  • KOCC pulp was fractionated by air froth flotation and the resultant accept was further treated with kneading. The study on the effect of this combination process revealed that the flotation and the successive kneading were found to be effective in improving strength and drainage properties as well optical cleanliness of testliner based on 100% KOCC.

A Study on the Personal Appearance of the Korean People Implied in the Korean Proverb (韓國俗談에 나타나는 容貌에 관한 硏究)

  • This study is concerned with the personal appearance of the Korean people implied in the Korean proverb. The results of this research was as follows: It appeared that the Korean people preferred the balanced features to the unusual ones in terms of personal appearance. It also revealed that cleanliness and neatness in clothing and in personal appearance were valued by the Korean people. Proper posture was emphasized by the Koreans. Generally, fair skin and small hands were favored by both sexes. Also the Korean people favored handsome, gentle, and decent features as well as dignified and noble character.

THE OPTIMUM PROCESS PARAMETERS FOR DELUBRICATION AND SINTERING THAT RESULT IN LOWEST LEVELS OF NITROGEN, OXYGEN AND CARBON AND MINIMUM LEVELS OF CHROMIUM DEPLETION WILL BE PRESENTED, FOR A NUMBER OF AUSTENTIC AND FERRITIC STAINLESS STEELS. THE EFFECT OF SINTERED DENSITY ON THE CORROSION RESISTANCE OF BOTH AUSTENITIC AND FERRITIC GRADES OF STAINLESS STEEL WILL ALSO BE COVERED.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the analysis of differences between importance and satisfaction of destination attractiveness for the national marine sports games using IPA method. By doing so, this study aimed to utilize the result of study for a practical marketing strategy in operating and establishing Korean marine sports market circumstances. The participants of this study consisted of 328 who were participated in marine sport event (yacht, fin-swimming, canoe, triathlon and so on) of 9th national marine sports games. Samples were extracted by convenient sampling method. A total 328 questionnaires were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustless responded. In data processing, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, frequency analysis, paired t-test and Importance-Performance Analysis were performed through SPSS 20.0. The results were as follows. First, I quadrant included Programs Multiplicity, Pamphlet, Stand preparations, Food Cleanliness, Effective Progress, Guide Know-How, Food taste. Third, II quadrant included Pre-Publicity, Internet Information, Proper Food Price, Shade Facilities, Convenient Parking, Restroom Cleanliness, Number of Restroom, Safety Facilities. Fourth, III quadrant included Entertaining Program, Number of Guide, Local Culture, Game Progress, Directional Sign. Fifth, IV quadrant included Performance Program, Well-Matched Event, View Distance, Various Food.

A Study on Coffee Shop Use and the Influence of Physical Environment of Coffee Shop on Customer Behavioral Intention - focused on college students in Seoul, Gyeonggi province (커피전문점 이용 실태 및 커피전문점의 물리적 환경이 고객 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 - 서울.경기 지역 대학생을 중심으로)

  • The main purposes of this study were to assess coffee shop use and to identify the influence of physical environment of a coffee chop on customer behavioral intention. The survey was administered from April to May 2011, targeting twenties college students in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province. A total of 174 copies of the questionnaire were collected for the data analyses such as frequency test, descriptive analysis, chi-square analysis, reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 program. The main results of this study were as follows: The number of visits was once or twice a week. Students went with their friends to the coffee shop. Most of the students answered that they visit the coffee shop at any time. The main purpose of visit was to have time to relax. The main source in choosing a coffee shop was recommendation from others. The main criterion for the selection of the coffee shop was atmosphere. Americano was a favorite drink. Coffee was drunk with a cake. Expenditure per visit was 3,000~5,000 won. The choice of the coffee shop was selected by the student. The factor analysis identified seven underlying dimensions of coffee shop physical environment perceptions (seating comfort, attractiveness, cleanliness, harmony, ambient condition, congestion, amenity) and one dimension of customer behavioral intention. Through multiple regression analyses, four determinants (attractiveness, cleanliness, amenity, ambient condition) were found to have the greatest impact on customer behavioral intention.

  • The purpose of this research is to find out how festival servicescape and human service impact the participant's emotional response and behavioral intention in terms of participants as consumers. The servicescape of festival indicated 4 common factors, named cleanliness, convenience, suitability and attravtiveness. As a result of analysis, it indicated that cleanliness and convenience from among the servicescape of festival variables are positively on positive emotion, negatively on negative emotion. And it was analyzed that all the variables of human service influence significantly on emotional response. Especially, it showed that expertise of human service variables influence on positive emotion the most, influence significantly on negative emotion. The result of relationship on behavioral intention indicated that the convenience factor of festival servicescape and expertise factor of human service influence significantly. Therefore, to operate successful festival, festival organizer should plan and manage the festival based on factors which comprises festival servicescape and human service.

  • This study was researched by practical method in a subjectivity study accessible in-depth, in sloughing off old habit of functional quantity analysis about food preference of an expressway resting place customer. The perception pattern come out in this study were divided into four types in Q-methodology. The result is as follows ; it is that divided '1[(N=7) : Cleanliness-selection Type], 2[(N=13) : Economy Type], 3[(N=9) : Selling-area Goodwill Type], 4[(N=10) : Self-satisfaction Type]'. Like this, it found that is very different type all over. Hereafter, this study is to ascertain acceptance behavior about reception type on food-preference of an expressway-resting-place-customer ; to offer a developmental suggestion about it.

The Effects of Servicescapes of the Korean Restaurants on Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction (한식당의 서비스스케이프가 지각된 가치 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of servicescapes of the Korean restaurants on perceived value and customer satisfaction. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. The results of this study are as follows: First, among factors of servicescape, space, aesthetics, cleanliness, convenience and comfort had a significant influence on perceived value. Second, among factors of servicescape, aesthetics, cleanliness and comfort had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Third, perceived value had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Finally, the conclusion section suggested strategic implications to induce perceived value and customer satisfaction based on the findings.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of servicescape on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty in Franchise Coffee Shops. Also, this study investigated a mediating effect of brand image in the causal relationship between servicescape and customer satisfaction and, between servicescape and brand loyalty. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, among components of servicescape, aesthetics, cleanliness and pleasance affected brand image. Secondly, among components of servicescape, aesthetics, cleanliness, pleasance and space affected customer satisfaction. Thirdly, among components of servicescape, pleasance and space affected brand loyalty. Fourthly, Brand image significantly affected customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Fifthly, customer satisfaction significantly affected brand loyalty. Sixthly, brand image had a mediating role in the causal relationship between servicescape and customer satisfaction and, between servicescape and brand loyalty.
