건강한 임상전문가 육성을 위한 보건계열 대학생들의 수면 유형과 스트레스 수준 분석 (Promote of Healthy Clinical Expert for Analysis of Sleep Type and Stress Level on University students on Health Series)

  • Purpose . The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress level and sleep type on university students at health series. Method . This research conducts a survey of 250 university students on health series. The research tools were structured questionnaires. The questionnaire about stress was measured using psychological stress questionnaire in life stress and sleep type was measured using the Korean Translation of Composite Scale of Measuring Morningness-Evening. Result . In this study, university students 16.4% of the students were at warning. The morning sleep types were 55.2% in all health series university students but slee type was not in the most of sleep type. There were not correlation between the sleep type and stress level. Conclusion . It is seems to need to management of stress on university students at health series.

임상실습이 간호학생의 스트레스, 불안 및 자율신경계 변화에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Clinical Training on Stress, Anxiety and Changes in Autonomic Nervous System in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of first clinical training on stress, anxiety and changes in autonomic nervous system in nursing students. Methods: Seventy-four nursing students were assigned to the experimental group (n=36) that had two weeks of clinical training, and the control group (n=38) that had only two weeks of regular classes. Perceived stress, state anxiety and heart rate variability (HRV) were measured at the beginning and end of the experiment. Results: Perceived stress in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group. However, State anxiety was not significantly different between the two groups. All indices of HRV except LF/HF ratio were significantly different between the two groups. LF norm in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group, and HF norm in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the control group. Conclusion: Based on these results, it can be suggested that clinical training increases the perceived stress and affects the changes in autonomic nervous system in nursing students.

중소병원 간호사의 직무 스트레스와 임파워먼트가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Job Stress and Empowerment on Clinical Nurses' Performance in Small and Medium Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of job stress and empowerment on nursing performance of clinical nurses working in small and medium hospital. Methods: The empirical data were collected from a self-administered survey using a structured questionnaire with 404 nurses working in 4 medium-sized hospitals (less than 300 beds), located in I-city. The data were analyzed using stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in nursing performance depending on general characteristics (age, marital status, religion, shift work, education level, position, clinical experience, department, and monthly salary). Empowerment correlated with nursing performance. Factors influencing on nursing performance were empowerment, clinical experience, job stress, and marital status with $R^2$ value of 36.3%. The most influencing factor was empowerment (${\beta}$=.47), followed by clinical experience (${\beta}$=.24), job stress (${\beta}$=.20), and marriage (${\beta}$=.12). Conclusion: It is needed to implement specific empowerment strategy, control job stress, and reward experienced and married nurses working in medium-sized hospital for improving nursing task performance.

간호 대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 강점인지와 강점효능감이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Clinical Practicum-related Stress, and Awareness, and Self-efficacy on Strength on Health Promotion Behaviors among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the influence of clinical practicum-related stress, and awareness, and self-efficacy on strength on health promotion behaviors among nursing students. Methods: The subjects were 274 students in nursing college who had experience in a clinical nursing practicum. Data were collected from self-reported questionnaires and were analyzed by independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analyses. Results: Multiple regression analyses showed that strength self-efficacy and self-awareness on strength significantly affected overall health promotion behaviors. Regarding subscales of health promotion behaviors, self-awareness on strength significantly affected health responsibility and stress management in health promotion behavior when controlling for sociodemographic characteristics, while the subscales of clinical practicum-related stress did not affect health promotion behavior. Conclusion: The recognition of an individual's strength and self-efficacy might be a factor in improving health promotion behaviors among nursing college students, although they suffer from stress during clinical nursing practicum.

임상간호사의 간호전문직관, 직무 스트레스, 간호근무환경이 인간중심간호에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nursing Professionalism, Job Stress and Nursing Work Environment of Clinical Nurses on Person-centered Care)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to examine the degree of nursing professionalism, job stress, nursing work environment, and person-centered care of clinical nurses, and also to identify the relationship between the variables and the factors affecting person-centered care. Methods: Participants included 162 nurses with a clinical experience of six months or more, who have worked at hospitals with more than 500 beds in Gangwon Province. Results: Person-centered care showed a statistically significant positive correlation with nursing professionalism (r=.43, p<.001) and nursing work environment (r=.34, p<.001). The adjusted R2 was 0.266, indicating that the measured variables explained 26.6% of the variance in person-centered care. Nursing professionalism had the greatest impact on person-centered care among clinical nurses (β=.37, p<.001), followed by job stress (β=.21, p=.005), nursing work environment (β=.19, p=.007), and master's or higher degree (β=.15, p=.036). Conclusion: The findings show that four factors affect person-centered care: nursing professionalism, job stress, nursing work environment, and education level. For clinical nurses to provide high-quality person-centered care, it is necessary to strengthen nursing professionalism, address job stress and improve nursing work environment.

간호대학생의 공감능력과 임상실습 스트레스 (Empathy and Clinical Practice Stress in Nursing Student)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 공감능력과 임상실습 스트레스 정도 및 공감능력과 임상실습 스트레스와의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2013년 9월 1일부터 2013년 12월 31일까지 252명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였다. 설문에 응답한 249명의 자료를 서술적 분석, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 공감능력 수준은 하위영역별로 관점 취하기 3.57점, 상상하기 3.59점, 공감적 관심 3.72점, 개인적 고통 3.15점으로 중간 이상의 수준이었고, 임상실습 스트레스는 3.03점으로 중간 이상의 수준이었다. 임상실습 스트레스는 공감능력의 하위영역 중 개인적 고통과 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 개선시키기 위해 개인적 고통 수준이 높은 간호대학생의 경우 임상실습 스트레스 수준을 어떻게 관리할 것인지에 대한 방안이 강구되어야 하겠다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치위생(학)과 학생이 임상실습 중 경험하는 무례함과 스트레스가 전문직 정체성에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상은 총 297명이며, 분석 결과, 일반적 특성 중 지원동기, 학과 만족도, 실습기관 만족도에서 전문직 정체성이 유의한 차이가 있었다. 무례함과 임상실습 스트레스는 정적 상관관계, 임상실습 스트레스와 전문직 정체성은 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전문직 정체성 영향 요인으로는 학과 만족도와 임상실습 스트레스의 하위요인 중 환자와의 갈등이었으며, 설명력은 17.9%였다. 이에 전문직 정체성 향상을 위한 임상실습 스트레스 감소 및 대처 프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요하며, 학과 만족도를 높이기 위한 구체적인 방안이 필요하다.

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력이 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 G시에 소재하고 있는 4년제 간호대학에 재학중인 간호대학생 188명으로 자료수집기간은 2022년 9월 5일부터 9월 20일까지였다. 자료는 SPSS 20.0 통계프로그램의 빈도분석, 평균과 표준편차, t-test와 One way ANOVA, Pearson's correation coeffcient, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 본 연구대상자의 의사소통능력은3.54±0.41, 임상실습 스트레스는 3.64±0.60였다. 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 영향요인은 의사소통능력, 학과만족도, 성별로 검증되었으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 30.4%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 교욱프로그램 개발에 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습 전 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하고자 진행되었다. 연구대상은 첫 임상실습을 앞둔 3학년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2023년 12월 22일부터 2024년 1월 10일까지 간호대학생 191명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 스트레스(Pss), 셀프리더십, 의사소통능력(GICC) 도구를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 스트레스는 셀프리더십 (r=-.29, p=<.001), 의사소통능력(r=-.40, p=<.001)과 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 단계적 다중회귀분석에서, 간호대학생의 임상실습 전 스트레스는 성별, 학업 만족, 의사소통능력이 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났고, 이 변수들의 설명력은 33.7%였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 임상실습 전 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발을 고려할 필요가 있겠다.

직무 스트레스와 간호사가 인식하는 간호단위 관리자의 진성 리더십이 임상간호사의 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Job Stress and Perception of Unit Managers' Authentic Leadership on the Clinical Nurses' Intention to Stay )

  • Purpose: This study examined the job stress and perception of unit managers' authentic leadership on clinical nurses' intention to stay in nursing. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study utilized self-administered questionnaires. The study recruited a convenience sample of 211 clinical nurses from threertiary hospitals in South Korea. The survey was conducted between July and August 2021. The collected data underwent hierarchical multiple regression analyses. Results: The regression analyses indicated that clinical nurses' intention to stay was significantly associated with job stress (B=-0.06, 95% CI [-0.09, -0.04]), six or more years of clinical practice (B=0.60, 95% CI [0.13, 1.07]), men (B=0.87, 95% CI [0.30, 1.44]), and being placed on their desired nursing unit (B=0.39, 95% CI [0.27, 0.76]). Intention to stay was not found to be associated with authentic leadership by the unit managers. Conclusion: It is essential to implement workplace health promotion programs to prevent and reduce job stress among nurses to retain proficient clinical nurses. Additionally, nursing workforce management strategies tailored to the specific sex and career path of nurses are necessary. Moreover, careful consideration should be given to nursing unit placements that align with the individual aptitudes of nurses.
