The purpose of this study is to reveal the expression characteristics of Chinese and Sichuan traditional culture at the modernized restaurants which sells Sichuan food focusing on the Chengdu area. In terms of research methods, 12 selected Sichuan restaurants were visited from January 26th to February 1st, 2013 for the investigation research. The expression methods of traditional culture were divided into traditional reproduction, traditional transformation and traditional reinterpretation. The study results were as follows. First, in the external space components, facade has brought the Chinese and Sichuan local tradition as original or applied negative transformation like the replacement of the materials even though it is modernized. Secondly, in terms of the components of the internal space, as for the ceiling, the Chinese traditional culture transformed or reinterpreted the traditional ceiling structure, with which the culture was expressed indirectly. Thirdly, in terms of the decoration elements in the interior space, as for the furniture, various methods like the reproduction, transformation and reinterpretation of the Chinese traditional furniture were employed but there was none furniture which included the Sichuan local traditional culture. In a short, both of Chinese and Sichuan local traditional cultures were used as they were or transformed diversely or expressed colorfully.

Along with the development of culture, dress of the Chinese people has also evolved over the last several thousand years, transcending its original functions of covering and protecting the body. As a result it has risen to become a complicated system of symbols full of intricate meanings. According to de Saussure's theory of "signs," signs are represented by the elements signified (meaning) (referent) and signifiant (sound) (exponent). "Phoenix crowns" were the headpieces most highly esteemed by women in ancient China. Actually, the name "phoenix crown" points to the fact that the headpiece is adorned with a phoenix design. The history and symbolism of the phoenix crown's use as a headpiece in Chinese weddings spans 1200 years in all, originating in the Qin Dynasty (241-210 BC) as a phoenix hairpin, evolving into the phoenix crown during the Song Dynasty (960-1276 AD), and continuing through the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1644-1911 AD), and the modem republic. It is not simply an ornamental headpiece, but instead represents the thousands of years or rich inner meaning the Chinese attribute to "dragons" and "phoenixes." This paper depicts the glorious past of phoenix crowns, using the metaphor and metonymy theories of semiology and semantics, and through the cross-verification of literature research archeological findings and reports, and old Chinese wedding photographs, in order to examine the inherent meanings of the phoenix crown in the Chinese culture.nings of the phoenix crown in the Chinese culture.

China's online games have been developed a decade, the online game development is very fast. The last monitoring from "gameScan$^{TM}$" shows that there are 6 local manufacturing MMORPG games in the top 20 in march 2010 of china.Through research top 4 MMORPG games, their graphic content is too similar. All of them are the subject of Chinese Martial-Arts and Chinese Mythology, the graphic design elements all from China's traditional culture. This phenomenon will be two defects, the first if the design follow the trend, it can reduce the risk of failure, but it'll lack of competitiveness also. The second is it can meet the needs of Chinese culture for the game players in china, but the complex Chinese mythology and the culture of Martial-Arts are not easy to be accepted for foreigners. There are many European and American games failed in China, because of the differences cultural, the Game players can't understand the history, religion and culture. so, we can get some experience from the successful game cases of Korea and Japan. Use of common cultural elements combined with some Chinese traditional culture to create a new fantasy world. And try some now contents about future or science fiction.

치파오는 중국의 전통 복식이며, 중국을 대표하는 기호로서 독특한 문화적 의미를 지닌다. 본 연구는 우선 치파오의 개념과 역사적 발전를 개술하며 선행연구를 통해 치파오의 5가지 핵심 요소를 정리하였다. 그리고 문화 차원과 디자인 특징 이론에 기반하여 문화의 외부층, 중간층과 내부층 등 3차원에서 볼 수 있는 디자인 특징을 중심으로 치파오의 5개 핵심 요소가 지니는 의미를 분석하였다. 연구를 통해 치파오의 각 요소별 문화차원의 세 가지 층위 간 다양한 발전 관계가 있음을 발견하였다. 또한, 치파오가 중국의 전형적인 여성 복식으로서 디자인적으로 다양한 연구 가치를 지녔을 뿐 아니라, 인문적인 의미 및 사회, 경제, 기술, 패션 발전의 다차원적인 정보를 풍부하게 담고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 중국 치파오 디자인의 역사와 사회적 가치 및 현대적 의미에 대한 이해를 돕기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 중국 전통복식의 현대화를 위한 기초 연구임을 밝혀둔다.

The damage of first wall material in fusion reactor due to the bubbles caused by plasma has been studied by introducing a relation between the von Mises equivalent stress and the temperature field. The locations and shapes of the bubbles and the synergetic effect between the different bubbles under steady operational conditions have been studied using the finite elements method. Under transient heat loads, plastic deformations have been found to occur, and are significantly enhanced by the presence of the bubbles. The calculated concentration locations of von Mises equivalent stress are well consistent with the observed crack positions of the tungsten surface in many test experiments. Our simulations show that the damage of the bubbles is not severe enough to lead to catastrophic failure of the tungsten armor; however, it can cause local and gradual detachment of tungsten surface, which provides a reasonable explanation for the observed pits and rough or hairy surface morphology etc. Considering the transient heat loads, the lower bound of the security thickness of the tungsten tile is estimated to be greater than 2 mm.

Thesedays, not only a quality of a product but also a design of it plays an important role. Throughout this analysis, I would like to discuss how a design of package works in the cosmetics with the fact that low cost cosmetics sales better than high cost cosmetics. In this research, there are five samples each for Korean and Chinese low-costed cosmetics to yield a result about an element of package design. Based on that result, there was an survey about two different package design followed by the research problems. Throughout research, an attention and familiarity of package which was considered of characteristics of China was more effective on Chinese consumers. In order to activate the content market of cosmetics, it is utilized to manufacture taking into account the maximum of the design elements in the package design is a conclusion that affect the time of purchase. In this paper, one in which I hope to help in the development of being utilized as a basis article content market industry for pre-market research foray into the Chinese market is South Korean cosmetics.

Atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used for analyzing each 10elements(Cu, Pb, Sn, Zn, Sb, Fe, Ni, Ag, Co and Mn)on 64 Chinese coinsre covered from Shinan seabed sunken ship. The results show that Cu, Pb and Sn were found to be a major elements consisting of coins and its composition ratio was 6 to 2 to 1.The composition of trace elements on coins was classified 3 levels : Sb, Fe and Zn(0.02%-2.2%), Ag, Ni, and Co(50 ppm-5500 ppm) and Mn(Trace). Theam ount of major elements, Cu and Sn were decreased while increased in Pbby the passage of ages (10th - 13th century) in China. There seems to be no systematic compositional change in major elements but content in trace elements was confirmed to increase with age.

HOX11 encodes a homeodomain-containing transcription factor which directs the development of the spleen during embryogenesis. While HOX11 expression is normally silenced through an unknown mechanism in all tissues by adulthood, the deregulation of HOX11 expression is associated with leukemia, such as T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The elucidation of regulatory elements contributing to the molecular mechanism underlying the regulation of HOX11 gene expression is of great importance. Previous reports of HOX11 regulatory elements mainly focused on the 5'-flanking region of HOX11 on the chromosome related to transcriptional control. To expand the search of putative cis-elements involved in HOX11 regulation at the post-transcriptional level, we analyzed HOX11 mRNA 3'-untranslated region (3'UTR) and found an AU-rich region. To characterize this AU-rich region, in vitro analysis of HOX11 mRNA 3'UTR was performed with human RNA-binding protein HuR, which interacts with AU-rich element (ARE) existing in the 3'UTR of many growth factors' and cytokines' mRNAs. Our results showed that the HOX11 mRNA 3'UTR can specifically bind with human HuR protein in vitro. This specific binding could be competed effectively by typical ARE containing RNA. After the deletion of the AU-rich region present in the HOX11 mRNA 3'UTR, the interaction of HOX11 mRNA 3'UTR with HuR protein was abolished. These findings suggest that HOX11 mRNA 3'UTR contains cis-acting element which shares similarity in the action pattern with RE-HuR interactions and may involve in the post-transcriptional regulation of the HOX11 gene.

본 연구는 2022년 12월에 고시된 2022 개정 중학교 수학과 교육과정에서 제시한 통계 내용의 안정적인 현장 정착이라는 현실적인 필요성에 의해 수행된 문헌 연구이다. 2022 개정 수학과 교육과정 개정 방향 중의 하나인 통계교육의 변화 요구를 고려하였다. 특별히 본 연구에서는 중국 중학교 수학과 교육과정의 통계 내용을 면밀히 분석하였다. 왜냐하면 10년마다 수학과 교육과정을 개정하는 중국이 우리나라와 동일한 2022년에 새로운 수학과 교육과정을 고시하였기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 대한민국의 2022 개정 중학교 수학과 교육과정 통계 내용 및 2022년판 중국 중학교 수학과 교육과정 및 현재 사용 중인 수학교과서 통계 내용에 대한 상호 분석을 통하여, 우리나라의 새로운 교육과정의 방향에 부합된 통계교육 실현을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것을 연구 목적으로 설정하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 중국 중학교 수학과 교육과정의 '통계와 확률' 영역 분석을 통해 우리나라 통계교육에 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 요소 5가지를 추출하였다. 둘째, 추출된 요소가 반영된 중국의 수학교과서 및 교육과정 부록에 제시된 예시 내용을 분석하였다. 셋째, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 2022 개정 중학과 수학과 교육과정에 따른 통계교육의 이상을 실현하기 위한 교과서 개발, 교실의 교수·학습 방안 및 추후 새로운 수학과 교육과정에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 2022 개정 중학교 수학과 교육과정에서 표방하는 방향에 부합된 현장 통계교육의 안착을 기대한다.

The so-called curse of dimensionality arises when Gaussian mixture is used on high-dimensional small-sample-size data, since the number of free elements that needs to be specied in each covariance matrix of Gaussian mixture increases exponentially with the number of dimension d. In this paper, by constraining the covariance matrix in its decomposed orthonormal form we get a local PCA model so as to reduce the number of free elements needed to be specified. Moreover, to cope with the small sample size problem, we adopt BYY data smoothing learning which is a regularization over maximum likelihood learning obtained from BYY harmony learning to implement this local PCA model.
