In this research, we have attempted to estimate the water quality of fish farms in terms of parameters such as water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, and salinity by employing observational data obtained from a coastal ocean observatory of a national institution located close to the fish farm. We requested and received marine data comprising nine factors including water temperature from Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Administration. For verifying our results, we also established an experimental fish farm in which we directly placed the sensor module of an optical mode, YSI-6920V2, used for self-cleaning inside fish tanks and used the data measured and recorded by a environment monitoring system that was communicating serially with the sensor module. We investigated the differences in water temperature and salinity among three areas - Goheung Balpo, Yeosu Odongdo, and the experimental fish farm, Keumho. Water temperature did not exhibit significant differences but there was a difference in salinity (significance <5%). Further, multiple regression analysis was performed to estimate the water quality of the fish farm at Keumho based on the data of Goheung Balpo. The water temperature and dissolved-oxygen estimations had multiple regression linear relationships with coefficients of determination of 98% and 89%, respectively. However, in the case of the pH and salinity estimated using the oceanic environment with nine factors, the adjusted coefficient of determination was very low at less than 10%, and it was therefore difficult to predict the values. We plotted the predicted and measured values by employing the estimated regression equation and found them to fit very well; the values were close to the regression line. We have demonstrated that if statistical model equations that fit well are used, the expense of fish-farm sensor and system installations, maintenances, and repairs, which is a major issue with existing environmental information monitoring systems of marine farming areas, can be reduced, thereby making it easier for fish farmers to monitor aquaculture and mariculture environments.
The feasibility of applying coagulation-integrated microfiltration (MF) as a pretreatment for an ultrafiltration (UF) feed in oily wastewater treatment was investigated. The effects of different coagulants on oil removal rates from wastewater were studied. The maximum oil removal rate of 82% was obtained after coagulation with 130 mg/L of polyaluminium chloride (PAC). UF flux reached $95L/(m^2{\cdot}h)$ with coagulation-integrated MF as pretreatment. This value was 2.5 times higher than that flux obtained without pretreatment. The value of UF flux increased as the transmembrane pressure (TMP) and cross-flow velocity (CFV) of the UF module increased. UF flux gradually increased when TMP and CFV exceeded 0.4 MPa and 3 m/s, respectively, because of concentration polarization and membrane fouling stabilization. Chemical oxygen demand reduction and oil removal rate reached 95.2% and 98.5%, respectively, during integrated membrane processing with a PAC concentration of 130 mg/L, TMP of 0.4 MPa, and CFV of 3 m/s for UF. In addition, sequentially cleaning the fouling membrane with NaOH and $HNO_3$ aqueous solutions caused UF flux to recover to 90%. These encouraging results suggested that the hybrid integrated membrane process-based coagulation and MF + UF are effective approaches for oily wastewater treatment.
This study was carried out for microfiltration tubular membrane module equipped with self-designed air injection nozzle in order to determine the permeate flux due to the effect of membrane fouling reduction. The 0.1 wt% yeast particle solution was used as a feed solution and permeation tests were performed for the cases with and without air injection. Permeation fluxes were measured and analyzed to examine the effect of membrane fouling reduction. While the permeation flux without air injection decreased continuously, that with air injection was improved more than 30 percent than that of no air injection case.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify core keywords and topic groups of workplace bullying researches in the past 10 years for better understanding research trend. Methods: The study was conducted in four steps: 1) collecting abstracts, 2) extracting and cleaning semantic morphemes, 3) building co-occurrence matrix and 4) analyzing network features and clustering topic groups. Results: 437 articles between 2010 and 2019 were retrieved from 5 databases (RISS, NDSL, Google scholar, DBPIA and Kyobo Scholar). Forty-one abstracts from these articles were extracted, and network analysis was conducted using semantic network module. The most important core keywords were 'turnover', 'intention', 'factor', 'program' and 'nursing'. Four topic groups were identified from Korean databases. Major topics were 'turnover' and 'organization culture'. Conclusion: After reviewing previous research, it has been found that turnover intention has been emphasized. Further research focused on various intervention is needed to relieve workplace bullying in nursing field.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a module capable of all-directional driving different from conventional wheeled robots, and to solve the problems of the conventional mobile robot with side driving performance degradation, It is possible to overcome the disadvantages such as an increase in the time required for the unnecessary driving. The all - direction spherical wheel drive module for driving a ball - balancing robot is required to develop a power transfer mechanism and a driving algorithm for driving the robot in all directions using three rotor casters. 3DoF (Axis) A driver with built-in forward motion algorithm is embedded in the module and a driving motor module with 3DoF (axis) for driving direction and speed is installed. The movement mechanism depends on the sum of the rotation vectors of the respective driving wheels. It is possible to create various movement directions depending on the rotation and the vector sum of two or three drive wheels. It is possible to move in different directions according to the rotation vector field of each driving wheel. When a more innovative all-round spherical wheel drive module for forward movement is developed, it can be used in the driving part of the mobile robot to improve the performance of the robot more technically, and through the forward-direction robot platform with the drive module Conventional wheeled robots can overcome the disadvantage that the continuous straightening performance is lowered due to resistance to various environments. Therefore, it is necessary to use a full-direction driving function as well as a cleaning robot and a mobile robot applicable in the Americas and Europe It will be an essential technology for guide robots, boarding robots, mobile means, etc., and will contribute to the expansion of the intelligent service robot market and future automobile market.

To investigate removal efficiency of dissolved matter by NF and RO, a pilot plant was operated for six months using groundwater treated by UF membrane. After the pilot plant operation, we performed autopsy test to identify characteristics of foulant attached on the membrane surface applying the used NF and RO in the pilot plant test. In autopsy test, we measured permeate flux and recovery rate of flux by chemical cleaning in each membrane. We also analyzed chemical cleaning disposal to examine component of foulant. Permeate flux of NF and RO1 showed rapid decline after 100 days of operation. Especially, reduction of specific flux in RO1 was more serious than in NF. Specific flux of RO2 with a low recovery rate resulted in gradual flux decline. Removal efficiencies of dissolved inorganic matters as a conductivity were 76.3%, 88.2% and 95.3% respectively for NF, RO1 and RO2, and RO2 presented the highest removal efficiency. And those of dissolved organic matters as TOC were about 80% for both NF and RO. The specific flux of membranes declined gradually from the feed water inlet to outlet of the membrane module and it showed that membrane fouling increased along the feed flow direction. Namely, concentration of pollutants became higher and volume of feed water was less as the feed flow approached to the outlet. It seemed that major foul ants were Ca consolidated into inorganic material and Si consolidated into organic material on the membrane surface. Fe was a great contribution to irreversible fouling. The SEM results indicated that the organic matter was attached to the first layer, closer to the membrane, and then inorganic matter with tetragonal shape layered over them. We could not observe biofouling because microorganism, which was cause of biofouling, was almost pretreated in UF membrane.

The relation between performance maintenance conditions and those cost efficiency was studied to choose an optimum operating condition in the seawater desalination pretreatment system. A hollow fiber microfiltration module, which was developed with domestic technology, was tested with the various operating conditions such as chemically enhanced backwash cycles and design dosages of a cleaning chemical. Transmembrane pressure was measured to investigate membrane fouling status and cleaning degree. In addition, economic analysis was performed to compare water production costs by the operation condition. As a result, The operation mode III, chemically enhanced backwash at once a day with 100 mg/L of sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) was selected. The concurrent evaluation between membrane filtration performance and its economic analysis will be suitable to choose an efficient optimum condition.

Black polymer spacers are currently used for physically separating aligned camera lenses in camera modules of mobile phones. However, the mechanical properties of polymer spacers have their limits, especially in the current trend of using more lenses in thinner camera modules. Thus, copper (Cu) becomes a good candidate for those polymer spacers because of its superior mechanical properties and its inherent blackness due to its black surfaced oxides, such as copper (II) oxide (cupric oxide, CuO). The latter property is critical in quality control because the closer the color of a spacer is to black, the less light interference and flaring phenomena can occur. A standard Cu blackening process and its operational conditions were proposed in this study through a comprehensive analysis of previous research and patents. The Cu blackening process is composed of cleaning, deoxidizing, activating, blackening and sealing. The effects of operational parameters, such as the temperature of each unit process and the activator concentration, were then investigated by measuring the blackness of the Cu strips with a colorimeter. The proposed operational conditions were determined by whether the blackness of Cu strips was within the on-spec. value used in the field.

Oil spills cause a lot of damage to the environment. Oil destroys the water environment and ecosystem in a very short period of time once they are contaminated by it, it takes a lot of time to recover from the contamination and the cleaning process is very difficult. Therefore, oil detectors are greatly needed as they can monitor any oil spills over the sea, rivers, and lakes. There are two kinds of technology available for detecting oil, viz. the contact and non-contact types. The former is based on the use of the conductivity, capacitance and microwaves, while the latter employs infrared, UV, laser, optic and radar technologies. As there are also various hurdles in the measuring of oil on water, such as the presence of waves, refraction of light, temperature and saltiness, it is imperative to select the right oil detector which is appropriate for the specific environment. In this study, a contact type oil detector is developed, which can be used in oil related industries, such as refineries, petrochemical companies, and power generation stations. The detector is made up of the sensor module, which floats on the water, and the controller which processes the signal coming from the sensor module and displays it. It is designed in such a way that the existence of oil is detected through the sensor and the change in the permittivity is observed to determine the volume and type of spilled oil.

Mankind is enjoying a great convenience of their life by the rapid growth of secondary industry since the Industrial Revolution and it is possible due to the invention of huge power such as engine. The automobile which plays the important role of industrial development and human movement is powered by the Engine Module, and especially Diesel engine is widely used because of mechanical durability and energy efficiency. The main work mechanism of the Diesel engine is composed of inhalation of the organic material (coal, oil, etc.), combustion, explosion and exhaust Cycle process then the carbon compound emissions during the last exhaust process are essential which is known as the major causes of air pollution issues in recent years. In particular, COx, called carbon oxide compound which is composed of a very small size of the particles from several ten to hundred nano meter and they exist as a suspension in the atmosphere. These Diesel particles can be accumulated at the respiratory organs and cause many serious diseases. In order to compensate for the weak point of such a Diesel Engine, the DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) post-cleaning equipment has been used and it mainly consists of ceramic materials(SiC, Cordierite etc) because of the necessity for the engine system durability on the exposure of high temperature, high pressure and chemical harsh environmental. Ceramic Material filter, but it remains a lot of problems yet, such as limitations of collecting very small particles below micro size, high cost due to difficulties of manufacturing process and low fuel consumption efficiency due to back pressure increase by the small pore structure. This study is to test the possibility of new structure by direct infiltration of SiC Whisker on Carbon felt as the next generation filter and this new filter is expected to improve the above various problems of the Ceramic DPF currently in use and reduction of the cost simultaneously. In this experiment, non-catalytic VS CVD (Vapor-Solid Chemical Vaporized Deposition) system was adopted to keep high mechanical properties of SiC and MTS (Methyl-Trichloro-Silane) gas used as source and H2 gas used as dilute gas. From this, the suitable whisker growth for high performance filter was observed depending on each deposition conditions change (input gas ratio, temperature, mass flow rate etc.).
