  • Let ${\mathcal{L}}_2=(-{\Delta})^2+V^2$ be the $Schr{\ddot{o}}dinger$ type operator, where nonnegative potential V belongs to the reverse $H{\ddot{o}}lder$ class $RH_s$, s > n/2. In this paper, we consider the operator $T_{{\alpha},{\beta}}=V^{2{\alpha}}{\mathcal{L}}^{-{\beta}}_2$ and its conjugate $T^*_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$, where $0<{\alpha}{\leq}{\beta}{\leq}1$. We establish the $(L^p,\;L^q)$-boundedness of operator $T_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$ and $T^*_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$, respectively, we also show that $T_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$ is bounded from Hardy type space $H^1_{L_2}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$ into $L^{p_2}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$ and $T^*_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$ is bounded from $L^{p_1}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$ into BMO type space $BMO_{{\mathcal{L}}1}({\mathbb{R}}^n)$, where $p_1={\frac{n}{4({\beta}-{\alpha})}}$, $p_2={\frac{n}{n-4({\beta}-{\alpha})}}$.

  • This study aims to suggest proper alternatives of college practice and to do a effective practice in institute of clinical training, through analyze empowerment factors of health-related college students who experienced clinical practice. The scale of empowerment was consisted of self-esteem, self-control, personal control, major career control, morale for major, growth of knowledge and technique. Reliability of scale(Cronbach ${\alpha}$ value) was .944. Factors of health-related college students' empowerment was related to gender(${\beta}$=-.029), satisfaction to major department(${\beta}$=.194), satisfaction to supervision(${\beta}$=.196), and satisfaction practice class(${\beta}$=.204). As results, to increase empowerment, students have to be content with major and class, supervisor have to make full use of the clinical manual for student and supportive relation with student to be a systematic practice. In college, students have to take an clinical class and sufficient orientations before practice, and assign clinical institution and practical duration that they want.

  • The development of preneoplastic and neoplastic squamous cell proliferations of body sites such as the skin, female lower genital tract, and larynx is strongly associated with specific types of human papillomaviruses (HPV). Antitumor $CD^{8+}$ cells recognize peptide antigens presented on the surface of tumor cells by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules. The MHC class I molecule is a heterodimer composed of an integral membrane glycoprotein designated the alpha chain and a noncovalently associated, soluble protein called beta-2-microglobulin( $\beta$ -2-m). Loss of $\beta$-2-m generally eliminates antigen recognition by antitumor $CD^{8+}$ T cells. We evaluated the expression of $\beta$-2-m as a potential means of tumor escape from immune recognition and the presence of HPV DNA as a cause of laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas (SCCs). Laryngeal SCCs (n=39) were analyzed for MHC class I expression by immunohistochemistry and for presence of HPV by in situ hybridization technique. The results were as follows : 1) HPV DNA was detected in 10 (25.64%) out of 39 cases in laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas. 2) MHC class I down-regulation (heterogenous and negative expression) in HPV positive lesions was higher than HPV negative lesions. 3) The expression of MHC class I was related to cellular differentiation regardless of T-stage and nodal involvement. In conclusion, HPV was thought to be the etiological factor of SCC of larynx, and we found that the down-regulation of MHC class I was a common phenomenon In laryngeal SCC and may provide a way for tumor cells to escape from immune surveillance.

  • Let C[0, T] denote the space of continuous, real-valued functions on the interval [0, T] and let C0[0, T] be the space of functions x in C[0, T] with x(0) = 0. In this paper, we introduce a Banach algebra ${\bar{\mathcal{S}}}_{{\alpha},{\beta};{\varphi}}$ on C[0, T] and its equivalent space ${\bar{\mathcal{F}}}({\mathcal{H}}) $, a space of transforms of equivalence classes of measures, which generalizes Fresnel class 𝓕(𝓗), where 𝓗 is an appropriate real separable Hilbert space of functions on [0, T]. We also investigate their properties and derive an isomorphism between ${\bar{\mathcal{S}}}_{{\alpha},{\beta};{\varphi}}$ and ${\bar{\mathcal{F}}}({\mathcal{H}}) $. When C[0, T] is replaced by C0[0, T], ${\bar{\mathcal{F}}}({\mathcal{H}}) $ and ${\bar{\mathcal{S}}}_{{\alpha},{\beta};{\varphi}}$ reduce to 𝓕(𝓗) and Cameron-Storvick's Banach algebra 𝓢, respectively, which is the space of generalized Fourier-Stieltjes transforms of the complex-valued, finite Borel measures on L2[0, T].

  • In this paper, we introduce the class of analytic extensions of M-hyponormal operators and we study various properties of this class. We also use a special Sobolev space to show that every analytic extension of an M-hyponormal operator T is subscalar of order 2k + 2. Finally we obtain that an analytic extension of an M-hyponormal operator satisfies Weyl's theorem.

  • In this paper, using differential operator, we have introduce new class of p-valent uniformly convex functions in the unit disc U = {z : |z| < 1} and obtain the coefficient bounds, extreme bounds and radius of starlikeness for the functions belonging to this generalized class. Furthermore, partial sums $f_k(z)$ of functions $f(z)$ in the class $S^*({\lambda},{\alpha},{\beta})$ are considered. The various results obtained in this paper are sharp.

  • A ${\beta}$-glucan synthase gene was isolated from the genomic DNA of polypore mushroom Sparassis crispa, which reportedly produces unusually high amount of soluble ${\beta}$-1,3-glucan (${\beta}$-glucan). Sequencing and subsequent open reading frame analysis of the isolated gene revealed that the gene (5,502 bp) consisted of 10 exons separated by nine introns. The predicted mRNA encoded a ${\beta}$-glucan synthase protein, consisting of 1,576 amino acid residues. Comparison of the predicted protein sequence with multiple fungal ${\beta}$-glucan synthases estimated that the isolated gene contained a complete N-terminus but was lacking approximately 70 amino acid residues in the C-terminus. Fungal ${\beta}$-glucan synthases are integral membrane proteins, containing the two catalytic and two transmembrane domains. The lacking C-terminal part of S. crispa ${\beta}$-glucan synthase was estimated to include catalytically insignificant transmembrane ${\alpha}$-helices and loops. Sequence analysis of 101 fungal ${\beta}$-glucan synthases, obtained from public databases, revealed that the ${\beta}$-glucan synthases with various fungal origins were categorized into corresponding fungal groups in the classification system. Interestingly, mushrooms belonging to the class Agaricomycetes were found to contain two distinct types (Type I and II) of ${\beta}$-glucan synthases with the type-specific sequence signatures in the loop regions. S. crispa ${\beta}$-glucan synthase in this study belonged to Type II family, meaning Type I ${\beta}$-glucan synthase is expected to be discovered in S. crispa. The high productivity of soluble ${\beta}$-glucan was not explained but detailed biochemical studies on the catalytic loop domain in the S. crispa ${\beta}$-glucan synthase will provide better explanations.

  • This study is to find the methods that BIBFRAME could accept the new concept of representative expression in the RDA Toolkit Beta which has developed in 2019. Research methods were the literature reviews and the mapping between RDA Toolkit Beta and BIBFRAME. BIBFRAME's acceptance of representative expression of RDA Toolkit Beta was suggested as followings. First, the properties of representative expression should be defined in BIBFRAME because the RDA Toolkit Beta defined the expression attributes and representative expression elements apart. Three choices for BIBFRAME's acceptances are (1) to develop the newly devised representative expression properties (2) to specify representative expression properties with using refinement (3) to differentiate representative expression properties with using class. Second, as relationship elements should be defined in BIBFRAME to link work and representative expression which transfer the expression attribute to work. This study will contribute to revise the BIBFRAME because this focusd on BIBFRAME's acceptance of RDA Toolkit Beta in which reflected LRM.
