Today's economic environment, which has reached to an unlimitedly competitive edge, is producing numbers of economical values and new type of knowledges under the paradigm of "globalization". With the increasing demands of the values and knowledges, enterprises have to deal with larger amount of information and to utilize it in organized ways than any other time, to adjust to the global economic circumstances. And they have to cope with the changes to the office environment, too. Now every corporation has been laid to the point of time that needs more rational and effective ways of business management and providing work environment. Therefore, this research aims at understanding the basic of new corporate culture and office environment by analyzing the factors that caused changes to that of advanced countries, and providing knowledges for proper reaction and acceptance for these changes.e changes.

The house price rise suddenly is not only Economic stability but economic, mental state of a heavy burden to people. This paper is a house finance environment analyzed in this research about the rise factor of the house price and the result to present the plan to the natural disposition. The financial institute has an influence on the disguised demand extension of the house and The mortgage Lending in commercial Banks with the earnings as the stability high than the industry loaning. A house finance environment changes and will go from economic factor of the variety of the life style, the housing conditional according to the income level, a children education condition, and the population structure many this little. The disposition of the house need changes according to this and will have an influence on the house price. Necessary for a house market environment house policy of the market need which the consistency reflects so that we are suitable and is desired.

In modern society, rapid environmental changes are occurring due to the complex interaction of various factors. Starting in 2020, the social environment is changing rapidly due to the impact of the pandemic, and the social and economic living environment is changing significantly not only in Korea but also internationally. In this trend, behavioral and spatial changes are occurring in response to changes in the architectural living environment. To analyze changes in behavior and space from an architectural perspective in response to changes in the social environment, first organize the concept and aspects of the pandemic that caused the change, examine the theory of the pandemic, and examine architectural responses to changes in the social environment. There is a need to analyze. Therefore, in order to architecturally review changes in the social environment due to the pandemic, the purpose of this study is to analyze the living behavior and space of major highrise residential complexes in the living environment and present new spatial alternatives in response.

국제교역흐름은 경제적 요인들 뿐 만 아니라 세계의 사회, 정치, 문화적 환경에 의하여 결정되어 왔다. 세계화와 더불어 국제교역환경도 빠르게 변화하고 있으며, 이러한 변화는 국제교역의 흐름에 상당한 변화를 주고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 경제의 세계화가 국제교역의 흐름에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 우선 국제교역에 나타나는 변화를 특히 경제적, 사회적, 정치적으로 국제적 연계가 강화되면서 나타나는 경제적 결합에 초점을 두어 산업 입지와 투자, 그리고 그 밖의 교역환경들과 연결하여 종합적으로 파악해 보았다. 특히 산업 입지에 변화를 주어 상품의 수요와 공급의 공간적 분포를 재편하는 역할과 함께 기업내 교역흐름을 확장시켜 결과적으로 국제교역패턴에 영향을 끼치고 있는 다국적 기업들에 의한 해외직접투자의 영향을 분석하였다. 기업내 교역은 해외직접투자의 흐름에 의해 결정되므로 본 연구에서는 해외직접투자의 기원지와 대상지의 지리적 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 해외직접투자와 기업내 교역의 공간적 분포에 나타나는 변화를 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to present operating directions of school food service center (SFSC) for development of environment-friendly agricultural producers (EFAP) and regional agriculture. Of eight SFSCs being operated in Chungcheongnam-do, this study analyzed situations of three cases, Cheonan, Asan and Hongseong. The analysis on operation situations revealed that all the three cases had positive economic effects on EFAP in the aspect of low commission and fixed supply price for a given period. The survey showed that social and economic changes since participating in the SFSC were largest in Asan. The awareness of the economic effects was largest among the producers in Cheonan.

The modem world has brought a wave of changes, not the least of which is globalization or what is often referred to as the "borderless society." In recent times, changes in the global business environment, such as trade deregulation and advances in technology, are challenging us to find new ways of thinking about and coping with these new forces. The field of global logistics has encountered a host of paradigm shifts as well. Therefore, it is critical that managers involved in international logistics take into account perceptional swift or at least understand the value of fully utilizing information. The appropriate management of human resources is a key factor in dealing with not only new information technology, but also shifts in the business environment. In particular, it will be important for Korea's logistics managers at international logistics companies to continually work to develop themselves, as they must carry out a critical role in global supply chain management. If they fail to take heed of the demand's of the new environment, the competitiveness of Korean enterprises in international logistics will suffer severely.

인구구조 및 경제적 상황의 변화는 기업의 전략이나 노동시장, 사회복지에 영향을 미치기 마련이다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 공공재의 성격을 띠는 도서관 또한 예외는 아니라는 점을 주지하고 지역의 인구 및 경제적 상황의 변화가 도서관 이용에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 도서관 이용의 소득효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2008년도부터 2017년까지 10년간의 공공도서관 통계 및 통계청의 인구총조사 자료 및 지역총생산, 실업률 자료를 활용하여 패널 고정효과 모형(Fixed effect model)으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 경제적 환경 변화는 도서관 방문자 수 및 자료실 이용자 수에 유의한 영향을 주지 않지만, 대출자 수에 중요한 영향 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 경제적 환경 변화가 도서관에 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는지 밝혔다는 데에 의의가 있다. 향후 본 연구의 결과는 공공도서관의 서비스 정책 수립 시 지역, 시기에 따른 경제적 상황, 인구 구조를 반드시 파악해서 반영해야 하는 이론적 근거가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Amid a general rise in protectionism and a trade war between the world's two largest economies, this paper analyzes changes in gains from trade for the world over a decade marked by rapid global economic integration preceding the global financial crisis of 2007-08. It employs state-of-the-art quantitative trade models based on the gravity equation to estimate autarky gains from trade, as well as a recently introduced ANOVA-type structural estimation of the gravity equation to obtain trade costs free of residual trade cost bias. Between 1995 and 2006, the cost of moving to autarky increased by about 45% on average. A decomposition exercise suggests most of the increase in autarky gains from trade on average was due to increases in import shares in total spending, with a limited role for reallocations of spending across sectors with varied trade elasticities. Changes in trade costs between 1995 and 2006 are found to have increased autarky gains from trade, as measured in 2006, by up to 100%.

Purpose - Currently, the foreign trade environment in China has shifted to a very different system. Korean enterprises have been forced to compete with Chinese enterprises in today's world market owing to the economic growth and technical improvement in China. Research design, data, and methodology - The author visited Korean export enterprises in Shanghai from January 5 to 12, 2014 to implement a questionnaire survey and conduct in-depth interviews with the local enterprises. The author investigated the Shenyang area using e-mail communication. For the questionnaire, one copy of the questionnaire was given to each business and to a staff member for each of the products when a company sold multiple products. Results - Selling cost advantage, efficiency of economic scale, and product differentiation had the most influence on Korean enterprises' export strategy to China. Additionally, entry barrier, product differentiation, and concentration all had an influence on Korean enterprise export strategy to China as well. Conclusion - Korean enterprises developed strategies for price priority, economies of scale, and product differentiation based on changes in the competitive structure in the Chinese market.

In general, a stock index and its individual stocks are assumed to follow a random walk. A stock index is an important source of information and one that is seen by people everyday, regardless of their investment intentions. This paper examines the correlation between the KOSPI-the index that best reflects the Korean stock market and the macro - economic variables that have been found to influence the index by previous studies. The sample period considers the years after 2000 when the Korean stock market matured as restrictions on foreign investors were removed. For this purpose, a Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) and KOSPI equation with a general pacific approach were used. This paper aims at verifying the factors that determined the KOSPI after 2000 and at examining whether there was structural change in the investment environment. It also investigates changes in the factors determining the KOSPI's performance as a result of structural changes in the investment environment. The V AR (Vector Autoregressive) model including the nine variables was selected as a baseline model whose stability was tested using the unit root test. The results from the VECM and the structural changes in the investment environment can be summarized by the following Inner story points.
