아크제트 플라즈마를 이용한 메탄건식개질 반응에서 $CO_2$$O_2$ 첨가의 영향 (Effects of $CO_2$ and $O_2$ Addition on Methane Dry Reforming Using Arc-Jet Plasma Reactor)

  • The reaction mechanism of methane dry reforming has been investigated using an arc-jet reactor. The effects of input power, $CO_2/CH_4$ and added $O_2$ were investigated by product analysis, including CO, $H_2$, $C_{2}H_{Y}$ and $C_{3}H_{Y}$ as well as $CH_4$ and $CO_2$. In the process, input electrical power activated the reactions between $CH_4$ and $CO_2$ significantly. The increased feed ratio of the $CO_2$ to $CH_4$ in the dry reforming does not affect to the $CH_4$ conversion. but we could observe increase in CO selectivity together with decreasing $H_2$ generation. Added oxygen can also increase not only CO selectivity but also $CH_4$ conversion. However, hydrogen selectivity was decreased significantly due to a increased $H_{2}O$ formation.

광대역 측온저항체 온도센서용 Pt-CO 합금박막의 형성 (The Formation of Pt-Co Alloy Thin Films for RTD Temperature Sensors with Wide Temperature Ranges)

  • Platinum-Cobalt alloy thin films were deposited on A1$_2$O$_3$substrate by magnetron cosputtering for RTD temperature sensors with wide temperature ranges. We made Pt-Co alloy resistance patterns on the A1$_2$O$_3$substrate by lift-off method and fabricated Pt-Co alley RTD temperature sensors by using Pt-wire, Pt-paste. We investigated the physical and electrical characteristics of theme films under various conditions, input power, working vacuum, annealing temperature and time, and also after annealing these films. The resistivity and sheet resistivity of these films were decreased with increasing the annealing temperature. At input power of Pt : 4.4 W/cm$^2$, Co : 6.91 W/cm$^2$, working vacuum of 10 mTorr and annealing conditions of 800$^{\circ}C$ and 60 min, the resistivity and sheet resistivity of Pt-Co thin films was 15${\mu}$$\Omega$$.$cm and 0.5$\Omega$/ , respectively, and the TCR value of Pt-Co alloy thin films with thickness of 3000${\AA}$ was 3740ppm/$^{\circ}C$ in the temperature range of 25∼600$^{\circ}C$. These results indicate that Pt-Co alloy thin films hove potentiality for the RTD with wide temperature ranges.

  • The constant voltage transformer(CVT) is a voltage regulator that has a high reliability, a good short circuit characteristic, a high input power factor, and a relative immunity to lightning strike. Moreover, this has a good line regulation without a voltage feedback control. In this paper, the characteristics of CVT for the changes of input voltage and other circuit parameters are investigated.

  • 지구온난화와 같은 환경문제에 대한 인식의 확산과 함께 대한민국 정부는 탄소배출량을 2020년까지 BAU 대비 30% 감축하는 것을 목표로 다양한 정책 및 제도를 마련하고 있다. 이에 따라, 건설산업 분야에서는 건축물로부터 배출되는 이산화탄소를 적절하게 관리하고 감축하기 위한 방법에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되어 왔다. 건축물에 대한 정확한 이산화탄소 배출량 평가를 위해서는 건축자재에 대한 상세한 수준의 이산화탄소 배출량 데이터가 필요하지만, 현재까지는 대표적인 자재의 데이터만 제시되어 왔다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 건축물의 시공에 필수적으로 사용되는 구조용 강재인 철근과 H형강의 이산화탄소 배출량 데이터를 강도 및 규격에 따라 상세한 수준으로 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 산업연관표를 바탕으로 하는 산업연관분석법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 강도 및 규격에 따른 구조용 강재의 이산화탄소 배출량 데이터를 활용하면, 다양한 구조설계안에 대하여 보다 정확한 이산화탄소 배출량 평가가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • Recently, Goverment's Energy-saving policy in Korea as 'Green Growth' is very remarkable effort. By intensive poliicies, the private is encouraged to participate in policy. Especially, it is very important in the field of architecture and we have to work for construction of law system. However, these efforts of the government buildings for energy efficiency in use stage is as mandatory system that may occur in the construction phase and the enviromental impact of greenhouse gas reductions is not affected. For this reason, Assess the amount of the energy consumption and CO2 emissioont of Government Buildings in 2010 ordered by PPS(Public Procurement Service) in the construction phase and suggest to recognize the need for legal restrictions.

소결체와 저탄소강의 레이저용접 특성에 미치는 입열량 및 용접부 성분변화의 영향 (Influence of Heat Input and Weld Bead Composition on Welding Property in the Laser Welding between Sintered Segment and Mild Steel Shank)

  • A laser welding was applied between sintered tip of Fe-Co-W and low carbon steel shank for the diamond saw blade. The welding characteristics and formation of defects were investigated carefully for the weld fusion zone in different welding condition. Dendrite arm spacing in weld bead decreased with decrease of heat input. Co and W increased and Fe decreased in the weld fusion zone with increase of the heat input. The corresponding change of composition was observed with the change of beam position. The maximum and total length of crack decreased with increase of the heat input. The crack in weld bead was propagated along the dendrite boundary and was caused mainly by the segregation of constituent during the solidification.

이중 여자 플라이백 기반 고압 SMPS 설계 (High Voltage SMPS Design based on Dual-Excitation Flyback Converter)

  • This paper aims to develop an SMPS topology for handling a high range of input voltages based on a DC-DC flyback converter circuit. For this purpose, 2 capacitors of the same specifications were serially connected on the input terminal side, with a flyback converter of the same circuit configuration serially connected to each of them, so as to achieve high input voltage and an effect of dividing input voltage. The serially connected flyback converters have the transformer turn ratio of 1:1, so that each coil is used for the winding of a single transformer, which is a characteristic of doubly-fed configuration and enables the correction of input capacitor voltage imbalance. In addition, a pulse transformer was designed and fabricated in a way that can achieve the isolation and noise robustness of the PWM output signal of the PWM controller that applies gate voltage to individual flyback converter switches. PSIM simulation was carried out to verify such a structure and confirm its feasibility, and a 100W class stack was fabricated and used to verify the feasibility of the proposed high voltage SMPS topology.

  • Platinum-Cobalt alloy thin films were deposited on $Al_2O_3$ substrates by r.f. cosputtering for RTD temperature sensors. We made Pt-Co alloy resistance patterns on the $Al_2O_3$ substrates by lift-off method and investigated the physical and electrical characteristics of these films under various conditions (the input power, working vacuum, annealing temperature, thickness of thin films) and also after annealing these films. At input power of Pt : $4.4 W/cm^2$. Co:6.91W/$cm^2$. working vacuum of 10 mTorr and annealing conditions of $1000^{\circ}C$ and 60 min, the resistivity and sheet resistivity of Pt-Co thin films was $15{\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and $0.5{\Omega}/{\square}$, respectively. The TCR value of Pt-Co alloy thin films was measured with various thickness of thin films and annealing conditions. The optimum TCR value is gained under conditions $3000{\AA}$ of thin films thickness and $1000^{\circ}C$ of annealing temperature. These results indicate that Pt-Co alloy thin films have potentiality for the high resolution RTD temperature sensors.

격납건물종합누설률시험 주기연장을 위한 웹기반 소외결말분석 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development of Web-based Off-site Consequence Analysis Program and its Application for ILRT Extension)

  • For an off-site consequence analysis at nuclear power plant, MELCOR Accident Consequence Code System(MACCS) II code is widely used as a software tool. In this study, the algorithm of web-based off-site consequence analysis program(OSCAP) using the MACCS II code was developed for an Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) interval extension and Level 3 probabilistic safety assessment(PSA), and verification and validation(V&V) of the program was performed. The main input data for the MACCS II code are meteorological, population distribution and source term information. However, it requires lots of time and efforts to generate the main input data for an off-site consequence analysis using the MACCS II code. For example, the meteorological data are collected from each nuclear power site in real time, but the formats of the raw data collected are different from each site. To reduce the efforts and time for risk assessments, the web-based OSCAP has an automatic processing module which converts the format of the raw data collected from each site to the input data format of the MACCS II code. The program also provides an automatic function of converting the latest population data from Statistics Korea, the National Statistical Office, to the population distribution input data format of the MACCS II code. For the source term data, the program includes the release fraction of each source term category resulting from modular accident analysis program(MAAP) code analysis and the core inventory data from ORIGEN. These analysis results of each plant in Korea are stored in a database module of the web-based OSCAP, so the user can select the defaulted source term data of each plant without handling source term input data.

사전충전모드를 통한 SCALDO 레귤레이터의 초기 동작특성 개선 (Improvement of Initial Operating Characteristics of SCALDO Regulator by Pre-charger)

  • SCALDO(Supercapacitor Assisted LDO) 레귤레이터는 기존 LDO(Low Drop-out) 레귤레이터(이하 LDO)의 낮은 효율을 개선하기 위해 연구되고 있는 회로로서, 회로의 입력단과 LDO사이에 슈퍼커패시터를 부착하여 입력과 출력 전압의 차이에 의해 발생하는 불필요한 전력손실을 재사용함으로써 LDO의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 하지만 SCALDO 레귤레이터는 현재 연구 중에 있는 회로로 몇 가지 개선되어야 할 사항들이 남아있다. 그 중 한 가지는 회로의 최초동작 시 LDO에 인가되는 과전압문제이다. 회로의 최초동작 시 슈퍼커패시터가 완전히 방전되어 있어 충전모드 시 입력과 슈퍼커패시터, LDO가 직렬로 연결되는 SCALDO 레귤레이터 특성 상 입력전압이 LDO에 짧은 시간동안 그대로 인가되는데, 입력전압이 출력전압보다 최소 2배 이상 크기 때문에 이는 LDO에 상당히 큰 부담이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 과전압 문제를 해소하기 위해 회로 동작 전 슈퍼커패시터를 충전시킬 수 있는 사전충전부가 포함된 새로운 SCALDO 레귤레이터를 제안하였으며, 실험을 통해 동작 초기 LDO에 인가되는 과전압이 상당부분 감소됨을 확인하였다.
