체크리스트를 이용한 기관형태별, 연구분야별 연구실 안전관리 실태 비교 (Comparison of Laboratory Safety Management States in Organization Type and Research Field by using a Checklist)

  • Laboratory accidents have happened incidently. However, laboratory safety management has been out of concerns for a long time. At last, the Korean government established an act called Establishment of safe environment of laboratories in 2005. To support the act and to establish policies on laboratory safety management,a national-wide survey was conducted for the 74 research organizations sampled and their 201 laboratories. For the survey, a safety management checklist with 114 items grouped into 20 categories was developed By using this checklist, safety expert groups investigated the laboratories and evaluated them on the five-point Likert scale. A statistical analysis was conducted to compare the safety management status between different research organization types and between different research fields. The resultsmanaw that the universities are in significant lower level on safety institution and safety education than the public research organizations and theare poration research organizations. In terms of research field, chemistry/chemical engineering laboratories generallymanaw higher level compared with theaothers. Conversely, biology/life science laboratories marked low levels in a number of checklist items.

  • 국내외 기업들이 기업포탈(Enterprise Portal)에 대한 관심이 높아지연서 사용자 인터페이스(User Interface)에 대한 중요성이 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업포탈(Enterprise Portal)에 대하여 살펴보고, 현행시스템에 대한 사용자의 개선요구사항을 조사, 분석하였다. 사용자 분석결과와 Checklist 평가를 통하여 UI Checklist Matrix 를 작성하였다. Matrix 의 가로축은 사용자 요구분석결과인 Layout, Navigation, Information, Function, Visibility, Interaction 6 가지 항목으로 구성된다. 세로축은 학습성, 효율성, 정확성, 접근성, 일관성, 즉시성, 통합성, 개인화, 기술, 표준화 10 가지 항목이 있다. 가로와 세로 항목이 만나는 곳에 중요도를 표시하고 세부항목을 정의한다. Matrix 가 반영된 가이드라인을 작성하고 가이드라인에 따라 업무화면을 설계하고 Matrix 로 평가한다. 본 연구는 보험사의 차세대 시스템 구축 프로젝트에서 진행된 내용으로 1 년여 기간 동안 업무담당자들과 업무정의에서부터 긴밀한 협조 하에 진행되었다.

  • 건설 사업은 점차 대형화 되어 가면서 건설사업의 관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 국내에서는 1996년에 '건설산업기본법' 제정 시 건설사업관리가 도입되었지만, 제도의 미비 등으로 그다지 활성화되지 못하고 있다 이처럼, CM이 활성화되지 못하는 이유는 기존에 정착한 감리제도와의 마찰 때문이기도 하지만 CM의 성공적인 수행을 위한 체크리스트 의 보급과 성과측정을 통해 CM의 효과를 보급하는 과정이 미흡했기 때문이기도 하다. 국내에서도 CM이 도입된 지 10여년이 지나면서 조금씩 발전해 가고 있지만, 선진국에 비해 성과측정과 평가를 통한 활성화는 부진한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 차원에서 CM분야와 요소 기술을 고려한 Best Practice 체크리스트를 개발하여 성과측정 시 보다 나은 결과를 도출하기 위한 기초를 마련하고자 한다.

  • VE는 원가절감, 공기단축, 품질향상, 안전성 향상이라는 네 가지 측면을 모두 만족시킬 수 있는 최적의 방법이다. 설계VE의 중요성은 계속 부각되고 있으며, VE 업무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법에 관한 연구가 요구된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 VE 업무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있는 설계VE 점검 체크리스트 개발방법을 제시하고자 한다. 체크리스트의 개발방법은 도면정보의 범주화를 통해 주요 요소들을 도출하고, 도출된 요소들을 바탕으로 체크리스트 항목을 작성한다. 작성된 항목을 바탕으로 공종별 전문가 검토를 통해 설계VE 점검 체크리스트를 개발한다.

우리나라 영유아 보육시설의 친환경 실내를 위한 체크리스트와 디자인안 제안 (Checklist and Design Recommendations for the Interiors of Korean, Eco-healthy Childcare Facilities)

  • As children are known to touch and chew everything, green cleaning procedures are an important step in preventing children from ingesting harmful toxins. The objectives of this study are to develop a new, self-evaluation checklist and to suggest design recommendations which comply with easy, adaptable, economical ways to improve the eco-friendly indoor environment of Korean childcare facilities. The information compiled during this study was collected through literature review and internet surveys1) from July, 2009 to February, 2010. The results of this study show that the current Korean childcare accreditation system and practices emphasize clean building interiors, policies for sanitation and cleanliness, and control of humidity and lighting. On the other hand, the information provided by green-building rating systems from GBCC, LEED, and GBTool offers additional and comparative details regarding indoor environment quality and standards regarding the IAQ performance and management plan, ventilation and thermal comfort systems, views from windows, acoustics, and lighting. In conclusion, this document provides an appropriate and easy-to-follow, self-evaluation checklist composed of eight criteria and 51 practical items. This study also provides the design recommendations composed of 27 practical ideas focusing on interior elements. Both the checklist and design recommendations I have suggested can be a post-occupancy tool for evaluating eco-healthy facility standards as well as tips for continuing to maintain eco-healthy childcare facilities.

The development of a duck farm management and marketing standard diagnostic checklist

  • This research was done to develop a standard management checklist for duck farmers. To this end, experts in commercial duck farming participated in making a blueprint for a standard management checklist. This expert group consisted of ten members which included the researcher, a professor, an extension advisor and leading farmers in commercial duck farming. By collecting knowledge on commercial duck farming from these experts, a management performance index was made, and checking factors were designated. As a result of this expert survey, management outcome indicators and subdivision evaluation indicators were established. To confirm these results, a first stage Delphi expert survey was carried out. As a result, the experts were not in agreement with the farming scale of 1 - 4 levels and 2 levels in the management outcome indicators. Additionally, the experts were not in agreement on the choice of feed in the feeding management and the cooperative management system as well as the utilization of agricultural information in managing the business. The factors that did not have the same opinion among experts were surveyed by a second Delphi survey asking whether experts approve the requested value. As a result of the second Delphi survey, all factors have an approval rate that have a value of more than 90%. Finally, a standard management checklist was established based on the research result.

  • Facilities with high risk of a disaster or requiring continuous safety management are designated as class-III facility. In order to designate a class-III facility, it is evaluated based on the safety status of the facility, the risk to the building users, and the number of years elapsed of the facility, etc. and this shall be referred to the actual condition survey for the designation of a class-III facility. In the actual condition survey conducted to designate the safety status is calculated by the checklist based on the evaluation scores consisting of five stages each item, and is evaluated in three stages by 'good', 'careful observation', and 'designated review' through the average of the combined scores. Currently, the actual condition survey being conducted applies only structural stability, and the risk factors such as damage to the finish, the risk of cracking, and the type and weight of major structures are not included in the checklist for the actual condition survey, so even if experts think it is dangerous, scores cannot be reflected. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the problems of checklist of the actual condition survey for the designation of class-III facility and to propose an improvement plan for the checklist for the actual condition survey.

Evaluation by Fuzzy Checklist

  • Checklist method is rapid and comprehensive to evaluate in practice. Check items are commonly rated by subjective utility function; i.e., evaluator's significant judgment. Since human judgment includes fuzziness (vagueness) inherently in spite of its significance, fuzzy set theory is useful in this case. The paper illustrates a evaluation method using fuzzy checklist where check items are rated as fuzzy numbers. Pairwise comparison data is used to determine the weights of check items, since it has comparative advantage for human's fuzzy judgment. Sample of BASIC program is provided for microcomputer. When uncertainty is due to subjectivity or imprecision of data, this method can be applied to practical problems widely.

  • Structured Checklist of System Aviation Safety Oversight had been categorized by HFACS. In this Study, Findings of Aviation Safety oversight, have been categorized by HFACS. Thus, those two categorized results have difference in incongruity clause that can be concluded that Structured Checklist has lack of elements. Therefore, we are able to identify validity and suitability of checklist that need to be restructured and redeveloped by performing test analysis through this study.

  • Psen ussuriensis Lith is reported for the first time in Korea. Diagnostic description and digital images of this species are provided. For future researchers, a key to higher taxa and a checklist of 36 valid Korean Pemphredononae species are also given.
