Beacause cycloconverter requires AC power converter each phase, it has the disadvantage of complexity in main system. In this paper, the simple circulating current typed cycloconverter obtained the three variable voltage and variable frequency by delta-connceting the three natual commuatation phase controled rectifiers is constructed.

최근 녹색성장과 함께 전기자동차에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 전기자동차 Relay 용 Solenoid Actuator에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. DC Solenoid Actuator는 Electric Vehicle relay(EV-Relay)의 동작을 담당하므로, EV-Relay의 핵심 부분이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 등가자기회로법을 통해 EV-Relay가 동작하기 위한 DC Solenoid Actuator를 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 FPGA를 이용하여 SPWM 펄스파형을 구현 했다. 이 파형을 구현하기 위해서 삼각파와 정현파의 비교는 MATLAB을 사용하였고, 비교로 인해서 구해진 파형의 값으로 MAX-PLUS II의 설계를 통해 SPWM 파형을 구현했다. FPGA는 Altera ACEX EP1K100QC208-3N를 모터는 MITSUBISHI AC SERVO MOTOR HC-KFS053를 사용하였다.

The effects of the sample viscosity and volume on the convective flows induced by temperature gradient in PGSE-NMR self-diffusion measurements at high temperature have been investigated. The experimental results showed that the viscosity of the liquid sample strongly affects the magnitude of the convective flows as well as the diffusion coefficient itself. It was also found that the convective flows increase as the sample volume increase.

Transgenic Eleutherococcus senticosus plants were prepared by introducing the genes for squalene synthase (SQS), hygromycin phosphotransferase (HPT) and green fluorescent Protein (GFP) through Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. The enzyme, SQS, represents a putative branch point in the isoprenoid pathway capable of diverting carbon flow specifically to the biosynthesis of phytosterol and oleanolic acid. The full SQS gene was isolated from P. ginseng roots. Early globular embryo clusters developed from embryogenic callus were used as the explant source. (omitted)

Tyrosinase (monophenol. 3.4-${\beta}$-dihydroxyphenylalanin oxygen oxidoreductase. EC 1.14.18.1 J. which plays a pivotal role in melanogenesis. It is single chain glycoprotein catalyzing the hydroxylation of tyrosine to ${\beta$\mid$$-3.4-dihydroxyphenylalanin (DOPA) and the oxidation of DOPA to DOPA quinone. To investigate whitening effect of chitosan oligosaccharide. we obtained chitosan oligosaccharide ［(glucosamine)2-6］ by NaNO2 oxidation and measured the effect of chitosan oligosaccharide on tyrosinase activity. Chitosan oligosaccharide dose-dependently inhibited tyrosinase (2 unit) activity and inhibited by 18.8% at dose of 100${\mu}$g/ml. Vitamin C. arbutin and kojic acid that are well known to be inhibitor of melanin production dose-dependently inhibited tyrosinase (2unit) activity. These results suggest that chitosan oligosaccharide may be used as inhibitor of melanin production in melanocyte. which will be further studied.

In construction projects, it is common to exchange documents using email because of convenience. In this study, a method extracting and organizing block information automatically based on email was developed. This method is composed of document exchange and archiving processes, which are difficult to manage and vulnerable to loss. Therefore, this study aims to develop a solution that can automatically link email and block information. The block data components are designed to derive from email exchange and user-additional input information. Also, automatically generating blocks process including extraction and conversion of information was proposed. This solution can lead to promote the convenience of project document management in terms of identifying the document flow and preventing loss of information.
