  • This paper shows a reasonable demand power, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated contract power and peak power for the last 7 years of each tunnel customer as to AMR. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyze the key features and general trend from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum, minimun and thus it was carried by the linear and nonlinear regression analysis.

Household, personal, and financial determinants of surrender in Korean health insurance

  • In insurance, the surrender rate is an important variable that threatens the sustainability of insurers and determines the profitability of the contract. Unlike other actuarial assumptions that determine the cash flow of an insurance contract, however, it is characterized by endogenous variables such as people's economic, social, and subjective decisions. Therefore, a microscopic approach is required to identify and analyze the factors that determine the lapse rate. Specifically, micro-level characteristics including the individual, demographic, microeconomic, and household characteristics of policyholders are necessary for the analysis. In this study, we select panel survey data of Korean Retirement Income Study (KReIS) with many diverse dimensions to determine which variables have a decisive effect on the lapse and apply the lasso regularized regression model to analyze it empirically. As the data contain many missing values, they are imputed using the random forest method. Among the household variables, we find that the non-existence of old dependents, the existence of young dependents, and employed family members increase the surrender rate. Among the individual variables, divorce, non-urban residential areas, apartment type of housing, non-ownership of homes, and bad relationship with siblings increase the lapse rate. Finally, among the financial variables, low income, low expenditure, the existence of children that incur child care expenditure, not expecting to bequest from spouse, not holding public health insurance, and expecting to benefit from a retirement pension increase the lapse rate. Some of these findings are consistent with those in the literature.

사업체 위탁 급식소에서 제공되는 메뉴에 대한 고객 측면에서의 품질 관리 평가 (Evaluation of Menu Quality Mangement in Business & Industry Contract Foodservice on Customer's Viewpoint)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze sensory evaluation, to assess visual serving size and plate waste estimates of daily menu, and the identify customer expectation, perception and satisfaction. Questionnaires of sensory evaluation, serving size and were waste were developed and hand-delivered to 2,520 people. A total of 2,255 questionnaires were usable: a 89.5% response rate. Customer satisfaction questionnaires were handed out to 700 customers: (100 each at seven operations). A total of 551 were returned completed (78.7%). The data was analyzed using the SAS package program for Descriptive Analysis, t-test and ANOVA. The result of sensory evaluation showed that 'taste' was 3.20, 'freshness' 3.17, 'temperature' 3.25, 'texture' 3.15, 'appearance' 3.12, 'overall evaluation' 3.21, so these were little higher than 「normal」, that is 3.0. There was positive correlation among 'taste', 'freshness', 'temperature', 'texture', 'appearance' and 'overall evaluation'(p<.001). Serving size score was 2.97 and plate waste was 4.87, thus plate waste percentage was about 22-33%. As the result of customer expectation, perception and satisfaction of menu quality, characteristics. Customer satisfaction was defined as the difference expectation and perception and customer perceptions in theis survey were lower than expectation, thus this result implied customers dissatisfied in all menu quality characteristics. IPA analysis showed that 'diversity of menu selection' and 'menu price' was included in A area 'Focus here'.

분쟁예방을 위한 중국인의 협상관행에 관한 고찰 (A Study On the Characteristics of Chinese Negotiators to Make a Effective Disputes Prevention)

  • All kinds of commerces are begun from the contract and the claims are frequently raised by the problem in the contracts. Therefore, the negotiation is very important to make a contract and resolve the claim. This article analyzed the negotiation practice of Chinese in order to render help to negotiators who enter into negotiations with Chinese business people so that they can enhance their chance for success. Based on this examination on the negotiating style, this paper also provides the some guidelines in working-level negotiating with Chinese. For the purpose this study applies "global negotiation flowchart" and twelve important factors suggested by stephen & stripp to analyze the characteristics of Chinese business negotiating style. The results suggest some useful criteria for negotiators First, In the preparation, the negotiator need a thorough study about the Chinese negotiating style and counter party. Second, In the negotiation with the Chinese, making the personal relationship and, if possible, frequent contact with the person who is the most powerful negotiator in decision-making. Third, since the Chinese has a sense of value that money is very important, it is very necessary that the negotiator persuade him by mutual profits. Finally, negotiators must aim at long-term profit maximization not at short-term.

다목적댐에서의 농업용수 수리권 (The agricultural water right in multi-purpose dams)

  • The characteristics of agricultural water rights in multi-purpose dams in Korea was examined. The river system with multi-purpose dams can be divided into national river system and WRC(Water Resources Corporation) river system according to ownership of dam use rights. While the national river system have permitted water rights, the WRC river system have vest water rights and contract water rights. The two river systems have different characteristics of agricultural water rights, and therefore the water right of two system need to be unified. It is also known that water release from multi-purpose dams against water demand does not satisfy agricultural water rights.

임플란트 시술상 의료과오의 소송상 쟁점에 관하여 -계약의 법적성격 및 입증책임 완화를 중심으로- (Regarding Issues on the Lawsuit of Medical Malpractice in the Implant Procedure -Focusing on the contract's legal character and the mitigation of burden of proof-)

  • 임플란트 시술은 소위 상업화된 의료에 속하고 상대적으로 시술자체가 단순 명료하며 그 시술이 성공가능성은 거의 100%에 달한다. 또한 환자에게 건강을 위한 불가피한 수단이기 보다는 선택적 수단의 의미를 지니는바 자기결정권의 보호를 위한 설명의무의 중요성이 특히 강조되기도 한다. 이러한 특성에 비추어 임플란트 시술 계약에 대하여는 도급의 성격이 강조되어 경우에 따라서는 식립 자체의 실패만으로도 의사의 과실이 존재한다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 임플란트 시술은 상업화된 의료로서 단순 명료한 의료행위인바 과실여부는 직업적 평균인이 아닌 일반인의 상식을 기준으로 판단되어야 할 것이므로, 임플란트 시술 후 악결과가 발생한 환자는 예를 들어, 시술 중 과도한 통증과 출혈이 발생하였음에도 의사가 별 다른 조치를 취하지 않았다는 등을 입증하면 충분하고 그 전문가의 입장에서 의료행위가 적절치 못하였다는 점까지 밝혀야 하는 것은 아니다. 한편, 임플란트 의료과오 판결들을 살펴보건대 법원은 명시적으로 임플란트 시술계약을 도급이라고 판단하고 있지는 않더라도, 식립 자체의 성공여부로 의사의 과실을 판단하고 있어 일의 완성을 목적으로 하는 도급계약과 유사한 특성을 어느 정도 인정하는 듯 보인다. 또한 제시하고 있는 의료과실의 구체적 내용들에 비추어 의료과실의 판단도 일반인의 상식에 기초한 것으로 보인다.

제조기업의 서비스화 제공 형태와 고객 특성이 재계약에 미치는 요인에 관한 실증 연구: 타이어 렌탈 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Determinants of Customer Renewal Behavior for Tire Rental Servitization)

  • 제조기업의 서비스화(Servitization)는 새로운 비즈니스 가치를 창출을 위한 혁신 모델로서 자동차 및 관련 부품 업계에서도 예외가 아니다. 본 연구는 타이어 업계의 렌탈 비즈니스를 통한 서비스화 모형을 소개하고, 기업의 서비스화 제공 형태와 고객 특성을 중심으로 서비스 재계약에 영향을 미치는 결정 요인을 도출하는 것을 목표로 한다. 국내 사례 기업의 2016~2019년 렌탈 비즈니스 계약 163,742건을 대상으로 서비스 타입, 인구 통계 및 지역, 유입 채널을 독립변수로 설정하였으며, 종속변수는 재계약 여부로 교차분석과 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통하여 변수 간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 서비스 타입 중 고객 맞춤 서비스 이용 경험은 재계약률과 정(+)의 관계가 있으나 차량 정비 서비스는 부(-)의 관계를 보였다. 고객 특성에서는 성별과 지역에 따른 재계약률 차이가 있으나 연령대와 차량 종류(국산/외산)는 뚜렷한 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스를 계약하는 유입 채널에서는, 오프라인 채널이 온라인 채널보다 재계약률이 높은 경향이 있으며, 오픈몰의 경우 오프라인 채널에서 계약 전환으로 재계약 건수가 8.4배 증가하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 제조기업의 서비스화 실행에 따른 신규 서비스 개발, 고객 중심의 서비스화 수행, 판매 채널 운영에 대한 실무적 전략방향에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

  • 기술무역은 기술지식 및 기술서비스와 직접적으로 연관된 국제적·상업적 거래로 정의된다. 기술무역은 물품과 다르게 기술만이 가지는 무형성, 이질성, 가치의 누적성, 권리의 소멸성과 같은 고유한 특징으로 일반적인 매매 이외에도 라이선싱, 제휴 및 협력, 합작투자 등 상업적 목적에 따라 다양한 방식으로 거래될 수 있다. 이러한 다양한 형태를 포함하는 의미로 실무에서는 기술이전(Technology Transfer)이라는 용어가 일반적으로 사용된다. 본고에서는 기술이전이 이처럼 다양한 형태로 이루어질 수 있는 배경을 기술이 가진 성격으로 이해하고자 하며 특별히 전통적인 무역의 대상인 물품과의 비교를 통해 명확히 하고자 한다.

유해화학물질 도급신고 제도가 화학사고 감소에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on Contribution to Reducing Chemical Accidents of Reporting for Awarding a Contract of Hazardous Chemicals)

  • 연구목적: 화학물질관리법이 시행된 이후 우리나라 화학사고 연도별 발생횟수 자료와 관할기관에 접수처리된 취급자의 도급자료를 활용하여 도급신고 제도 시행 이후 화학사고 감소 기여도 영향을 통계자료로 정리하여 지역별 특성, 월별 특성, 유사 업종별 상관성, 유형별, 인명피해 등을 비교분석하였다. 연구방법: 2015부터 2018년까지 4년 동안의 화학사고 통계자료와 2003년 이후 화학사고 사례와 관련 안전정보를 제공하는 화학안전정보공유시스템(Chemical Safety Clearing-house, CSC)의 자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과 결론: 유해화학물질 취급 공정을 일시 중단하여 작업을 진행하는 기간 동안에 다수의 비숙련 작업자가 작업 현장에 투입되면서 사고 발생의 위험성이 증가한다. 도급신고를 통해 사업자는 비숙련 작업자의 취급자 교육 및 개인 보호장비 착용을 통하여 화학사고 안전관리를 강화할 필요성이 있다.

외식 프랜차이즈 사업의 성과공유활동이 동태적 신뢰를 통해 재계약의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Benefit-Sharing Activities through Dynamic Trust on Recontract Intention in Foods-Service Franchisers)

  • Purpose - The aim of this study is to investigate the benefit-sharing activities. They affect contract renewal intention between franchisers and franchisees that are linked through a contract with the intention of building their relationship from the level based on dynamic trust. This study will show a new approach on qualitative growth and consolidation of competitive power and may well be able to suggest practical ways to strengthen directions in the field of franchise industries. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, based on literature review, we separated logistical-supporting activities and non-logistical-supporting activities from benefit-sharing activities. We modeled how benefit-sharing activities influence contract renewal intention of franchisees by dynamic trust. In particular, considering the possibility of trading concepts and characteristics of trust between providers opportunistic behaviors was defined as variables, depending on the situation and dynamic characters reveal their relationship trust concept. That is, dynamic trust having the possibility of changing depending on opportunistic risks and interdependencies by Lewis & Weigert(1985, 2012) was classified into transitional-based trust, calculated based trust, relational-based trust and balance-based on trust. The total of 104 samples from domestic franchisees being with franchisees were collected by using a structural composed questionnaire. Results - The results are as following. Benefit-sharing activities in logistical supporting activities appeared to affect the multidimensional concept of transitional trust, calculated based on trust, relationship-based trust and balance based on trust dynamic trust with all-defined impact. Non-logistical supporting activities appeared to affect significantly the positive (+) to the dynamic trust concept except transitional trust. Lewis & Weigert(1985; 2012) have proposed a dynamic confidence calculated from relations within-based trust relationship based on trust appears to affect the significant positive (+) to the balance-based confidence transactions confidence mechanism of the system side in the verified relationship. Finally, a relationship based on trust and confidence in the balance based on the Influence of dynamic renewed confidence showed significantly affect the positive(+). In particular, the balance based trust showed the acts as a mediating factors between relational trust and confidence and renew calculated. Conclusion - From the above these results, the significance from this study is as following. First, the proposed activity is to share and validate the approach by identifying the potential in the relationship from the contract with building dynamic trust, and one of the ways from the franchise headquarters and affiliated merchants mutual growth through win-win cooperation in sharing activities. Next, the dynamic segmentation confidence to suggest the possibility can be broken down over the validity and reliability test for each concept. In addition, by identifying the relationship between the dynamic level of confidence granular multi-dimensional concept, to determine the level of trust with a dynamic relationship between risk and interdependencies can be possible in franchise industries. In order to maintain and develop their mutual relationship, franchise industries should propose confidence-building steps to promote their quality improvement.
