  • With the announcement of Transformer, a new type of architecture, in 2017, there have been many changes in language models. In particular, the development of LLM (Large language model) has enabled generative AI services such as search and chatbot to be utilized in various business areas. However, security issues such as personal information leakage and reliability issues such as hallucination, which generates false information, have raised concerns about the effectiveness of these services. In this study, we aimed to analyze the factors that are increasing the frequency of using generative AI in the workplace despite these concerns. To this end, we derived eight factors that affect the quality of LLM-based generative AI response data and empirically analyzed the impact of these factors on job satisfaction using a valid sample of 195 respondents. The results showed that expertise, accessibility, diversity, and convenience had a significant impact on intention to continue using, security, stability, and reliability had a partially significant impact, and completeness had a negative impact. The purpose of this study is to academically investigate how customer perception of response data quality affects business utilization satisfaction and to provide meaningful practical implications for customer-centered services.

  • Public institutions and governments develop discussions on the premise that they can facilitate smooth public communication with the socially vulnerable by promoting citizens' welfare by providing voice-based service chatbots to citizens. The purpose of the study is to propose a plan for intelligent governments to provide quick and efficient administrative services by efficiently managing knowledge and information within and outside government organizations based on ICT and facilitating access and use of information for citizens, especially vulnerable groups. This paper confirms that citizens' attitudes, perceptions, and expectations for public institutions ahead of voice-based service provision are positive through small surveys and interviews with experts with knowledge of artificial intelligence, discuss the technical aspects of voice-based services, the significance and necessity of public institutions. In addition, the government and public institutions are considering the implications of using and providing voice-based services. As a result, chatbot's voice-based service is of great significance in providing an opportunity and platform for wider citizens to participate in intelligent government, to strengthen information accessibility, guarantee and strengthen human rights and basic rights of the socially vulnerable.

  • Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is gaining global attention as it can automatically generate sentences, images, and voices that humans previously generated. In particular, ChatGPT, a representative generative AI service, shows proactivity and accuracy differentiated from existing chatbot services, and the number of users is rapidly increasing in a short period of time. Despite this growing interest in generative AI services, most preceding studies are still in their infancy. Therefore, this study utilized LDA topic modeling and keyword network diagrams to derive success factors for generative AI services and to propose successful business strategies based on them. In addition, using ChatGPT, a new research methodology that complements the existing text-mining method, was presented. This study overcomes the limitations of previous research that relied on qualitative methods and makes academic and practical contributions to the future development of generative AI services.

  • With the recent advancements in artificial intelligence, various chatbots have emerged, efficiently performing everyday tasks such as hotel bookings, news updates, and legal consultations. Particularly, generative chatbots like ChatGPT are expanding their applicability by generating original content in fields such as education, research, and the arts. However, the training of these AI chatbots requires large volumes of conversational text data, such as customer service records, which has led to privacy infringement cases domestically and internationally due to the use of unrefined data. This study proposes a methodology to quantitatively assess the re-identification risk of personal information contained in conversational text data used for training AI chatbots. To validate the proposed methodology, we conducted a case study using synthetic conversational data and carried out a survey with 220 external experts, confirming the significance of the proposed approach.

  • Purpose: This study is to examine the intention of the elderly who live alone in the customized AI speaker for the elderly living alone to improve the quality of life service for the elderly living alone in the smart city environment. Based on the quality of life model of the elderly, this study is applied to the technology acceptance model to investigate the relationship between perceived usefulness and ease of use on the sustained use intention. Research design, data and methodology: Residents in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, selected as candidate local governments for the Smart City Challenge Project of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in June 2019 to measure the perceived technology acceptance of potential users for the AI technology for the elderly living alone as part of the smart city technology. In order to evaluate the intention of using AI speaker, which is the target system of this study, a video of a chatbot using experience of elderly people living alone was produced. Results: First of all, in order for the elderly living alone to have an attitude to use AI-based speakers, there should be a perceived usefulness of the quality of life of the elderly. However, ease of use did not show any significant causal relationship to attitude toward use. In addition, the attitude toward use weakly influenced the intention to use. In other words, elderly people living alone were not likely to have a significant effect on their attitude toward use. However, feeling that AI speakers are easy to use will help to improve the quality of life, which in turn led to the attitude toward using AI speakers, which could lead to indirect effects. Finally, the perceived usefulness of quality of life was found to have a weak effect on direct use intentions. Conclusions: This study conducted a study on the technology acceptance of service environment to improve the quality of life for the specific user group who live alone in the smart seat environment. In this study, we examined the effects of AI speaker on the elderly living alone to improve the quality of life for the elderly living alone.

  • Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly growing technology with the latest developments in computing technology and is considered as one of the next major technologies. Chat-Bot is a system that is designed to respond to user's input according to the rules that are set up in advance and it provides more services through simple and repetitive tasks such as counseling, ordering and others. Accordingly, the study aims to present a model of a celeb-bot using Artificial Intelligence. Celeb-Bot is a combination of Celeb, which are short for Celebrity and Chat-bot. Celeb-Bot provides a Chat-Bot service that allows people to talk to a celebrity. The celeb is the best thing to build a relationship and has the advantages of being accessible to anyone. At the same time, Artificial Intelligence is a technology that can be seen as a person, not a product. Based on this, we believe that Celeb's Characteristic and Chat-bot based on artificial intelligence technologies need to be combined, so variety of products can generate synergy. It is predicted that there will be variety of derivatives that utilize this technology, and it is going to present a celeb-bot model accordingly.

  • Introduction: Acknowledging the global issue of diseases potentially caused by overwork, this study aims to develop an AI model to help workers understand the connection between cerebrocardiovascular diseases and their work environment. Materials and methods: The model was trained using medical and legal expertise along with data from the 2021 occupational disease adjudication certificate by the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance and Prevention Service. The Polyglot-ko-5.8B model, which is effective for processing Korean, was utilized. Model performance was evaluated through accuracy, precision, sensitivity, and F1-score metrics. Results: The model trained on a comprehensive dataset, including expert knowledge and actual case data, outperformed the others with respective accuracy, precision, sensitivity, and F1-scores of 0.91, 0.89, 0.84, and 0.87. However, it still had limitations in responding to certain scenarios. Discussion: The comprehensive model proved most effective in diagnosing work-related cerebrocardiovascular diseases, highlighting the significance of integrating actual case data in AI model development. Despite its efficacy, the model showed limitations in handling diverse cases and offering health management solutions. Conclusion: The study succeeded in creating an AI model to discern the link between work factors and cerebrocardiovascular diseases, showcasing the highest efficacy with the comprehensively trained model. Future enhancements towards a template-based approach and the development of a user-friendly chatbot webUI for workers are recommended to address the model's current limitations.
