In this study, the factors of major satisfaction(curricular satisfaction, class satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, cognitive satisfaction, and general satisfaction factors) which influence the employment preparation behaviors were identified by conducting a survey of female college students of the department of library and information science, and whether the feeling of employment efficacy had a moderating effect on the relationship between the the major satisfaction and the employment preparation behaviors were verified. The research results are as follows. First, curricular satisfaction(C.R.=3.847, p<0.001), class satisfaction(C.R.=3.244, p<0.01), relationship satisfaction(C.R.=3.045, p<0.01), and cognitive satisfaction(C.R.=2.464, p<0.05) factors turned out to have a significant positive(+) effect on the employment behaviors of female college students of the department of library and information science. Second, the moderating effect between the high group and the low group in terms of employment efficacy turned out to have a statistically significant moderating effect as the p value was less than 0.05, p = .040. The results of this study may be used as the useful basic data to not only improve the employment rate for the department of library and information science of community colleges in Korea, but also to prepare for the rapidly declining school-age population and the Institutional Accreditation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems concerning 780 music division of DDC. The object is especially arrangement of 780 music in the 20th edition of DDC which is the complete revision. The result is summarized as follows : 1. Although music is an important subject in humanities, especially in arts, it was classified as one division (780) not class. 2. The arrangement of 780 music is severely west-oriented music theory, vocal music and instrumental music. 3. Classification number of 780 music becomes longer because of the limitation of decimal notation. 4. 780 music division of DDC neglects music theory and emphasizes music practicing, especially performance. 5. The assignment of classification number is unbalanced, especially between theory and practice, composition and performance, and among sub-sections of vocal and instrumental music. 6. Many important subject are omitted in DDC music schedule, for example, musicology and branches of musicology, composition and traditional instruments of many countries. 7. Employment of terminology is often improper and inconsistant.

The purpose of this study is to examine the emotional and behavioral characteristics of information seeking of university students in context in which a class assignment should be completed. An attempt was made to understand better individualized and selective behavior observed while seeking information in the commonly defined context. Data was collected from content analysis of self-reports by 54 university students majoring in library and information science. Major findings were analyzed in relation to the preception and feelings over, and barriers and strategies of seeking information, and the use of information resources.

The purpose of this paper is that which behavior is affected by the storytelling for the visually impaired children. I had a depth interview with the children and their parents who were Participated in the storytelling class, the storytelling teacher and the librarian. And then the material was analysed by the grounded theory. As a result of this research, storytelling is very helpful for the visually impaired children to improve their interest in reading, learning ability and their sociality.

The purpose of the study is to assess the professional inclination, academic and social background, family status and their occupation, gender distribution, choice of work, and their perceptions of aspirant LIS students. The study examined the various career choice factors and sources of motivation that influence the students of LIS profession. The data has been collected from the 251 LIS students' enrolled five prominent universities of North India. The results indicate that majority of female students join the LIS profession because of employment opportunities. Most of the respondents are from rural areas, hails to middle class families and their educational background in Arts/Humanities and Social Science subjects. Majority of the respondents choose the LIS profession as primary career because for the better employment possibilities. The study recommends the public awareness about the LIS profession in India.

In order for school library to fully serve as a key educational element of a school, teachers' positive perception on the library's role is essential. Due to the lack of the perception, however, school libraries are not closely related to class activities in practice. Since teachers' perception on school library has been regarded as an given environmental factor in the field of school libraries, alternatives for revitalizing school libraries proposed in previous studies were not effective in practice. We developed a hypothesis that activities in school libraries have a certain impact on the teachers' perception, and tested the hypothesis and identified library factors to the perception in this study. Through a series of statistical analyses with the data from a questionnaire survey with teachers in elementary schools, we identified that the teachers perceived the library as non-curricular element, their perceptions were affected by the library. Consequently, the school library can influence the teachers' perveption. This study has implications to explore practical alternatives to improve the teachers' perception on school libraries by activities in school libraries.

Recently a new class of quantum gate called $NCV-{\mid}v_1$ > library with low cost realizable potentialities is being watched with keen interest. The $NCV-{\mid}v_1$ > MCT gate is composed of AND cascaded-$CV-{\mid}v_1$ > gates to control the target qudit and its adjoint gates to erase junk ones. This paper presents a new symmetrical duality library named $NCV^{\dag}-{\mid}v_1$ > library corresponding to $NCV-{\mid}v_1$ > library. The new $NCV^{\dag}-{\mid}v_1$ > library can be operated on OR logic under certain conditions. By using both the $NCV-{\mid}v_1$ > and $NCV^{\dag}-{\mid}v_1$ > libraries it is possible to realize MPMCT gates, SOP and POS type synthesis of quantum logic circuits with extremely low cost, and expect dual gate property caused by different operational attributes with respect to forward and backward operations.

The purpose of this study is to longitudinally analyze impact factors on library use. One of library use indicators, the number of circulated books was statistically analyzed with latent growth model and growth mixture model. Library data from 2014 to 2019 were collected from the National Library Statistics System, and 846 public libraries were analyzed. As results, the number of circulated books were decreased, but it was tempered. Next, with controlling the factor affecting the dependent variable, the size of collection and the number of participants in reading programs provided by public libraries were statistically significant. Lastly, 5 classes were identified by applying the growth mixture model, and the number of librarians was significantly associated with trajectory class membership.

Cohesion refers to the degree of the relatedness of the members in a class and it is widely accepted that the higher the cohesion of a module is, the easier the module to understand and maintain. Recently, several cohesion measures have been proposed to measure the cohesiveness of classes in an object-oriented program. In this paper, we propose an approach to improving the existing cohesion measures by considering the impact of write dependencies between class members. We have developed a cohesion measurement tool for supporting our approach and describe a case study performed with a C++ class library.

In this study, the RDA DMP Common Standard (RDCS), a data model for implementing a machine actionable Data Management Plan (maDMP), was analyzed in four aspects. First, the twelve class models proposed by RDCS were analyzed. Second, whether the DMP attribute was included in the class attribute was analyzed. Third, we analyzed the namespace used for RDCS properties. Fourth, the values and identifiers used in RDCS properties were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, four directions for improvement were derived. First, it is necessary to add an academic record class to describe information such as papers and reports, which are representative academic documents. Second, the primary research institution, responsibility, resources, option attribute, and additional attributes are needed to describe the researcher's affiliation information. Third, it is necessary to additionally use a namespace such as Friend of a Friend that can be used universally. Fourth, the use of digital object identifier should be considered to identify academic literature.
