Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS) with an eletcrospray ionization (ESI) interface was applied to the identification of metabolites of IY81149 in the rat plasma. Fragments obtained using collision-induced dissociation (CID) in both positive and negative modes were utilized to elucidate the structure of metabolites. The eluent from the conventional HPLC column was split and directly introduced into an ESI-mass spectrometer for the identification of the structures. the CID technique allowed the sensitive identification of sulfonyl-IY81149 and hydroxy-IY81149 from the rat plasma.

Amyloidosis is a rare disease that results from the deposition of extracellular protein in various body tissues, causing progressive organ dysfunction. Secondary renal amyloidosis is a rare but serious complication of chronic inflammatory bowel disease, particularly in patients with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. We report a case of secondary renal amyloidosis in a pediatric patient who reported a 16-year history of "very early onset inflammatory bowel disease". Intensive treatment including repeated infliximab infusions improved clinical parameters of inflammatory bowel disease, although renal dysfunction showed progression. Amyloidosis should be considered in patients with IBD, particularly if they suffered disease progression.

The most common type of refractory hypertension found in children is secondary hypertension, which is a potentially curable disease. Reninoma, a renin-secreting juxtaglomerular cell tumor, is a rare cause of severe hypertension that is usually diagnosed in adolescents and young adults. Surgical resection of the tumor completely cures the hypertension of patients with reninoma. The typical clinical presentation of reninoma includes hypokalemia, metabolic alkalosis, and features secondary to the increased activation of the renin-angiotensin system without renal artery stenosis. We report a case of reninoma in a female adolescent with a typical clinical presentation, in which surgical removal of the tumor completely cured hypertension. We discuss here the clinical features, imaging studies, and immunohistochemical examination of the tumor used to establish the diagnosis of reninoma and for the management of the condition.

본 논문에서는 시스템이 비정상적인 상태에 진입하였는지를 판단하여 공격에 대한 탐지를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 하드웨어 기반 보안 모니터링 기술에 대해 소개한다. 먼저 이벤트 기반으로 커널을 보호하는 모니터링 기법들에 대해 알아볼 것이다. 최종적으로 다양한 이벤트를 유연하게 모니터링할 수 있는 기법을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 보안 하드웨어 모니터링 기법의 향후 연구방향을 모색하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to investigate the positive effect of health promoting strategy program on health of the elderly who use senior citizens' center. A total of 53 elderly people from 6 senior citizens' centers participated in this study from May. 1. to August. 31. 1996. Questionnaires which health age, activity of daily living. health promoting behavior, measurement in muscle tolerance, flexibility were used for interviewing them. The results of the study analyzed using a SPSS/WIN were as follows; 1) Their mean age was 75.7. In the family type, there was a $67.9\%$, living with sons and daughters, $32.1\%$ living with alone or couple. They have spent about 5 - 6 hours in senior citizens' centers. Mostly they have had a chat with them and played the Hwatoo. 2) There were significantly decrease of health age, mean value 0.59 to 0.49 and significantly increase activity of daily living, mean value 13.85 to 15.8. 3) There were slightly increase of health promoting behavior, flexibility and muscle tolerance, but without statistical significance.

This study aimed was done to analyze recent trends in nursing research published in the Journal of Korean Academy of Nursing by focusing on the content of nursing interventions and their level of evidence. Methods: A total of 209 studies published between 2007 and 2008 were reviewed using analysis criteria developed by the researchers. Results: The number of quantitative studies was greater than that of qualitative studies. There was a slight increase in the number of qualitative studies and studies including elderly populations, which reflects the recent population trend in Korea. More randomized controlled trials with a low risk of bias were needed to support more evidence-based nursing practice. Concerning the low rate of ethical consideration, stricter application of research ethics needs to be encouraged. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest the recent trends in nursing research and the direction of nursing research and review in the Journal.

With the growth of electrical power needs, demand of the knife-type switches in the distribution boards is increasing. We have developed a knife-type switch which is not currently produced in Korea. The switch was desinged and a comprehensive tooling for it was also accomplished. A total of two sets of injection molds and three sets of press dies were designed and manufactured. The parts for knife switches were produced using the tools. Finally, the parts were assembled together and the switch is now under the test phase.

To develop topical nitroglycerin (NTG) preparation far chronic anal fissure treatment, the release rate of NTG should be controlled carefully. For this, microemulsion was prepared from the phase diagram construction with Cremophor ELP, ethanol and Labrafil $M1944CS^{(R)}$ and the topical gel was prepared by dispersing NTG containing microemulsion into hydrophilic polymers. in viかo release characteristics were evaluated with Franz diffusion cell using cellulose membrane and compared with control hydrogels. The release rate of NTG was followed $1^{st}$ order kinetics and, when comparing the NTG release from control hydrogel with that from the microemulsion-based hydrogel, the NTG release rate was controlled by the content of polymers within continuous phase and the concentration of dispersed phase.

현행 인터넷 전화 서비스는 유선망에 국한되어 있으나, 앞으로의 통신은 유선과 무선이 통합된 형태로 나타날 것이므로, 이에 따라 단순한 인터넷 착신전화 번호부여가 아닌, 유선망과 무선망 전체를 고려한 이동망에서의 번호체계 부여방안에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 인터넷 착신전화 서비스에 대해 살펴보고, 이동망에서의 인터넷 전화 서비스에 대한 고찰을 통해, 향후의 통신망에 적합한 바람직한 이동망에서의 인터넷 전화 착신번호 부여방안을 제시하였다.

지렁이 (Eisenia andrei)의 중장에서 내생의 endoglucanase 유전자의 전체 염기 서열을 동정하였다. ORF의 길이는 1,371 bp이며, 456개의 아미노산으로 번역된다. NCBI에 등록된 가재와 흰개미의 cellulase 및 endo-$\beta$-1, 4-glucanase와 50-51%의 유사성을 보이며, 활성 부위가 잘 보존되어 있었다. 계통수 분석에서는 다른 동물 분류군에서 밝혀진 GHF9 그룹의 cellulase와 근연관계가 없음이 확인되었다.
