Objective: To report a case of rhabdomyolysis that occurred after spinning exercise. Methods: A patient diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis received Korean medical treatment and Western medical treatment for 6 days. We observed the patient for 13 days. Clinical symptoms were evaluated with a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) and laboratory tests, which included Liver Functional Test (LFT), Renal Functional Test (RFT), creatinine phosphokinase (CPK), myoglobin, and urine tests. Results: After treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved. In this case, acute renal failure did not occur. Laboratory results, including AST, ALT, CPK, and LDH, were also improved. Conclusions: Rhabdomyolysis can be treated cooperatively with Korean and western medical cooperative treatment.

A highly sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectrometric method (HPLC-MSMS) has been developed to quantify itraconazole in human plasma for the purpose of pharmacokinetic studies. Sample preparation was carried out by liquid-liquid extraction using loratadine as an internal standard. Chromatographic separation used a YMC $C_{18}$ column, giving an extremely fast total run time of 3 min. The method was validated and used for the bioequivalence study of itraconazole tablets in healthy male volunteers (n = 31). The lower limit of detection proved to be 0.2 ng /mL for itraconazole.

Mono alkyl glycerides have bean obtained in good yield by enzyme catalyst from soybean oil. The reaction was carried out in an oil rich microemulsion formula. Best results were obtained with sodium bis(2-ethyl hexyl) sulfo succinate(AOT), isooctane as hydrocarbon component and buffer of pH 7. The enzyme used was a 1,3-specific lipase which leaves the 2-position intact. However, the 2-monoglyceride formed slowly undergoes long chain acyl migration to 1-mono-glyceride. Optimal reaction time at $35^{\circ}C$ reaction temperature was found to be three hour.

본 논문에서는 비디오 코딩을 위한 적응적 블록 정합 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안 알고리즘에서는 블록내의 움직임 정도에 따라 다단계의 블록 레벨을 설정하고, 그 블록 레벨에 따른 각기 다른 다단계의 움직임 예측을 수행한다. 이는 움직임이 적은 영역에서의 불필요한 탐색과정을 제거하여 계산적 효율성을 증대하고, 움직임 정도가 큰 부분으로 갈수록 움직임 예측 과정을 심화 시켜 예측의 정확성을 증가시킨다 본 제안된 방식을 가지고 실험한 결과 한 프레임 당 적은 수의 블록으로 고정된 크기의 블록을 가진 전역 탐색 블록 정합 알고리즘보다 적은 예측 에러를 발생시켜 1dB 정도의 PSNR 개선을 가져왔고 98% 정도의 연산량 절감 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

It has been observed that not all negative polarity items (NPIs) are licensed in the same negative contexts, and different NPIs may be licensed by different negative expressions. This shows that Ladusaw's (1979) downward entailment is not precise enough to account for the distributional patterns of NPIs (van der Wouden, 1997; van der Wouden and Zwarts, 1993; Zwarts, 1986, among others). One well-known attempt to deal with this issue is to divide negative expressions into several subtypes. Using boolean semantics, Zwarts (1986; 1998) distinguishes three kinds of downward entailing licensors and accounts for heterogeneous NPI-licensing conditions by means of the semantic strength of negative expressions. This approach has been adopted to define Korean negation (Nam, 1994; Chung, 1993; Chung, 1997; Hwang, 2009). In this paper, however, we argue that the boolean semantic approach for negation is not adequate in characterizing the properties of Korean negative expressions and explaining the contexts of licensing Korean NPIs.

본 논문에서는 최근 모바일 RPG 시장의 판도에 영향을 끼치는 매크로(이하 오토 시스템)의 성공 요인과 그 환경적 배경을 연구하여 새로운 게임 경향을 파악하고 그 종류를 크게 3가지로 분류하여 게임의 수익적 관점에서 분석하고자 한다. 또한 그에 따른 유저들의 인식 현황과 플레이 형태를 연구하고 올바른 오토 시스템의 적용 모델과 나아가 바람직한 게임 개발에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

This paper extends the results of Ellis and Rosen (1982 a) to some more general integrals and applies our main theorem to compute the specific free energy of some models in statistical mechanics. The general integrals of this paper mean the integrals with respect to the probability measures induced by the sample mean of n i.i.d. random variables taking values in a separable Banach space.
