대형 풍력터빈을 위한 무인 원격감시시스템 개발 (Development of Unmanned Remote Monitoring System for MW Class Wind Turbines)

  • The scale of wind turbines has continuously increased over the last decade. Especially, the rapid growth of the rotor diameter has brought about the increase of the tower height and the load on the rotor blade, as can be seen in the case of a 5MW class wind turbine with 126m rotor diameter. This trend means the increasing possibility of system failure. In addition to that, it is impossible for human operators to stay and manage all the turbines in the case of a large-scale wind farm. For these reasons, the operation and maintenance technology is getting more importance. In this paper, we present an unmanned remote monitoring system for MW class wind turbines and its application to YeungHeung wind test bed.

Care of the Elderly with Dementia and the Need for Group Homes from Middle and Upper Class Families in Korea

  • Concerns about paid-facilities for the elderly with dementia from middle and upper class families have been discussed lately in Korea. Small-scale, home-like group homes for the elderly with dementia were developed in Sweden in the 1980, but they have not been effectively introduced in Korea where they remain a comparatively new concept. The group home, however, would provide a good alternative to Koreans who feel guilty when they have to leave their frail parents in large-scale facilities or hospitals instead of caring for them at home. The aim of this paper is, first, to define the care of the demented elderly who come from upper and middle class families in Korea and, secondly, to discuss the need for group homes to help care for them. A survey was done by questionnaire and was answered by 577 respondents who belonged to middle and upper class families living in Korea in December 2000. Methods of analysis were frequency, mean, and Chi-square. The results of this study were as follows: 1) the traditional notion that the eldest son should be burdened with the primary responsibility for a demented parent has weakened remarkably; 2) a small-scale long-term care facility was considered the most desirable living environment for the demented elderly; 3) the facilities families needed for professional hospitals for victims of dementia, senior citizen centers, large and small-scale long-term care facilities, day-care centers, and short-stay and service housing. The study also revealed that there was low awareness of the group home. The most preferred type of structure for group homes was a single-family detached house, and the most preferred management system was small-scale that could create home-like atmosphere. Additionally the respondents wanted group homes to consist of 6-8 residents with 2-4 persons per room. The results of this study strongly suggest that policy makers should encourage the development of smallscale group homes as an alternative form of housing for the elderly with dementia.

라이프케어증진을 위한 체육수업 강박척도 개발과 타당화 (Scale Development and Validity on Obsessive Compulsive in Physical Education Class to Enhance Life Care)

  • 본 연구는 체육수업 참여 학생들을 라이프케어증진을 위한 체육수업 강박을 측정하기 위한 척도를 개발하고 구조적 타당성을 검증하는 데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 절차로는 먼저 개방형 설문을 통하여 문항탐색과 적절성 평정을 실시한 후 예비판에 기초하여 확정판의 신뢰도를 분석하고, 구성개념 타당도를 점검하는 절차로 수행되었다. 예비판에 대한 요인분석을 거쳐 2차로 387명을 대상으로 자료를 수집한 후 문항분석과 요인분석을 수행하여 사회적 강박(4문항), 심리적 강박(3문항), 신체적 강박(3문항)으로 총 3개 요인 10문항의 최종 확정판을 완성하였다. 확정된 척도에 대하여 성별 및 수업만족에 따른 다변량 분석을 수행하여 외적 관계검토를 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 척도의 신뢰도는 .856에서 .907까지 높은 신뢰수준을 보였을 뿐 아니라, 타당성이 확보되어 라이프케어증진을 위한 체육수업 강박 척도로 입증되었으며, 이러한 척도를 활용하여 학교 체육현장에서 학생들의 체육수업 강박 측정을 위한 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

소그룹 협동학습을 통한 대단위 수업의 효율성 연구 (A Study on the Efficiency of Large-Scale Classes through Small Group Cooperative Learning)

  • 좋은 수업은 수업을 구성하는 요소들이 하나의 체제로서 유기적 연관성을 갖는다. 수업의 목표는 학생들이 해당 과목의 교육내용을 충분히 이해한 뒤 이를 실제로 자신의 전문영역에 적용할 수 있는 능력을 함양하는 것이다. 따라서 이상적인 수업을 위해서는 학생들이 필요한 이론을 습득함과 동시에 이를 실질적으로 적용하도록 설계하는것이 필요하다. 우리는 수업을 진행하면서 늘 스스로 질문하기를 어떻게 하면 학생들을 위한 대단위 수업을 효과적으로 할 수 있을까를 연구한다. 이는 여러 전공 분야에 걸쳐 개설된 대단위 수업을 담당하는 많은 교수들의 고민이기도하다. 우리는 이렇게 대단위 수업을 효과적으로 할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있는 시점에서 강의, 발제 및 조편성, 과제 부과, 조별 발표, 교수의 조별 발표지도, 강의 자료의 게시, 질문과 답변, 조별 발제에 대한 학생들의 피드백, 기말보고서 작성, 성적산출방식과 같은 다양한 요소들을 어떻게 설계하고 실행하는 것이 가장 효과적인지 연구하였다.

태교관점 임부교실 참여 전후 임부 태아애착과 분만자신감의 변화 (Changes of Maternal-fetal Attachment and Self Efficacy for Delivery after the Taekyo-perspective Prenatal Class)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects on maternal-fetal attachment and self efficacy for delivery using the Taekyo-oriented prenatal class. This class is for 2 hours/week for 4 weeks. The program covers the contents of fetal growth and development including their responding ability, the importance of the uterine environment, sharing the motive and purpose of pregnancy, sharing experiences about pregnancy, sharing of prejudices against delivery, training of maternal-fetal interaction, understanding delivery, relaxation breathing techniques, maternity exercises, writing letters or prayers to the baby, and declaration of loving the baby. This study took place from March 4th to June 15th, 2000, in a university hospital and community care center, and was done by with a pretest-posttest design, with 55 pregnant women who were within 32-36 weeks pregnant and who agreed to participate in this study. Data was measured twice by self-report by the Cranley's Maternal-fetal Attachment Scale(MFAS, 1981), and the Shin's(1997) Self Efficacy for Delivery Scale at the beginning and at the completion of the class. Data was analyzed by SAS. The study results were: 1. The score of maternal-fetal attachment was significantly increased after the Taekyo perspective prenatal class than before the class. (t=7.389, p=0.000) 2. The score of self efficacy for delivery was significantly increased after the Taekyo perspective prenatal class than before the class. (t=8.885, p=0.000) The above results proved that the present Taekyo perspective prenatal education program was effective in increasing maternal-infant attachment and self efficacy for delivery. Therefore, it is concluded that the existing prenatal class should include Taekyo perspective elements. However, further study is needed to compare the effects with preexisted prenatal class.

또래관계의 질 평가를 위한 RCP(Revised Class Play)의 타당화 연구 (Validation of the Revised Class Play Scale for the Assessment of the Quality of Peer Relations)

  • The Revised Classroom Play(RCP) scale was validated for Korean 4th grade students. 104 boys and 80 girls took the translated RCP. Test-retest reliability was established with 41 children after 2 months, and test of criterion-related validation was established by the Social Behavior Scale administered to 71 children. All raw scores were standardized by classroom and sex to adjust for differences in the number of nominators and nominatees. The structure of the RCP resulted in 3 factors, 'sociability-disruptive' and 'shy-isolated', with 28 items similar to the original RCP 3 factors. For criterion-related validity, the correlations between the 3 factors of the RCP and the 3 factors of the Social Behavior Scale were positive. For internal consistencies, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of the RCP factors ranged from .77 to .94. Test-retest reliability coefficients ranged from .33 to .51. Analyses of variance revealed good item discrepancies for all 28 items. These results confirm the RCP as a valid and reliable measure of the quality of peer relations.

초등 과학 수업의 실제에 대한 교사와 학생의 인식 (Perception of Teacher and Student on the Practice of Elementary Science Class)

  • This study examined the perception of teachers and students on the practice of elementary science class. For this study, an examination tool was made by extracting characteristics of good science class through precedent study investigation and revising it in a questionnaire form of a Likert scale, and conducted to 194 elementary teachers and 320 elementary students. As a result of the study, teachers generally perceived science class positively and teachers with career more than 6 years thought it more positively than them with career less than 5 years. Consequently students have a substantially positive perception level about the practice of the elementary science class, and students of 3th and 4th grade perceived science class positively than 5th and 6th grade in all domains. Finally when analyzing perception difference between teachers and students about the practice of the elementary science class, it appeared that students perceived science class more positively than teachers in most questions.

대학원 생물학 강좌에서 역동적 복합 수업 모형(DCIM)의 적용이 자기주도적 학습 능력과 학습 동기 유형의 변화에 미치는 영향 (Application of Dynamic Complex Instruction Model (DCIM) to a Biology Class in the Graduate School and Its Effect in Changing Self-Directed Learning Ability and Academic Motivation Types)

  • 자기주도적 학습 능력의 중요성은 날로 증가하고 있다. 전통적 교수자 주도의 강의, 세미나, 토론 수업 모두 학습자의 자기주도적 학습 능력 향상에 일정한 한계를 드러내고 있다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위해 역동적 복합 수업 모형(dynamic complex instruction model, DCIM)이 오순애(2010)에 의해 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 DCIM을 대학원 생물 교과에 적용하였을 때, 대학원생의 자기주도적 학습 능력 향상 여부를 살펴보고자 하였다. 자기주도적 학습 능력 측정 검사 도구로는 유귀옥(1997)이 번안한 West & Bentley(1990)의 자기주도적 학습 준비도 척도를, 자기주도적 학습 능력의 하위 요인인 학습 동기 척도 측정에는 오순애(2001)가 번안한 Hayamizu (1997)의 척도를 사용하였다. 대구광역시 소재 K 대학교 2010년 1학기 2개 대학원생 생물 수업을 대상으로 DCIM이 적용되었으며, 수업 전 후에 척도를 이용한 검사가 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 교수자 주도의 일방적 강의 수업을 실시한 통제 집단에 비해 DCIM 적용 수업이 자기주도적 학습 능력이 유의미하게 향상되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면 학습 동기는 통제 집단과 실험 집단 사이에 유의미한 차이를 나타내지는 않았다. 본 연구는 대학원 수업에 DCIM의 적용이 대학원생들의 자기주도적 학습 능력 향상에 효과가 있음을 보여주는 의미 있는 결과라고 판단된다.

  • 본 연구는 7톤급 연소기용 분사기 검증을 위한 축소형 연소기의 설계 및 제작에 관한 것이다. 7톤급 연소기의 헤드부는 90개의 동축 와류형 분사기로 구성되며, 연소실은 케로신 재생냉각 일체형 연소기이다. 7톤급 연소기에 적용할 분사기로 차압 및 리세스 수를 달리한 분사기를 설계하였다. 설계된 분사기를 실물형 연소기에 적용하기 전 축소형 연소기에 먼저 적용하여 분사기 작동성 및 성능검증을 하고자 한다. 축소형 연소기는 분사기 19개로 구성되며, 연소압력 70 bar, 총 추진제 유량은 4.3 kg/s, 혼합비는 2.45이다.

Integration of Multi-scale CAM and Attention for Weakly Supervised Defects Localization on Surface Defective Apple

  • Weakly supervised object localization (WSOL) is a task of localizing an object in an image using only image-level labels. Previous studies have followed the conventional class activation mapping (CAM) pipeline. However, we reveal the current CAM approach suffers from problems which cause original CAM could not capture the complete defects features. This work utilizes a convolutional neural network (CNN) pretrained on image-level labels to generate class activation maps in a multi-scale manner to highlight discriminative regions. Additionally, a vision transformer (ViT) pretrained was treated to produce multi-head attention maps as an auxiliary detector. By integrating the CNN-based CAMs and attention maps, our approach localizes defective regions without requiring bounding box or pixel-level supervision during training. We evaluate our approach on a dataset of apple images with only image-level labels of defect categories. Experiments demonstrate our proposed method aligns with several Object Detection models performance, hold a promise for improving localization.
