  • 계통 연계형 시스템은 상용계통과 연계하여 운전되기 때문에 계통 보호 협조, 전력품질, 고조파 전류의 발생, 제어, 단독운전 검출 문제 등이 해결해야 할 문제들로 제기된다. 그 중에서 특히 단독운전 검출의 경우 필요성이 요구되면서 검출의 신뢰성이 보장되는 기법들에 대한 연구가 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단독운전 현상을 능동적 주파수 변동 기법에서 주파수의 변화량과 cf(chopping fraction)의 변화량으로 주파수 변동의 상관관계를 이용한 새로운 단독운전 검출 기법을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 타당성 및 유효성을 검증하였다.

  • As electrode materials like as Cu-Pb, Cu-Bi, WC-Ag, W-Ag for vacuum circuit breaker have high chopping current or bad insulation-recovery characteristics, it can affect induction machinery like as transformer and motor. To produce low surge electrode material, it have been suggested Co-Ag-Te electrode which were infiltrated with Ag-Te intermetallic compound into sintered Co matrix in vacuum. In this paper, we would like to represent that production method and microstructure of Co-Ag-Te electrode material in each condition. The microstructure and characteristics of Ag-Te intermetallic compound and Co-(Ag-Te) electrode were investigated by using optical microscope, SEM, XRD, EPMA.

  • This paper has been studied an A/D conversion system for precision weighing signal process In weighing system. A/D conversion has some problem.; offset drift voltage with environment situation and nonzero value of initial output voltage. The Offset voltage in analog circuit produces a drift of an output voltage before A/D conversion stage. This paper suggested the method of reducing the offset voltage by switching analog chopping circuit and making the initial output close to zero to enhance the swing range by D/A converter. Also, we have designed active filter and digital filter with Auto Zero Tracking algorithm for better signal process of the weighing system.

  • This paper is studied the new speed control system of the DC motor which can drive constant speed at variable load as well as reduce the homonics. System is used thyristor-Leonard circuit with 2-tap in order to reduce the homonics problems due to chopping dc input voltage in chopper system and semiconductor devices in thyristor-Leonard system. There is added to the PLL system to drive the constant speed in variable Load, which has controlled of variable speed in DC motor. Thereby, we have proved its through experiment.

Photo-catalytic Properties of TiO2 Nanotube Arrays Sensitized with In2S3 under Visible-light Irradiation

  • In this work, we report on the preparation of the anodically-grown $TiO_2$ nanotube arrays sensitized with $In_2S_3$ nanoparticles by using the SILAR (successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction) process. We evaluate the photo-catalytic properties of the prepared hetero-structures under visible-light illumination. The results reveal that the $TiO_2/In_2S_3$ system has enhanced photo-catalytic characteristics including higher chopping height. Improved performance of the heterojunction is attributed to the narrower band gap of $In_2S_3$ and its favorable position within the conduction band relative to that of $TiO_2$.

  • The forming and design method of D.C thyristor chopper circuit for DC Series motor control is suggested, ard the computation method of thyristor commutaing element's, value which makes it all the more important, is possible. Also the trigger circuit was dealt with. In this paper, in order to control the duty cycle, the duty time is kept on constancy and variable chopping frequency was adopted. By above mentioned circuit design method, the D.C thyristor chopper circuit was implemented and tested. In this circuit, the result of D.C motor control was good and reliable. The relation between the $K_{d}$ and the ratio of input-output current, or the characteristic of speed was varied lineary at the range 0.1 ~ 0.9 of duty cycle. This confirms the fact that D.C to D.C power conversion which is the merit of chopper control is operated most likely a transformer.ormer.

  • V. parahaemolyticus is a species of gram- negative asperogenous rod which gives rise to gastroenteritis in man and widely distributed in Korea. In this study, the distribution of V. parahaemolyticus among sea water and various marine products in Inchcon during the period of July 1984 to August 1984 was studied. The following results were obtained: 1. V. parahacmolyticus were isolated from 16(15.4%) of 104 specimens of sea water and various marine products. 8 strains(11.0%) were from fish and marine products 3 (25.0%) from aquarium watar, 3 from chopping board 1 from sea water and 1 from sea water in basin. 2. Among the 14 strains tested, 10 were Kanagawa phenomenon positive and 4 were negative. 3. 16 strains were tested for K antigens and 3 were found to be $K_{17}$, 1 each of $K_{22}, K_{25}, K_{34}$ and $K_{57}$. 7 strains were not agglutinated with any K-type multiserum.

  • A two phase chopper system with two separate groups of DC motors for regenerative braking is dealt with in this article. The main circuit consists of two sets of chopping parts, four diodes and two separate groups of DC motors. Although the proposed chopper circuit requires more circuit elements than the conventional two phase chopper system with combined output, it has the following advantages`(1). Ripple frequency of smoothing reactor current becomes twice as high as that of the conventional system, so the continuous current range and the ripple ratio are improved greatly. Therefore, the efficiency becomes even higher, the capacity of commutation equipment is reduced and the inductive interference become less.(2). Load current division becomes equalized. Therefore it is possible to drive not only series motors but also shunt, separately excited and compound motors.

  • This paper presents a charcteristcic analysis switched reluctance motor (SRM) considering hard chopping and DC link voltage ripple by using time-stepped voltage source finite element method in which the magnetic field is combined with drive circuit. We also examine the influence of freewheeling diodes and DC link voltage ripple on the performance of the SRM such as torque ripples and radial force on the surface of the teeth The freewheeling diodes and DC link voltage ripples must be taken into account in predicted the performance of SRM

  • The paper presents the component parts and their models of the Switched Reluctance motor drive system with the angle position-current chopping control and with the fixed angle pulse width modulation control. The calculation of the parameters and the simulated models based on the MATLAB SIMULINK software package are introduced by a four-phase 816 structure prototype with the four-phase asymmetric bridge power converter. The simulation of the prototype in the course of starting is made by the simulated models at the different control strategies and the different given rotor speed.
