Culture is the soul of tourism, and communication is the key to the inheritance and development of tourism culture. Therefore, culture and communication are essential for the development of tourism. Digital media art is a new form of art that combines technical, artistic, and media-oriented elements. Its artistic expression and crossover communication capabilities drive its usage in cultural tourism communication. This paper examines the influence of digital media art on tourism culture communication and development by elucidating the concept and characteristics of tourism culture communication and digital media art, applying the theoretical knowledge of communication, and deriving the specific characteristics of digital media art on tourism culture in terms of the transmission-reception relationship, content, medium, and effect. The role and value of digital media art in disseminating and developing tourism culture are discussed. We aim to provide valuable insights for the dissemination of tourism culture.

This purpose of this study was about the analysis on the dynamic expression of geometric manipulation in interior composition elements. The paradigm of contemporary times became different from paradigm of modern times. The change of paradigm is caused by the side effect of paradigm of pre-times. In the contemporary architectural condition, architecture have a tendency to plural characteristics. This study investigates systemically ‘the DYNAMISM’ as a part of contemporary interior space's feature, based on geometric manipulation in interior composition elements. Noise characteristics of preamplifier, the most essential part of on-chip signal processing circuitry for the active semiconductor neural probe, is the important factor determining the overall signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR). We present a systematic design method for the optimization of SNR, based on the spectral characteristics of the electrode, circuit noise and extracelluar action potential. Analytical expression is derived to calculate total output noise power. Output SNR of 2-stage CMOS preamplifier is tailored to meet the given specification while the layout area is minimized.

뇌의 유전자 발현 정보는 영역별 기능과 밀접한 관련이 있어 이를 분석하기 위해 다수의 유전자들 간의 발현 정도 및 발현 위치 정보와의 관계에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 기술을 통해 알렌 뇌과학연구소에서 제공하는 약 2만여개의 쥐 뇌 유전자 발현 정보 중 뇌의 해마 영역을 중점적으로 분석하여 유전자들을 자동으로 분류해내고 발현 위치 정보를 기반으로 군집화하여 가시화하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 통해 해마 내 전체적으로 발현되는 유전자들과 특정 영역에만 발현되는 유전자들을 분류할 수 있었고 그 중 특정 영역에 발현되는 유전자들의 위치정보 기반으로 군집화된 데이터를 뇌 지도와 함께 관찰 할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 뇌의 기능과 영역과의 관계성 관련 생물학적 연구를 위한 실험군 선정작업에 이용되어 실험설계시간을 줄일 수 있고 기존에 알려진 뇌의 해부학적 구조보다 더욱 세분화된 구조를 발견할 수 있는 가능성을 제시할 것으로 기대된다.

Finishing materials and colors which were expressed in the space is an important factor to decide the imagination of the space. Therefore if we analyze and spotlight the space with that factors again, we will readily know the characteristics that are expressed in our living space. A purpose of this study is how the traditionality like national thoughts, customs and behavior patterns is changed, arranged and expressed in the korean housing space in the 21c on the finishing materials and colors. Though this study we can know that the traditionality which are expressed in modern housing spaces shows with accommodating to characteristic that is expressed in traditional housing spaces.

포스트모던의 영향을 받은 해체적 그래픽디자인의 시각 표현은 명확한 이미지와 텍스트로 구성된 전통적 형식의 그래픽디자인 표현법과 달리 도전적이고 실험적이었다. 이런 해체적 그래픽디자인의 시각 특징들은 작품을 감상하는 데 있어 미적 경험의 주체로서 독자의 중요성을 강조했다. 본 연구는 수용자 즉 독자 중심적인 문학 연구 이론인 수용미학(Aesthetics of Reception)을 중심이론으로 상정하여 해체적 그래픽디자인의 실험성으로 인해 나타나는 특징들에 대한 이념적 틀을 새롭게 형성하고자 한다. 해체적 그래픽디자인의 작품 해석을 위해 볼프강 이저의 수용미학의 특징들을 도출하고 이론의 범주로 대입하여 해석이 어떻게 확장되는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 수용미학은 작가와 독자 간의 상호 작용에 관심을 둔 문학 연구 이론이지만, 포스트모던의 영향을 받은 해체적 그래픽디자인에 대한 새로운 작품 분석 방법론으로써 이론적 토대를 마련, 작품 해석의 지평을 넓혔다. 또한 현대 그래픽디자인을 감상하는 능동적이고 창의적인 역할이 강조되는 독자에 대한 상호 콘텐츠 연구의 새로운 방향성을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the current trend of tradition in Modern Korean Residential-furniture. Sample furniture of 374 pieces made by 21 manufacturers which have been shown in the market in September 2000, are selected for this study. To find out the traditional trend, frequency and percentage are used. As the result of the study, the major trend of design in Modern Korean Residential-furniture is modern style based on Modernism. However, it was found that there are tendency while large firms add western traditional elements in their furniture, small manufactures are trying to develop original furniture design which expresses Korean traditional characteristics. It means that the Korean traditional characteristics are not widely spread in Modern Residential-furniture.

The seoul Metropolitan Government has announced a program of the realization of a Korean garden named 'Seoul Park' in Paris 'Jardin d'Acclimatation' in June, 2000. The program for 'Seoul Park' in Paris has double objectives which aims celebrating the 10th anniversary of the establishment of sisterhood relationship between Seoul and paris and to promote the mutual cooperation and the amity between the two metropolitan cities. The purpose of this study is focusing on the issues on the setting procedure of characteristics of the 'Seoul Park', type of the Park, and design realization of expression of Korean identity, and the cultural consolidation between parks in Korean and French. The Seoul Park will be constructed on the shore of a lake of the Jardin d'Acclimatation, and the size of the area is 4,675㎡. In July, a design competition for the preparation of a schematic plan of the Seoul Park was held in Seoul. In this competition, the author won with a scheme which proposed a Korean Garden as expression of "between" two cultures which is fitted into the French environment. Although, the Seoul Park in Paris is a small Korean garden, its significance would be emphasized in terms of that it represents the adaptation of a Korean culture to the French territory. Throughout the winning entry, we could recognized hat the author defines Korean garden as 'time device', and 'Seoul Park' as 'Situation' which is the consolidation of the cultures between korea and France. And also the author pursued Korean garden as a net type of 'sequence of the event'. In this paper, we have discussed the concept and the schematic plan of the winning entry. focusing on following issues: Definition of the garden; Form of the garden; Expression of Korean garden; Representation of the reconciliation between two environments. Since many parts of the garden are under designing, and the discussion on the resetting of the existing trees in the garden is in progress, more specific investigation will be done in the next thesis.

zArchitect Kim lung-up used free-curved lines as his architectural language. We can categorize his language into 'overlapped curved lines' and 'juxtaposed circles.' We found that his language was expressed well when he applied a specific material, for example, overlapped curved lines - concrete and juxtaposed circles - brick. Furthermore, using the plasticity of concrete, he built roofs and columns in a curved form. He also created reliefs on the walls out of the characteristics of bricks. It can be evidence that he considered forms and characteristics of materials to design buildings. This research mainly focuses on his design method to use free-curved lines with specific materials based on the analyses of forms and materials applied in his architecture buildings and art works

The techno fashion presents the new formative beauty of fashion with a stream of light and dynamic phenomenon on human body. Also it opens the futurism arising from the combination of technology with fashion. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the internal trend and external form that techno-fashion aims at, and to analyze the expressive characteristics in design. The results were as follows. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion created the new formative artifact through the dismantlement and reorganization of form. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion used the composition of the geometrical abstraction as an expression of beauty symbolizing the modernity. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion created the diverse colors by using the light along with colors of gold, silver, metal, intense fundamental colors, and artificial rotor. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion expressed the dynamism, brilliance, youthfulness, futuristic image by using the sense of dazzling brightness by means of metal. ${\cdot}$ The techho fashion along with the development of science and technology made the atmosphere of silhouette of clothes different by expanding the category of materials more widely, together with the possibility of continual emergence of new material. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion expressed the dynamic movement on clothes and gave the sense of periodical rhythm by the reflective action of light when they were clad. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion grafted wearable technology into the fashion and made the information instruments recognized as a concept of clothes. ${\cdot}$ The techno fashion pursued the values of not only the beauty of the simple geometrical design, but also the values of functionality and expressed the image of high quality of life through the harmony of technology with human.
