In this paper, a PWM Buck-Boost AC-AC converter for improvement of power quality of custom power is presented. The PWM Buck-Boost AC-AC converter is modelled by using circuit DQ transformation whereby the design guideline is obtained. Based on the analysis, the converter system is implemented with the design criteria and the experimental results show the validity of modelling and analysis.

성능중심의 건설기준을 개발하고, 성능계약제도 도입방안을 구축함으로써 시설물의 성능을 향상시키고, 생애주기비용(LCC)을 절감하며, 설계 및 시공자의 기술개발을 유도하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 건축전기설비분야의 성능기준 개념과 외국의 도입사례를 살펴보고, 성능기준 개발 대상 및 범위를 설정하고 성능 기준 개발을 위한 접근방법을 도출하였다. 앞으로 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 성능중심의 건설기술기준 적용이 필요하다.

Results of RF compatibility test between KOMPSAT(Korea Multi-Purpose SATellite) and TTC(Tracking, Telemetry, and Command) station are described. S/C(Spacecreft) RF Test, telemetry test, command test, ranging test, and tracking receiver test were performed with respect to pass/fail criteria. To provide physical RF interface between KOMPSAT and TTC equipment, direct low cable and antenna-to-antenna interface were implemented. Through RF compatibility test, it was fully demonstrated that KOMPSAT and TTC equipment are functionally workable.

Thermodynamic and economic analysis on various type of gas turbine combined cycle power plants was presented to build up the criteria for optimization of power plants. The efficiency considered about energy level difference between electricity and heat was introduced. The efficiency on power and heat generation of power plants whose have different purpose was estimated and power generation costs on various type of combined heat and power plants : fired/unfired, condensing/non-condensing mode, single/double pressure HRSG.

Extensive development work which was carried out by Gold Star Cable Co., Ltd. has led to the optimal design, manufacture and test of fully engineered cable system for 345 kV self- contained oil filled (OF) underground cable. Details of design criteria and of tests are given. development of 345kV OF cable results in sucessful operations for ultra-high voltage power transmission requirement.

This study investigates the efficient construction scheme of the immersed tunnel focusing on the hydration heat. In this respect, some alternatives in curing, temperature condition and removing of the forms are compared together to meet the required criteria. It is addressed that the strict construction stage analysis considering the placing scheme of concrete is one of the key factors to trace the realistic structural behavior for the hydration heat.

The National Health Insurance Service(NHIS) has been selectively covering the elderly on the dental implant and removable denture treatment and gradually expanding the eligibility criteria. Every dentist needs to have a good understanding of the insurance policy to provide qualified dental service to the beneficiaries and to avoid confusions and complications. In order to help dentists understand the NHIS requirements, the definitions, categories, and procedures of dental implant and conventional denture treatment are suggested.

In this paper, we consider a dynamic shape control problem with an example of controlling a flexible beam shape. Mathematical formulations are obtained by employing the Green's function approach. Necessary conditions for optimality are derived by considering the quadratic performance criteria. Numerical results for both of the dynamic and the static cases are obtained and compared.

본 논문에서는 파일 포맷에 대한 위험요소 평가를 기반으로 해당 포맷에 대한 장기보존 방안을 제시하는 절차 및 시스템 구축에 필요한 아키텍처를 정의하였다. 파일포맷이 사양화된 경우 이를 재현할 수 있는 장기보존전략으로 마이그레이션과 에뮬레이션 방안이 제시되고 있는데 개별 포맷에 대한 위험도 평가를 통해 가장 적합한 보존전략을 선정하여 전자기록의 재현성을 부여하는 연구를 진행하였다.

본 논문에서는 정밀 장비에 대한 전반적인 진동성능시험에 대하여 개설하고 주파수응답함수를 이용한 정밀 장비의 진동허용규제치를 결정할 수 있는 새로운 간편한 방법을 모색하고자 한다. 그리고 이러한 방법을 HDD(Hard Disk Driver)의 진동허용규제치를 결정하는 것에 적용하여 그 유용성을 확인하고자 한다.
