식생활 라이프스타일에 따른 비만도와 외식선택속성에 관한 연구 - 부산지역 대학생을 중심으로 - (A Study on Obesity Index and Attributes of Selecting Places to Eat Out by Food-Related Lifestyle Types - Focusing on Pusan University Students -)

  • 본 연구는 부산지역 K대학교 학생들을 대상으로 식생활 라이프스타일유형에 따른 군집을 도출하고 각 집단과 외식선택속성과 비만도와의 차이를 고찰하고자 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 통계프로그램 PASW Statistic 18.0(Predictive Analytics Software)을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석, t-test, ${\chi}^2$-test, 비 계층적 군집분석과 ANOVA을 실시하였다. 남자 대학생들의 평균키는 175.59 cm, 체중은 69.53kg이고, 여자 대학생들의 평균키는 162.81 cm, 체중은 53.42kg으로 나타내었다. 남학생 체질량지수를 저체중이 1.7%, 정상체중은 64.6%, 과체중 19.7%이고, 비만은 14.0%로 나타났다. 여학생 체질량지수는 저체중이 22.9%. 정상체중은 62.7%, 과체중이 8.5%, 비만은 5.9%를 나타내었다. 식생활라이프스타일 항목은 건강추구, 안전성추구, 분위기추구, 미각추구, 서양음식추구요인으로 추출되었고, 외식선택속성은 음식의 질과 서비스, 합리적인가격, 접근성과 분위기, 먹어본 경험 요인으로 추출되었다. 식생활라이프스타일은 군집1은 [식생활 무관심형 집단] 군집2는 [건강지향형 집단] 군집3은 [건강무관심형 집단]으로 군집 명을 부여하였다. 식생활라이프스타일 군집과 외식선택속성 요인간의 차이분석에서 군집1은 먹어본 경험에서 높은 평균값을 나타내었고, 군집2는 음식과 서비스의 질에서 높은 평균값을 나타내었고, 군집3은 접근선과 이미지에서 높은 평균값을 나타내었다.

한국인의 일부 도시인에서 비만, 이상혈당, 이상지질혈증의 집락과 고혈압의 관련성 (Association of Hypertension with Cluster of Obesity, Abnormal glucose and Dyslipidemia in Korean Urban Population)

  • To examine the association of hypertension with cluster of obesity, abnormal glucose and dyslipidemia in Korean urban population, we conducted this cross-sectional study among 3027 men and 2127 women age 20-85 years who visited a prevention center between May 1991 and June 1995 for a multiphasic health check at St. Mary's Hospital, Seoul. By the self-administered questionnaire, the informations of educational attainments, monthly income, alcohol consumption, cigarette smoking, and physical excercise level were obtained. Height, weight, and blood pressure were measured by a trained nurse. The fasting blood sugar (FBS), total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol and triglyceride were tested by enzyme method. Low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol was calculated by 'total cholesterol - HDL cholesterol - triglyceride/5'. For testing the differences of cardiovascular risk factors between hypertension and normotension group, 1-test and $\chi^2$-test were performed. For the age adjusted odds ratios of hypertension in persons with obesity, abnormal glucose, and dyslipidemia compared with normal, logistic regression was performed by using SAS pakageprograme. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Age, weight, body mass index(BMI), blood glucose, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglyceride of hypertension group in men and women were significantly higher than normotension group, but height and HDL cholesterol of hypertension group only in women significantly lower than normotension group. The frequency of obesity $(BMI\geq25kg/m^2)$, abnormal glucose $(\geq\;120mg/dl)$, hypercholesterolemia $(\geq\;240mg/dl)$, lower HDL cholesterol (<45 mg/dl in women only), higher LDL cholesterol $(\geq\;160mg/dl)$, and hyper hypertriglyceridemia $(\geq\;250mg/dl)$ in hypertension group of men and women were significantly higher than normotension group. 2. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure were negatively correlated with hight, but positively with age, weight, BMI, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglyceride in men and women. BMI was positively correlated with fasting blood sugar, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglyceride but negatively with HDL cholesterol. 3. The age adjusted odds ratios of hypertension were as follows in men and women : among persons who were obese compared with those nonobese, 2.53 (95% Confidence Intervals [C.I.] 2.08-3.07) and 2.22 (95%C.I. 1.71-2.87): among persons who were abnormal glucose compared with those normoglycemic, 1.43 (95%C.I 1.13-1.82) and 2.01 (95%C.I 1.36-2.94): and among persons who were dyslipidemia (hypercholesterolemia or lower HDL cholesterol or higher LDL cholesterol or hypertriglyceridemia) compared with those normal lipid, 1.59 (95%C.I 1.30-1.95) and 1.51 (95%C.I 1.16-1.96). After combined more than one risk factor, the odds ratios were increased. Among persons with cluster of obesity, abnormal glucose, and dyslipidemia, the odds ratio of hypertension was 2.25 (95%C.I 1.47-3.37) in men and 3.02 (95%C.I 1.71-5.30) in women. In conclusion, it was suggested that hypertension was associated with cluster of obesity, abnormal glucose, dyslipidemia in this Korean urban population.

온라인 소프트웨어 교육에서 학습자의 자기조절학습 관련 특성에 기반한 온라인 학습 유형 분석: 계층적 군집 분석 기법을 활용하여 (Investigating Online Learning Types Based on self-regulated learning in Online Software Education: Applying Hierarchical Cluster Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 소프트웨어 교육 환경에서 학습자의 자기조절학습특성에 따른 온라인 학습 유형을 파악하고 각 유형의 특징을 살펴봄으로써 보다 전략적인 온라인 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 K대학의 온라인 소프트웨어 교육과정에 참여하고 있는 K-12 학생 809명의 온라인 학습 로그 데이터로부터 자기조절학습 특성 변인을 추출한 후, 계층적 군집 분석 기법(hierarchical cluster analysis)을 활용하여 자기조절학습 특성에 따른 학습자 군집 도출 및 군집 유형에 따른 온라인 학습 특성과 학습 결과의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 온라인 소프트웨어 교육 학습자들의 자기조절학습 유형은 '고수준 자기조절학습형(군집 1)', '중수준 자기조절학습형(군집 2)', 그리고 '저수준 자기조절학습형(군집 3)'으로 나타났다. 온라인 자기조절학습 유형에 따른 학업성취도 수준은 '고수준 자기조절학습형(군집 1)'이 가장 높고, '저수준 자기조절학습형(군집 3)'이 가장 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 온라인 소프트웨어 교육 운영을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

엔트로피 거리와 SVM를 이용한 SNP 군집분석과 천식 유형 예측 (Cluster Analysis of SNPs with Entropy Distance and Prediction of Asthma Type Using SVM)

  • 단일염기다형성은 인간 게놈 구조 연구의 중요한 도구이다. 대량의 유전자 표현형 데이터에서의 군집 분석은 생물학적으로 연관이 있는 유전자 군을 발견하거나 유전자간 상호작용 네트워크를 생성하는데 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 엔트로피 거리를 기반으로 계층적 군집 분석 방법을 사용하여 천식환자군과 정상대조군의 군집을 형성하고 비교하였고 5개짜리 군집에서 두 군의 의미 있는 차이점이 나타남을 보였다. 천식환자군의 각 군집에서의 대표 SNP들의 조합의 질병 예측 정확도를 지지벡터기계를 이용하여 측정하여, 천식의 두 유형을 진단할 수 있는 최상의 조합을 찾았다. 최상의 조합은 유전자 ALOX12에 있는 단일염기다형성을 포함한 5개로 구성된 모델이며 66.41%의 아스피린 내성 천식 질병에 대한 예측 정확도를 갖는다.

다중채널 클러스터 기반의 AMI 네트워크 설계 (Design of Advanced Metering Infrastructure Network Based on Multi-Channel Cluster)

  • 본 논문은 효율적인 무선 AMI 네트워크를 위한 채널 할당 및 스케줄링 기법에 관한 것이다. AMI 시스템에서, 제안하는 다중채널 클러스터 네트워크는 NC(Network Coordinator)와 CDA(Clustered Data Aggregator) 간의 통신 채널을 네트워크 채널로 정의 하고, CDA와 OMD(Out Meter Display), SMD(Smart Meter Device) 간의 통신채널을 그룹 채널로 정의한다. 네트워크 채널과 그룹채널이 혼합된 다중채널 클러스터 기반의 AMI 네트워크는 물리적/논리적 수용가 채널 클러스터링을 통해서 관리의 효율성을 증대하고, 인접 클러스터간 구별되는 채널 사용을 통한 검침 데이터의 신뢰성을 증대한다. 또한 다중채널 클러스터 기반의 채널할당을 통하여 데이터의 빠른 수집이 가능하며 검침망의 크기를 증가시킨다.

일부 우리나라 여대생의 식사 패턴군에 따른 골밀도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Factors Affecting Bone Mineral Density by Dietary Pattern Group for Some Korean College Women)

  • To investigate the effects of dietary patterns on bone mineral density and its biochemical markers among Korean healthy college women for 2 years, 34 female college students were recruited through convenience sampling. Bone mineral density was measured using Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) twice at baseline and two years later. Osteocalcin and parathyroid hormone were measured in fasting serum and N-teleopeptides of type collagen (NTx) in urine. Dietary intake was assessed by 24-hour recall method 8 times with average 4-month interval. Dietary patterns with percent energy of each food group using cluster analysis were classified into two groups. The first cluster (n = 16) was characterized with high consumption of bread, snack, fast foods, beverage and considerable of rice so it was determined as 'Modified dietary pattern group'. The second cluster was characterized with high consumption of rice and kimchi so determined as 'Traditional dietary pattern group'. There were no significant difference of age, menarcheal age, body mass index but percent of body fat by pattern groups. The traditional group showed higher value of bone mineral density among lumber spine and all femur sites at baseline and 2 years later but it was not significant after adjusted for percent of body fat. Serum osteocalcin and urine NTx was higher among the traditional group at baseline than the modified group. There were similar proportions of carbohydrate:fat:protein between groups but significantly higher intake of protein, iron, vitamin A among the traditional group. In conclusion, there were two distinctive dietary patterns among Korean college women. There was difference of bone mineral density and its biochemical markers between two patterns. Further research would be necessary to explore the relationship between dietary patterns and health risks for larger-sized and various populations.

Functional Roles of the Aromatic Residues in the Stabilization of the [$Fe_4S_4$] Cluster in the Iro Protein from Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans

  • The Iro protein is a member of the HiPIP family with the [$Fe_4S_4$] cluster for electron transfer. Many reports proposed that the conserved aromatic residues might be responsible for the stability of the iron-sulfur cluster in HiPIP. In this study, Tyr10 was found to be a critical residue for the stability of the [$Fe_4S_4$] cluster, according to site-directed mutagenesis results. Tyr10, Phe26, and Phe48 were essential for the stability of the [$Fe_4S_4$] cluster under acidic condition. Trp44 was not involved in the stability of the [$Fe_4S_4$] cluster. Molecular structure modeling for the mutant Tyr10 proteins revealed that the aromatic group of Tyr10 may form a hydrophobic barrier to protect the [$Fe_4S_4$] cluster from solvent.

주부들의 식생활태도 유형에 따른 스트레스와 자기건강에 관한 연구 (The Relationship between Stress from Housewives' Attitudes toward Dietary Life and their Health)

  • The consciousness and eating habits of the housekeeper directly influence the stress level and health quality of the household occupants. In Korea, most housewives are in charge of dietary life. Accordingly, their attitudinal clusters toward dietary (eating) life were researched in relation to their stress and health. The research results showed that irregular eating habits cause stress. Therefore, it is necessary for housewives to have a regular eating habit. The results were as follows. The house wives' attitudes toward dietary life were categorized into 5 clusters: regular and speedy overeating, regular and frequent eating, regular and light eating, irregular and light eating, irregular and speedy overeating. The cluster of regular and frequent snacks was 24.3%. The cluster of irregular and speedy overeating caused the most stress. Especially the house wives' group belonging to the cluster of irregular and speedy overeating were under social and emotional stress, while the cluster of regular and light eating and the cluster of irregular and light eating were under concentration stress. The cluster of regular and frequent snacks and the cluster of irregular and light eating had negative effect on their health, while the cluster of regular and speedy overeating had negative effect on their family's health by their social stress.

무선센서 네트워크에서 클러스터 균일화를 위한 클러스터링 방법 (Clustering Methods for Cluster Uniformity in Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • 무선센서 네트워크에서 센서 노드간의 통신 연결 실패는 계속된 연결 시도를 유발하여 많은 전력 손실이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 CH(Cluster Head) 노드와 통신되는 센서 노드 사이의 적정 거리를 제한하여, 2차원 평면상에 적정 크기의 클러스터 그룹이 형성되도록 하였다. 클러스터 크기의 균일화를 위해 최단 거리에 존재하는 센서 노드들이 서로 통신하여 멤버 노드를 구성하고 근접한 노드를 모아서 클러스터가 형성되도록 하였다. 제안한 클러스터 균일화 알고리즘을 기반으로 클러스터링을 위한 최단 거리 기반의 클러스터링 방식에 대한 클러스터 균일화 개선율을 시뮬레이션 결과로 나타내었다. 제안한 방식은 네트워크의 클러스터 균일성을 약 30% 향상시킬 수 있다.

  • Recent experimental and theoretical advances on the aromatic alcohol-water clusters are reviewed, focusing on the structure of the hydrogen bonding between the alcoholic OH group and the binding water molecules. The interplay of experimental observations and theoretical calculations for the elucidation of the structure is demonstrated for phenol-water, benzyl alcohol-water, substituted phenol-water, naphthol-water and tropolone -water clusters. Discussion is made on assigning the role (either proton-donating or -accepting) of the hydroxyl group by measuring the shifts of infrared frequency of the OH stretching mode in the cluster from that of bare aromatic alcohol for the experimental determination of the cluster structure.
