지역산업연관표를 이용한 충청지역 산업분석 (Industry Analysis of Chungchong area Using Regional Inter-Industry Table)

  • 본 연구는 충청지역를 대상으로 하여 지역산업연관분석을 실시함으로써 지역경제활성화를 위한 산업선정과 투자우선순위 등을 제시하고자 함이다. RAS기법을 이용하여 2005년 전국산업연관표를 바탕으로 2006년 전국산업연관표를 작성한 후에, 입지계수법을 이용하여 2006년 충청지역산업연관표를 작성하여, 충청지역의 각종 파급효과들을 분석하였다. 생산유발효과, 부가가치 유발효과 분석결과는 제조업부문이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 취업유발효과의 경우 음식점 및 숙박업이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 감응도계수는 광업, 영향력계수는 제조업부문에서 높게 분석되었다.

전남과 충청지역 사업체 급식소의 급식관리 실태 조사 비교연구 (Comparison of Foodservice Management Practices in the Employee Feeding Operations of Jeonnam and Chungchong Area)

  • 전남지역과 충청지역에 위치한 사업체 급식소에 소속된 영양사들을 대상으로 급식소의 운영현황, 식단작성 및 구매 관리, 다량 조리 생산 및 배식 관리, 조리작업중의 위생관리, 영양사 업무 실태 등 전반적인 급식소 운영 및 관리실태를 조사하여 두 지역 급식소의 관리실태를 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 영양사의 연령분포와 근무경력은 전남지역에 비해 충청 지역이 높았으며, 근무시간 역시 전남지역에 비해 충청지역에 근무하는 영양사가 더 길었고, 영양사의 겸직유무에서 전남지역에 비해 충청지역에서 영양사 고유 업무를 하는 비율이 높게 나타났다. 1일 급식횟수는 전남지역에서는 1일 3회, 충청지역은 1일 4회 급식하는 곳이 가장 높게 나타나 두 지역 간에 유의적인(p < 0.001) 차이를 보였다. 급식인원 수는 전남지역은 급식인원이 200∼500명, 충청지역의 경우 500명 이상이 가장 높게 나타나 전남 지역에 비해 충청지역의 급식규모가 크게 나타나 두 지역 간에 유의적인(p < 0.001) 차이가 있었다. 두 지역 급식소의 순수 식 재료비는 모두 1,500∼2,000원이 가장 높게 나타나 차이가 없었으며, 급식소의 운영형태 역시 차이가 없었다. 두 지역에서의 급식운영형태에 따른 식단의 유형은 두 지역 모두 단일 식단을 많이 실시하였고, 급식운영형태별로 보면 두 지역 모두 직영일수록 단일식단이 많았으며, 위탁일수록 복수식단이 많았다. 식단주기는 전남지역은 10∼15일 주기, 충청지역은 1주일 주기가 가장 높게 나타나 전남지역 영양사들이 식단주기를 길게 작성하여 유의적인(p<0.001) 차이를 나타냈다. 두 지역 간의 급식운영형태에 따른 식단작성 시 가장 고려하는 사항은 두 지역 모두 비용이 가장 높았고, 다음으로 전남지역의 경우 직영과 위탁 모두 기호를 중시하였으며, 충청지역은 직영의 경우는 조리시설 및 기술을, 위탁의 경우는 영양을 더 고려하였다. 식품구입방법은 전남 지역은 54.5%가 전산시스템 자동발주, 충청지역은 전산자동발주보다 전화 및 메일 발주를 더 많이 이용하여 유의적인 차이 (p < 0.01)를 나타냈다. 식품구입 대상은 전남지역에서는 중간상인, 충청지역은 도매시장을 많이 이용하여 유의성(p < 0.001)이 있었다. 다량 조리 생산 시 가장 고려하는 사항은 조리방법, 노동력 분배, 기구 및 설비배치 순이었으나 지역간 차이는 없었다. 배식 시 1인분의 양 결정방법은 충청지역이 전남지역에 비해 배식 시 저울을 많이 사용하여 지역간에 차이를 나타냈다(p < 0.001). 급식음식의 품질 평가 여부는 전남지역에 비해 충청지역이 품질 평가를 더 자주 하는 것으로 차이를 보였다(p < 0.001). 급식소의 급식운영 형태에 따른 식기세척 방법은 충청지역에서는 세척기를 주로 이용하였고, 특히 직영에 비해 위탁급식에서 세척기를 더 많이 이용하였고, 전람 지역에서는 위탁에 비해 직영일 경우 두 가지 방법을 더 많이 병행하였다. 영양사의 주된 업무로 전남지역에서는 영양관리, 충청지역에서는 위생관리가 높게 나타나 유의성 (p < 0.001)이 있었으며, 영양사로서 가장 힘든 사항은 두 지역 모두 예산부족 및 시설이 높았으나, 다음으로 전남지역은 인간관계, 충청지역은 과다한 업무로 두 지역 간에 유의적인(p < 0.01) 차이를 나타냈다. 직업의 만족도는 전남지역에서는 영양사라는 직업에 대체로 만족하는 반면, 충북지역에서는 대체로 불만족치 비율이 높아 지역 간에 유의성(p <0.001)이 있었고, 대학전공과목 중 꼭 필요한 과목은 두 지역 모두 경영 및 인사관리와 조리과학 및 실습으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 단순히 전남, 충청 지역의 급식관리실태를 비교하고자 하였으나 결과적으로 두 지역의 급식운영형태와 급식규모면에서 차이가 있으므로 이러한 요인들을 제외하고 전남과 충청지역의 영양사 업무에 도움이 되는 기초자료가 되었으면 한다.

충남지역 문화를 기반으로 한 문화상품 디자인 제안 (Proposal for the Cultural Tourism Good Design based on South Chungchong Province)

  • 충남 지역은 백제 문화가 산재한 곳이다. 그 중 공주와 부여는 백제 문화권의 중심지로서 무령왕릉, 부소산성, 공산성 등 많은 유적지가 존재하고 있어 관광지역의 특성을 지니고 있다. 관광지에서 판매되고 있는 문화상품들을 보면 그 지역의 특색을 갖춘 상품들보다는 어느 지역에서나 볼 수 있는 유사한 상품들이 많아 상품 개발이 미흡한 실정이다. 관광객들은 박물관등의 소장유물을 통해 그 지역의 역사와 문화를 이해하고 기초적인 지식을 습득한다. 본 연구는 충남지역 문화를 기반으로 한 방안으로서 백제문화권지역에서 출토된 유물을 응용해 타 지역과 차별성을 지닌 문화상품 디자인을 제안해 본다. 그동안 백제 역사에 대한 관심이 부족했으나 최근 영화나 역사드라마 등을 통해 백제 역사에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이에 미적 의식과 조형성을 바탕으로 옛 문화와 현대적 기능이 겸비된 문화 상품 디자인을 개발하여 충남지역문화가 활성화되기를 기대해 본다.

비접근 지역의 SPOT 위성 모델링에 관한 연구 (A Study on Modeling of SPOT Satellite for Inaccessible Area)

  • The purpose of this paper is to estimate the attitude and the position of SPOT satellite which are needed in producing DEM(Digital Elevation Model) using SPOT satellite image pairs. DEM extraction is consists of three parts. First part is the modeling of satellite position and atitude, second part is the matching of two images to find corresponding point of them and third part is to calculate the elevation of each point by using the result of the first and second part. For modeling inaccessible area, extended modeling algorithm which removes the GCP(Ground Control Point) most errorneous from the GCPs extracted from map iteratively is proposed According to the experiments using a collinearity equation, the second order polynomials are shown to the optimal for .omega.(pitch), and Zs parameters while the first order ones for .kappa.(yaw) .PHI.(roll), Xs, and Ys parameters. The input images used in this paper are 6000*6000 level 1A panchromatic digital SPOT images of Chungchong-do, Korea. With 30 GCPs, experiments on SPOT images show that the planimetric and altimetric RMS errors are 7.11m and 7.10m, respectively, for test points.

Nutrient Intakes and Self-Perceived Health Status of the Institutionalized Elderly Daejeon and Chungchong Area

  • This study was conducted to provide insight into the management and care of the elderly in nursing homes. Eighty-six elderly subjects over 65 years old (38 male, 48 female) in 3 non-fee-paying nursing homes, located in Daejeon and Chungchong areas, were studied. Subjects'dietary intakes by estimated food intake records, and self-perceived health conditions, were studied using questionnaires from July 21 to August 1, 1997. Twenty-one % of the male subjects and 42% of the female subjects were over 80 years. Their predominant past occupation was farming. While 8.3% of the female and no male residents showed a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 27 and above, about 30% of the subjects were underweight and in poor health status in seeing, joint pains, lumbago and shoulder pains. Regarding overall health status, 72.1% of the subjects considered them to be in poor health, and female and male subjects suffered more difficulties from cloudy eyes, joint pains and lumbago and shoulder pains than any other. Neuralgia was the predominant chronic complaint and followed by hypertension in both sexes. Overall, female subjects felt worse off than the male subjects in terms of their health status, that can be attributed to higher average age of the female subjects compared to the male subjects. The elderly were eating a very low fat (about 15 g : 6% of total calorie) diet with low vitamin A and E. Intakes of calories, protein and iron slightly exceeded RDA. The phosphorus intake was more than double the RDA although calcium intake was close to the RDA. From these results, it seems important to doubling the fat intake of the elderly residents in the form of vegetable fat with the object of raising of vitamin E, antioxidant vitamin, and essential fatty acids for the elderly. It is also recommended that the elderly residents should be given adequate calcium and exercise for bone health.

우리나라 연최대치 강우량 계열 및 확률강우량의 변화 특성 (Variation Characteristics of Annual Maximum Rainfall Series and Frequency-Based Rainfall in Korea)

  • About 12 rain gauge stations of Korea, annual maximum rainfall series of before and after 1980 whose durations are 1, 2, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 hours respectively were composed and statistical characteristics of those time series were calculated and probability rainfall were estimated by L-moment frequency analysis method and compared each other in order to investigate the recent quantitative rainfall variations. And also, distribution curves of each statistical variations for each duration were constructed by using Kigging method to look into spacial rainfall variation aspects. As a result, We could confirm recent rainfall increase in the South Korea. And spatial increase pattern of standard deviation and frequency rainfall appeared analogously each other. 1n the cases of comparatively short rainfall duration, we could see relatively low increase or decrease tendency in Chungchong Province, Cholla-bukdo, Cholla-namdo eastern part, Kyongsang-namdo western part area. While, variations happened great1y in seaside district of east coast, southwest seashore, Inchon area etc. In the cases of longer durations relatively low increase was showed in southern seashore such as Yeosoo area and as distance recedes from this area, showed gradually augmented tendency. The aspect of mean looks similar tendency of above except that the variation rate of almost seaside district are big in the case of shorter durations. In addition, rainfall increases of short durations which became the center of hydrologist and meteorologist are unconfirmed in this study.

대청호 상류유역 매립지의 침출수 분석 및 평가 (Assessment of Leachate from Solid Waste Landfills in Daechong Lake Upper Drainage Basin)

  • To investigate the characteristics of 17 solid waste landfills in the upper drainage basin of Lake Daechong, the landfill sites were surveyed, the leachate of these landfills were analyzed, and the analysis results were assessed from standpoint of water contamination. Sanitary landfills which are now being operated are relatively well equipped with facilities such as leachate collection, daily soil cover and landfill gas treatment devices. But a few of open-dumping landfills were leaking leachate apparently and were supervised improperly and neglectfully by local governments. Some of sanitary landfills exceeded the COD permission criteria of leachate effluent, and some of open-dumping landfills exceeded SS, T-P, Pb, As, Fe, Mn permission criteria of leachate effluent. To improve the water quality of Lake Daechong which is utilized for supplying drinking water, agricultural water, and industrial water to the great part of Chungchong area, the adequate and prompt measures for preventing Daechong Lake water contamination from landfills leachate is necessary.

HPLC의 Photodiode Array Detector에 의한 과채류중의 Diamino Diphenyl Sulfone 분석 (Determination of Diamino Diphenyl Sulfone in Vegetable and Fruits by HPLC)

  • This study was carried out to determine and confirm of Dapsone in vegetables and fruits which were illegally used for freshness. We have developed a simple, arpid and precise method that Dapsone can be analyzed in the cabbages, grapes and strawberry by HPLC with photodiode array detector. Experimental subjects were included 15 cases of cabbages, 10 cases of grapes and 10 cases of strawberries purchased in Kangwon, Chungchong province and the Seoul area. The results were obtained that Dapsone in the experimental subject was separated completely within 10 min. Detection limit of Dapsone was 0.5 ng. Aberage recoveries from cabbages, grapes and strawberries were 93.3$\pm$0.37%, 91.4$\pm$0.65% respectively. 4 cases of cabbages were detected Dapsone and the amount was below the 0.3 ppm. There was not detected Dapsone in any grape and strawberry samples.

"도문대작(屠門大嚼)"을 통해 본 조선중기 지역별 산출 식품과 향토음식 (A study on Regional foods in the middle of Chosun Dynasty through Domundaejac)

  • Regional foods is influenced by weather, local and social environment etc. The purpose of this study was to understand that regional foods in the middle of Chosun Dynasty through Domundaejac. Some of representative dishes of the Hansung and Kyonggi-do Area is duck(rice cake) of seasonally celebrated days, hangua(korea confectionary) and rice wine. Typical foods in Chungchong-do Area is included persimmon, jujube, watermelon and wax gourd. Some of the well-known food in Kangwon-do Area is pear, bangpungchuk(gruel), sukebyung(rice cake), woongjijunggua(korea confectionary) and sanat-kimchi(picked mustard leaves and stem) that is seemed characteristics of mountainous section. Some of the famous dishes in Cholla-do Area is backsanja(korea confectionary), tea, chuksun kimchi(bamboo shoot pickle), citrus fruits and ear shell. Kyongsan-do Area ia famous persimmon, bamboo fruit, dasik(korea confectionary) and yakban(glutinous rice cake). Hwanghae-do Area is famed pear and choshi as assumed the eatly form of gochujang(thick soypaste mixed with red pepper). Representative dishes are deljjuk(blue berry), herring, sangat-kimchi(picked mustard leaves and sterm) in Hamgyong-do Area and daemandu(big dumpling) in Pyongan-do Area. The coast area is famous for using lots of sea food. Fresh seafood is consumed raw, and clams, fish and seaweed are liberally added to soups and other dishes. The East coast is catched salmon, flatfish, codfish, sandfish and mackerel The West coast is catched yellow corvenia, lobster, tiny shrimp and large-eyed herring. The South coast is catched sea mussel, codfish and laver.

예산군 농업.농촌 테마공원 계획 (A Planning for Agricultural.Rural Communities Theme Park in Yesan County)

  • I wish to establish Kwang-shi Han-woo agriculture theme park furtherance plan that take advantage of unique area resource of homebred cattle meat sale restaurant of the Chungchong-namdo Yesan County Kwang-Shi Ran-woo village. Improve regional income that develops Kwang-shi Ran-woo area that is made up a rest and experience space that escapes in sightseeing of Ran-woo meat putting first that is food, and contribute in economy activation by promotes City-Farm exchange, and is behind present, and is expected that contributes in farm village area activation that is stagnated Ran-woo specialization area of whole country scale. Kwang-shi Han-woo agriculture-farm village theme park plan is thought that active participation of thorough environmental protection and local resident is necessary condition as plan that take advantage of peculiar latency resource of area. In plan process, reflected various opinion of local resident representatives to space but there is a little insufficient page, and sees that also thorough environment analysis should be preceded. Hereafter, see that correction' repletion need a little through thorough grasping of latency resource that put together thorough natural environment investigation. in Yesan County with analysis at final design step. But, see that plan of theme park that take advantage of characteristic resource in farm village, especially situation of Ran-woo farmhouses that is suffering now difficulty as plan that do appropriateness of city in area activation and economical income guarantee side of farmhouse inhabitants.
