The purpose of this paper is to find an efficient heat source to amplify the surface temperature of damaged concrete structures for infrared thermography. we compare two different heat sources of far-infrared lamp and halogen lamp each other for their efficiency. The two heat sources were applied to the concrete specimens. Two different concrete specimens were used: one was the concrete containing internal void and the other was wrapped with partially unbonded fiber reinforced polymer sheet. it was found that the far-infrared lamp was more efficient than the halogen lamp. In addition, we propose a new algorithm to make the damage zone displayed clear in the image obtained from the thermographic operation. The algorithm is a combination of Gauss filtering process and the Prewitt mask operation.

It was carried out for research and development of natural antimicrobial on Scutellariae Radix extract against food-borne infection bacteria .Scutellariae Radix extract showed remarkable antimicrobial activites against Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, and Vivro parahaemolyticus when examined by disk method, it was very stable on the wide rane of temperature and pH,.The growth rates of Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, and Vivro parahaemolyticus were decreased at the concentration of more than 500 ppm Scutellariae Radix extract, Indicating that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)of the Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, and Vivro parahaemolyticus to Scutellariae Radix extract were around 500 ppm . The morphological changes were observed by transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope and the microbial cells membran was destroyed by Scutellariae Radix extract. It was identified that the membrane integrity of the sensitive cells was disrupted by exposure to Scutellariae Radix extract as the $\beta$-galactosidase test on experimental substrate ONPG(o-nitrophenyl-$\beta$-D-galacto-pyranoside)
The study was designed to investigate the antibacterial effect of Helicobacter pylori against 32 medicinal plants commonly used as health foods. The medicinal plants used in this study were 32 kinds of medicinal plant extracts using the disk diffusion method for H. pylori activity, which can be eaten every day by everyone. Amoxicillin sodium (150 mg / ml, Ildong Pharmaceutical) and Metronidazole 50 mg / ml) was used as a control group. We measured the area of the transparent area and evaluated that the larger the area, the more effective it is for H. pylori. As a result of this study, the clear zone of inhibition was highest at $372.90mm^2$, second was $358.30mm^2$, and Chungho was $348.32mm^2$. The positive control group, Metronidazole (50 mg / ml CJ), was $503,29mm^2$. In the future, the development of antimicrobial materials of various medicinal plants is expected to be effective for the inhibition of H. pylori.
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are ubiquitous in the environment. They are highly toxigenic and carcinogenic. Probiotic bacteria isolated from fermented foods were tested to check their ability to degrade and/or detoxify PAHs. Five probiotic bacteria with distinct morphologies were isolated from a mixture of 26 fermented foods co-cultured with benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) containing Bushnell Haas minimal broth. Among them, B. velezensis (PMC10) significantly reduced the abundance of BaP in the broth. PMC10 completely degraded BaP presented at a lower concentration in broth culture. B. velezensis also showed a clear zone of degradation on a BaP-coated Bushnell Haas agar plate. Gene expression profiling showed significant increases of PAH ring-hydroxylating dioxygenases and 4-hydroxybenzoate 3-monooxygenase genes in B. velezensis in response to BaP treatment. In addtion, both live and heat-killed B. velezensis removed BaP and naphthalene (Nap) from phosphate buffer solution. Live B. velezensis did not show any cytotoxicity to macrophage or human dermal fibroblast cells. Live-cell and cell-free supernatant of B. velezensis showed potential anti-inflammatory effects. Cell-free supernatant and extract of B. velezensis also showed free radical scavenging effects. These results highlight the prospective ability of B. velezensis to biodegrade and remove toxic PAHs from the human body and suggest that the biodegradation of BaP might be regulated by ring-hydroxylating dioxygenase-initiated metabolic pathway.

The study was performed in order to derive the management methods of revegetation space on embankment upper in the shoulder of expressway. The pilot study was conducted in 2013 on the test road section of the Jungbu Inland Expressway (Smart Highway) and continues to be monitored until 2020. In the test, three commonly used methods for weed control were applied. In the early two to three years, most of the methods were effective in controlling weeds. However, at the end of six years, weed suppression effects were different for each treatment. Vegetation coverage was 90% in the untreated control, 70-80% wood chip mulching method, 50-60% solidification method, and 20% sheet mulching method. The sheet method was found to be the most effective given the low vegetation coverage was effective in controlling weeds. The wood chip mulching method is promoting weed growth over time, and weeds are invading as the effect of soil hardening is reduced in the place where the soil hardener is treated. Among the methods applied in the test, mulching the sheet is the most effective, but it is important to use a durable sheet. In the future, it is necessary to find ways to control weeds on road shoulders, considering both economic and environmental aspects. For the proper management in the shoulder of expressway set target zone is needed. Clear standards for weed control on expressway should be established. And the technology to be applied must be durable for 3 years or more and must be able to suppress the amount of weeds to a level of 20% or less.
Cellulases are a group of biocatalyst enzymes that are capable of degrading cellulosic biomass present in the natural environment and produced by a large number of microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi, etc. In the current study, we isolated, screened and characterized cellulase-producing bacteria from soil. Three cellulose-degrading species were isolated based on clear zone using Congo red stain on carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) agar plates. These bacterial isolates, named as HB2, HS5 and HS9, were subsequently characterized by morphological and biochemical tests as well as 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Based on 16S rRNA analysis, the bacterial isolates were identified as Bacillus cerus, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus stratosphericus. Moreover, for maximum cellulase production, different growth parameters were optimized. Maximum optical density for growth was also noted at pH 7.0 for 48 h for all three isolates. Optical density was high for all three isolates using meat extract as a nitrogen source for 48 h. The pH profile of all three strains was quite similar but the maximum enzyme activity was observed at pH 7.0. Maximum cellulase production by all three bacterial isolates was noted when using lactose as a carbon rather than nitrogen and peptone. Further studies are needed for identification of new isolates in this region having maximum cellulolytic activity. Our findings indicate that this enzyme has various potential industrial applications.

In this paper is one of the measures to prevent concrete collapse accidents at construction sites in advance. Analyzed based on accumulated Meteorological Agency data. It is a reliable model that confirms the prediction of the decrease rate occurrence interval, and the verification items such as p_value is 0.5 or less and ecof appears in one direction through the SARIMA model, which is suitable for regular and clear time series data models, ensure reliability. Significant results were obtained. As a result of analyzing the temperature change by time zone and the water reduce ratio by section using the data secured based on such trust, the water reduce ratio is the highest in the 29-31 ℃ section from 12:00 to 13:00 from July to August. found to show. If a factor in the research result interval occurs using the research results, it is expected that the batch plant will produce Ready-mixed concrete that reflects the water reduce ratio at the time of designing the water-cement mixture, and prevent the decrease in concrete compressive strength due to the water reduce ratio.

Large amounts of waste and wastewater from aquaculture have negatively impacted ecosystems. Among them, shrimp aquaculture wastewater contains large amounts of nitrogen contaminants derived from feed residues in an aerobic environment. This study isolated candidate strains from adult rockworms to treat shrimp aquaculture wastewater (SAW) in an aerobic environment. Among 87 strains isolated, 25 grew well at the same temperature as the shrimp aquaculture with excellent polymer degradation ability (>0.5 cm clear zone). Six isolates (strains AL1, AL4, AL5, AL6, LA10, and PR15) were finally selected after combining strains with excellent polymer degradation ability without antagonism. 16S rRNA sequencing analysis revealed that strains AL1, AL4, AL5, AL6, LA10, and PR15 were closely related to Bacillus paramycoides, Bacillus pumilus, Stenotrophomonas rhizophila, Bacillus paranthracis, Bacillus paranthracis, and Micrococcus luteus, respectively. When these six isolates were applied to SAW, they reached a maximum cell viability of 2.06×105 CFU mL-1. Their chemical oxygen demand (CODCr) and total nitrogen(TN) removal rates for 12h were 51.0% and 44.6%, respectively, when the CODCr/TN ratio was approximately 10.0. Considering these removal rates achieved in this study under batch conditions, these six isolates could be used for aerobic denitrification. Consequently, these six isolates from rockworms are good candidates that can be applied to the field of aquaculture wastewater treatment.
The purpose of this study lies in touching the study trend of Chinese education technology through the analysis on present situation of the study in Chinese education technology, and is to suggest the direction for the its further study and development. In order to achieve these kinds of study purpose, the frames have been set to grasp the features and trend of Chinese educational technology in such as 4 aspects of educational technology definition, curriculum and the cultivation of genuine individuals, study zone aspect and the method, and in order to grasp, in the comparison with the countries of advanced educational technology such as Korea, America etc., the progressive features and the trend of development of Chinese educational technology have been analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that Chinese educational technology has the different features in the study and development of educational technology of Korea and America in the abovementioned 4aspects. First, in the education technology comprehension, it differs from Korea, Japan and America, and understands the technology as a skill. Consequently, in either study or actuality, it seems puts more emphasis on skills (moreover, the aspect of hardware). Second, in the aspect of curriculum and the cultivation of the genuine individuals, gives preponderance to science aspect, and the unclear distinction between the education technology and the computer science makes that the true character of educational technology is not clear. Third, when speaking of study fields and study methods, those of china is a little behind of the advanced nations of the educational engineering, Korea, America and so on. And in the range of study, China is following the international tendency but when it comes to the depth of study and quality is very far from perfect. In the aspect of study method, the theoretical study, design study and development study are occupying mostly, and it is hardly to see the existence about actual proof study, and in this aspect, it is quite different than that of Korea and America. And it is judged that it is related with the traditional educational ideology and the academic study tradition, the cultural air and the features of economical development of China.

This study was conducted to investigate the cause of microbiological contamination in yogurt and evaluate the effect of physicochemical treatment on the growth inhibition of Hanseniaspora uvarum isolated from yogurt. The yeast strain Hanseniaspora uvarum Y1 was subjected to heat and pH treatments. H. uvarum Y1 was killed at $70^{\circ}C$ and $80^{\circ}C$ after 15 min and survived in a wide pH range from pH 2 to 9. However, it did not survive under pH 1 and over pH 10. In a disk diffusion susceptibility test on H. uvarum Y1, a clear zone (5 mm) of growth inhibition was observed upon treatment with electrolyzed water. The effect of ozone gas on the growth of H. uvarum Y1 was evaluated by viable cell count. Initial cell numbers of $10^2$ and $10^3$ CFU/mL of H. uvarum Y1 were completely killed by treatment for 10 and 30 min, respectively. H. uvarum Y1 was also sterilized by microwave treatment for 1 min. When treated with gamma-irradiation, the rate of killing of H. uvarum Y1 was proportional to the irradiation dose. and complete killing occurred at a dose of 50 kGy.
