This paper studies on the design and fabrication of a micro in-plane positioning actuator integrated with a microlens. Proposed in-plane actuator is a micro XY-stage which is composed of two linear comb drive actuators being orthogonal to each other. In the fabrication of actuator, the single crystalline silicon substrate anodically bonded with a #7740 glass substrate is used because of simple release and passivation. The structure of actuator is formed on the silicon facet of bonded fixture by chlorine-based deep RIE and then released by isotropic wet etching of glass (#7740) in hydrofluoric acid solution. Fabricated actuator has a large travel range up to $30({\pm}15){\mu}m$ and high resolution less than 0.01f1l1l in each direction. Experimented resonant frequency of this actuator is 630Hz. The micro-Fresnel lens is fabricated on the square-shape glass structure prepared in the center of actuator.

소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모델을 비동차 포아송 프로세스(NHPP)로 공식화하고, 이 모델을 이용하여 소프트웨어 신뢰도 척도에 대한 데이터 분석기법을 개발한다. 그간 여러 문헌에서 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모델을 연구할 때 소프트웨어 테스트 중에 소요되는 테스트노력의 양으로서 지수함수형, 레일레이형, 웨이불형, 로지스틱형 테스트노적함수를 고려하여, 경우에 따라 이 중 하나의 적합한 형태를 사용해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이 네 가지 형태에 대해서 최소자승평가자(LSE)와 최대가능성평가자(MLE)를 써서 파라미터를 구하는 방법을 검토한다.

It is well known that the variance of tally is biased in a Monte Carlo calculation based on the power iteration method. Several studies have been conducted to estimate the real variance. Among them, the batch method, which was proposed by Gelbard and Prael, has been utilized actively in many Monte Carlo codes because the method is straightforward, and it is easy to implement the method in the codes. However, there is a problem when utilizing the batch method because the estimated variance varies depending on batch size. Often, the appropriate batch size is not realized before the completion of several Monte Carlo calculations. This study recognizes this shortcoming and addresses it by permitting selection of an appropriate batch size.

본 논문에서는 한국어의 문장패턴을 활용한 형태소 분석기를 설계하였다. 어절기반의 형태소 분석기들이 갖는 형태소 분석 정보는 어절의 품사 등의 기초적 정보만을 포함한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 문장패턴을 활용한 형태소 분석기는 문장단위의 형태소 분석을 제안하였고 형태소 분석단계에서 구문분석과 문장패턴이 갖는 의미정보를 포함함으로서 분석결과의 활용도를 높이도록 하였다. 제안된 형태소 분석기의 결과를 활용하여 질의 응답시스템, 정보 검색 등의 분야에서 구문분석, 의미분석의 단계를 최소화 하여 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This thesis is written to point out the fact that story-teller has to be also appointed to intangible cultural treasure. For this, I compared the birth tales of king keum-wha and al-yeung with ghene-gid-dang dangshin(house-ghost) Bonpuri in Che-ju Island and the place name yeun-gi tale in Yong-ghe-won, Whan-ju gun, Cholla-buk-do. And, I examined that the latter oral narratives are very useful to interpret the meaning of the former documents. Besides, using the In-ju tale(人柱傳說), I clarified that Oral narratives reflect the Korean people's consciousness structure. Through all these, I elucidate oral narratives have the value as cultural treasure. Consequently, I maintain the professional story-tellers have to be appointed to intangible cultural treasure.

A teratological study was performed using New Zealand White rabbits to examine the teratological potential of Ginkgo biloba extract(EGb 761), which is a known strong platelet activating factor antagonist. Ginkgo biloba extract(EGb 761) was administered per intravenously during the organogenesis period (day 6th to 18th of gestation) of rabbits at dose levels of 7.5, 15, and 30 mg/kg/day. All pregnant females were sacrificed on day 29 of gestation and teratological abnormalities of their fetuses was examined. No statistically significant difference of body weight change between control and treated groups during experimental periods was noted. There was no statistically signifiant difference of numbers of corpus lutes and implantations, fetal death ratio, fetal sex ratio, and placental weight between control and rabbits exposed to three different concentration ranges of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb 761). No marked external, visceral and skeletal abnormalities related to Ginkgo biloba extract(EGb 761) were observed in the fetuses. In conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract(EGb 761) does not show any effect on implantation or embryonic development.

This study aims to look into Daesoon Thought from the perspective of Neo-Confucianism. Numinous emptiness (虛靈), wise-awakening (知覺), and divine beings (神明) in the Scripture of the Black Tortoise (Hyeonmu-gyeong) are often mentioned as characteristics of the mind in Neo-Confucianism. Accordingly, this research take up the 'Che-Yong (substance, 體 and function, 用)' of mind by classifying numinous emptiness as Origin-Substance (本體), wise-awaking as function, and divine beings as subjects. Numinous emptiness enables an individual to have been born with Li (理) of Taegeuk (太極), which is a mandate from Heaven and the nature of humanity; whereas one embodies spirit and brightness mind based on Origin-Substance. This numinous emptiness of mind is precisely the mind-spirit. Wise-awakening is a function of mind, which actually awakens numinous emptiness (理) and objects (氣). The mind which realizes the Li of Taegeuk as numinous emptiness is conscientiousness and can be taken as a Dao-Mind. The mind which desires objects refers to the Human Mind or a selfish motive. Such propensity in terms of wise-awakening determines the state of mind. One should reach the state of a quiet mind by wisely awakening through the scripture. Divine beings correspond to metaphysical Origin-Substance and physical objects respectively. In addition, they comprehend all and preside over wise-awakening as subjects. The subject recognizes wise-awakening and responds to it. Mind is a path traveled upon by divine beings as they enter and exit. In this regard, the human mind refers to the organ used by immanent deities, which accumulates physical senses, innermost mental processes, and awakened activities. Furthermore, Transcendental deities also come in and out through mental correspondence, leading to changes in one's physical constitution or personality. This paper focuses on the mind perceived in Daesoon Thought as follows: first, besides the existing spiritual perspective, the research takes a view on surveying numinous emptiness, wise-awakening, and divine beings in Neo-Confucianism. Secondly, the Che-Yong of mind is closely looked into by means of innate numinous emptiness as Che and wise-awakening as Yong. Lastly, the essence, energy, and divinity as well as spiritual soul and physical soul are mentioned according to the concept of an immanent deity. The paper also clarifies the fact that divine beings preside over the mind as subjects.

When a company provides new games or games with a small number of users, it is convenient to provide the game service in which those games are placed in a server cluster instead of a separate server for an individual game. This paper proposes a method for placing games in a cluster of servers with the same capacities. The method reduces the load imbalance among servers and minimizes the rejection ratio of user requests. We expect that the proposed method is useful for determining the server operation factors such as the number of servers, the number of games for a server, etc. To our survey, little research has been published on game placement on a cluster of game servers.

Background: The normal functions of the cell cycle inhibitor p16INK4a are frequently inactivated in many human cancers. Over 80% of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cases lack a functional p16/Rb pathway. p16/Rb pathway, as well as p53 pathway, is considered as one of key components of tumor suppression. Methods: To study the roles of p16INK4a in HCC, a stable cell line expressing exogenous p16 was generated from SNU-449 hepatocellular carcinoma cells lacking endogenous p16, and suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) was performed in parallel with the control cells. Results: 1) SSH identifies fibronectin (FN1), crystallin ${\alpha}B$ (CRYAB), Rac1, WASP, RhoGEF, and CCT3 as differentially-expressed genes. 2) Among the selected genes, the up-regulation of FN1 and CRYAB was confirmed by Northern blot, RT-PCR and by proteomic methods. Conclusion: These genes are likely to be associated with the induction of stress fiber and stabilization of cytoskeleton. Further studies are required to clarify the possible role of p16 in the signal transduction pathway.
