Globalization and knowledge-based economy have increased the importance of local areas as the units of global competition. Therefore, the meaning of localities has been emphasized as the core value of economic activities. In this context, innovation cluster has been recognised and emphasized as effective policy measure for innovation. Therefore, most countries have been trying to develop innovation clusters with their expectation for a rapid growth of economy. Nevertheless, there have been minimal empirical researches on innovation cluster. Therefore, for suggesting implications that activation factors of innovation cluster are to have an effect on tenant's business activities, this study conducted a literature review for the theories of regional innovation system(RIS) and innovation cluster. As a result, the activation factors of innovation cluster were classified into institutional, physicals, and social factor. The case of Gyeonggi province's innovation cluster policy was examined for an empirical analysis. Data were analyzed using ordered logistic regression. The results were as follows:First, Institutional and Infra factors had a positive influence on firms' business activities in every empirical test, so they were the most important activation factors of innovation cluster. Second, regarding the interactive effects of financial support, the interactive effects between financial support and Infra factor had a positive influence on the firms' business activities, according to the result of the empirical test.

정부지원과 기업 경영성과 간 관계에서 기업 고유의 특성과 공간적 특성의 중요성을 강조하는 많은 논의들이 있지만, 기업 특성과 클러스터 특성이 통합적으로 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 정부자금지원의 구체적인 투입에 따른 재무적, 비재무적 성과를 실증분석하고, 정부 자금지원과 기업 경영성과 간에 영향을 조절할 것으로 예측되는 기업 특성 및 클러스터 특성을 탐색하여, 개인 및 집단의 2수준 위계적 선형모형(HLM)으로 분석하였다. 데이터는 사업자등록번호 기준으로 기업 및 클러스터 수준으로 재정리하여 최종적으로 기업수 83,395개사 및 클러스터 641개의 패널데이터가 활용되었다. 연구 결과, 정부 자금지원은 기업의 매출액과 특허 모두에 정(+)의 효과를 주는 것으로 나타나, 정부 지원이 시장실패를 보완할 수 있는 유효한 수단이라는 것을 보여준다. 위계적 선형모형으로 분석한 결과, 정부 자금지원과 인적자본역량, 흡수역량, 클러스터 네트워크 밀도와 결합할 경우, 모두 매출액과 유의한 정(+)의 효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 2수준 위계적 선형모형으로 분석하여, 기업 특성인 인적자본역량과 흡수역량, 클러스터 특성인 클러스터 네트워크 밀도가 조절효과로 정부 자금지원과 기업경영성과를 조절하는 역할을 수행함을 밝혀 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공한다.

최근 한국 정부는 양재-우면 지역에 4차 산업혁명을 견인할 ICT 중심의 클러스터 조성을 계획하고 있다. 클러스터가 성공하기 위해서는 지원체계 및 제도와 같은 거버넌스 등의 혁신 환경이 적절하게 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 중소기업에 대한 지원방안과 클러스터에 필요한 요인들을 종합한 후 ICT 중소기업 지원방안의 계층화 모형을 제안하고 지원방안의 우선순위를 도출하였다. ICT 중소기업 및 R&D 전문가 9명을 대상으로 설문을 배포하여 총 6부를 회수하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 지원방안의 우선순위는 향후 추진될 양재 R&CD 클러스터의 성공적인 조성과 지원예산의 분배에 활용될 것으로 예상된다.

Several arguments have been presented in the literature to support the connection between radio halos and cluster mergers. The spectral index distributions of the halos in A665 and A2163 provide a new strong confirmation of this connection, i.e. of the fact that the cluster merger plays an important role in the energy supply to the radio halos. Features of the spectral index (flattening and patches) are indication of a complex shape of the radiating electron spectrum, and are therefore in support of electron reacceleration models. Regions of flatter spectrum are found to be related to the recent merger. In the undisturbed cluster regions, instead, the spectrum steepens with the distance from the cluster center. The plot of the integrated spectral index of a sample of halos versus the cluster temperature indicates that clusters at higher temperature tend to host halos with flatter spectra. This correlation provides further evidence of the connection between radio emission and cluster mergers.

Convex한 클러스터간의 최적의 거리와 Fuzzy Convex Clustering(FCC) 방법에 의한 효과적인 클러스터 결합 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 또한 두 convex한 클러스터간의 거리 측정 방법의 문제점인 정확성과 수행속도 개선하기 위하여 Support Vector Machines(SVM) 을 이용한 빠르고 정확한 거리 측정 방법을 제시하였다. 따라서 데이터의 부적절한 표현 없이 클러스터들의 개수를 크게 더 줄일 수 있었다. 본 논문에서는 제시한 알고리즘의 타당성을 위하여 여러 데이터에 대한 실험결과를 보여주므로서 제시한 알고리즘을 실제 영상 분할에 적용하여 다른 클러스터링 방법의 결과와 비교분석한다.

본 논문에서는 대구 경북지역의 24개 4년제 대학교의 대학공시센터에 공시한 대학지표 자료를 사용하였다. 이들 대학지표들 중 재학생 충원률과 건강보험 취업률에 대한 지표를 이용하여 유사 특징을 가지고 있는 대학들을 그룹화 (분류)하여 그룹의 특징을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. SPSS의 계층적 군집분석과 서포트벡터 군집분석을 분석방법으로 활용하여 실험한 결과에서 공통으로 도출할 수 있는 정보를 구하였다.

This study examines the characteristics and recent changes of the Hanbok industrial cluster in Gwangju Metropolitan City, in order to understand the problems in the activation of the Hanbok industry and to seek future policies. A total 32 companies comprise the 'Small Manufacturer Specialized Support Center of Hanbok' and were surveyed with a 41 questions with questions in four categories. The Gwangju Hanbok area has been in existence for more than 40 years and was composed of small groups of one or two manufacturers. They are experiencing the same difficulties as other Hanbok clusters, such as the aging of workers, the downturn of dress culture, and changing consumption paradigms. However, since 2015, various efforts have been made in order to seek countermeasures to cope with such difficulties, particularly with the foundation of the 'Small Manufacturer Specialized Support Center of Hanbok' with the support of the Ministry of Small Venture Business. This study focuses on the alterations in the current Hanbok industry due to the IT industrialization as well as the changes in the locations of the Hanbok clusters due to the revitalization of old towns by local governments., The results providing an opportunity to appreciate the problems therein and seek the solutions. Small manufacturers of the Hanbok cluster are trying to improve their entrepreneurship, digital technology application, and knowledge in accordance with the socio-economic trends, but they have limitations to practically apply it to business, barely keeping the minimum production base. The central government and the Gwangju should reinforce and expand the support for marketing and public relations for the Hanbok to foster the designer population, to establish mutual brands, to raise brand awareness, and to promote the technological perfection of the individual businesses, to allow them to cope with the current market trends, in order for the technological development and firm settlement of the local Hanbok industrial cluster.

본 연구는 산업구조가 지식정보산업 주도로 재편되며 적정성장 기간(Time-to-market growth)이 중요한 이슈로 부상한 상태에서 창업초기단계의 적정성장을 도모해 줄 효과적인 기업지원 구축방안을 제시하는데 그 목표가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 기존 지식정보 산업 단지 중심으로 도출된 클러스터의 핵심성공 요인을 분석하여 이로부터 이상적인 성장지원 클러스터를 도출 한 후, 이를 토대로 초기성장단계 기업에 대한 성장지원이 이루어져야 하는 다양한 시사점을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 클러스터 내 기관 및 기업 또는 클러스터에 연관되어져 있는 각 요인들이 속하여져 있는 네트워크망에 대한 고찰을 통하여 이상적인 네트워크망을 제시 하는데 초점을 두었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 크게 세 가지 분석을 실시하였다. 사례조사를 통해 산업 클러스터의 성공요인 및 기업의 성장지원 클러스터 핵심성공요인을 도출하였고, 이를 네트워크 분석(Network Analysis)에 적용하기 위해 연결망 구조 분석에 접목하였다. 또한 클러스터의 핵심성공요인 분석을 토대로 도출된 기업의 성장지원망을 사회구조 행렬(Social Fabric Matrix)을 이용하여 계량화 한 후 연결망의 특성 분석을 실시하였다. 특히 본 연구는 각 기업의 성장지원기관들 간에 이루어진 연결망을 기준으로 Centrality Test를 실시하여 핵심지원체 인식을 위한 Core 분석을 실시하였다. 이로서 산업클러스터의 구조와 핵심성공요인 분석을 토대로 구축된 이상적인 기업지원 연결망간의 구조비교분석을 실시하여 기존 산업클러스터에 대한 연결망 개선 시사점을 제시하여 클러스터 내 네트워크 분석을 위한 자원의 활용과 네트워크 전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

이 논문은 기업지원서비스의 유형화론 제시하고 이러한 유형화를 토대로 우리나라 기업지원서비스의 현황을 파악하고자 한다. 또한 지역차이와 산업특성에 따른 기업지원서비스의 수요와 공급패턴을 분석한다. 서울소프트웨어산업 집적지(강남ㆍ서초구 일대), 대전의 ICT산업 집적지, 그리고 구미의 전자산업 집적지에 대한 설문지와 기업사례 조사를 바탕으로, 기업지원서비스의 수요와 공급이 산업특성. 지역의 성격, 그리고 기업의 성장단계에 따라 차별화된다는 것을 밝혀 내었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 몇 가지 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

A project has been initiated at KISTI Supercomputing Center at year 1999 to build a Tflops cluster in order to support newly emerging demands for larger scale parallel computing resources. As a supportive substitute of traditional supercompters, the cluster systems are expected to play important role in supporting diversified computational needs. In this paper, KISTI Supercomputing Center's working status of building Tflops cluster system and future plans.
