중학생의 기술.가정 교과의 의생활 영역에 대한 흥미도, 활용도, 학습 요구 (The Interests, Application, and Learning Desire of Clothing Section in Technology.Home Economics Curriculum of Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate learning desire based on the interests, application of clothing and textiles in Technology Home Economics curriculum of middle school. For this research, a questionnaire survey was conducted to 404 middle school students living in Seoul and Kyunggi areas. The data was analyzed by frequency, descriptive statistics, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan-test using SPSS 14.0. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, the perception of middle school student for Technology Home Economics was low. Students were interested not in the clothing and textile education but in getting dressed specially, and purchasing of clothes. Second, the more interested in the area of clothing and textiles, the higher is the application of apparels coordination, apparel purchase, and apparel management. And the more interested in the area of clothing and textiles, the higher is the desire in class contents. Therefore, teaching-learning methods should be developed to improve middle school students' interests, and applications in the clothing and textiles.

한국주택 가사작업공간의 관련용어변화와 그의미에 관한연구 - 부엌을 중심으로- (A Study on the Tra.sition of Terminology and its Meaning of Support Spaces Foucused on the Kitchens in Korean Houses)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the transition of meaning and terminology of support spaces in Korean houses based on preliminary studies and analysis of Korean novels. The major findings are as follows. The planning and location of the kitchen and its support spaces developed slowly until the 1970s. Buok has been the terminology of support spaces that appeared often and continuously in novels. The word Bongdang was mentioned only before the 1900s. The new words such as Sikdang. Buokaband appeared after the 1960s,. Jubang appeared after the 1980s. The meaning of kitchen space described in novels were various. Thpically the kitchen was used for cooking washing dishes keeping kitchen utensils foods and miscellaneous goods. Exveptionally the kitchen was the place for quarreling with others weeping secretly hiding washing clothes etc. The kitchen was also a symbol of the wealth of the family but many kitchens were usually described in novels as the unpleasant places. Even though most users of the kitchen in novels were women men also used the kitchen in novels were women men also used the kitchen without any restrictions. however the activities of men and women of the upper class in the kitchen were never described in any novels.

유치원 급식의 위생관리 실태조사 및 미생물적 품질평가 (Evaluation of Sanitation Management Practices and Microbiological Quality of Foods in Kindergarten Foodservice Settings)

  • This research aims to audit foodservice sanitation management practices and to assess microbiological quality of foods and their food contact environments in kindergartens. Sanitation auditing was conducted in 10 kindergartens in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon areas to assess the levels of safety practices. Results revealed that the surveyed kindergartens scored 41.4 out of 100 points, on average. The average scores of each category were 6.4/11 (58.1%) for facilities sanitation, 4.2/12 (35.0%) for equipment sanitation, 2.4/10 (24.0%) for personal hygiene, 5.1/10 (51.0%) for food ingredients management, 6.0/17 (35.3%) for production process, 5.4/10 (54.0%) for environmental sanitation, 2.0/6 (33.3%) for kitchen utensils sanitation, and 2.2/6 (96.7%) for safety management. Microbiological quality of raw, prepared foods, personal sanitation (hands), environmental sanitation, and drinking water were assessed. Total plate counts (TPC) of the following menus exceeded the critical limit: seasoned leek (5 log CFU/g), cucumber (5.0 log CFU/g), panbroiled fish paste (TNTC at $10^4$), tangpyeongchae (5.3 log CFU/g), egg rolls (6.1 log CFU/g), panbroiled sausage (TNTC at $10^4$), and soft tofu pot stew (TNTC at $10^4$). Coliform which exceeded the standard limit were detected from seasoned leek (2 log CFU/g), cucumber (2.5 log CFU/g), panbroiled fish paste (2.0 log CFU/g), egg roll (3.8 log CFU/g), tangpyeongchae (4.0 log CFU/g), panbroiled sausage (2.3 log CFU/g), and soft tofu pot stew (3.7 log CFU/g). For seasoned foods (muchim), S. aureus ranged 2.2~2.9 log CFU/g. In food workers' hands, microbial profiles ranged 3.8~7.9 log CFU/hand for TPC, ND~4.5 log CFU/hand for coliforms, ND~4.7 log CFU/hand for S. aureus, and ND~5.3 log CFU/hand for Enterobacteriaceae. Microbiological profiles of food contact surface of knives, cutting boards, dish-clothes, and trays showed possibilities of cross-contamination. General bacteria were 2.1~4.5 logCFU/ml in 4 purified water samples and E. coli were found in the kitchen of one kindergarten. These results suggested that environmental sanitation management practices need more strict improvement: effective sanitation education methods and practices were strongly required, and more strict sanitation management for cooking utensils and equipment were required.

여대생의 신체상, 외모관리 행동 및 심리사회적 건강과의 관련성 (The Relationship among Body Image, Appearance Management Behavior and Psychosocial Health of Female Undergraduates')

  • 본 연구는 여대생의 신체상과 외모관리 행동 및 심리사회적 건강과의 관련성을 확인하기 위한 연구이며, 2014년 9월부터 10월까지 일부 도시의 여대생 총 198명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체상은 5점 만점에 $3.12{\pm}1.06$점으로 조사되었다. 외모관리 행동은 5점 만점에 $2.82{\pm}1.00$점이며, 대상자들은 메이크업과 의복관리 행동을 많이 하지만 운동, 섭식 행동은 평균보다 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 심리사회적 건강 점수는 평균 $22.90{\pm}5.96$점으로 대상자의 73.2%가 잠재적 위험군이며, 고위험군은 25.8%로 전체 대상자가 위험군으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연령, 학년, 전공, 비만도, 건강관심도 및 체중조절 의도는 주요 변수들과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, 대상자의 신체상은 외모관리 행동과 심리사회적 건강과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 외모관리 행동 하위 영역에서도 운동은 섭식과, 섭식은 헤어관리행동과, 헤어는 메이크업, 의복관리행동, 메이크업은 의복관리행동과 유의한 정적상관관계를 보였다. 한편, 심리사회적 건강은 신체상 및 헤어관리행동과 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 넷째, 신체상, 건강 관심도, 학년 순으로 대상자의 심리사회적 건강을 14.4% 설명하였다. 즉, 신체에 대한 불만족이 높을수록, 건강 관심도가 낮을수록, 학년이 낮을수록, 심리사회적 건강이 좋지 않았다. 따라서, 본 연구는 대학생들이 자신의 건강에 대해 관심을 갖도록 하며 자신의 외모와 신체에 대해 긍정적인 이미지를 형성하고, 심리사회적 건강을 위한 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이라 기대한다.

건강가정기본법에 대한 인식 조사 (The Recognition Research of The Healthy Family Act)

  • This research has studied the people's perception and understanding of the 'Healthy Family Act' that has been enacted and practised from the year 2005. For this purpose, a survey has been conducted during October 2004 in several central and local cities in Korea, including Seoul, and a total of 741 samples have been used for the final analysis. The results of this study is as follows. The participants showed a very low level of recognition of the 'Healthy Family Act', and they Perceived that establishing a home-friendly atmosphere was of primary importance among the tasks that should be conducted by the State and local governments to encourage 'healthy families' The participants chose 'supporting the mental & physical health of family members' for the government supporting programs to make healthy families, and chose 'healthy life cultures such as clothes, food, and housing' for the government programs to support the everyday living cultures of the people. 1 Two thirds(2/3) of the participants indicated a willingness to participate in voluntary activities, and more than half of the participants said that they will participate in educational programs. Also, the participants indicated that divorce counselling should be offered only to the people who want the counselling, and as far as 'contents' are concerned, the participants indicated that 'the upbringing of children' should be the most important subject of the counselling. Finally, the participants indicated a willingness of participating educational programs in the order of parent education, family ethics education, realization of family values and family life education.

농업인 건강 및 안전을 배려한 인간공학적용에 관한 연구동향 (A Review of Studies on the Farmer's Safety and Health in Korea on the ergonomic perspective)

  • 농업의 유구한 역사와 달리 농작업자에 대한 배려와 관심이 다소 뒤쳐진 현실에서 농작업에서 인간공학 적용의 현재 상태를 점검하였고 향후 농작업자들의 안전보건과 작업능률 향상을 위하여 진전된 연구가 필요한 항목을 제언하고자 한다. 이를 위해 웹과 관련 학회로부터 2000년부터 2014년 현재까지 발표된 자료를 수집하였다. 검토 결과, 농작업장비설계분야 26.4%, 안전관리분야12.1%, 보건건강분야55.0% 그리고 제품설계분야 6.4%로 분류되었다. 4개 범주 중에서 보건건강분야가 가장 많은 비중을 차지한 반면 제품설계분야가 가장 적은 비중을 차지하였다. 농작업장비설계분야는 편이장비의 보급, 보건 건강관리분야는 작업관련 근골격계질환의 발생과 예방에 관한 연구가 가장 큰 비중을 차지하였다. 향후, PL가능성. 작목, 작업형태별 적정 작업시간과 휴식시간의 산정과 같은 직무설계, 방한작업복 및 작업보호구 설계에 관한 연구가 보강되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

환경친화적 생활양식에 기초한 유아의 환경교육 (Environmental Education for the Early Childhood Children based on the Environment-friendly Life Style)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the direction of environmental education for early childhood children based on the environment-friendly life style and to improve the possibility of application of it at home and kindergarten. This study reviewed reflectively the early studies on the concepts of ecocentrism, the emerging process of it, the importance of environmental education for early childhood children based on the ecocentrism, and the practice of these kinds of education at home and kindergarten. The main concepts connected to the environment-friendly life style based on ecocentrism, that is, 'preservation of nature', 'interdepentence', 'wholeness', 'equilibrium' are the foundations of environmental education for early childhood children. When these kinds of concepts are considered, the aims of environmental education for early childhood children should be focused on the life style that attaches great importance to the symbiosis of human being and nature. The educational contents and methods in harmony with ecocentrism are as follows: The educational methods should be connected to the education based on ordinariness, the learning through adults' model, the family-community-centered activities, and ways of thinking of the unity of knowledge and conduct. And educational contents should include all of the life styles in clothes, food, and shelter. And the educational methods also should be connected to the education through joint working of children and teacher, play-centered education, activities considering ages and individual variations, and education connected home. And educational contents should include many different kinds of activities of experiencing nature outside home and kindergarten.

주거지내 상업화 발생영역에서 군집형성현상과 영향요인 연구 - 가로수길을 대상으로 - (Commercial Cluster Characteristics in Residential District Focusing on Garosu Street)

  • 본 연구는 주거지 내 상업화가 활발하게 일어나고 있는 가로수길을 대상으로 제인제이콥스의 활성화 가로 요인을 적용하여 활성화 요인들의 공간적 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 동질성을 갖는 특성들끼리 군집을 이루고 있는 유형을 분류하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 연구의 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 가로수길은 의류 및 잡화 등 패션가로의 주된 장소성 기능이 집중되어 특색있는 가로를 형성하고 있었고, 주변 식음용도의 상점들이 그 기능을 받쳐주는 요인이 되고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 건축면적 외 공지의 활용여부를 보면, 메인가로는 쇼윈도 진열 및 상품의 적재가 이루어지고 내부의 음식점 및 카페는 테라스형 좌석 조성, 그리고 간선도로변은 보행공간으로서 이용되고 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 간선가로와 메인가로는 물판 위주 및 통과공간으로서의 기능이 강화되고 휴식을 취하거나 체류할 수 있는 공간은 내부 블록에서 형성된다는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 가로수길 내에서 건축물의 신축과 공실이 이어지는 소모적인 현상은 도심공동화와 가로가 가지는 자체의 정체성을 상실하는 주거환경의 부정적인 효과로 이어질 수 있어서 주거민과 상인이 협력하여 발전시킬 수 있는 노력이 필요할 것이다.

다목적 환자복 개발을 위한 연구 (The Study on Developing Multipurpose Patient Clothing)

  • Background : The clothing is considered as second skin. The patient clothing needs basic clothing demands which are comfortable, functional and aesthetical and special demeands which are associated with medical examination, treatment and management of daily-life inconveniences. The patient is weak and labile to psychic trauma and has limitation of movement. So the help of others is needed. But recent patient clothing does not satisfy above demands. So the design, making and management of patient clothing to satisfy those demands are very important. The purpose of this study' is to develop multipurpose clothing which is comfortable, functional, aesthetical and satisfying patients and medical personnels. Method : The questionnaires of existing patient clothing were tested by patients, medical doctors, and nurses. After analyzing two types of questionnaires, eight types of experimental patient clothing were made. After preference test, shortcomings were removed and merits were adapted. One type of multipurpose patient clothing mixing eight above experimental clothing was made. The state of wearing and moving were videotaped. The videotape-recoding was watched by patient, caregivers(medical doctors, nurses) and clothing specialists. Result : The general reaction for experimental clothing were positive by the group of patients, medical personnels and clothing specialist, there were significant differences among three groups. Conclusion : It was thought that to develop one type of multipurpose clothing is possible. If the studys for patient clothing which are free-size and economic matters that are type of clothes and method of washing are made in depth, the desirable patient clothing will appear.

의류브랜드 소비자의 고객관계관리 경험에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 남성복, 여성복, 캐주얼, 스포츠의류 소비자의 비교를 중심으로 - (A Qualitative Research about the CRM Experiences of Apparel Brand Customers)

  • The purpose of this study were 1) to analyze customer relationship management(CRM) based on the online customer experiences by product types (i.e., men's, women's, casual, sports wear), 2) to analyze CRM based on the off-line customer experiences by product type, and 3) to examine customer purchase behavior of fashion products and internet usage behavior by product types. Survey and 1:1 interview were conducted from January 13th to May 16th, 2005. Six consumers from each brand (i.e., 3 loyal customers and 3 general customers) in a total of 24 customers were selected from each product type. For the data analysis, content analysis and descriptive statistics (i.e. frequency) were used. Among the key study findings first, as a result of the on-line CRM experience, the customers of men's wear preferred receiving customized information through e-mail or SMS service. The customers of sports wear preferred receiving a different level of information and participating in customized product service. Second, as a result of the off-line CRM experience, the customers of men's wear need to be encouraged to join a membership at a sales encounter and the customers of women's wear preferred receiving quick information of new products and participating in a design development planning of the merchandising process. Third, the purchasing behavior of the customers of women's wear are influenced mostly by the salesperson and the store atmosphere when they purchase clothes and the customers of men's wear are price-sensitive. The results of this study can be used when fashion brands perform strategic planning and decision making on CRM.
