This study was to investigate the choice & satisfaction factors of a musical as culture contents, and I will recognize it about relation between these two factors. To achieve this, I did a survey with spectators of . Factors analysis and simple/multi regression analysis are utilized as data analytical methods. The choice factors of musical showed that it was five factors extracted a price and facilities, production and directing, marketing, musical quality, OSMU. The satisfaction factors of musical was four factors extracted a production company and trust of advertisement, artistic presentation, harmony of All members of the cast, level of leading actor or actress. The choice of musical influenced satisfaction factors showed that it as performance prices and facilities level is reasonable, and spectators expect high satisfaction regarding a performance. Analysts say that, Pricing to be exposed to quality of a work in order to raise musical satisfaction shall be performed. Also, An exaggerated performance marketing is negative to satisfaction of an audience compare with quality of a work it was confirmed to affect. This study suggests that important point is planning, directing and marketing of a musical.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of characteristics of hospital choice and hospital service quality on service value, customer satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent and a survey involving patients and their caregivers who used the hospital before was conducted for empirical analysis. Thus, the theory and factors concerning the characteristics of hospital choice, hospital service quality, service value, customer satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent and relevant preceding research were explored after examining the preceding research, the research model was developed accordingly. A total of 459 collected questionnaires were analyze after carrying out the survey on a national scale. The findings of this study have significance since it identified the motivation that affect the choice of hospital and provide information. Also, this study could be utilized as reference data for hospitals to survive in the fierce competition, as it carried out factual survey on considerations when making choice of hospital. Furthermore, due to the low expectation of patients and caregivers for hospital administration, the study indicated that it's linked to a significantly low chance of customer satisfaction and provide the cause. This study was differentiated with other research on hospital choice since it selected security as a factor of hospital choice, though it's not discussed in the preceding research and moreover, conducted the empirical analysis. And the results of empirical analysis revealed that customers felt that service value was improved when the information security was strengthened. In other words, the strengthening of hospital information security could be hospital choice motivation, which means this study provided practical implication.
Purpose - As the domestic coffee market is rapidly growing and competition is intensifying, coffee shops need to establish a marketing strategy that grasps the needs and desires of consumers in order to secure a competitive advantage in terms of survival. From this point of view, this study suggests what choice attributes consumers consider when visiting coffee shops, and analyzes the effect of customer choice attributes on franchise and private coffee shops using fsQCA. Research design, data, and methodology - In the present study, we tried to understand the effect of the combination of choice attribute on satisfaction by the type of coffee shop based on the complex system theory, while studying the existing coffee shop choice attribute focuses on the causal relationship. FsQCA is a complementary analytical method between quantitative and qualitative research, and is a method for effectively analyzing the complex combination of causal variables. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, cleanliness was found to be the most important factor in determining coffee quality, which is the most important factor affecting customer satisfaction. Second, customers who prefer franchise coffee shops seem to be most concerned about atmosphere, menu, cleanliness and price. On the other hand, customers who prefer private coffee shops consider image the most important. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. Overall, coffee shops should manage cleanliness basically regardless of the type of store, but they should manage the choice attributes differently depending on the type of coffee shop. Franchise coffee shops will be able to increase the level of store satisfaction by systematically managing the store atmosphere, menu, cleanliness, and price according to the manual using the advantages of the franchise system. On the other hand, unlike the franchise coffee shops, private coffee shops can operate autonomous stores, so customers can use various marketing mixes to enhance their store image.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction level of students with a job tour program and their major and their adaptation to their major in an effort to provide some information on student guidance and the improvement of dental hygiene education. Methods : The subjects in this study were 269 freshmen to find out their views of job tour and the relationship of their general characteristics and motivation of major choice to satisfaction level with their major and adaptation to the department, t-test and one-way ANOVA were carried out. And correlation analysis was made to look for connections among major satisfaction, major adaptation and satisfaction with job tour. Results : 1. As for the choice of major, the biggest group of 128 students (47.6%) made a decision on their own. 2. In regard to satisfaction level with their major, the freshmen got $3.55{\pm}0.67$, and the sophomores got $3.36{\pm}0.66$. There was a significant difference according to academic year(p<0.05). 3. Concerning the links between motivation for major choice and major satisfaction, the students who chose their major in consideration of their own aptitude or personality got the highest marks of $3.96{\pm}0.64$(p<0.05). 4. As to satisfaction level with the job tour program, they were most satisfied with field trip($4.03{\pm}0.74$). 5. Regarding the correlation among major satisfaction, major adaptation and satisfaction with the job tour program, there was a significant correlation among all the variables(p<0.01). Conclusions : The students who gave priority to their own aptitude and personality in choosing their major were more satisfied with their major and were better adapted to that. Therefore it's required to consider how to boost the satisfaction level of students with their major and their adaptation to that.
This study verified empirically and analyzed systematically how the hospital choice factors of visitors in general hospitals influence customer satisfaction and revisiting intention. As a survey way for hypothesis verification of this study, we took a direct survey for 4 weeks(June 1 to June 28, 2014) to the outpatients and their guardians visiting the three general hospitals in Busan, Ulsan, Gyeong-nam. For the survey we distributed a total of 550 questionnaire and used the final 519 of them in verifying this research model except unreliable 31 data. The result showed that human element, accessibility element and public image of hospital choice factors effected on the customer satisfaction, but physical and effectiveness factors did not effect on it. And, the only public image factor of hospital choice factors have a good effect on the revisiting intention. Also, it influenced between customer satisfaction and revisiting intention, so it is proved that the customer satisfaction is a important factor to revisiting intention. The hospitals should promote a hospital policy to connect with customer satisfaction and income growth and provide a high-quality medical service by making effectively use of planning priority strategies of hospital management with a variety of factors.
The hypothesis testing on the impact relationship of patterning, reliability, kindness and credibility, which are perceived as choice attributes in a coffee shop laid out in this study, showed that they are fit to the models of this study. They also bad a direct repercussion on customer satisfaction, and the customer satisfaction equally affected revisit and word-of-mouth intention. This results show that when the patterning and reliability, and employees' kindness and credibility based on the fresh image in the shop serve as the foundation, its customers also affect satisfaction-maximization, leading to the revisit of the satisfied customers and positive word-of-mouth.
The purpose of this study is to gather baseline data on perceived priority of residential choice and housing satisfaction rates among consumers with the aim of using this information for future planning. Self-administered questionnaires were provided to 196 studio-type multi-family housing dwellers in the City of Gwangju from 2009 Apri 5th to 29th. The collected data was used to conduct comparative and descriptive statistical analysis: factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis. The main findings obtained are as follows: Firstly, in relation to perceived priority of residential choice, dwellers identified seven factors as important. Secondly, in terms of housing satisfaction about a unit room, the respondents identified five factors as important. This study confirmed that there existed passive correlation between priority of residential choice and housing satisfaction among residents in studio-type multi-family housings in Gwangju. It is very necessary to project a studio-type multi-family housing close to transportation for easy access, avoiding commercial districts. Delicate interior and design will attract more female residents as well as fully-equipped parking lots for people who drive to their workplace. According to research on a degree of housing satisfaction, all respondents expressed dissatisfaction with "noise". Therefore, in dealing with construction plans of studio apartment units, from now on, sound proofing facilities are required to reduce the acoustic invasion of privacy, especially, for units with more than two people. In order to satisfy all the demand of residents in studio apartment units, we have to pursue systematic and succeeding research about a studio-type multi-family housing well-fitted for the actual circumstances of local area and suitable for longer stay. To sum up, more research and development will be required for high-class studio-type multiplex housing for sale in dealing with households with financial stability such as two-paycheck couples, so-called DINK, or a professional single person, in the future.

In this research, a survey was done on two hundred and forty-six elders who receive care through LTC to verify the effect of market attributes on the user satisfaction of the Long-therm Care Service. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 23.0 statistics program. This study reveals the following results: First, in service tangibility, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice all have a positive relation with user satisfaction. Second, in the aspect of credibility, house ownership, competitiveness, administrative regulation, and freedom in choice show a positive-relation with user satisfaction. Third, in responsiveness, the scale of the organization, monthly income, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Forth, in assurance ability, monthly income, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational process, and autonomy in choice also positively affected user satisfaction. Lastly, in the aspect of perceptual openness, competitiveness, administrative regulation, organizational culture, organizational process, and autonomy in choice show a positive relationship with user satisfaction.
This research examines how processing type and alignability moderate the effect of product type on satisfaction (i.e., happiness). It is well known that there are two types of processing-deliberative and intuitive processing. Based on the previous literature that the intuitive processing is compatible with experiential purchases and the deliberative processing is fit with material purchase, the current research demonstrates that processing type moderates the effect of product type on happiness. Moreover, we hypothesize that alignability moderates the effect of product type on anticipated satisfaction. As expected, participants in the intuitive processing condition reported greater happiness from their experiential purchases than material purchases. However, in the deliberative processing condition, there was no significant difference between happiness levels from material and experiential purchases. Furthermore, when the attributes of choice options were presented in a non-alignable manner, participants reported greater anticipated satisfaction from experiential purchases than from material purchases. However, this difference disappeared when attributes were presented in an alignable manner. Finally, we propose 'choice process' satisfaction as a potential mediator of the moderating effect of processing type on the relationship between product type and (anticipated) satisfaction.
Purpose: This study divides choice attributes that can help strengthen the competitiveness of traditional markets into product, price, personnel, and physical evidence. This study also examines which choice attributes affect customer value perception, satisfaction, and loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from 542 traditional customers aged 20 or older who frequently visit traditional markets across the country and analyzed using the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The survey was conducted with the help of an online survey company for a total of 14 days from April 7, 2023 to April 20, 2023. Result: First, product, price, and employee quality have a positive impact on utilitarian and hedonic value, but physical evidence does not. Second, product, price, and employee quality have a positive impact on hedonic and hedonic value. Second, utilitarian value has a positive impact on satisfaction and revisit intention. Third, hedonic value has a positive impact on satisfaction, but does not on revisit intention. Lastly, satisfaction has a positive impact on revisit intention. Conclusions: Based on the S-O-R model and the theory of consumption value, this study proposed and examined an integrated framework in which satisfaction leads to revisit intention through selection attributes acting on perceived value.
