하도특성량과 수치모형에 의한 하상변동 예측 (Prediction of River-bed Change Using River Channel Characteristics and A Numerical Model)

  • 자연하천은 하천개수사업, 유역의 토지이용 변화, 댐 및 저수지 건설, 골재채취 등 여러 가지 요인에 의해 하상이 변동하게 된다. 이러한 하상변동은 하천정비 및 다양한 습지계획, 안정하도 유지관리를 위해 매우 중요한 사항이다. 본 연구에서는 골재채취로 인해 저하된 하상이 점차 안정화 되어가고 있는 금강 및 미호천 국가하천 구간을 대상으로 하천측량, 하상재료 채취 분석을 실시하고, 이를 토대로 하도 형성을 지배하는 하도특성량 분석과 수치모형에 의해 장래 하상변동을 예측하였다. 연구결과 하상경사 및 마찰속도 등 하도특성량을 통해 분석한 하상변동 잠재성 평가 결과와 수치모형을 이용한 하상변동 예측결과가 비슷한 경향을 나타냈으며, 금강 및 미호천은 장래 하도가 안정화될 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같이 장래 하상의 세굴 또는 퇴적경향 등을 예측하고 그 특성을 반영하면, 치수적인 대책 수립과 수리적으로 안전한 구간에서의 식생호안 설치 등 치수적으로 안전하고 친환경적인 하천 및 습지계획이 가능할 것이다.

  • Objectives : To see if Clinical study on 1 Case of patient with the foot drop diagnosed as peripheral neuropathy suggest further treatment plan for more effective cure. Methods : To heal foot drop diagnosed as peripheral neuropathy using herbal medicine wooseul-tangkami and electronic acupuncture on the Yangmyung channel(陽明經) selected in The Yellow Emperor's of internal Medicine and on Panggwang channel(膀胱經) considered as painful lesion. Results : we experienced a case of foot drop diagnosed as the peripheral neuropathy the patient was treated by wooseul-tangkami, and electric acupuncture on Yangmyung channel and also Panggwang channel and had a significant improvement in gait ability and the range of motion. Conclusion : Herbal medicine wooseul-tangkami, and electric acupuncture on Yangmyung channel and also Panggwang channel was prescribed in the perpective of oriental medicine when treating foot drop, Wooseul-tangkami is used to remove the wetness-heat evil and had shown significant improvement in gait ability and the range of motion.

불확실성을 고려한 연피해 기대치 산정 (Expected Annual Damage Estimation with Uncertainty)

  • The flood damage reduction studies have been performed by the channel improvement plan and the levee has mainly constructed with the freeboard concept. However, the freeboard concept might be an inappropriate choice as a safety factor of the levee because many uncertainties are involved in the procedure of the channel improvement plan studies. So, we considered the uncertainties In the discharge-probability, stage-discharge, and stage-damage functions and estimate the expected annual damage. The Monte Carlo technique for uncertainty analysis is used. As our results, the expected annual damage with uncertainty shows the larger value than without uncertainty. Since the expected annual damage with uncertainty already considers the safety factor it is the proper result. However, the expected annual damage without uncertainty does not consider the safety factor yet. Thus, if the expected annual damage without uncertainty considers the freeboard concept, it could be compared with the expected annual damage with uncertainty for the evaluation of the overestimation or underestimation of the levee construction.

어류서식적합도 향상을 위한 하천구조 최적화 (Optimization of Channel Structure for Fish Habitat Suitability Enhancement)

  • 본 연구는 어류서식 적합도 향상을 위한 하천구조 개선 방안을 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 대상하천의 유역 및 수중환경조사와 어류의 군집특성 결과를 이용하여 건전한 수중생태계를 대표할 수 있는 복원 목표어종으로 참갈겨니를 선택하였다. PHABSIM을 이용한 검증결과 유속과 수심에 대한 적합지수 향상을 위한 저수로 폭의 변화는 대상어종의 서식적합도 향상을 가져왔음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 서식적합지수 향상을 위한 저수로 폭의 변화는 일관성 있는 서식적합도의 향상을 나타내지 못함을 확인하였다. Genetic Algorithm을 이용하여 대상하천의 서식적합도 개선을 위한 주어진 유지유량에 따른 하천 구간별 유속, 수심을 고려한 저수로 폭의 최적 방안을 제시하였다. 저수로 단면 구조개선의 방안 제시는 수계환경개선을 위한 각종 사업에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

폐천의 습지 이용과 치수경제성 분석 (Wetland Utilization of the Cut River and Economic Analysis for Flood Control)

  • The channel improvement plan has contributed to the flood damage reduction studies and the plan has mainly performed by the levee construction which creates the cut river. The cut river has mainly used as the agricultural and housing purposes. Recently, however, it is considered as a natural wetland for the purposes of a flood control and preservation of nature. So, this study compares the economical benefits according to the purposes of the cut river utilizations such as an agricultural, levee construction for flood damage reduction, and wetland. The study area is the downstream part of Kok-Neung stream which is a main tributary of Han river. The agricultural and levee construction benefits are estimated based on the 'Agricultural and Forestry Statistical Year' (2000) and the 'Standard for River Design' (2001). The benefit or value for the wetland utilization of the cut river is estimated by the enquete using questionnaire. As a results, for the case of which the cut river is used as an agricultural land, the present net benefit is estimated as 195.81 million won, for the levee construction, as 20853.00 million won and for the wetland, as 24692.89 million won. Therefore, the wetland is the best choice for the cut river utilization.

안양천 도시하천 복원의 실행과 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application and Assessment of Urban River Restoration in the Anyang River)

  • The Anyang River which located in an urban area near Seoul had been managed focusing on supplying home and industrial water and preventing floods, coping with rapid industrialization and urbanization. Consequently, it was changed into a deadly river during 25 years. Its channel was straightened by concrete and water quality deteriorated to BOD 190mg/l. In addition, water quantity has been rapidly decreased and has been drying up. Also, as the river ecosystem, landscape, water-friendly function, and so forth were seriously deteriorated, people turn away from the urban river. From 2001, the master plan under the 10-year has been actively carried out centering on the preceding items, which are healthy river in which fishes inhabit, safe river free from floods and droughts, and pleasant river where citizens visit. As a result, its water quality was remarkably improved by BOD 5mg/l in 2005 and some upper zones were improved enough to allow people to swim. Moreover, various animals including fish and birds gather around the river. Now, the 'Anyang River Restoration Project' is recognized as the first comprehensive and systematic nature-friendly urban river improvement in Korea.

국내 병행수입 시장의 실태분석과 향후 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Analysis and Improvement Plan for Competitive Korea's Parallel Import Market)

  • 최근 관세청이 15개 수입소비재 품목 가격을 분석한 결과, 수입가격 대비 국내 판매가격은 2.1-4.8배 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 아직도 독점 수입업체들이 폭리를 취하고 있다는 것을 보여주는 결과이다. 독점 수입업체가 아닌 제3자가 제품을 수입할 수 있는 병행수입은 1995년 이미 허용되었으나, 위조품 논란, A/S문제 등 때문에 실제 소비자 후생으로 이어지지 못했다. 정부가 최근 병행수입 활성화 정책을 펴면서 지난해 규모가 3조원으로 늘었으나, 아직 전체 소비재 수입의 5%에 불과하다. 관세청이 정식통관 제품이라는 것을 보증해주는 통관인증제 대상 업체와 품목 확대로 통관 인증업체가 344개로 늘어난 것은 매우 다행스런 결과이다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 국내 병행수입 시장의 실태와 문제점을 분석하고, 정부의 "독과점적 소비재 수입 개선방안"의 검토를 통해 향후 병행수입 제도가 국내 경제 활성화와 수입시장의 경쟁 제고를 위해 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

현황분석을 통한 도시 소하천의 생태하천 계획요소에 관한 연구 -울산광역시 무거.여천천을 중심으로- (A Study on the Planning Elements for Ecological Restoration of Urban Stream through Present Condition Analysis - focused on the Yeocheon and the Mugeo stream -)

  • The objectives of this study were to investigate the physical, chemical, and structural characteristics of the stream, especially Mugeo and Yeochon which are being changed to ecological stream by Ulsan city, and to acquire the considerations such as the planning element and plan criteria of the streams for making ecological stream system. Water quality, water quantity, vegetation, in stream structures and facilities, and land usage of the streams were investigated and the build up capabilities of ecological stream for the two streams were also analyzed. Planning elements for restoration to ecological stream included physical and biological purification methods in water quality, short term water acquire alternatives in water quantity, and vegetation recovery plan and improvement of habitation environment in ecological system, respectively. Planing elements in physical structures and facilities also included recovery of concrete levee and removal and recovery of covered channel.

성덕댐 여수로 수리모형실험 연구 (Hydraulic Model Test for Seongduk Dam Spillway)

  • In this study, various hydraulic phenomena were analyzed from the dam model experiments and the analyzed results were compared with existing computation results. Sungduk dam model structures were constructed using Froude similarity law by 1:50 scale. From the measurements of hydraulic phenomena at spillway channel, an improvement method was trying to be suggested over shortcoming of existing design plan. The result of model experiment showed no big difference with that of each part's numerical interpretation. Sidewall overflows were observed, as water conveyance occurred due to the linear characteristics of spillways, which raised the necessity for improving the linear forms of spillways. Also, it was judged to be necessary improving load pressure and establishing protective structures at the riverbed grounds of downstream channels.
