Recently, as cloud computing technologies are developed, it enable to work anytime and anywhere by smart phone and computer. Also, cloud computing technologies are suited to reduce costs of maintaining IT infrastructure and initial investment, so cloud computing has been developed. As demand about cloud computing has risen sharply, problems of power consumption are occurred to maintain the environment of data center. To solve the problem, first of all, power consumption has been measured. Although using power meter to measure power consumption obtain accurate power consumption, extra cost is incurred. Thus, we propose prediction method about power consumption without power meter. To proving accuracy about proposed method, we perform CPU and Hard disk test on cloud computing environment. During the tests, we obtain both predictive value by proposed method and actual value by power meter, and we calculate error rate. As a result, error rate of predictive value and actual value shows about 4.22% in CPU test and about 8.51% in Hard disk test.

The Internet of Things(IoT) security has more need than a technical problem as it needs series of regulations and faultless security system for common purposes. So, this study proposes an efficient key management in order that can be trusted IoT data in cloud computing. In contrast with a key distribution center of existing sensor networks, the proposed a federation key management of cloud proxy key server is not central point of administration and enables an active key recovery and update. The proposed key management is not a method of predetermined secret keys but sharing key information of a cloud proxy key server in autonomous cloud, which can reduce key generation and space complexity. In addition, In contrast with previous IoT key researches, a federation key of cloud proxy key server provides an extraction ability from meaningful information while moving data.
Nowadays, cloud computing and big data analytics are at the center of many industries' concerns to take advantage of the potential benefits of building future smart cities. The integration of cloud computing and big data analytics is the main reason for massive adoption in many organizations, avoiding the potential complexities of on-premise big data systems. With these two technologies, the manufacturing industry, healthcare system, education, academe, etc. are developing rapidly, and they will offer various benefits to expand their domains. In this issue, we present a summary of 18 high-quality accepted articles following a rigorous review process in the field of cloud computing and big data analytics.

In this paper, a model is proposed to comprehensively evaluate the computational power. The five forces model of computational power solves the problem that the measurement units of different indexes are not unified in the process of computational power evaluation. It combines the bidirectional projection method with TOPSIS method. This model is more scientific and effective in evaluating the comprehensive situation of computational power. Lastly, an example shows the validity and practicability of the model.
The point-cloud representation of an object is performed by scanning a space through a laser scanner that is extracting a set of points, and the points are then integrated into the same coordinate system through a registration. The set of the completed registration-integrated point clouds is classified into meaningful regions, shapes, and noises through a mathematical analysis. In this paper, the aim is the matching of a curved area like a cylinder shape in 3D point-cloud data. The matching procedure is the attainment of the center and radius data through the extraction of the cylinder-shape candidates from the sphere that is fitted through the RANdom Sample Consensus (RANSAC) in the point cloud, and completion requires the matching of the curved region with the Catmull-Rom spline from the extracted center-point data using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Not only is the proposed method expected to derive a fast estimation result via linear and curved cylinder estimations after a center-axis estimation without constraint and segmentation, but it should also increase the work efficiency of reverse engineering.

The purpose of this study is to identify the new roles and services of information center that is affected by changing information technology so called cloud computing service. Using Information Technology acceptance model, hypotheses were developed to find relationships among intention to use of a cloud service, perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use and three system quality evaluation factors such as data safety, network response time, and system accessibility. The hypotheses have been tested with 114 user surveys. This study presents the relationship between certain attitude and intention to use variables and system accessibility applying clouding service. The result of this research gives an insight of the evaluation and a guideline for the implementation of cloud computing services in information centers.
Current ICT(Information & Communication Technology) infrastructures (Internet and server/client communication) are struggling for a wide variety of devices, services, and business and technology evolution. Cloud computing originated simply to request and execute the desired operation from the network of clouds. It means that an IT resource that provides a service using the Internet technology. It is getting the most attention in today's IT trends. In the distributed cloud environments, management costs for the network and computing resources are solved fundamentally through the integrated management system. It can increase the cost savings to solve the traffic explosion problem of core network via a distributed Micro DC. However, traditional flooding methods may cause a lot of traffic due to transfer to all the neighbor DCs. Restricted Path Flooding algorithms have been proposed for this purpose. In large networks, there is still the disadvantage that may occur traffic. In this paper, we developed Lightweight Path Flooding algorithm to improve existing flooding algorithm using hop count restriction.

Cache-based side-channel attacks have achieved more attention along with the development of cloud computing technologies. However, current host-based mitigation methods either provide bad compatibility with current cloud infrastructure, or turn out too application-specific. Besides, they are defending blindly without any knowledge of on-going attacks. In this work, we present CacheSCDefender, a framework that provides a (Virtual Machine Monitor) VMM-based comprehensive defense framework against all levels of cache attacks. In designing CacheSCDefender, we make three key contributions: (1) an attack-aware framework combining our novel dynamic remapping and traditional cache cleansing, which provides a comprehensive defense against all three cases of cache attacks that we identify in this paper; (2) a new defense method called dynamic remapping which is a developed version of random permutation and is able to deal with two cases of cache attacks; (3) formalization and quantification of security improvement and performance overhead of our defense, which can be applicable to other defense methods. We show that CacheSCDefender is practical for deployment in normal virtualized environment, while providing favorable security guarantee for virtual machines.

Cloud streets were successfully simulated by numerical model (RAMS) including an isolated mountain near the coast, large sensible heat flux from the sea surface, uniform stratification and wind velocity with low Froude number (0.25) in the inflow boundary. The well developed cloud streets between a pair of convective rolls are simulated at a level of 1 km over the sea. The following five results were obtained: 1) For the formation of the pair of convective rolls, both strong static instability and a topographically induced mechanical disturbance are strongly required at the same time. 2) Strong sensible heat flux from the sea surface is the main energy source of the pair of convective rolls, and the buoyancy caused by condensation in the cloud is negligibly small. 3) The pair of convective rolls is a complex of two sub-rolls. One is the outer roll, which has a large radius, but weak circulation, and the other is the inner roll, which has a small radius, but strong circulation. The outer roll gathers a large amount of moisture by convergence in the lower marine boundary, and the inner roll transfers the convergent moisture to the upper boundary layer by strong upward motion between them. 4) The pair of inner rolls form the line-shaped cloud streets, and keep them narrow along the center-line of the domain. 5) Both by non-hydrostatic and by hydrostatic assumptions, cloud streets can be simulated. In our case, non-hydrostatic processes enhanced somewhat the formation of cloud streets. The horizontal size of the topography does not seem to be restricted to within the small scale where non-hydrostatic effects are important.
The cloud computing has propagated rapidly and thus there is growing interest on the introduction of cloud services in the public institution. Accordingly, domestic public institution are adoption of cloud computing impose and devise a plan. In addition, more specifically, is building a cloud computing system in the public institution. However, solutions to various security threats(e.g., availability invasion of storage, access by unauthorized attacker, data downloaded from uncertain identifier, decrease the reliability of cloud data centers and so on) is required. For the introduction and revitalize of cloud services in the public institution. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a public key based secure data management scheme for the cloud data centers in public institution. Thus, the use of cloud computing in the public institutions, the only authorized users have access to the data center. And setting for importance and level of difficulty of public data management enables by systematic, secure, and efficient. Thus, cloud services for public institution to improve the overall security and convenience.
