The process and change of convergence in the economy and industry with the development of digital technology and combining with new technologies is called Digital Transformation. Specifically, it refers to innovating existing businesses and services by utilizing information and communication technologies such as big data analysis, Internet of Things, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. Digital transformation is changing the shape of business and has a wide impact on businesses and consumers in all industries. Among them, the big data and analytics market is emerging as one of the most important growth drivers of digital transformation. Integrating intelligent data into an existing business is one of the key tasks of digital transformation, and it is important to collect and monitor data and learn from the collected data in order to efficiently operate a data-based business. In developed countries overseas, research on new business models using various data accumulated at the level of government and private companies is being actively conducted. However, although the trade and import/export data collected in the domestic public sector is being accumulated in various types and ranges, the establishment of an analysis and utilization model is still in its infancy. Currently, we are living in an era of massive amounts of big data. We intend to discuss the value of trade big data possessed from the past to the present, and suggest a strategy to activate trade big data for trade digital transformation and a new direction for future trade big data research.

Recently, various intelligent application services using artificial intelligence are being actively developed. In particular, research on artificial intelligence-based real-time prediction services is being actively conducted in the manufacturing industry, and the demand for artificial intelligence services that can detect and predict fire and odors is very high. However, most of the existing detection and prediction systems do not predict the occurrence of fires and odors, but rather provide detection services after occurrence. This is because AI-based prediction service technology is not applied in existing systems. In addition, fire prediction, odor detection and odor level prediction services are services with ultra-low delay characteristics. Therefore, in order to provide ultra-low-latency prediction service, edge computing technology is combined with artificial intelligence models, so that faster inference results can be applied to the field faster than the cloud is being developed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an LSTM algorithm-based learning model that can be used for fire prediction and odor detection/prediction, which are most required in the manufacturing industry. In addition, the proposed learning model is designed to be implemented in edge devices, and it is proposed to receive real-time sensor data from the IoT terminal and apply this data to the inference model to predict fire and odor conditions in real time. The proposed model evaluated the prediction accuracy of the learning model through three performance indicators, and the evaluation result showed an average performance of over 90%.
During Khmer Rouge Regime, Cambodian pop music was completely forgotten since 90% of artists were killed. After recovering from war since 1979, the music started to grow again in 1990. However, Cambodian popular music dynamic and flows are observably directed by the multifaceted socioeconomic, political and creative forces. The major problems are the plagiarism and piracy which have been prevailing for years in the industry. Recently, the consciousness of the need to preserve Khmer original songs from both fans and artist have been increased and become a new trend for Cambodia young population. Still, the music quality is in the limit state. To increase the mind-set, the feedbacks and inspiration are needed. The study suggested a music ranking website using sentiment analysis which data were collected from Production Companies Facebook Pages' posts and comments. The study proposed an algorithm which translates from Khmer to English, doing sentiment analysis and generate the ranking. The result showed 80% accuracy of translation and sentiment analysis on the proposed system. The songs that rank high in the system are the songs which are original and fit the occasion in Cambodia. With the proposed ranking algorithm, it would help to increase the competitive advantage of the musical productions as well as to encourage the producers to compose the new songs which fit the particular activities and event.

The convergence of engineering and IT technology has brought many changes to the industry as well as academic research. In particular, computer simulation technology has evolved to a level that can accurately simulate actual physical phenomena and analyze them in real time. In this paper, we describe the CFD technology, which is mainly used in industry, and the post processor that uses the augmented reality which is emerging as the post-processing. Research on the visualization of fluid simulation results using AR technology is actively being carried out. However, due to the large size of the result data, it is limited to researches that are published in a desktop environment. Therefore, it is limitation that needs to be reviewed in actual space. In this paper, we discuss how to solve these problems. We analyze the fluid analysis results in the post-processing, and then perform optimizing data (more than 70%)to support operation in the mobile environment. In the visualization, lightweight data is used to perform real-time tracking using cloud computing, The analysis result is matched to the screen and visualized. This allows the user to review and analyze the fluid analysis results in an efficient and immersive manner in the various spaces where the simulation is performed.

This paper discusses 5G IOT, Augmented Reality, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Future Autonomous Driving Vehicle technology, and presents 5G utilization of Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games and Jeju Smart City model. The reason is that 5G is the main artery of the 4th industry.5G is the fourth industrial aorta because 5G is the core infrastructure of the fourth industrial revolution. In order for the AI, autonomous vehicle, VR / AR, and Internet (IoT) era to take off, data must be transmitted several times faster and more securely than before. For example, if you send a stop signal to LTE, which is a communication technology, to a remote autonomous vehicle, it takes a hundredth of a second. It seems to be fairly fast, but if you run at 100km / h, you can not guarantee safety because the car moves 30cm until it stops. 5G is more than 20 gigabits per second (Gbps), about 40 times faster than current LTE. Theoretically, the vehicle can be set up within 1 cm. 5G not only connects 1 million Internet (IoT) devices within a radius of 1 kilometer, but also has a speed delay of less than 0.001 sec. Steve Mollenkov, chief executive officer of Qualcomm, the world's largest maker of smartphones, said, "5G is a key element and innovative technology that will connect the future." With 5G commercialization, there will be an economic effect of 12 trillion dollars in 2035 and 22 million new jobs We can expect to see the effect of creation.
This article aims at the study on Improvement of legal System which is related to automated vehicles in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Legal aspects of driving automation have two view points. One is to permit a automated vehicle, the other is to regulate the behavior of driver on the road. Signifying elements of the 4th industrial revolution are IoT, AI, big data, cloud computing etc. Automated vehicles are the imbodiment of those new ICT technologies. The vehicle management act(VMA) rules about vehicle registration and approval of vehicle types. VMA defines a automated vehicle as a vehicle which can be self driven without handling of driver or passenger. Vehicle makers can take temporary driving permission for testing and research the driving automation. Current definition of automated vehicle of VMA is not enough for including all levels of SAE driving automation. In the VMA must be made also a new vehicle safty standard for automated vehicle. In the national assembly is curruntly pending three draft bills about legislation of artificial intelligence. Driving automation and AI technologies must be parallel developed. It is highly expected that more proceeding research of driving automation can be realized as soon as possible.
The core technology development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is linked to the development of other core technologies, which will change the industrial structure in the future and create a new smart business model. In this paper, tried to analyze the technology maturity level and analyze the technology maturity. To do this, used technology trend information to investigate and integrate the market, policy, etc. Of core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution to achieve a comprehensive maturity level. Because technology maturity measures are scored by technology developers, prejudices may be acted upon according to a person's tendency, which may be a subjective evaluation. It is also a measure of the maturity of individual technologies, and thus is not suitable for evaluating the overall system integration perspective. However, it is possible to evaluate the maturity before integrating the core element technologies constituting the whole system and to use it as a means to compare the effect of the whole system and its feasibility and play an important role in the planning of technology development.
This study was to explore the domestic research trends, and education and operation cases concerned with Korean colleges in the fourth industrial revolution era. It was conducted through the analysis of 114 academic papers registered to the Korea Research Foundation, the newspaper articles, and the main 4-year university homepage from 2016 to April 2019. The results was as follows. Research papers have been increasing since 2016; research were conducted by humanities and social sciences as well as engineering academics interesting in research topics such as technologies, curriculum, and teaching and learning by mainly using quantitative research, literature research. As for the college education, reorganization of the undergraduate and majors centered on the science and engineering field, teaching and learning related with learner's participation and performance, and provide efficient academic affairs management and career guidance using Chatbot or Cloud computing. Industry-academia cooperation was focuses on the field of science and engineering. In future research, it is necessary to explore the research on college students' career and employment, the research on academic affairs management and infrastructure, the relational research considering the variables among college students and faculties, and the qualitative and mixed method approach.
As the ICT technologies advance, the unprecedently large amount of digital data is created, transferred, stored, and utilized in every industry. With the data scale extension and the applying technologies advancement, the new services emerging from the use of large scale data make our living more convenient and useful. But the cybercrimes such as data forgery and/or change of data generation time are also increasing. For the data security against the cybercrimes, the technology for data integrity and the time verification are necessary. Today, public key based signature technology is the most commonly used. But a lot of costly system resources and the additional infra to manage the certificates and keys for using it make it impractical to use in the large-scale data environment. In this research, a new and far less system resources consuming signature technology for large scale data, based on the Hash Function and Merkle tree, is introduced. An improved method for processing the distributed hash trees is also suggested to mitigate the disruptions by server failures. The prototype system was implemented, and its performance was evaluated. The results show that the technology can be effectively used in a variety of areas like cloud computing, IoT, big data, fin-tech, etc., which produce a large-scale data.
