On the process of research in the plan on oriental medical participation in the industrial health sponsored by BK21 project, we carried out the oriental medical health examination program for workers during former half-year We reached the conclusion as follows, 1. The oriental medical health examination program is contents and formalities that should be determined by present industrial health system, based on the oriental medical system and scholastic character, and included probability of the western and oriental medical cooperation. 2. The oriental medical health examination program can promote capability of individual health management and productive power of workers, and it is capable to manage on the self-conscious symptoms and macroschophically approach to their environment 3. The oriental medical health examination program that we have developed, is flow as questionare, understanding of working environment, information of result and later management. It is composed of three fields as follow , first, use of pulse diagnostic apparatus, understanding of the health promotion life style, and diagnosis of the oriental medical doctor, second, analysis of constitution, third, photographing for understanding of the musculoskeletal disorders, questionare for musculoskeletal self-conscious symptoms, and diagnosis of oriental medical doctor. 4. The oriental medical health examination program that we have developed, progressive from the view point of health, makes the oriental medical doctor's roll more important. It is the first trial at the western and oriental medical cooperation and characterized by excellence about musouloskeletal disorders. But it need to be improved in aspects of time and specialist on the health examination, diagnostic apparatus, control of examinant and later management. So we think that it needs research on the employment of health examination specialist, establishment of later management system, development of significantly diagnosable standard and assessable form on the health examination, and contents of health examination on the western and oriental medical cooperation.
Implant procedure belongs to so called a commercialized medical treatment, its procedure is simple and clear, and the possibility of success is almost 100%. In addition, it is a selective method rather than an inevitable method for a patient's health, so the importance of liability for explanation is especially emphasized for protection of autonomous decisions by patients. Considering these characteristics, the plaintiff in the relevant case said that the contract of implant procedure has the characteristic of subcontract, and only the failure of implant itself and the violation of liability for explanation should be the defendant's fault liability. In addition, although the above procedure contract is considered as delegation rather than subcontract, whether it's the defendant's malpractice should be judged by general people's common sense rather than average people in the industry. Therefore, if all the implanted teeth were removed due to bleeding and pains, and the patient suffered from dysaesthesia during the process, the defendant's malpractice is fully proved. When the judgements of implant medical malpractice were researched, the court doesn't consider implant contract as subcontract, but it judges dentist's malpractice by whether the implant itself is successful, so it seems that the court acknowledges similar characteristics with subcontract whose purpose is completion of work to some degree. In addition, considering the detailed contents of presented medical malpractices, it seems that judging medical malpractice is based on the common sense of general people. Therefore, the argument of the plaintiff is valid when the fact the adjustment amount is relevant to the amount that the plaintiff initially claimed is considered even though the relevant case was decided to be compulsory mediation.
A framework for semantic annotation oi human motion sequences is proposed in this paper. Motion capture technology is widely used for manuiacturing animation since it produces high qualify character motion similar to the actual motion of the human body. However, motion capture has a significant weakness due to the lack of an industry wide standard for archiving and retrieving motion capture data. It is difficult for animators to retrieve the desired motion sequences from motion capture files as there is no semantic annotation on already captured motion data. Our goal is to improve the reusability of motion capture data. To archive our goal first, we propose a standard format for integrating different motion capture file formals. Our standard format is called MCML (Motion Capture Markup Language). It is a markup language based on XML (extensible Markup Language). The purpose of MCML is not only to facilitate the conversion or integration of different formats, but also to allow for greater reusability of motion capture data, through the construction of a motion database storing the MCML documents Second, we define motion ontologies that are used to annotate and semantically organize human motion sequences. This ontology-based approach provides the means for discovering and exploiting the information and knowledge surrounding motion capture data.

From now on, the aged apartment or house is expected to increase rapidly. So, we have to build a process of remodeling and develop the new technique. Demolition work is needed for systematic plan and management. However, contractors of the remodeling project established a rough plan and did not consider recycling wastes, safety of workers and structural stability of building. Therefore, we need a step to develop a assessment system, verify and make specified. This paper evaluated how much improve on construction speed, work efficiency, intensity of work and influence with another process comparing the existing method with the new demolition method. The qualitative and quantitative assessment system are developed with these output. The case study was carried out experimental group and control group, based on developed assessment system, which have the same condition. The existing method was made up of 3 steps- 1)Demolish windows, doors and iron goods, 2)Demolish indoor and outdoor walls, 3)Drop the waste. The new demolition method was made up of 5 steps- 1)Demolish windows, doors and iron goods, 2)Demolish the ceiling and wall's finishing materials, 3)Demolish the floor's finishing materials, 4)Demolish indoor and outdoor walls, 5)Drop the waste. Work time, idle time, the character of a work unit are analyzed by mock-up test. This study's output is expected to establish a systematic process of new demolition method and based on the maximizing waste recycling work in our construction industry.
For a long time, we have been good at the static image, 'the country of calm morning' as reminding Korea. But, it became a chance that we were recognized newly and actively through the success of the Olympic games in 1988 and World cup games in 2002 all over the world. And foreigners' interest and expectation for Korea becomes much higher by these reasons. Moreover, the importance of our cultural industry, recognition for new cultural improvement have been changing step by step by the oriental trend in Asia in these days. So, this study intends to realize the Korean symbol with showing Korean Identity and its image's applying to the street furniture design through the making of special street which expresses well the Korean Image. There is a purpose of this study not to use as just street furniture but to make characterized Korean culture through showing examples which are based on Korean culture. The way of the improvement for the street furniture design using Korean image are these we analyze the character of Korean international image with the previous data for the change of Korean Image. We understand the symbol of changed Korean international Image, and extract the design elements. We analogize the shape, material and color image of the street furniture which is joined with both the Korean national image and formative traditional elements. At last, we formalize its symbolic image by applying to the street furniture according to the design improvement process with the analogized image. The formal study using Korean image makes more cleary the Korean Identity, and it doesn't influence only the actual change but also Korean cultural value equipment.
Timelapse which was appeared Georges Mellieoseu in 1897 was not familiar to people and was not popular in film or broadcast industry in spite of long history. But about 5 years ago, timelapse has become distinguished in all around image art, because it show us aesthetic extraction of time and variation of color in Vimeo and Youtube which neve been seen before. So nowadays latest camera has come out with default menu which can shoot timelapse. But popularity of timelapse seem not development of cinematography technique or appearance of new function but production of image which reflects ages of present with fully accept digital media property. This study is approached from two formative characteristics. First it is strengthen of time which is showed timelapse and analog media from a comparison angle. Second, it is how to extend their sense and imitate images through resolution which can be possible high quality image and color especially with Raw data Through these methodology, this study defines correlation of character of digital media and artistic value of images in timelapse. And also it cleary assures the era of penetrating art has not only visual amusement as known but, also representative value of our ages and technology of media.

In addition, they are precious ideas for designers. This thesis is about a Study on costume embroidery close to fashion through the oriental embroidery and the concept of oriental embroidery. It is also a study on patterns, skills and colors of the oriental embroidery shown in modern fashion and practical use through the designers works. First, concept, process of change, patterns, skills and colors of the oriental embroidery are mainly discussed. 1.The oriental embroidery consists of life, Buddhism, appreciation and costume embroidery. Embroidery was widely used for a variety of purposes. First, it is to make a good impression and beauty. Second, to decorate many kinds of patterns and shapes. Therefore, for design to play an important role in regional development, as standing on the basis of regional development it is necessary to attain the various goals such as activating administrative organization, improving the administrative image, and making the local in go unique. And also it is necessary to develop the communicational strategy as an innovative and expressive program which can consider human network development as an regional resource. As smart tourism is gaining more attention, there are increasing attempts to make use of augmented reality(AR) in tourism industry. However, existing AR-based tourism contents are only limited to the 'designated' cultural heritage, overlooking the value of undesignated cultural heritage lost in the past few decades of development era. This hinders expanding the scope of tourism contents and leads to the production of banal and similar contents. Given that, our study has developed tourism contents based on , an AR-based mobile application that enables participants to virtually visit the historical sites lost in the development era. The Chungmuro area, which the app is named after, is unique in character. The area has been famous for movie making for over 30 years until the '90s. It is abundant with movie-related cultural resources such as theaters and print shops, which makes the place where people wants to feel the glorious past. Through the app, participants are able to walk along the historic trail and take pictures at five virtual historic spots, among many others. We also examined participants' level of satisfaction and overall tourism experience. By taking the result into account, we hope that the AR-based tourism contents will increase in the future.
This thesis will observe and study the acting pattern and subtext of Ahn, Sung-kee who is known to be "The Nation's Actor" in South Korea's movie industry and currently has been on the screen with multiple different characters in about 120 films. He started his career as a child actor in Kim, Ki-young's movie at the age of five. Ahn is exceptional at communicating through solely on screen in terms of delivering characters' characteristics to audience with variety of characters. We provided some of the acting patterns he has shown in different roles of characters that he played such as in comedic, mellow and extraordinary acting. Following will be analysis on subtext of Professor Kim, Kyung-ho the role Ahn played in Jung, Ji-young's movie in terms of what type of factors was prepared and how it has delivered in each important scene. Generally, acting's basic skills and talents are similar between theater and movie. However, in movies, understanding of shots and preparation is needed. To deliver this well, a depth study of those characteristics such as expression method of subtext and continuous practice is necessary. Based on researches, we will talk about how important screen actors need to understand and prepare those characteristics when they act their roles and express the subtext of each character.
