investment recovery of corporate social responsibility results from social capital and corporate reputation in long-term rather than short-term. The results of this study offers an insight that managers can enhance customer loyalty. The process linking corporate social responsibility to corporate reputation through social capital implies that firms can realize spiritual marketing delivering authentic storytelling through corporate social responsibility. The present study has a limitation for generalizing of research results because the sampling came from a case of firm.

원통 확장부를 갖는 구형 LNG 탱크의 정적 설계하중 산출식 개발 (Development of Equations for Static Design Loads of Sphere Type LNG Tank with Cylindrical Extension)

  • 구형 LNG 탱크의 제작을 위해서는 탱크의 곡률 반경에 따라 별도의 공장 설비가 필요하며 제작 공간 및 시설 투자의 한계로 인해 조선소에서 다양한 크기의 완전 구형 LNG 탱크를 제작하는 것은 현실적으로 매우 어려운 일이다. 이러한 한계를 극복하고 다양한 용량의 LNG 탱크 제작을 위해서는 기존 구형 탱크의 중앙부에 원통 형태의 확장부를 삽입하여 적재 용량을 키우는 방법이 효과적이다. 본 연구에서는 원통 확장부를 갖는 구형 탱크의 정적 설계하중 산출식을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음 단계에서 개발 예정인 동적 설계하중 산출식과 결합하여 최종적으로 원통 확장부를 갖는 구형 탱크의 간이 해석법을 개발하는데 이용된다. 간이 해석법이 개발되면 많은 시간과 노력이 소요되는 유한요소 해석을 대신하여 초기 견적 시에 정도 높은 물량 계산이 가능하게 된다.

Application of Thermotolerant Yeast at High Temperature in Jar-fermentor Scale.

  • We investigated the possibility of industrial application and economit process of high temperature fermentation by thermotolerant alcohol producing yeasts as previously reported. From the 20% glucose media, the RA-74-2 produced 11.8% (v/v) ethanol at $32^{\circ}C$ (0.5% inoculum) and 10.6% (v/v) ethanol at $40^{\circ}C$ (3% inoculum), respectively. Also, 11.3% (v/v) ethanol was produced for 96 hours in the temperature-gradient fermentation. These results suggest that the RA-74-2 could isuccessfully be applied to save the cooling water and energy in industrial scale without re-investment or modification of established fermentation systems. When potato starch was used as the substrate for the RA-74-2, high temperature fermentation above $40^{\circ}C$ was more appropriate for industrial utilization because organic nitrogen was not necessary to economical fermentation. As the naked barley media just prior to industrial inoculation, taken from the Poongkuk alcohol industry Co., were used, 9.6% (v/v) ethanol was produced at $40^{\circ}C$ for 48 hours in jar-fermentor scale (actually, 9.5-9.8% (v/v) ethanol was produced at 30~$32^{\circ}C$ for 100 hours in industrial scale). The ethanol productivity was increased by the high glucoamylase activity as well as the high metabolic ratio at $40^{\circ}C$ Therefore, if the thermotolerant yeast RA-74-2 would be used in industrial scale, we could obtain a high productivity and saving of the cooling water and energy. Meanwhile, the RA-912 produced 6%(v/v) ethanol in 10% glucose media at $45^{\circ}C$ and showed the less ethanol-tolerance compared with industrial strains. As the produced alcohol was recovered by the vacuum evaporator at $45^{\circ}C$ in 15% glucose media, the final fermentation ratio was enhanced (76% of theoretical yields). This suggest that a hyperproductive process could be achieved by a continuous input of the substrate and continuous recovery of the product under vacuum in high cell-density culture.

정밀제조를 위한 기하공차에서의 윤곽공차 사용 (A Profile Tolerance Usage in GD&T for Precision Manufacturing)

  • One of the challenges facing precision manufacturers is the increasing feature complexity of tight tolerance parts. All engineering drawings must account for the size, form, orientation, and location of all features to ensure manufacturability, measurability, and design intent. Geometric controls per ASME Y14.5 are typically applied to specify dimensional tolerances on engineering drawings and define size, form, orientation, and location of features. Many engineering drawings lack the necessary geometric dimensioning and tolerancing to allow for timely and accurate inspection and verification. Plus-minus tolerancing is typically ambiguous and requires extra time by engineering, programming, machining, and inspection functions to debate and agree on a single conclusion. Complex geometry can result in long inspection and verification times and put even the most sophisticated measurement equipment and processes to the test. In addition, design, manufacturing and quality engineers are often frustrated by communication errors over these features. However, an approach called profile tolerancing offers optimal definition of design intent by explicitly defining uniform boundaries around the physical geometry. It is an efficient and effective method for measurement and quality control. There are several advantages for product designers who use position and profile tolerancing instead of linear dimensioning. When design intent is conveyed unambiguously, manufacturers don't have to field multiple question from suppliers as they design and build a process for manufacturing and inspection. Profile tolerancing, when it is applied correctly, provides manufacturing and inspection functions with unambiguously defined tolerancing. Those data are manufacturable and measurable. Customers can see cost and lead time reductions with parts that consistently meet the design intent. Components can function properly-eliminating costly rework, redesign, and missed market opportunities. However a supplier that is poised to embrace profile tolerancing will no doubt run into resistance from those who would prefer the way things have always been done. It is not just internal naysayers, but also suppliers that might fight the change. In addition, the investment for suppliers can be steep in terms of training, equipment, and software.
