For empirical study experiments by the subjects among students of Ewha Womans University were done by using jeans as stimulus,. Data was analized by ANOVA factor analysis grouping analysis F-test Pearson's correlation duncan Test and etc 571 data was analyzed of the 600 data. The results of this study are as follows : Evaluation on jeans product were different even though they were exactly the same jeans. Therefore we could confirm the bias by price brand store when consumer evaluate jeans product. Cues like price brand store effected significantly the evaluation of jeans. The visual environment of the store is a very important factor to attract consumers into the store and make consumers purchase products. Therefore retailers should have concerns about store environments to differentiate their stores from other stores. Thus this study focused on visual environment of the store influencing consumer behavior. The concrete purpose of this study was to identify preferences of store environments and store types by consumer traits. First, the store choice criteria factors were examined and through the cluster analysis, several consumer groups were constructed. And then the visual environment factors of the store that consumers perceived important were identified and the visual environment factors of the store preferred by consumer groups were examined. Finally, store types preferred by consumer groups were examined. The findings of this study can assist store designers and retailers to set up a store environment or visual marketing strategies.

The purpose of this study is to research the level of emotional responses and corresponding behavioral responses of consumers who have experienced out-of-stock (OOS) shopping. Answers were gathered from 526 people in the 20-49 year age range, residing in a metropolitan area. SPSS 18.0 was used to perform factor analysis, reliability measures and regression analysis. The subordinate concept of emotional responses from consumers who experience an OOS event while at an on online shopping mall is the first subject of research for this study; this is tied in with three central factors; namely, anger/annoyance, anxiety and feeling regret. These can be further categorized into a positive emotional response and a negative emotional response. The experiment scrutinizes how emotional responses towards an OOS event experience affect behavioral responses. It then focuses on positive emotional responses as the second subject of this research: namely, how regret significantly affects the product substitution (S), and how anger/annoyance, anxiety and regret significantly influence a delayed purchase (D). Anger/annoyance, anxiety and regret significantly affect the incomplete store switch over (L1), and anger/annoyance and anxiety significantly influence the complete store switch over (L2).
