By virtue of the development of mass media, the cinema, the composite space art taking the visual and auditory elements together, exhibits the actual life of the realities, thereby having a mutually close relationship to social, cultural and economic fields and continuing to generate the fashion code as well as reflecting the image of the times. Especially, fashion style in movies delivers their image and atmosphere and becomes the means for containing the personality, spiritual world and inner thinking of the characters in the movie and inducing its plot. Therefore, this study was intended to make clear that fashion fuses and shares with a diversity of genres such as movies and the like, becomes the cultural model that proceeds to create a new culture in relation to daily life and induces and presents the trend of contemporary fashion. For this purpose, this study attempted to analyze fashion style in the movie. Lolita is the fiction published by the Russian?American writer Vladimir Nabokov($1899{\sim}1977$) in 1954. It is the fiction that portrays the unethical love between Humbert, a middleaged man, and Lolita, a girl in her 10s. It was cinematized by the director Stanley Kubrick for the first time in 1962 and revived by the movie director Adrian Lyne in 1997. The character of Lolita has a younger look like a girl and looks immature in the movie directed by the movie director Stanley Kubrick and the movie director Adrian Lyne. But the character of Lolita has the commonality that she showed an incomplete female image of having a sexually freewheeling thinking. Thereby, this study sought to prove that the created fashion style of the character in the film not only became the clue to enable us to know the time and space background in the film but also helped the film develop effectively by performing a role of portraying the character in the movie. And it attempted to present that it becomes both the foundation for leading the fashion trend shown in contemporary fashion and the code of mass culture. Fashion style of Lolita in the movie appears to be reflected diversely in mass culture as well as fashion style in the contemporary times.

The meaning of Good faith is honest intent to act without taking an unfair advantage over another person or to fulfill a promise to act, even when some legal technicality is not fulfilled. The term is applied to all kinds of transactions. According to the CISG only regulated Art. 7. that is in the interpretation of this Convention, regard is to be had to its international character and to the need to promote uniformity in its application and the observance of good faith in international trade (1) and questions concerning matters governed by this Convention which are not expressly settled in it are to be settled in conformity with the general principles on which it is based or, in the absence of such principles, in conformity with the law applicable by virtue of the rules of private international law (2). In the other hand PICC is related to the good faith and fair dealing, each party must act in accordance with good faith and fair dealing in international trade (1) and the parties may not exclude or limit this duty (2). Good faith of PECL is these principles should be interpreted and developed in accordance with their purposes. In particular, regard should be had to the need to promote good faith and fair dealing, certainty in contractual relationships and uniformity of application. Further more regarding to the good faith and fair dealing, same to the PICC regulations.

This paper describes the on-chip learning algorithm of neural networks using the stochastic pulse arithmetic. Stochastic pulse arithmetic is the computation using the numbers represented by the probability of 1' and 0's occurrences in a random pulse stream. This stochastic arithmetic has the merits when applied to neural network ; reduction of the area of the implemented hardware and getting a global solution escaping from local minima by virtue of the stochastic characteristics. And in this study, the on-chip learning algorithm is derived from the backpropagation algorithm for effective hardware implementation. We simulate the nonlinear separation problem of the some character patterns to verify the proposed learning algorithm. We also had good results after applying this algorithm to recognize printed and handwritten numbers.

Intuition is an abstract concept which is most often thought of as a nonrational, nonscientific mode of thought. However, since there are so many amorphous definitions of intuition that it seems important to clarify the meaning of this concept. Therefore, this study use the process of Walker & Avant’s concept analysis to define of the concept of intuition Attributes of intuition were defined as 1) Knowledge of truth that is difficult to explicate ; 2) A type of immediate knowing ; 3) Knowlwdge without reasining analysis ; 4) Knowledge that is attained based on virtue character which integrates all matter and is not attained through individual experience. Antecedents of intuition consists of 1) as ground for knowledge or truth that is not availables to trace through the analytic procedures ; & 2) the flow of Ki which unites human beings and the universe. Consequences of intuition events or incidents occuring as a result of the concept consist of verification of the truth though analytic procedures and application of knowledge in both theoretical and practical ways. To develop intuitive ability, as an educator should not only make studies in recognizine, analysing and teaching concepts related to logical, rational decision making but should also recognize and teach concepts related to intuitive components of making decisions in clinical practice and classroom learning as well.

This study aims to provide a theoretical base for making a character education program on "how primary school students to cultivate their own right and good-minded characters." This study consists of three approaches: 1) an integrative approach based on the social and emotional learning, 2) development of integrative programs articulating three key domains directly and indirectly influencing students' character formation - school, family and local community(society), 3) maximum use of the educational institutes' moral education curriculums and the potential curriculums in the surrounding environment. In concrete, by specializing "social awareness and relationship skills" from various social and emotional ones, this study suggests an integrative program for the character education based on the theory of virtue in the Eastern philosophy. To develop such an Eastern philosophy-based integrative program for the cultivation of the social awareness and personal relationship skills, this study applies some virtue items of Eastern Ethics: for examples, 'rectification of the name(正名)' to improve skills for rational choice on the awareness and performance of social roles, 'empathy(忠恕)' to enhance the ability to share another person's feelings and emotions as if they were my own, 'reflect and seek in oneself(反求諸己)' to solve conflicts in peace and self-reflection, 'difficulty with countenance(色難)' to respond to others by understanding their situations and characters, 'select and follow good qualities of others and reform their bad qualities(擇其善者而從之, 其不善者而改之)' to make good results from various forms of personal relationship, and 'keep same respect as at first to old acquaintance(久而敬之)' to maintain good and emotional relationships. In particular, by underlining 'rectification of the name(正名)' and 'reflect and seek in oneself(反求諸己)', this study attempts to develop an alternative integrative program articulating three domains of school, family and local community.

Nowadays, the attention of integrity increases in ethics by concerning about the self and reviving the virtue ethic. It's terminology is diverse because integrity is understood and translated in various dimensions. I am trying to translate integrity into self-integration. Firstly, the reason why is to bring the Latin language of integrity. The Latin language of integrity means an undivided and broken completeness or totality with nothing wanting. Secondly, This is the reason why it is related with the morally good life. This integrity is not an integration as a stream of consciousness and a substantial self identity given from an ancient Greek. I resolve a self integration through the unity of a narrative of MacIntyre. MacIntyre's point is like this. Integrity is connected with the unity of character which a self is embedded in character. The unity of character presupposes a self identity, ultimately the integrity of narrative requires the unity of character. But like a beginning and middle and end of a narrative, he says that the concept of self is based on the its unity in the narrative uniting birth and middle and death. This is in the course of life being his/her history and narrative because a self has a sustainability of time embedded in a life from birth to end. That self exists as a subject making its narrative shows being responsible for and responsible for experience and action constructing this narrative. This shows the relation with narrative and temporality. The self of present is talking about the self of past and brings the problem of responsibility by narrating the self of future. Then, who are those person who live life of their integrity. We can talk that comfort women live life of their integrity. Comfort women realized their integrity by narrating and become subject of their history.

We propose a new approach to the feature selection for the classification of handwritten characters using two-dimensional(2D) wavelet packet bases. To extract key features of an image data, for the dimension reduction Principal Component Analysis(PCA) has been most frequently used. However PCA relies on the eigenvalue system, it is not only sensitive to outliers and perturbations, but has a tendency to select only global features. Since the important features for the image data are often characterized by local information such as edges and spikes, PCA does not provide good solutions to such problems. Also solving an eigenvalue system usually requires high cost in its computation. In this paper, the original data is transformed with 2D wavelet packet bases and the best discriminant basis is searched, from which relevant features are selected. In contrast to PCA solutions, the fast selection of detailed features as well as global features is possible by virtue of the good properties of wavelets. Experiment results on the recognition rates of PCA and our approach are compared to show the performance of the proposed method.

The current study aims to analyze the acceptance of International Standard Terminology (IST) related to herbs and formulas used in Korea. It also intends to examine limitations of each term source by linking texts for herbal medicine research and formula research used in schools of oriental medicine with medicinal substance-formula classification names within the IST framework. This study examined 64 medicinal classification names of IST, including synonyms, 41 formula classification names, 65 classification names of "Herbal Medicine Study," 89 medicinal classification names of "Shin's Clinical Herbal Medicine Study," and lastly 83 formula classification names of "Formula Study." Data on their chief virtue, efficacy and characteristics as medicinal substances were extracted from their definitions, and such data were used to perform Chinese character-English mapping using the IST. The outcomes of the mapping were then analyzed in terms of both lexical matching and semantic matching. In terms of classification names for medicinal substances, "Herbal Medicine Study" had 60.0% lexical matching, whereas "Shin's Clinical Herbal Medicine Study" had 48.3% lexical matching. When semantic matching was also applied, "Herbal Medicine Study" showed a value of 87.7% and "Shin's Clinical Herbal Medicine Study" 74.2%. In terms of formula classification names, lexical matching was 28.9% of 83 subjects, and when semantic matching was also considered, the value was 30.1%. When the conceptual elements of this study were applied, some IST terms that are classified with other codes were found to be conceptually consistent, and some terms were not accepted due to different depths in the classification systems of each source.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the applicability of the UNIDROIT Principle in international commercial arbitration. For this purpose, I have studies the basic two characters of this Principles: One is of general rule(principle); Another is of international and commercial character. According to CISG, questions concerning matters governed by the CISG which are not expressly settled in it are to be settled in conformity with the general principles, so this Principles will cover many questions which are not expressly settled in the applicable law, by gap-filing, analogy or usage. In the preamble of this Principles, there are five cases in which the Principles shall be applied or may be applied. If the disputes are submitted to the any national court, the application of this Principles would be restricted because of the mandatory rules of national, international or supranational origin. But the disputes are submitted to arbitration, the arbitrator would have more discretional powers to apply the Principles than the judge. The reason is that in the arbitration, the arbitrators do not bear obligation to act in conformity with the law applicable by virtue of the rules of rules of private international law. I also examined the applicability of the Principles in cases which there are no mentions in preamble: When the international arbitrators choose the Principles; When the arbitrators decide ex aequo et bono; When the both parties have not chosen the governing law; When there are gaps in domestic law chosen by the parties; When the applicable domestic law is insufficient. In all these cases, the Principles may be applied more easily and conveniently in arbitration than in litigation. Thus to envisage the application of this Principle in international arbitration, first both parties in international commercial contracts should incorporate this Principle as a governing law in their contracts, and second, the arbitrators should try to apply this Principles in their arbitrations by choice, analogy, general principles or usage.
