순수 등방성 휨인장강도 시험법 개발 (Development of a Three Dimensional Modulus of Rupture Test)

  • The classical two dimensional modulus of rupture test was generalized to three dimensions. Using this new method, the biaxial tensile strength can be measured with only one actuator. A circular plate is used in this method unlike a prismatic beam in the classical modulus of rupture test. The stress field in this specimen is isotropic and uniform in a plane paralle1 to the bottom surface of the specimen. The relation between the applied load and the maximum stress is derived analytical1y using Timoshenko's solution. A set of experimental data is presented.

삼국시대 원추형 수식에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Cone Shaped Pendants in the Period of the Three States)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify of the Cone shaped Pendants in old tombs of Three Kingdom States. These Cone shaped Pendants are made of bronze and coated with gold plate or Gold. Each Cone shaped Pendants consists of a Sehwhan(細環) type or Taewhan type, a median part in the form of a several joined small globe, or circular shape, and finally a cone-shared pendant. Cone shaped Pendants is 5 part(A-L A-b, B-1-a, B-1-b, B-2-b type) in according to the styles of the Sehwhan(細環) and Taewhan type and median ornament types. A-a, A-b, B-1-a, B-1-b type was general style that was found in most of the old tombs in Kokuryo, Pacjae, ancient Silla. B-2-b type was excavated from the only Kokuryo tombs.

  • In this study, a circular and indoor soil tank foundation was manufactured to study the improvement according to the degree of turbulence arising from PBD penetration, using the existing plate-type shoe and improved V-type shoe to change the degree of turbulence. Furthermore, to study the foundation improvement effect, the strength, settlement speed in the turbulence area were compared according to the shoe penetration. The results of the study showed that the V-type shoe reduced the strength coefficient decrease effect, and the foundation improvement effect according to the degree of turbulence was identified.

  • 평면내에서의 비틀림에 대한 강성도를 갖는 3절점 삼각형 shell요소를 사용하여 박판으로 이루어진 곡석 또는 직선부재의 선형 탄성좌굴 해석을 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발 하였다. 판의 좌굴 해석과 보의 횡 비틈 좌굴해석을 통하여 본 프로그램의 타당성을 입증하였고, 이를 순수 휨을 받는 양단의 단순지지된 원호 아치의 좌굴해석에 적용시켜 그 결과들을 다른 연구 결과들과 비교 검토하여 보았다.

On bending, buckling and vibration of graphene nanosheets based on the nonlocal theory

  • The nonlocal static bending, buckling, free and forced vibrations of graphene nanosheets are examined based on the Kirchhoff plate theory and Taylor expansion approach. The nonlocal nanoplate model incorporates the length scale parameter which can capture the small scale effect. The governing equations are derived using Hamilton's principle and the Navier-type solution is developed for simply-supported graphene nanosheets. The analytical results are proposed for deflection, natural frequency, amplitude of forced vibration and buckling load. Moreover, the effects of nonlocal parameter, half wave number and three-dimensional sizes on the static, dynamic and stability responses of the graphene nanosheets are discussed. Some illustrative examples are also addressed to verify the present model, methodology and solution. The results show that the new nanoplate model produces larger deflection, smaller circular frequencies, amplitude and buckling load compared with the classical model.

  • In the semiconductor and optical industry the non-contact transportation is required for reducing the damages. The ultrasonic levitation is the solution of the problem. In this paper, the ultrasonic levitation system and 3 disk-type stator for levitation various object are proposed. The vibration modes of disks are analyzed with FEM and designed with the analysis results. The 3D vibration profiles of the disks are measured by Laser scanning vibrometer for verifying the vibration characteristics of the system. The amplitudes of the disks and the levitation heights of object are measured for evaluating the performance.

동극 및 이극에 의한 유도전 압조정방식 (A study of Induction Voltage Regulator Imporvement)

  • This voltage Regulator, which regulates voltage in different way from the conventional regulator, is constructed by circular-plate core type stators and controllers (are similar to rotor of conventional). The principle of this Voltage Regulator is based on the rotating magnetic field theory including peculiar homopolar and heteropolar concept. Comparing with the conventional induction regulator, this regulator need not to have short windings and can cancel armature reaction. Moreover, it is able to decrease the machine noise and control the phase of it freely. And it's efficiency can become more than 95% which almost the same as that of transformer's. By increasing numbers of cores of the same size, the output power can be increased, the insulation can be decreased and high Voltage can directly be connected because applied voltage is distributed to each core. This Voltage Regulator can be also used as a current regulator, a starter a induction motor and a phase transformer etc.

  • In this study, the physical properties of the acoustic element and case with metal-piezoelectric ceramics were analyzed. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of 0.5 wt% MnO$_2$and NiO doped 0.1Pb(Mg$\_$1/3Nb$\_$2/3)O$_3$-0.45PbTiO$_3$-0.45PbZrO$_3$ceramics were investigated aiming at acoustic transducer applications. The vibration characteristics for the laminated circular plate was analyzed for the various thickness and diameter of the piezoceramic layer and metal layer. Also, the acoustic characteristics for the geometrical form of case have been investigated. The design and fabrication method worked in this paper can be utilized in development of actuator and acoustic device.

  • 세탁기에서 등속 원운동(uniform circular motion)시 발생하는 힘으로 인해 생기는 소음 및 진동을 트라이포드 수평계(tripod water level)의 자동 수평맞춤 센서 장치, 방진고무(vibration proof rubber)를 장착한 최적의 진동흡수 평판 기구를 설계 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 세탁기 소음으로 인한 층간소음 문제 해결에 기여 할 것이다.
